Firstly l received a call from your costomer agent namely Mr.Rahul Ganguly by through phone no.[protected] in connection of HDFC ergo Health Insurance.He convinced me the mentioned insurance the amount something the amount rs.12000/-which has given by bank as a beneficial and also convinced me that this amount will not debited from my saving...

I want to inform you that I have a HDFC Standard Iife insurance policy No.14752851 Dt. 02/12/2012. Policy Holder Name. Ramawatar Pareek . My Installment amount Rs. 99999/- total Yearly Deposit Rs. 400000/-. but in withdrawal time I have received only Rs. 305111/-.
So I request you Kindly check my Policy statement and take necessary action.

Unexplained P2P deduction of money since last 2 months, which is not done by my end.

Kindly assist in resolving the issue or give an explanation why there is a deduction of amount.

Please provide me with the phone number or email ID so that I can escalate this issue to the concern team with further detailed explanation on the issue I am facing....

My account with you, & when im opened my SB account with you, your executive told 10000 monthly balance should maintain. I have always maintained minimum balance & my balance never below 10000 in any day.
Now on 05.12.2016 your are debited my account with 690/-. i was also maintained 300000 avg balance (10000x30 days) as per your guideline.
if you avg. balance changed, you have to inform me. i will maint. revised avg. balance...

I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]" on 05/12/2016 RS-690 is deducted twice from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for OCT2016 and NOV2016. My account was salary account, suddenly it gets change into saving account with some min balance limit, without any Intimation from bank. Now when i deposit some money in my account. they deducted 1380 rs for two months. without any confirmation and call how can someone take my money....

IFSC CODE -HDFC0000412, From my this a/c 1380 rs. balance has been deducted at the date 05/12/2016, i want to know why this heavy a/c balance is deducted without any message, any information, any warning and bank don't send me any message after deduction balance, so sir i want you refund my balance because this is a huge balance for a normal person....

My salary account(in HDFC bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account(without informing me or warning me). Now it is showing my balnce in -1000 Rs. I was told that no any limit of minimum cash for your account at the time of opening.

Tupid peoples are working in bank dont have sence, my 1799/- got debited from my hdfc credit crad without my permission, without my sign any documents, without informing me, and with out give me complite information for that.
And now i am getting only 1300/- only.

Hi all.. I have been taken a personal loan of 3 lakhs rupees at two years ago.. Everymonth i'm paying a emi. Right now i have only info that every month they are deducting emi from my account with details as "ecs/[protected]/[protected]". I haven't receiving any statement so far to refer.

I have been using hdfc visa credit card for over 05 years. I had got credit card refund of 166500 from one merchant on nov. 12, 2016. As my credit card is linked to savings account. I requested hdfc team to transfer the amount to my savings account on nov. 15, 2016. I was told by hdfc credit card department that they will send me demand draft to my registered address in 7 working days.
When, after 10 days i did not receive any demand...

Today i have withdraw 2000/- then my saving account no.[protected] was showing avl bal is 23390. But i have recharged with 20/- through online recharge
Then my account showing avl. Bal is 21267/-

Instead of it avl bal should be 23370/-..

Plz look into the matter and return my extra deducted amount immediatly.

I had an account in hdfc which was started when i was in my first company. I left the job in feb 2016 and there after i withdrawn all the amount in the account since i will not be receiving any more funds and not going to use further. Now when i got to check the account details i see that there is a negative balance of rs -2046 in it.

As per the rbi rule, "according to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage...

Sir mera naam shaikh fayaz ikram hai. mera policy no. 18780921 hai mujhe dhoke me rakh Kar loan ka aamish dikha Kar policy di gai hai isliye mujhe policy continue nahi karna hai. Maine nazdiki branch me policy Cancelation requirement papers aur ek cancellation checqe diya h lekin uske bad bhi cancel karne ke bajye dhoke se use phir continue Kiya gaya. Sir please meri madad kijiye aur policy cancel karakar mujhe mera refund dila dijiye....

Dear sir am very unhappy with your customer service they harrassment me last 3 months they depit unnecessary charges from my credit card and now they depit double amount from my saving ac and my saving ac balance is negative am pay my credit card balance amount but you harrassment me and cant do nothing
