I beg to state that i brought a bajaj ct100 motor byke from lk trading, rupnarayanpur on 2006 which was financed by hdfc bank, asansol branch. (Near ashram more). Loan number is - 2480814, hdfc bank recovered the full loan amount with interest from me within 2008. But did not provide me any noc. Even hdfc bank did not give any awareness or information about noc at the time of loan taking or after fully recover the loan from me by post or any other way.
Now when i want to buy a new byke, when i go to bajaj show room (Rupnarayanpur) they are asking a noc to take my old motor byke. Then i went to hdfc bank asansol on[protected] to take my noc. But the loan section of hdfc bank told me as i did not take my noc in 2008 thats why i have to pay rs 500/- for this noc. I told them that i did not know anything about noc from the end of bank at the time of financing or recovering. I have come to know just now that i am entitled to get an noc from hdfc bank. Then bank told me that after recovering the loan from me a noc was send by bank to me by post in the year of 2008 which i could not get due to postal problem. Then i am asking for the document of any prove from bank whether they are relay send me an noc by post in 2008 or not, but hdfc bank unable to show any document on behalf their claim.
I don't get any information from hdfc bank during 2008 to 2017 period that i have to take my noc by myself from bank otherwise i have to paid penalty for that. Bank could not show any document only vervaly told me that hdfc bank was informed me about noc those days by post which i could not get and now it is my fault and i have to pay rs 500/ to get my noc. When i told them that i will go for a legal action against hdfc bank for my harassment regarding noc then hdfc bank told me to submit an application by explain my problem thereafter they will try to consider my matter which i did according to their instruction. But how many days will the take to solve my problem the did not say anything clearly to me.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly take the necessary steps and do the needful as early at your convenience. I am all time faithful to you for your this kindness.

    I am Vipul Likhar, holding a/c no.- [protected] and customer id[protected] which was salary account some(approx 7-8) months ago. Bank debited AMB charges suddenly from my account without any prior information. Why deduction are there if you can't inform at least once. This type of behaviour is really ridiculous . Please refund my balance at the earliest.

    AMB deduction without prior information

      Hi i had credit card from hdfc bank, i had cleared all my dues on feb, and also i blocked my card, but still they kept charging me and on september gave me a notice, when i called they said clear the half dues and let the payment settled and my cibil will not be hampered, but after making payment they updated my payment as settled amount.This was the fraud they did with me, now when i called them they are asking to pay the remaining amount, please help and update in your website as next time it should happen to anyone else.

        I dont want to use credit cards, unnecessarily am paying lot of interest on my every purchase, so am going to use better card from hdfc.               Dear Sir,

              refer my complaint docket number is[protected]. my salary account no. [protected] (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (without informing me or warning me) i had logged complaints with above docket number to customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did not follow up with the request and close the account.

              it is requested to close my account and waive up the penalty.

                Dear All,

                This was my First Account. And i felt proud of having account with HDFC Bank.

                Past 9 years i have the salary account with HDFC bank. And additionally, i am using HDFC bank life insurance and credit cards too with no any defaults.

                Critics:
                During demonetization time ( DEC 18). The new rule is that we can invest below 5000 to bank account. If it is above 5000, then a reason is required which is acceptable.

                Note: I have my salary account in HDFC Bank-other state

                But, on Dec 18th when i was in the bank (HDFC Mint-Chennai branch ) to deposit amount of worth 15, 000/- old notes.

                I was not respected properly from the respective Bank employees including the Bank manager.

                As i approached the Bank employees, I felt there was a 'Domination' by Malu representatives around the bank ( sorry to say) what ever query is raised I am routed to Bank representative here and there with getting no proper response including Bank manager of same category as mentioned above.which was totally furstating and annoyed for me ( as a Public).

                Initially, the Bank representative did not accept pointing that i have a salary account.

                Then later i met the branch manager, And explained the situation and provided the required justification to deposit my money which is hard earned one and i am regular "TAX PAYEE"".

                The manager replied 2 points:
                a. The amount you hold is not MONEY and it is a invaluable note. So, we did not accept it. And too the account is your salary account. So, we did not accept.
                b. If you want, you can travel to out of station to the home branch to deposit balance money. We will not accept it.

                I got felt really shocked by his behavioral approach which came from a HDFC branch manager.

                ON that second, I think the worth of the HDFC bank that till now i have the account. Customer relationship is zero.
                Thinking that is a profitable bank for both you and Customers. But I need to remember one point that because of customer reliability and satisfaction HDFC Bank grows by earning profits.

                  I am receiving all messages from HDFC. However, i am not receiving the OTP to my mobile that is registered with HDFC bank savings account.

                  Staying in US and maintaining a Savings Account in India is becoming a nightmare while dealing with HDFC bank.

                  Customer support is available only during IST hours so I have to stay late in the night to call up..which world are we part of? what is this business model?

                    I have Savings A/C with HDFC bank and they are imposing me negative balance for non maintenence of min AQB.
                    As per FEB, 2015 RBI has strictly warned banks against imposing negative balance on savings a/c which were earlier salary a/c. Yet they are harrassing me. i have written several times on their portal but no reply.

                    I would seek help as i cant pay -7000 to HDFC bank for doing nothing.

                        Just a very poor way of handling customer, for a regular payee as well without even checking whether payments have been made or NO the collectiosn executive callup early morning with such an unpleasant tome spoiling my day mood as if i hv looted the bank n running way.

                            My above mentioned PL EMI due is on 07 th of every month. Automatically it is getting cleared every month through ECS. During December 2016 it was not cleared. I don't know the same till 16 th Dec., '16 till your executive called me on 16.12.16. I don't know the reason for it's non clearance on 07.12.16.
                            I request you to kindly waive off the charges of Rs.633/- debited to my loan account, since the problem is not from my side for non-clearance of ECS from SBI during December 2016, and I have made the payment through alternative mode of payment as instructed by your executive on 20, 12.16.

                              BUT By Mistake I transferred to[protected] not added it with 00 and beneficiary not get the money
                              I contacted to hdfc branch they are telling
                              Money has been transferred to[protected] and then raised two complain no(MUMC[protected] AND BANC[protected])but NO SOLUTION got AND ALSO account is not exist (get confirmation to yes Bank customer care) but how is it possible to transfer amount in invalid account and also not get the money reverse to my acct, and how is this possible invalid account added as beneficiary
                              Help me sir because they are cheeting to customer

                              Dear sir im from rural area im a small farmer some of HDFC exucative told me make a hdfc account i will give a crop loan, i just done as excutive said after that hdfc exutive told me sorry sir we cant give crop loan, that time i havent use my account and i check it show -5040 rs balance what to do now i have not money want to close account help me

                                I received the Postal Notice Ref RT[protected]IN dated 29th Dec, 2016. sent by Vijay Suvarna from HDFC Bank that too after holding my account I received the postal notice
                                As the entire balance of my saving account No: [protected] HDFC Bank is being put on hold for Credit Card out standing As my HDFC's Credit Card No [protected] and I am paying my correct payments for this card but in notice they have mentioned some other Credit Card. In spite of that my Account is on hold for some different Credit Card and for this account holding procedure I am not at all informed by any Emails No postal mail or not even a single call and my account was abruptly hold in an in humanitarian way. As now I am not having any balance in my account how can I feed my wife & children. I am not able to pay the fees of my daughter. I don't have any money to buy the medicines for my family

                                  Hello my complaint against bank for closing of loan.I have taken a personal loan of 350000 l.For 5 year.Right now i want to close my loan amount.But issue is i have take another loan from icici bank of balance transfer scheme.In this schem another bank loan amount payble through cheque & loan closing done.But right now he say this cheque is not valid.I consult before taken loan from bank & that time they say you can pay through this system.Now bank suddenly take a decision to not valid that cheque.So that is my problem.Bank has no declaration about that schem & my loan agreement letter also have no any written about this service.I call & mail also to loan department but they not support & help me.

                                    Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below :
                                    Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab
                                    Go to Debit Card => Request section
                                    Click on Instant Pin Generation option
                                    From the Card No drop down select your card number
                                    Now enter new pin twice
                                    System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received
                                    On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately
                                    Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways:

                                    1. Through NetBanking
                                    Login into NetBanking
                                    Click on cards
                                    Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side
                                    Click on Pin Regeneration
                                    Select the card number and click on continue.
                                    If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice.

                                    If not eligible for Green PIN, Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.

                                    Select the Reason, Check the mailing address, Confirm the address and click on the Terms and conditions and click on confirm Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.

                                    2. Through Branch

                                    Please submit the form at any of our branches - On receipt of the form & successful verification, we will process a new ATM PIN and send it to your mailing address. You may also verify your address by logging into Netbanking through "My Contact Details".

                                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank. Now a days i had visit nearest branch and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. And my balance is -2100 around. I request you to please take action against this bank. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer and not information in call also. I have also request to stop this cutting charge but they say no it not possible.
