My hdfc salary account was created in my previous organization. After changing the organization i had relocated to another state for a new job. Now, as i was not using the previous salary account, the bank without informing me converted my account to savings account.
Now, when i came back to kolkata, i visited the branch to close the account.
The bank representative was rude. When i tried to explain, they misbehaved. Though somehow i was able to submit the closure form with my previous company release letter. But till now after spending 12 days they did not took any action.
I am requesting you to please take action against the bank. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

    My name is Dinesh Bhatia. I took Education loan of amount 2, 16, 412 Rs.
    My monthly Emi is 2, 209 Rs. My mother is the co-borrower as she takes Defense Pension. We were not able to pay 2 months EMI i.e september month and current (October) month, as my mom was having some problem in her pension account she didn't received pension of sept month. We received call from Recovery Agents from [protected] on 12th October 2016 that you have not made the payment, my mom replied I didn't received my pension so right now I don't have the payment and I can pay on 28th of October 2016. But the agent was repeatedly saying you to pay on or before 15th October and that too harshly. My mom said I can pay on 28th october before this its impossible. Then they suggest lend money from someone else and pay, my mom said no one lends money at today's time. Then he passed the phone to fellow lady agent who was very rude and arrogant and have no manners to talk. She shouted you will have to pay on 15 oct 2016 . My mom said speak politely or i ll not talk and mom told the same think that before 28th October I cant pay. Mom also said I will give you my pension account cheque dated 28th october 2016. Then again she shouted and spoke rudely.
    Your recovery agents do not understand the problem and does not gives any solution .All they think is covering their targets.

    Now as per your e-mail your agents are and should be :-

    All the members of the staff or any person authorized to represent our bank in collection or/and security repossession would follow the guidelines set out below :
    a. You would be contacted ordinarily at the place of your choice and in the absence of any specified place at the place of your residence and i[censored]navailable at your residence, at the place of business/occupation.
    b. Identity and authority to represent would be made known to you at the first instance
    c. Your privacy would be respected.
    d. Interaction with you would be in a civil manner.
    e. Normally our representatives will contact you between 07:00 hours and 19:00 hours, unless the special circumstances of your business or occupation require otherwise.
    f. Your requests to avoid calls at a particular time or at a particular place would be honored as far as possible.
    g. Time and number of calls and contents of conversation would be documented.
    h. All assistance would be given to resolve disputes or differences regarding dues in a mutually acceptable and in an orderly manner.
    i. During visits to your place for dues collection, decency and decorum would be maintained.
    j. Inappropriate occasions such as bereavement in the family or such other calamitous occasions would be avoided for making calls/visits to collect dues.

    We cant pay before 28th October 2016, and if any of you at HDFC understands consumer problem then mail me with resolution at my registered e-mail address during the time of loan application. And I want a strict action against the agents who spoke with my mom, they where not civil at all.
    Before also I received calls from you non civil recovery agents and same drama happened but this time I chose to report.

    I want a resolution asap and also what action you took against this two recovery agents.

            Hdfc bank charging for non-maintainence of minimum 10, 000 balance on saving account. Four time i did complaints, first time reversed amount and started again fund deduction. Now my balance is inr -690. They deducted balance for cess. And not answered which type of cess applied. They are violating rbi's zero saving account rule.

            Please sir help me.

                I got a message at 11:05 am that a fraudulent transaction of rs 14, 446.81 has been made on my credit card. Further i checked online the amount outstanding is rs 14, 960.81 (No record for the further rs 460 even on sms).

                In effect rs 14, 960.81 was being transacted from my cc wherein i never did any such transaction. I was called by the hdfc cc team at 11:07 am and they told me multiple transactions were tried but one of them got approved.

                I mentioned it was fraud and they transferred my call to hdfc phone banking. I got my card blocked right away. Gosh multiple transactions were tried is very scary for your customers.
                I submitted the credit card dispute form to cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com as suggested.

                1. Since i made complaint and sent the dispute within minutes of the fraud i am expecting the bank to contact the merchant and get the charges reversed. Chargeback can be done with relative ease in this case.

                2. I do not store my cc details anywhere, the card is with me all the time and i am a careful user with credit card. Despite this the details were apparently phished which is highly concerning with regards to security services of the bank.

                3. Also i do not understand why charges are levied to customer for a replacement card when the card is not stolen or lost.

                In a nutshell the amount was not great but since some o[censored]s have good credit limits with your premium range of credit cards and the risk is very high.

                I am expecting a pleasant and hassle free settlement and hoping relevant timelines are given.
                Also please advise if careful customer's data can be phished so easily and used for transactions, what are the secure options available.in this case no otp was asked and since i was not making this transaction there was no chance of someone going the password option.

                Hoping someone will contact me to resolve the issue since the HDFC Credit Card Dispute team apparently does not have any call center setup, the phone bankers cannot help here and the emails you receive from CC Dispute team are often unclear.

                  I am using hdfc credit card from last 5+ years. I used for food, petrol and shopping. I am not able to understand their march-16 and april-16 statement so i haven't paid there bill. Mumbai department called me for reason.

                  1st (Junior) caller was good and understanding my problem, after tell her bill paid + amount i used in those month are not matching.. She agree on that and called her senior to explain statement

                  2nd (Rutuja shinde senior) she started with hight voice and started explain me with banking term. I told her couple of time "madam, you have pdf and you are just reading. How can i understand you term like opening balance n all" she said it's every easy why are you can't understand and shouted me more then 3 times. I found she has no sense how to talk with customer, she need to control her anger, she need to control her voice volume, atlst she need take some knowledge from juniors, junior follow all protocol and senior 0. Atst learn how to talk customers if you are senior.
                  Just because of this case i decide to close my hdfc card.

                  After 2 day one guy call me and explain everything i guess he was branch head (I forgot his name), guy was very down to earth and understand my problem

                  i lodge a complaint in HDFC bank threw reference no. [protected].

                    I wrote several times to the great and friendly hdfc team, that i don't have my credit card number to pay the bills.
                    May be its great surprise to you, but seriously i don't know my credit card number.
                    As my old one is expired, without my confirmation they issued a new card.

                    I tried to pay to old card 8 months ago, but its failed.
                    I asked them to redeem my reward points and send me final bill, but no response.

                    I called to one of the member from previous emails, and he told will call back on next monday to my personal number.
                    But no reply.

                    Please tell me how can i pay the bill?

                      To whom so ever it may concern,

                      I had applied for a credit card application number [protected]w3, later i got a text stating "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w3 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

                      I called the sales person and he said i'll get my card within a week, i contacted the back email and got to hear that they will get back within a week, it's more than 10 days now. i checked the status of my application on their website it says disapproved. this is crazy, don't know what's going on. nor the bank or the sales person is getting back to me. kindly do the needful if my application is disapproved kindly let me know the exact reason.

                      I am getting deduction under "ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 011016" category. I think this category is for demat account. i dont have demat account how can this deduction is possible from my account no? Rs 115 has been deducted from my account. Disappointed by HDFC bank services.
                      Please do the needful.
                      Pathetic Call center for credit card. It takes years to talk to executive. Nodal Officer does not pick phone. Worst scenario here !

                          I use HDFC bank credit card ending 6610, I received a message from HDFC bank on 01/10/2016 saying that my account xxxx will be debited for Rs 1805.17 towards payment of HDFC bank credit card ending 4341 on 01/10/2016.
                          But i dont own any debit/credit card ending 4341.
                          I thought some wrong message is triggered to my phone number but on 07/10/2016 i got one more message saying payment of 1805.17 is returned make alternate payment.
                          I dont understand what is going on.

                          Desired Resolution: I expect HDFC branch to look into the issue. i also expect an written apology form branch manager since the auto debit was not successful and returned this may be reported to CIBIL which will tamper my Credit score, i have been paying my bills regularly within the due dates.

                            As per rbi rule passed in the month of may 2016, there should not be a penalty charged to the savings account in the event of non-maintenance of minimum account balance. Whereas i do see that i had been charged with a penalty amount of rs. (-) 1845.40 as of 9th october'16. Please help to understand as why this has been charged even after rbi guidance. Please rectify this asap...

                                  HDFC Bank reduced my credit limit of credit card even after regularly paying the dues.
                                  and they keep on messaging for promotional offers.
                                  if you dont want us to give limit and use your card they why the hell you are sending soo many mesages for offers.
                                  Very disappointed, even after paying dues on time, these bank is proving that people who don't pay at all are clever ones.

                                    Hdfc life और future generally की अधिकृत sb insurance नाम की ब्रोकर कंपनी के संजय सक्सेना ने लोन के नाम पर पॉलिसी कराकर मेरे साथ धोखा किया है।
                                    संजय ने 5 लाख का लोन दिलाने के बाबत 50 हजार hdfc और 25 हजार future generally मे पॉलिसी करवाने को कहा।
                                    उसने मुझे लालच भरी बातों मे फसाकर मेरी मूल पॉलिसी बॉन्ड भी हड़प लिए।
                                    अब ना तो लोन मिल रहा है और ना ही पॉलिसी का पैसा।
