I sit there for about 2 hours nd i m also government employee, i hv to go to my office nd he wasted my time nd even not attended me. Please take required action towards your employee as they are troubling common people.

    I am Hemant Mahaur and my Hdfc saving a/c number is [protected]. branch is Swami samarth nagar, Lokhandwala Andheri (west) Mumbai, IFSC Code is HDFC0000159. My complaint is for Hdfc bank, I have an very bad experience for entire this year for unnassary deduct my money from my own account by HDFC bank. Recently 21 Dec I deposit 70000/- cheque in my account.The moment, the money transferd in my account, Hdfc deduct 884/- from my account and today 29 Dec I transferd online my EMI, just after the Hdfc Bank again deduct 863/-. I am fedup badly.Please saggest me what should I do ? Should I close my account ?

    We have checked our records and confirm that Average Monthly Balances (AMB) is deducted from your account.
    Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the service tax and education cess at the applicable rates.

      Yesterday, 28 December 2016, I went to deposit 2 notes of Rs 500 denomination (old notes) at HDFC Bank (Marathalli Branch, Bangalore). I was denied saying I need to produce Proof of Address (POA). As I know, only Proof of Identity was only needed. Even after telling them this, they did not accept the old notes for deposit. They are saying that RBI circular says do not accept old notes without POA even for Rs 1000 (2 Rs 500 notes). I read today on economic times sites that, even if the account in not fully KYC compliant, Banks should accept old notes upto Rs 50, 000 and only Proof of identity (POI) document is required to be produced. As currently I do not have a POA document with me, those notes cannot be deposited. I am clueless of what I should do next. And last date for deposit of old notes is very close. Please help.

        I have a complaint regarding your services to be provided by your agripada mumbai branch and behaviour of your manager in charge on dated 29/12/2016 having names Mr. RAJA MUDALIAR and Mr. NILESH.

        Complaint as follows
        1. Despite of today's demonetization rush hours to bank they did not provide sufficient teller in collection of old note deposit and withdraw of new currency note resulting long queue waiting of customers to one and half hour in their busy schedule ( you can go through the CCTV footage of the branch.
        2. Branch provide maximum 2000 currency and after asking of 500 new currency they said cant be available
        3.Mr.RAJA MUDALIAR and Mr. Nilesh continuously miss behave with most of customers present in the branch and giving threat to call up police.
        4. i asked to Mr.RAJA MUDALIAR for HDFC business card but didn’t give and not allowing to take the snapshot of his card.

        Please take the action on the above mentioned complaints.

            I have purchased i phone 6 in 28800 rs in offer of no emi cos form flipkart. Emi cost should be 4800 rs but in bank statement emi cost is coming 5045 rs with interest. Then what is the meaning of no emi cost offer.

              Everyday I am getting multiple calls and messages from hdfc bank for credit card and personal loan. I have already raised a complaint about this but no ation is taken. I am not interested for any loan and credit card but still they are calling me. I am a DND subscriber but still they are calling me and they shared my mobile number and personal data to other bank so they are also started calling me for personal loan and credit card.

                With reference to above at point (ii) I have booked Flight Ticket ( 8000 rewards points + Rs.1639.00) through "www.hdfcbankallmiles.com on 08/09/2016 & I have cancelled my booked flight ticket on 08/11/2016 which was 3 days before of Journey date . As per the conditions of HDFC Allmiles after deduction of cancellation charges the balance amount or rewards points should be refund on my card A/c within 20 days.


                It is regretted to inform that after several times informed to HDFC Allmiles customer care, still I have not received any refund even though there is more than 50 days over.

                As per " HDFC Allmiles T&C " rewards points and money should be refunded within 20 Days after deduction of the cancellation charges but already 50 Days over.

                If I delay to pay Credit Card outstanding bills, penalty will be charged against me. Hence, I want to know HDFC already delay to pay my money for over (50-20) = 30 Days. then "when and how" much extra money HDFC will refund to me?

                Already many times I requested to refund the money to my A/C but I didn't get proper reply. This time I want my money within 30/12/2016 or otherwise I have to fixed HDFC for their fraud business with consumer court.

                          I can say this is one of the worst experience i am facing with hdfc now. My old card has been deactivate, but i haven't yet received the new card. My mobile number is [protected].
                          When they have taken request for upgrade, they promised me it ll dispatched to my home address, once i start use the new card, then the old one will be deactivated, none of those happens, i hvn't received the new card, and old card is not working now.
                          Now i called to the customer care, they are asking me to travel all the from chengalpattu to anna nagar baranch to receive the card. Bs, you and your amazing service

                              I dont have any adequate information online regarding it. I invested 2500. And no official is ready to help. This is so depressing. My money is gone and my friend did not recieve it. It is embarassing. Worst service ever.I did notify the customer service. I could hardly hear the voice. He just gave me a random email id to contact. He didnt even text it to me as I could hardly hear his voice. I felt like my money is unsafe in this bank.I regret using their service. I will close my account here and ask others also not to make such dicey transactions.

                                Sir,
                                i hold the HDFC Home loan with floating rate of interest for last two years. I do not know, why they are not reduce my rate of interest for last couple of months. but last week i visited and enquirer the same, they told me that, you have to pay the conversion charge Rs. 5000 + tax to avail the reducing rate of interest 9.15%.

                                but my current rate of interest is 9.70%.

                                1) the same time, if the rate of interest was raised, then they will wait for conversion fee to in cress
                                2) what is the meaning for floating rate?
                                3) how can i get the compensation for last couple of months interest, which i paid already.

                                      I have a HDFC Bank credit card from above one year and I clear all dues timely as per card statement, but in the month of September-2016 some discrepancy balance with me for Rs.500.00 only, but against 500/- HDFC bank charges us penalty for Rs. 1667.00.                                         Dear sir/madam,
                                        I have 8 accounts of my family with hdfc bank, all classic accounts, from January 2016 they starts charging 115 rs. per quarter per account from all our (8) family accounts, two times after many request and visits of bank branch they reverse charges at two quarter but after that at last two quarters they didn't reverse this time so far after so many request and visit to branch, so I am forced to pay 115x8= 920 per quarter and 920x4= 3680 per year from all my family (8) account.
                                        After so many requests and visit to branch and even I say to branch manager today if charges will not reverse or still continue I am forced to complaint to RBI about this and closed all Eight accounts from bank but still they do not reply me well and said please take closer forms from another table and close your all accounts we will not reverse the charges and charges will continue every quarter. and this I can not afford to pay 3680 per year without any reason to bank and also without any GUIDELINES from RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.
                                        right now I got a news from phone banker that my wife's account is DE RAGE as normal account from classic, without any reason till date I have maintain minimum amount in that account as well, and this will grant them more false reason of charges as per debit card fee Etc.
                                        Also I bring two new policies from same branch and I pay my premium from my credit card first year at start of my policy but second year they not gave me Grace time of payment and take 402.50x2=805/- rs as penalty for late fee even I have 15+ more day's left as Grace to pay my premium, and I pay my premium just after within 15+ day's left of mine Grace time in one go of two policies (100000/-) same July month as my policy due date Was 14 of July but still no reversals OF charges till date of this as well.
                                        I have to ask why should I pay this much of ammount (3680) per year without any reason ?
                                        Now I am forced to complaint against all of this at you ( best business channel) and as I ever saw you will help CONSUMER'S every time and raise the voice of consumer's againt any bad policies of companies.
                                        Please help me about this.
