I am using a Hdfc credit card, was unable to pay due foe two months due to personal reasons and recent natural disasters. I have informed that payment will be delayed, all of a sudden getting messages in whatsapp bugging me to make payment and even threatening messages as in they send bank people to collect overall money. You people must understand if someone is unable to make payment all of a sudden then there will be an issue and I do not have to provide proof to them.

All of a sudden got a call from a manager asking me to pay the balance who is not eve aware that I have informed that I will pay later and I don't know who on earth promoted that guy as a managgot I asked an apology letter as no bank is authorized to threaten people, bit till today nothing happened, but I made the minimum due payment.

Again today I got call asking to pay again but that customer Service executive in not aware of the case history.

I an really not sure whether they really want customers or not. Just driving me nuts. Friends don't ever use Hdfc credir card.

But you have communicated as follows
Rs 6851.75 was spent on ur HDFC Bank CREDIT CARD ending 1581on[protected]:15 at LIC
Why that 51.75 is extra ?

    I had recharged Delhi Metro Card through PAYTM on Dec 26 2016. But transaction show failed and money was deduct (amount deduct 190 rupees from my bank account and 10 rupees already in my paytm wallet).

    I contact PAYTM care they said...

    Payment of Rs. 200 failed!
    Your payment has been declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for any queries. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us within 48 hrs and we will refund the same.

      Hi,

      On 6 th Jan 2016, I have received an message from HDFC bank that some cheque is issued on my account and will be returned unpaid, if not funded immediately.

      But same cheque is present in my cheque book and not issued to any one.
      HDFC bank is doing some fraud and not bothered to call and inform me even after i register complaint.

      When i went to bank to inform this HDFC bank says if account have less balance other wise it could have cleared.

        Please find enclosed herewith letter of HDFC Bank, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-4000101 branch. Branch Manager has requested to accept lower rate of interest in this letter than what he had offered in the bid. Also find the communication of this office to concern HDFC Bank branch manager, refusing their request by explaining consequences of the same.
        HDFC had participated in the bid meeting 21/11/2016. On the basis of official quotes given by your branch, we have remitted 108=00 crores as fixed deposit to your branch. We don’t understand how "technical error" as mentioned by your branch manager in his letter dated 02/12/2016, can be condone by customer. As per the procedure we had called bids for our investments. HDFC quoted highest interest rates. We placed our funds at your bank. This is Government organization and as you know under the scanning of CAG Audit. Due to any "technical error" mentioned by your branch manager at your end cannot put a government agency at loss.                 I am Mradul Nigam, an saving bank account holder with HDFC Bank.

                It is to inform you that I have been observing in my bank statement that whenever I get my card swiped in Petrol Pumps, a fuel surcharge gets deducted from my account.
                Last time it was on 2nd January, 2017 when I used my card to make a payment of Rs. 265, a fuel surcharge of Rs. 11.50 got deducted from my account on 5th January, 2017.
                This is totally unacceptable. How can you deduct money from my account without my permission. I want an early resolution to this problem, or else I'll have to take a strict action against your bank.
                Also when I am using your phone banking services, my is being disconnected by your phone banker agent as soon as it is patched to them. They do not seem to be interested in resolving my issues.
                Please help to resolve my issues asap.

                  My debit card [protected] was blocked by hdfc bank. My account number is [protected] and customer id is 2587 3861. The bank has blocked without any prior information. This is very unprofessional act of the bank. I could have got into a big problem because of this action as i am out of station now and we are all facing from cash problems due to demonetisation. Moreover they have deducted rs 1034 from my account due to not maintaining required balance in account. This was not informed to us by the bank before creating the account. They deducted for two months that is november and december on the same day. This is act violates professional ethics of your bank. Wothout giving warning how can you deduct such a huge amount that too together. If the bank would have deducted earlier for november we would have ensured that account has minimum balance so that it would not happen the next time. But they deducted for both months together before informing or any kind of warning. This was not expected from such a big bank like HDFC. Please respond to my email.

                      Hi,

                      I had blocked my hdfc primary prepaid forex card and activated the back up card no. [protected]. The back up card has been activated and intend to change my old mobile no. But getting message that this operation is not allowed in blocked cards.

                      I registered online request to hdfc twice but not getting satisfactory response. Even, have filed application to hdfc silvassa branch to change mobile no.in forex card net banking but it is still not updated.

                      Its very frustrating as not getting proper response from the hdfc team

                      I had called thrice to hdfc customer no. which is changeable. Customer executives were Vidya, Shruti and Pooja. They were unable to resolve and just registering complaint. It's very frustrating that we need to spend money with HDFC through calling continuously without getting proper service. As forex cards are very critical for money exchange it must be treated seriously on priority. Very much disappointed.

Requesting HDFC customer services to attend and kindly change my existing registered mobile no. in forex card net banking to [protected] on urgent basis as our flight is round the corner.

                      Thanks for the reply. I would like to inform that have already shared the screenshot in the mail communication which generated complaint no. HBL[protected]. I had also registered complaint with phone banker and received complaint no. MUMC[protected]. The escalation complaint no. is[protected]. As I told you that we are moving, using laptop intermittently however will be forwarding you the screenshot for your reference. I got calls from HDFC Silvassa Branch and customer care no. [protected], they told that they revert back in few minutes but not return back. Further, would like to mention that in prepaid forex net banking dashboard, amount is showing into primary card which is blocked. I would recommend to look into matter on priority and do the needful as there needs some corrections in forex card division and services.
                      My account dedection of 200rs d2h recharge but not recharge complete.so my complaint issue 200rs. Refund ya recharge thanks..
                      I had purchased a product online and due to some reason it could not be delivered. So i was refunded for it. But it has yet not been credited into my account. I have heard a lot about the refund about HDFC. Moreover unable to contact them over the phone nor email them directly.
                      My hdfc a/c has bal rs 217 rupeye they on date 1 jan 2017 ...i check bal by miss call no on date 3 jan 2017 remain bal is rs 57 so check my transction and refund bal in my a/c solve problem

                        I am holder of HDFC credit card ending with 3444 in the name of Mervin Fernandes.

                        On 22/12/2016, I swiped my card at a Petrol pump at Mapusa Goa for Rs. 200/- . To my shock, I see I have been charged an additional Rs. 10 for this transaction.

                        I am aware, Banks take maximum leverage when people use cards at Petrol pumps. However, I see other banks have stopped levying additional charges ever since 8 November 2016.

                        It seems HDFC is a bank of opportunists, eager to take advantage of people. It is very difficult to provide 2 100 Rs notes in these days and the Petrol Pump staff assured me there were no additional charges.

                        However, this is not the case, I have been charged extra.

                        I have salary account with HDFC Bank and last month I withdraw only once through ATM and today when I check my account 28.75 deducted. I need an explanation on this deduction because I don't think HDFC Bank has any right to deduct the amount before prior intimation.

                          I have been HDFC credit card from 2013 and i have been regular in making all payments for which i have valid records too.

                          Recently due to demonetization in the month of NOV 2016 i was unable to make a payment and i have explained the same too stating payment will be made next month.

                          I get messages from new number stating " our managers are going to visit your house " and i get almost 10 calls each day and this a complete harassment.

                          Im ready to take this to next level because of harassment.

                            Hi - i have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected]. I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month december 2016. So i have paid lic the actual amount with fine. But hdfc bank has deducted several charges (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                            @HDFCBank - Your complaints form is just a waste of time. It is asking for date of debit. But doesn't provide the date format. I tried every possible ways and i am not able to submit the form. It always says "Please enter valid Date of Debit"

                              With Modi ji inspiration I told my father to use bank through transition for his daily life payments. But he doesn't trust online banking services.
                              In this situation I used his card (under his knowledge) for FreeCharge money so that it may helpful for future use but today morning with out my intervention there is a transition has gone where 1000rs has been charged to my father card which made confused me and him about this transition as it is made early morning 5 (we were still in sleep).
                              This was known through a message to my father mobile
                              "Thank you for using your HDFC bank CREDIT card ending 3503 for Rs.1000.00 in MUMBAI at FREECHARGE77252 on[protected]:05:56:12."

                              This made my father that he is right and I am wrong, I feel soo embarrassed with this situation.i made a small search about "FREECHARGE 77252" in Google as I saw this problem is only going to the HDFC credit card holders who is using FreeCharge, But none of them where aware(customer and FreeCharge company) at what services they were used. The FreeCharge customer care member told that there is same problem with HDFC card holders of their freecharge customers. So he told not to use HDFC credit card for transition.

                              Give me a correct explanation for this

                                I have recently opened and a/c with Hdfc bank but it gone in mines how done know when discuss with bank they are not reply in proper manner they have stuck all money my Rs 40000/- please help in to get my due my cibil score I hampering . I have visit the bank of in sector 12 Noida but said the have issued the credit card my name however I have not received any credit card till date and this card is issue in 2013 wherein i ask for the statements but don' t have. I m not able understand how to deal with this kind of problem as one of my friend suggest me to register the complain

                                  Naming its 24/7 customer service but not respond on calls. What is the point to mentioning 24/7 customer care service.

                                  I have called customer care service but no one responding but the phone is continuing without response.

                                  One person responded after 4 times of calling and he immediately cut the call he did not listen, is it the way you are treating the customer

                                    I beg to state that i brought a bajaj ct100 motor byke from lk trading, rupnarayanpur on 2006 which was financed by hdfc bank, asansol branch. (Near ashram more). Loan number is - 2480814, hdfc bank recovered the full loan amount with interest from me within 2008. But did not provide me any noc. Even hdfc bank did not give any awareness or information about noc at the time of loan taking or after fully recover the loan from me by post or any other way.
                                    Now when i want to buy a new byke, when i go to bajaj show room (Rupnarayanpur) they are asking a noc to take my old motor byke. Then i went to hdfc bank asansol on[protected] to take my noc. But the loan section of hdfc bank told me as i did not take my noc in 2008 thats why i have to pay rs 500/- for this noc. I told them that i did not know anything about noc from the end of bank at the time of financing or recovering. I have come to know just now that i am entitled to get an noc from hdfc bank. Then bank told me that after recovering the loan from me a noc was send by bank to me by post in the year of 2008 which i could not get due to postal problem. Then i am asking for the document of any prove from bank whether they are relay send me an noc by post in 2008 or not, but hdfc bank unable to show any document on behalf their claim.
                                    I don't get any information from hdfc bank during 2008 to 2017 period that i have to take my noc by myself from bank otherwise i have to paid penalty for that. Bank could not show any document only vervaly told me that hdfc bank was informed me about noc those days by post which i could not get and now it is my fault and i have to pay rs 500/ to get my noc. When i told them that i will go for a legal action against hdfc bank for my harassment regarding noc then hdfc bank told me to submit an application by explain my problem thereafter they will try to consider my matter which i did according to their instruction. But how many days will the take to solve my problem the did not say anything clearly to me.
                                    I shall be highly obliged if you kindly take the necessary steps and do the needful as early at your convenience. I am all time faithful to you for your this kindness.

                                      I am Vipul Likhar, holding a/c no.- [protected] and customer id[protected] which was salary account some(approx 7-8) months ago. Bank debited AMB charges suddenly from my account without any prior information. Why deduction are there if you can't inform at least once. This type of behaviour is really ridiculous . Please refund my balance at the earliest.

                                        Hi i had credit card from hdfc bank, i had cleared all my dues on feb, and also i blocked my card, but still they kept charging me and on september gave me a notice, when i called they said clear the half dues and let the payment settled and my cibil will not be hampered, but after making payment they updated my payment as settled amount.This was the fraud they did with me, now when i called them they are asking to pay the remaining amount, please help and update in your website as next time it should happen to anyone else.

                                        Plese assist a file a complaint aginst them
