I had Created account in HDFC for Salary account 10 month before, after 3 month i left that company and no salary credited to that account. Now am having negative balance of -1308 in (Saving account) [protected]. Am not using this account and i want to close this account without paying fine. Please do clearance of negative balance to continue in your bank.

    Hello,

    I purchased car policy from HDFC egro on 6 November.

    They are claiming premium amount of Rs.362.48 on 10 December

    All the details filled by Sales executive over phone
    They are requesting amount after 1 month
    my experience with HDFC is very poor.
    i clearly told them my vehicle is 11 month old
    Please friend Do not Buy any product from HDFC

    HDFC ERGO General Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Do not buy health insurance from HDFC ERGO.. its totally fraudulent. I had purchased Health Insurance for my elderly mother at premium of Rs 26993 and next year during renewal, they hiked up the premium to Rs 34500. I was not even told about this during the time of purchase of policy and now they are saying that the premium increases with age. If thats the case, then why I was not informed about this earlier?

    I had purchased this via policybazaar and its a nexus between policybazaar & HDFC ERGO. Do not buy insurance from these fraudsters.

      I had a HDFC Bank Credit card. I used it for almost 2 years.After that due to some payment was late for 4 months around. After that I had been getting call for payment and it was settled for a specified amount by bank. I paid the whole
      amount set by bank. It has been around 8 months after making payment but still it has not removed my name from CIBIL. What to do Sir, Please help. The representative said that you will get NOC after complete payment but it was not so. Please Help

      I, Anamika Kumari, had a HDFC Bank credit card no [protected]. I settled this card for Rs 23715 after waiving off late fee and interest imposed by the bank. I have made this payment almost 10 months before i.e. in Feb 2016. But still I am facing CIBIL issue. If I apply for another card they say your previous HDFC card settlement status was not updated by the bank. Please HELP sir.

      Hello Sir,
      I am really very thankful that you forwarded my complain to the bank. Therefore I got response from an executive from HDFC Bank about 5 day before. She promised to send 'NOC' letter to my registered email within 24-72 hrs. But It's 5 days past I didn't get any email. Now I see a hope to get my issue addressed. Sir Please do something.

        I had an account in HDFC which was opened as a salary acct when I was in my first company.I left the job in May 2015 and there after I withdrawn all the amount in the account since I will not be receiving any more funds and not going to use further. Now when I got to check the account details I see that there is a negative balance of RS -8636 in it.

        As per the RBI rule, "According to the RBI notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.""

        Also it says clearly that :: As per a directive from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks have been asked to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance touches zero, The Times of India reported. The central bank has also given the customers an option to approach the banking ombudsman in case lenders continue to debit charges on such accounts, creating negative balance.""

        We all will be forced to go through the BANKING OMBUDSMAN AND WRITE TO RBI about this if no actions taken.

            Today 10/12/2016 I received a call from the number [protected] frm Deepak Shrivastva and also received call from number [protected] and [protected] RBI branch Bandra Mumbai stating that my ATM card is in the process of renewal and it need to be done in urgent basis. So took my ATM card detail and withdraw my cash of 25, 0000 frm my account . As per bank statement it has been mentioned that it has been transferred to cheque / ref no 687781 for the first amount 19, 999 and cheque ref no HF[protected] for the second amount of 4, 9999.after couple of hours I received call from another number [protected] Chennai .the guy on the phone said he is calling from the transaction dept oh Hdfc and he came to know that my amount has been transact and its a fraud case and asked not to share the bank information in furture. I have no idea how did he knew that I was cheated. I tried to reach HDFC customer care service but couldn't get through the number went on long hold and I went to bank but bank was not open. When I tracked the number in Truecaller the numbers are from Bihar and West Bengal .I really need help from your team to research on this and I am looking forward to hear from you soon.

              I opened a salary account in 2015 . it been 7 months that i have left the job or no salary credited in account, yesterdays i checked the mail Rs 5500 deducted from my account in the name of maintenance charges. I complained in HDFC, , HBL number =[protected], they keep on saying that after 3 months salary account converted into saving account so you have to pay maintenance changes for that, told her that it is true but as per new guidelines by RBI https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=9343&Mode=0 no deduction need to be done on the name of maintenance changes. still they are saying the same thing, Please help me with this.

                I had policy on my spouse name Mrs.Rashmika Mehta. She died on 22 -09/2016. It was operational till october 2016.
                I raised death claim on above mentioned policy. Company has deposited some amount in my account but the details of full & final settlement is not provided by the company. Hence I have represented to company many times, but company is not responding. Hence I can not decide whether settlement done by company is as per the rules or not?
                Company is not responding to any queries, which creates doubt in settlement done by them.

                    I have just try to pay the premimum of my hdfc progrowth plus policy 18169105 through my hdfc regallia credit card(55XXXXXXXXXX6812).

                    The thing is that all transaction was failed, I have try more that 8 or 9 attempts to make successfull, but all was failed.

                    I have all got mails for unsucessfull transaction, but when I have check my credit card account it is showing to me 201176.26 Rs Total Outstanding Authorization Amount .

                    please reimburse these amount into my credit card account asap.

                    What is all that these are my salary A/c and at the time of A/c opening it is told to me that these are zero balance A/c so why these charges are deducted without prior notification to me
                    F#ck this choor bank fraud bank no employees are helping for this and managers are frauds no help telling close account and no refund it seems for salary account

                      1-madivala branch manager-narayan naik, behaved extremely rude with me, treating a women customer or any one is completely unethical. He treated so badly that now a days you don't treat with a begger also.

                      2-manager said that he will reverse the 50% amount and you can swipe the card and utilize it and your account will be closed within 5 working days after all verification process and you will have 5 days of time to access my card.

                      3-yesterday, around 1pm i submitted my forms and today in the morning they closed my account and blocked my card.

                      3-totally 1035rs+66rs=1101rs are deducted from my account. I need my amount to be reversed and cannot tolerate such behaviour from the manager and staff-poulomi mukherjee.

                      Madivala HDFC bank manager is fraud person and doesn't know how to treat women customer. Being a old and a senior person, he needs to be trained for ethical behavior with a women customer or any customer.

                      Infront of customer he says something and then cheats them.

                      example-he says he will reverse amount only if you fill and submit the closure forms and your amount will be reversed in 5 days, you can swipe card and utilize it.

                      But once you submit within 24 hours he closes and blocks your ATM card without reversing the amount.

                      This is a fraud.

                        It has been intimated through SMS that the ECS payment of a sum of Rs 6839/- as EMI has not been realised from SBI Golpark Branch Kolkata and it is being redeposited .
                        SBI Golpark branch has been approached to clarify . The question of non clearance does not arise because there is sufficient balance in the acount . If there is any other reason, both the banks should sort this out between themselves .

                          I have made a payment of INR 4, 550 towards JosAlukkas on 27-11-16 through my Debit card. Due to transaction failure, it was not received by them and on inquiry I was informed that the same will be credited to my account within 2-3 working days.

                          After many follow ups with the customer care through phone calls and mails for the past 10 days, I didn't get any proper response from the support team.

                          I request you to treat this on priority and do the needful at the earliest towards the reversal of payment.

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 1st september 2014 and i see that i have rs -4993 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                I have an account[protected] in hdfc bank in salt lake -5 kolkata branch since august 2007, eirlier it was a salary account and latter converted to normal saving bank account. after converting to saving bank account on march 2011 i was trying to clase this account from orissa angul branch. i have applied three times to close my demant as well as saving account through angul banch. but till now I am not able to close the same as no body co- operate with me at Hdfc branch angul. Orissa also i have aatached tha slip of my colsing form here for your reference except this i also applied tha filled form and send it through postal to hdfe head office of demant account in chennai. but i did not get any response from the branch or from head office but anual charges and monthly charges also increaseing day by day. so I need ur intervention my mobile no [protected]

                                  I am holding the above account with your K G Marg branch in New Delhi.
                                  I am lodging this complaint to point out a severe dichotomy with what the Government of India is wishing to propagate and what your bank is actually doing.
                                  The government is making concerted efforts to promote cash less transactions in the country. One of the basic objectives of the Demonetization exercise is said to be that only . However I find that HDFC Bank has been charging extraneous amounts on usage of Debit Card for electronic payments made. I reproduce below copy of relevant transaction from my Bank Account, where it is apparent that on a purchase of diesel for Rs. 500=, the bank is charging a sum of Rs. 14.38 on the transaction as fuel surcharge.

                                  This is simply preposterous, working out to almost 35% of the actual amount of fuel purchased. Not to mention to be very much against the cashless drive undertaken by the government on such a huge scale, where it has even allowed giving discounts on fuel purchase since yesterday, including waiving off Service Tax on such transactions. However, if one were to pay 35% of the cost as surcharge to the banks, it would be better to deal in cash only and negate the good work that the government intends to do.
                                  This is to request you and to urge the RBI and the MoF to look into such manipulative and coercive practices being adopted by the banks on electronic payment modes, which should rather be free to the consumers.

                                  Effective 1st November 2016, As an EasyShop Platinum Debit Card, any fuel surcharge levied on your Card at any fuel pump in India will be reversed by end of subsequent month from the date of levy of the surcharge (up to a maximum of Rs. 250.00 per month per card). This waiver is valid for all the fuel pumps across the country and only on fuel transactions above Rs. 400.

                                      I have taken Centurion Bank Loan for my two wheeler Activa in 2006 and the loan is already completed. I have recieved RC book but not received NOC. I am staying in Vapi and i am not sure where i should check the details as the bank now as it is merged with HDFC. I have approached HDFC but they just say that they have no information about this. Kindly help us to get the NOC.

                                        I, Naveen Saving Account holder XXXX, customer ID XXXX of Chhattisgarh Branch do have a concern with the bank that the above savings account has been charged with 11.5/- on 25th November 2016. Exact details are given as under:

                                        Savings account XXXX debited with 11.5/- on November 25th 2016

                                        A total of 11.5/- Rs refund is requested from the bank for reversal into the bank account XXX. This action has caused a deep trouble to me as a account holder as I have been holding this account for several years and has caused a deep dissatisfaction among the family. I request the branch Manager / Relationship Manager to kindly reverse the amount at the earliest so that we can gain confidence in HDFC bank once again.

                                        Also as per the RBI instructions during demonetization window No service charge will be levied on digital financial transactions using POS machines at any merchant or Fuel Stations.
