      Hi hdfc grievance,

      I adarsh sahai have opened my normal saving account number xxxxxxx4120 at hdfc bank goivnd
      Nagar, kanpur branch.

      I went many times to this branch and communicated about this quarterly deduction for my normal saving account
      And asked why there is deduction of this rs 115/- amount from my normal saving account when i am maintaining rs 10000/- balance in my this normal saving account xxxxxxxx4120. I need only normal
      Aving account and do not need more than this if there is any such kind of deduction.

      Please take appropriate action against this issue and refund my all deducted amount from my saving account xxxxxxxx4120.

      Unnecessary they are deducting this amount from my account and misguiding me every time when i go to hdfc bank.

      I will go to consumer court for this issue.

        Dear Sir-

        I Am not sure who is right person to escalate My HDFC personal loan issue ( Loan No[protected].
        I am writing this mail to you all to bring the attention of Personal Loan HDFC bank employee department incompetenecy.

        for last four month I am facing issue of my emi is not able to auto deduct from my ICICI bank account.

        I have talked to cutomer care[protected] and mailed the issue to [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

        In reply I have got the ecs form and asked to duly signed form by ICICI bank and submit this for anywhere in India nearest HDFC Personal Department.

        I have filled the form and duly signed it from ICICI bank. I went to PATNA HDFC bank ( Exvision Road, Rajender Ram Plaza, 2nd Floor, Patan ). There I have been asked to contact Raju Jain ( Collection Manager) as he was out of station so he guided me to sumbit this form to Nitin.
        As i have asked Nitin to take this form and dicated all the issue he denied and said until he find all the reson of bounce he can not take this form
        Now it is going to three days and he has failed to find the reason for EMi bounce. Also he is not picking up my phone..

        Also Customer Care are not helping me.

        So my question When you HDFC personal loan bank department is not able find the problem and reluctant to solve the issue. Why should I pay fine and boucne charge every month when problem from your side. Even Why should I pay EMi ?

        So please help me to resolve this problem ASAP..

            Hon'ble team members!!!

            I was working with hdfc bank ltd as a sales executive, my employee code was cs 43857, i have resigned from the job on 2012 but till today. i have not received the cheque of my provident fund, which deducted of every month with my salary. and even they did not provide me pf number.

            Kindly confirm the status of my pf other wise i'll go to the court for case of the company or i'll send the notice to you.

            Do it as soon as possible and needful

              Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this...

                  Negative balance in my HDFC account which i came to know is against RBI rules... What is going on HDFC?

                    I am having a salary account in hdfc bank since 2010. I had taken the two wheeler loan and the emi for the period of 24 months. The total emi was deducted from my salary account in the above respective period. But unfortunately the amount was deducted in the name of ecs against the emi loan. I can not understand why you are deducting like this without any prior intimation. Today also rs.3450/- deducted from my salary account and i am surprising how it was happened. Already i issued the cheques to my vendors and the above cheques are bouncing due to this type of non sense deductions.
                    So i request you to kindly consider my complaint and resolve the same with immediate action.

                        I am tarun mehta account holder of hdfc bank khurja 203131 up... I went to your bank today for withdrawal of cash from my savings account.. No branch manager and no back up manager was available in the bank... Time was near about 11 am. Came to know that from mr munendra sharma employee of hdfc bank told that the cash withdrawal tokens had all ready been distributed earlier and we can't provide cash to u. I said to him that kindly provide me the rbi circular that bank can distribute the tokens before day or on the same day...

                        Mr munendra sharma gave the no of cluster head of mr sidhartha gupta employee id s 2484, his no was also out of reach. Bm mr girish ranjan no was saying please check the no...

                        No answer was there about the token circular and they said do whatever you like

                        My request to u that the behaviour of employees are worst and creating nusense in the branch. I told to mr sanjay teller person that kindly write on my cheque that the. Bank have insufficient funds. He said i will right this on the cheque when the funds will become over... So u are requested to kindly sort this complaint at the earliest so that the persons like me should have faith in your bank and people should don't criticise the government step in support of demonitisation...

                        Hi Sir,
                        I am adding Hdfc credit card to my Hdfc account of auto pay. But i can't maintain sufficient amount for it.so with out intimation fined to me 450.00 for it.
                        Previous month i can't maintain sufficient amount but no fine on it.But this month only fined to me.
                        Please solve it ASAP.
                        I have an account with hdfc and have twice applied for a credit card but no one has bothered to contact me yet. Been 3 days

                          I got a message as follows.

                          "thank you for using hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx for rs. 250.00 in mumbai at klickpay77252 on[protected]:00:58:00."

                          How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.
                          If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts.
                          It shows a security breach in hdfc bank credit cards.
                          Please provide the exact reason and refund money.

How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.

                            This transaction is not processed by me or i have not received any otp for this transaction.

                            This is very serious security leak from hdfc bank side while i contact customer care they are saying no transaction like this happens.

No. [protected] regarding receiving back to back 18calls from your associates for make mere paument of rs.1900 immediately, although it was missed mistakenly and made payment of rs. 12000/ on 25nov.. Card is been blocked mode... Despite of file the complaint on 14dec morning and eve. Parellely, again i am getting calls for same, in very unbearable manner. I already conveyed the customer care exe. That i will made payment on due date.. Then this eposode happened on 13 and 14 nov regularly... You are requested to kindly look into this matter and take action as soon as possible before we enter into legal consensus.. Thanks

Mene aapki fainace se lagbag 52.801 rs ka karwaya sir..? Sir mene eski emi lagbag 14 emi de chuka hu sir.. Fir bi hdfc fainace limited ne mer bakaya 36.687 rs nikal diye he..? Humari famaly ki halth abi bahut jyada karhab he, esi baike se mare chot bhai ka 6 month pahle exident ho gya thaa. Uske ilaaj me meri famly ne bahut hi pesa lagaya sir, jis karn humari helth sahi nhi rahi he..? E karn humne abi tak baike ko abi tak sahi nhi karwaya he sir,.. Aap se recwest he ke baki bachi emi ko mafh karne karfa kare sir.. Or humko full noc dene ki karfa kare, taki aage bavisye me humko koi bi 2 wahilar ya 4 wahilar lene me paresani na aaye.. Or humara recod bi karhab na ho sir...?

                                  Hi,

                                  There is an HDFC bank in the corporate area (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector - 39, Gurugram, Haryana). I and many of my collegues visit this branch to withdraw cash using cheque. But they never provide cash. They have now introduced Token System which is another scam. People with token from last week haven't got cash. Current notice says further tokens will be distributed on 16th December 2016.

                                  Kindly investigate what is wrong with this branch. We're feeling cheated.

                                    I resign hdfc life on a designation of agency development manager in 27/09/2016. I completed my 2 month but the settlement is not done till date, as company do the same as early as possible.
                                    Please do the settlement and the full and final settlement the amount is not given to me completely. The leave and bonus is not given at time of settlement, and there is no any specification in full and final settlement sheet,

                                      I tried to purchase Click to protect on 1st Nov 2016 two times payment done and it showed failed transaction on your site. i made payment from HDFC credit card and it was in form of loan. Again I tried on 2nd Nov 2016once again from HDFC credit card and 1 from my HDFC savings account.
                                      Ideally only one loan availed on 2 nd Nov from HDFC credit card should be active but still one more loan is active on my name. After following up for 45 days still issue is unclear to you. Its really pathetic.
