My self Vinayak A K, one of my previous company had opened an account with HDFC bank for my salary and from past 2 years i haven't used my account and currently i joined a new company where this company has a tie up only with HDFC and at the time of creating a new account for my salary with the current company i came to know that my previous account what i had with HDFC has gone to -8, 800/- RS because of non maintenance of the minimum balance and which i was not aware of this and also bank people has not informed me about this before so kindly help me to close my previous account and help me to open Zero balance account with the same HDFC.

    My HDFC Credit Card got 3 unknown Transactions on 07 December 2016
    all 3 transaction in USD ( I have never been to US) converted indian total cost is Rs. 18930.
    I am following HDFC Complaint desk since 1 month(escalation.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) but no satisfactory answer yet.
    One more important thing is My Card was getting expired in December 2016
    and I have requested to close the card on 26 October 2016 (have email proof).
    Now I got bill from HDFC for above Unknown transaction with due date as 03 Jan 2016.
    Not sure what to do, please help

      I had HDFC credit card, I had blocked it 2 years back since it got stolen.Also I had requested customer care not to send new one since I was not planning to use credit card. After 2 years later I have received credit card bill for renewal fee. Even I dont remember my credit card no.
      How can HDFC sends bill for credit card which has been deactivated two years back. I am sure that HDFC is not government bank and let us know if it has started to give services like government so that I can switch my accounts to any other bank.

        In my Credit card bill amount due used to pay by me manually. I didn't register for auto and didn't request anyone for this.Bur last month the amount was deducted from my account even though there was not sufficient amount in my account. So they have returned the amount to my account. At the same day evening transferred sufficient amount to pay and paid my bill. But the problem is they have added extra Rs 450 amount in my credit card bill to return the amount. I have the following questions

        1.I didn't registered or asked for auto pay then why they have deducted the amount from account?
        2.Even though there was not sufficient amount why they deducted the amount and why they returned the amount back?
        3.Without my knowledge how could they deduct amount from my account?
        4.If i am not paid the amount they should add fine not deduct amount from my account?
        5.Why should I pay the returned fee amount?

        Please help me to solve this.

            Respected sir. Myself Johny K M. Kannamkulam (h), kizhathadiyoor p o. Palai Kerala. I have settled my credit card amount of 40200 in the month of march. But I couldn't complete my remaining due amount of 12800 because of severe financial troubles on account of health hazards as I underwent angioplasty. But the above bank has debited 53008₹ from my saving account on December 16th. This processes given me an another financial problems. So I kindly request you to grandly refund my remaining amount. Please do needful.

                  Hi i need some legal advice..i have taken personal loan from HDFC Bank.. Iam paying EMI regularly without delay ...as all of you know money demonetisation...RBI giving relxation ...to pay the EMI up yo 1 crore from November to December 2016 ... And i have spoken to bank via customer care .regarding this 4 times .. They clearly said ..no bouncing charges ...no interest on late payment...till decmber 31st 2016 ..but now they ..asking me to pay the late payment fee...                     My name is Smruti Ranjan Sahoo. I joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few months because of location reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000 and you have charged me many times for this.

                    Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it please wave it off and let me know how i can close my account.

                    As per RBI also you cant charge me this much ammount as i have no account activity from last 1-2 years.

                        This is Alpesh Madhad, ex employee of HDFC bank, I had resigned and my last working day was 15/10/2016, until now I didn't receive F&F settlement and relieving letter.

                        I wanted to serve my notice period and was pursing it then HR & CH relieved me earlier and two months later they ask me to pay penalty for notice period,
                        here I got question...how come they are change their statement and what should I do now ? do i need to make a legal complain or what ?? because I only concern my relieving letter and F&F settlement.

                        Generally it comes within 2 weeks after last working day but I didn't get it after two months.

                        I asked hr and exit team but nobody gives me clean idea and solution for it.
                        If I don't get my relieving letter then I may loose my new job and If it happen then I will take a help of INDIAN LABOUR LAW

                          Thank you but my dispute amount credited just my a/c so my complain has solve but my one request is that please do better your bank easly system for cmplain solved at in branch not head office
                          I lost my debit card. Went to three branches asking for a debit card. Every bank has a standard answer that they don't have debit cards in stock. And what's worst they don't even let me apply for a new one. People at bank don't even respond to the queries properly. If this continues I will have to open an account in some other bank.
                          I have lost my Debit card. after that i have applied for new debit card before 18 days. but still i am not getting my debit card. so please help me to provide my debit card

                            My credit card is in active status still it is not working, I visited the branch and no proper response and i am not able connect the call to customer care also i have informed about this issue when i got a call from HDFC Bank no one responded for that also i have written an email i have got a confirmation email saying that with in 4 working days they will reach out to me but i have not received any email or a phone call regarding this.

                              I was about to sleep when my mob got a msg from vm-hdfcbk today as under..

                              Thank you for using your hdfc bank credit card ending 4702 for rs.500.00 in mumbai at klickpay77252 on[protected]:00:22:57.

                              I haven't shared my card details with anyone, and this card is with me.

                              I havent done any transaction as well.
                              Seems its a breach in hdfc bank system, i checked my card balance it was less by 500, so confirmed card has been used. I called customer care immediately an executive attended call after almost 12 mins.

                              He said he dont see any transaction might be it get reflected in transaction after 2-5 days.

                              Cant wait for someone to reuse my card, hence asked him to block now itself, he said our system is updating i have took request but call after 7 in the morning.

                              Its unacceptable when transaction go through without authorisation another transaction may happen within seconds but we are told to wait 7 hours.. Such a great service..!

                                I received the message, i was shocked & immediately checked my account to confirm whether the transaction really processed. Yes, it is done. Even the amnt is small, but it clearly shows the security breach in hdfc credit cards.

                                I got exact same experience for Unknown transaction amount around Rs.20, 000 . the transactions are done in USD ( I have never been to US). Following HDFC Complaint desk since 1 month, no satisfactory reply yet.

                                  Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I had applied for a credit card in the year 2014 which was issued on 19-June-2014.

                                  Due to payment reason I was informed by collection team department Mr. Sani # [protected] to settle this card in 33, 700.00 wherein I was informed to clear this payment in six equal installments.

                                  Later, when I got the settlement letter I came to know I have to pay a huge amount in first of Rs. 15, 300.00 which was not possible and informed to me to clear and the same was well informed to collection member. However, he asked me to not refer the settlement letter we have to collect money according to our collection then in first he took money of Rs. 8050.00 on[protected]which according to settlement letter was Rs. 15300) and later the second payment he collected from me of Rs. 7200 (which was updated as 3680) now please see in two months I had paid half of the settlement amount. In third, they told me to pay 7000 as a third-month amount for which I had denied to pay as I was informed by collection team to pay this settlement amount in 6 equal installments.

                                  I would like to tell there is miss commitment given to me and collect the money tells all fake things. Now due to this, I have been coming under red in civil which is not my fault at all.

                                  I would request you to please get this checked and resolve this issue on priority as this impacted by civil or have to raise this concern consumer court.

                                  Attached are the document wherein i had made the payment against the settlement letter which was given to me.

                                    I hv one account in your saharanpur branch showing minimum balance average is rs 10000 whereas there should be rs 5000 being a senior citizen.                                         I transferred an imps amount of 50, 000 from my Hdfc bank account to sbi account on 14th of December but still is not credited.

                                        This is not a good service by Hdfc bank I need very urgent payment that's why I transferred through imps.
