Hello sir...

I am tarun mehta account holder of hdfc bank khurja 203131 up... I went to your bank today for withdrawal of cash from my savings account.. No branch manager and no back up manager was available in the bank... Time was near about 11 am. Came to know that from mr munendra sharma employee of hdfc bank told that the cash withdrawal tokens had all ready been distributed earlier and we can't provide cash to u. I said to him that kindly provide me the rbi circular that bank can distribute the tokens before day or on the same day...

Mr munendra sharma gave the no of cluster head of mr sidhartha gupta employee id s 2484, his no was also out of reach. Bm mr girish ranjan no was saying please check the no...

No answer was there about the token circular and they said do whatever you like

My request to u that the behaviour of employees are worst and creating nusense in the branch. I told to mr sanjay teller person that kindly write on my cheque that the. Bank have insufficient funds. He said i will right this on the cheque when the funds will become over... So u are requested to kindly sort this complaint at the earliest so that the persons like me should have faith in your bank and people should don't criticise the government step in support of demonitisation...

Hi Sir,
I am adding Hdfc credit card to my Hdfc account of auto pay. But i can't maintain sufficient amount for it.so with out intimation fined to me 450.00 for it.
Previous month i can't maintain sufficient amount but no fine on it.But this month only fined to me.
Please solve it ASAP.
I have an account with hdfc and have twice applied for a credit card but no one has bothered to contact me yet. Been 3 days

    I got a message as follows.

    "thank you for using hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx for rs. 250.00 in mumbai at klickpay77252 on[protected]:00:58:00."

    How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.
    If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts.
    It shows a security breach in hdfc bank credit cards.
    Please provide the exact reason and refund money.

    Same thing happened with me and the message is " Thank you for using your HDFC bank CREDIT card ending 7683 for Rs.200.00 in MUMBAI at FREECHARGE77252 on[protected]:00:19:38." How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.

      This transaction is not processed by me or i have not received any otp for this transaction.

      This is very serious security leak from hdfc bank side while i contact customer care they are saying no transaction like this happens.

No. [protected] regarding receiving back to back 18calls from your associates for make mere paument of rs.1900 immediately, although it was missed mistakenly and made payment of rs. 12000/ on 25nov.. Card is been blocked mode... Despite of file the complaint on 14dec morning and eve. Parellely, again i am getting calls for same, in very unbearable manner. I already conveyed the customer care exe. That i will made payment on due date.. Then this eposode happened on 13 and 14 nov regularly...             Hi,

            There is an HDFC bank in the corporate area (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector - 39, Gurugram, Haryana). I and many of my collegues visit this branch to withdraw cash using cheque. But they never provide cash. They have now introduced Token System which is another scam. People with token from last week haven't got cash. Current notice says further tokens will be distributed on 16th December 2016.

            Kindly investigate what is wrong with this branch. We're feeling cheated.

                I tried to purchase Click to protect on 1st Nov 2016 two times payment done and it showed failed transaction on your site. i made payment from HDFC credit card and it was in form of loan. Again I tried on 2nd Nov 2016once again from HDFC credit card and 1 from my HDFC savings account.
                Ideally only one loan availed on 2 nd Nov from HDFC credit card should be active but still one more loan is active on my name. After following up for 45 days still issue is unclear to you. Its really pathetic.

                      I received the message. I was shocked and immediately checked my credit limit to confirm whether the transaction really processed. Yes, it is done. The message has been received from dm - hdfcbk. Even the amount is small, but it clearly shows the security breach in hdfc credit cards.

                        I also received similar, I contacted customer care, they are saying - I did a transaction late night on 11th Dec'16 on FreeCharge, for that I received this message late (very late😜).

                          Today, I went to HDFC bank (Asyst Park Sector V branch in Kolkata city or district, West Bengal) near to my office for account portability. One of the bank employee named Rahul Baid was arguing and shouted on me for no reason. I asked him to talk to me in polite way, but his behavior was all the same.

                          I want immediate action from the bank side against the employee Rahul Baid else I (Classic Customer )will close all relationship with the bank.

                            I pay my credit card bills regularly way before the due date, however this time I was busy in some engagements and couldnt pay the amount in time.
                            I had an outstanding credit of 1, 271.49 rupees to be paid by 2nd Dec.
                            I was charged a late of 400 rupees on this amount on 5th Dec which is highly unjustifiable. I have paid the complete outstanding amount to avoid any further charges by the bank.

                            Also there are some other charges that are levied in my account, which I believe shouldn't be.
                            12/12/2016 SERVICE TAX 108.43
                            12/12/2016 CESS TAX 3.87
                            12/12/2016 Billed Finance Charges – Retail 374.57
                            12/12/2016 KK CESS 3.87

                            Please provide information about these charges and also revert the fees that have been levied.

                                Complaint against HDFC Bank Credit Card
                                Never seen such shameless people who cannot stand to their words.And just writting useless statements on twitter request.Taking the follow up from last one month.And they are not even marking a revert.Still receiving statement of Rs.1, 975.66 .Even after paying the complete amount. Plesae take some action against them.They are just fooling the customer and taking money from them .

                                    Dear sir/mam, i hav salary account in hdfc bank my cust id[protected], last 1.6 yr i was leave job now this account is converted to the saving account n without my intimation bank charged me 400 rs per month.now total amount is become 7800/- without i m using the services of hdfc bank how they charge that much amount.now they are not giving any response for waive my charges.if i want to use service i need to pay 7800/- rs either i want to close account need to pay same amount kindly help to resolve.

                                      i had booked yesterday air ticket from delhi to lucknow from web site www.smartbuyhdfc.com ( HDFC Smart Buy ref no- [protected])having departure time as 18:10 Hrs for 15-jan 2017, and had paid Rs 1453. however after completing payment process . I received mail confirmation from with wrong departure time of the same airline (air India ) but with different departure time .that is 07:10 am .

                                      after contact air india and HDFC customer care they had been ask to give screen shot of my transaction for this ticket which is attached with this mail.

                                      Pls refund my amount as i am not responsible for these type of technical mistake.

                                        Iam priyadharshini a hdfc credit card member for more then 5 years and paid my bills without any delay so far, when i closed my card i called them before and asked for the procedure to close my card and to get my reward cash back.

                                        They said once you closed the card the cash reward amount of rs.2000 will be sent to me in dd, but after i closed the card, when i called them to check they told that after closing the card we can't give reward points which was not told me before closing the card.

                                        I want my reward cash pack. They wont leave a single rupee from cutomers, but if they are having 2000 for one customer then how much they will have for others??? I hope the needful will be done after registering here.

                                        The Issue is not resolved, these people are cheating me

                                        This is unfair completely, This issue is raised because i didn't get any proper response from you end after sending a request to close my card and sending my request for reward points by dropping the redemption form in the ashok nagar HDFC bank last year march

                                        These people just took the amount what I paid but not the customer request, I called customer care may times regarding this issue i didn't get any response from their end, no one even bother to call me inform me on the card closing and regarding the redemption of reward points, that the reason i raised the request, now again again they are saying the same reason, i have the reward form handy with me before sending it to them, i want to just change my address then only the courier will reach me safely..

                                        These people are not taking my request regarding address change doing needful.please help me.
