I opened a salary account in 2015 . it been 7 months that i have left the job or no salary credited in account, yesterdays i checked the mail Rs 5500 deducted from my account in the name of maintenance charges. The thing is that all transaction was failed, I have try more that 8 or 9 attempts to make successfull, but all was failed.

I have taken Centurion Bank Loan for my two wheeler Activa in 2006 and the loan is already completed. I have recieved RC book but not received NOC. I am staying in Vapi and i am not sure where i should check the details as the bank now as it is merged with HDFC. I have approached HDFC but they just say that they have no information about this. On dated 06th Dec'16 i am purchase i phone 5 through Hotspot by credit card due to some technical error i am paying thorugh credit card only 19000/- or 2100 paid by debit card.

Merchant by default 21100 instead of 2100. When ichecked slip he saying card swap by default.
after that he re swap card again void slip -21100/-

I would like to complain that one your recovery agents has been calling me today (8th Nov 2016) and was absolutely rude and abusive inquiring about a person who had taken a personal in 2010 and was my ex-colleague. I had nothing to do with his taking personal loan nor iam in touch with him anymore. The recovery agent was absolutely rude / abusive and threatening me if i dont tell him about the borrower's whereabouts....
