There was a deduction of Rs 115 for PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016 on 15th October 2016 in my account. What is it for - and why am I being charged for any service I never used ?

Being a classic customer - I am still being charged for any kind of imps or neft transfer.

If there is any kind of service activated on my account and it's chargeable - atleast I should get notified before it's associated with my account.

There was a deduction of Rs 115 for PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016 on 15th October 2016 in my account. What is it for - and why am I being charged for any service I never used ?

Being a classic customer - I am still being charged for any kind of imps or neft transfer.

If there is any kind of service activated on my account and it's chargeable - atleast I should get notified before it's associated with my account.
My first company open a salary account in hdfc bank some1year back but i never used that account, recently i got message from hdfc bank my main balance -3, 000INR. Before i dnt get any warn messages then how can they deduct balance. this is to much.. please take any action about this.. please closed my HDFC bank account.

    Hello -

    I am a customer of HDFC Bank from 2004. I see a deduction of Rs. 115 against PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016. This is surprising!!

    Neither I authorised anyone nor I am aware of this transaction. The customer should be informed beforehand before any transaction is made in the customer's account.

    Can you please look into it at the earliest?

      I took a credit card from HDFC Bank a year ago. I received the credit card after a lot of hassle nearly two months after having applied for it. Thereafter, I continued to make regular payments to the card going as far up to 12, 000 INR in a month. They had however taken my email address down incorrectly and hadn't informed me of it. I received no statements from them. I continued to make payments regularly on the account till one fine day I receive a call from a man named Milind Kamble from the HDFC bank team saying they had not received a payment on my card. I told him then that they have to first get my email id corrected and tell me my payment due date. I mean I am sure I don't have telepathic powers no matter what Mr. Kamble thinks. When I still didn't receive any correspondence on the correct email address which is [protected]@gmail.com and not [protected]@gmail.com, I refused to make a payment and refused to receive further calls. My father was then called by Mr Kamble and made to listen to some of his choicest words. A cancer patient, my father, extremely upset with what had happened called me up from Kolkata where he resides with my mother crying over the phone and telling me that I did wrong. The next time Mr. Kamble called me back I asked him why he called up my father and he said that if I did not pick up his call he would be forced to call on the other number. I told him of my father's condition and he told me that I should not have spent the money on the card. I am sure Mr. Kamble is not my family member so he just cannot be condescending and rude. Thereafter I would receive a call every month for having a missed payment. Mr. Kamble would call me up every month and behave in his rude abrupt manner calling me and my family names till I would get irritated and make the payment. This is how HDFC Bank treats their customers by the way.
      One fine day the person on the other line changed. He spoke politely, his name was Ajay and he told me that I have missed my payment again. I asked him then if there was a way for me to change my payment due date as I receive my salary on the first of every month. He gave me an alternative. I was due to make a payment of some 2900 odd INR so instead he asked me to make a payment of double the amount so that I would be covered for the previous month and the following month. That way I will be back on track and not miss any further payments. I agreed. The next month I received a call from a girl, Sneha. Extremely rude and obnoxious she was. She kept calling me day in and day out. Sometimes I would receive more than 3 calls in a day from her. The most called number on my phone had been replaced with her number! Once she would call and tell me the amount, the next she would call up and ask how much I was paying then she would call up and ask if I have made the payment. I mean seriously? Which school was she running?
      In between this period, I had lost my job and was on the lookout for a new one. I had also been under rigorous treatment for which I had taken a sabbatical from work. I would receive non-stop payment calls from her asking me when is the payment. If I refused to talk to her she would call up my father and then he would get upset again. When I told her nicely not to call up my father she said I will not call him up provided you pick up the call. If I refused to respond, she said, and I quote, "Ab dekhun mein aap kya karengi. Mein aapke father ko hi call karungi." And if you don't call this obnoxious and threatening then maybe I need to go through school again.
      I have written letters that I am attaching to this mail, i have complained, I have been called for those complaint letters and harassed again.
      Now I want a settlement. In spite of having informed them that I have been without a job, if they do not understand a genuine customer's problems then it just shows what they are like. No one does anything if someone like Mallya runs away with crores. He is happily living abroad drinking his regular cocktails and going to his everyday parties, but I go jobless and ask my bank to bear with me and all hell breaks lose. Some justice this is.
      I am a journalist living alone in this city. The credit card had been taken to pay off things that were important. However, this somehow has grown to be even worse than the Nightmare on Elm Street.
      I am currently employed with DNA but haven't received my salary for the past two months from my previous employers. I really want justice please because this kind of harassment is growing ridiculous by the day.

        As I have orderded the Nikon Camera D5500 and Epson l220 printer on 13-09-16 in flipkart.com with no EMI option and cancelled on the same day and amount refunded on 14-09-16. But after cancellation bank has taken EMI and tax (totally : 800.17 rs). No response from both Flipkart and HDFC. I need solution and refund for this. Totally cheating the customers.

            My HDFC Bank savings account was converted to Classic Account without my consent and then they deducted 115 Rs from my savings account on 15 Oct 2016 in the name of "programmanagement fee jul-sep16 121016". what is it for? I haven’t subscribed any new services from your bank. the services and it's fees you guys imposed on customers without their consent. do revert it. else we will report to banking ombudsman. This is totally unacceptable.

              I hv lost my cards 2 month back I camplant to custamer care they hv block my cards and issue New one but I still not recived my cards then I again camplant regarding debit card they told us they are send to my varanasi branch .i request him to kindly send my cards to my working places of any hdfc branch they are agre to send it on kankarbagh branch.I also recived cal from my varanasi branch that they are sending my debit card to kankarbagh patna bihar branch.I enquiry so many time to kankarbagh branch bt cards are not there.i tired to cal rathyatra varanasi hdfc branch but they are not recived cal.I also cal to custamer care but after entering all information without saying ph.line disconected.I request kindly solve my serious issue.&do the needful

                HDFC Bank — Poor relationship manager Submit a Complaint
                I have recently had a very poor experience with HDFC bank - relationship manager Chandan Deka from the HDFC FANCY BAZAR branch.

                I have multiple preferred accounts with hdfc bank and the RM in question as very active and made frequent visits to my home and office for his queries and fulfilling certain targets . He had requested me to open TWO OD ACCOUNTS by depositing LIC + GOLD as security for RS 500000 . where upon by taking great care and personally taking my wife to get the formalities done before 30th sept NO 1 OD was opened against gold very promptly, thereafter the 2nd OD the papers and security was duly deposited with him and told me that your 2nd od account would open after 4/5 days period. TODAY its been a month and there no news about the OD .

                Post that I have tried contacting HIM around multiple times by call /sms/whatsapp and no success. Either the phone has been continuosly busy or she hasnt received the call. he receives the call sometimes and says that 'I am busy will call later ' which never happens . My point is that the bank has created this post for the convenience of the preferred customer not create a mental harrassment, in case there is some technical problem at least i should be informed and basic courtesy says at least receive the call or respond accordingly . VERY SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING ACT . AJAY KUMAR JAIN

                  HDFC Bank has deducted Rs. 115 from my account under the name- Program management fee. What is this fee? Why bank was deduct the amount without any confirmation form the customer. Also I don't have a Locker and no any Loans and Cards, If this amount is deducted because of dedicated Relationship Manager- I don't needed for this.

                  I will close all my accounts from HDFC bank & Move it to Kotak bank as they are very reliable in terms of service.

                      My policy no[protected] taken hdfc life classic assure plus.
                      Agent reena patil -[protected] had given wrong information regarding policy.
                      She said that sir take this policy wor the rs 5 lac in which you have to pay rs.50k for 10 yrs with maturity of 15 yrs you will get interest on your amount & you can withdraw after 10 yrs also & also give confirmation that will dissbus 5 lac amount within 25 working days with 9.4 %interest rate.
                      Still i am waiting for amount to disable in my account everytime giving information

                      Now i am very annoyed that i want to cancel my policy & want my money back in my account on any cost.

                      Reena had said that she had process for cancellation but still i had not received any document no or any acknowledgement in my mail.

                      Need acknowledgement of cancellation any cost & also confirm when my amount wil rebus in my account.

                        They opened my account with wrong name and now refuses to do changes so.

                        Very bad experience with hdfc have to face a problem because I don't have a surname they refused to update my name . I don't how people have suggested me HDFC .

                        I never knew people were unprofessional up to this extend
                        Told by your employee "We don't have a policy to open a account for people with no surname"
                        Yes and government has a policy to update me with a passport, aadhar card, pan card, voters ID and driver's...

                        Iam using 2nos air tell conection in my phone, [protected] and [protected].in this nos the data conection is conecting frequently and the balance is redusing, i have gone to your coustomer centere and they have send a message to 1925 and told now it is ok. But still the procedure is same. I think it is the cheating of coustomers. If you are not stoping this immediatly i will change my conection to some other providers, do the needfull immediatly,

                          I state that i have applied to allot a plot under above noted kda scheme and the requisite form along with draft of rs. 57900- under challan no 2681

                          Was deposited on 10th august 2016 at your branch at lal bangla, kanpur, which (The plot) was not alloted to me on kda lottery dated 27.09.2016, resulting the

                          Amount deposited to you may be refunded after the lottery i. E. 27.09.2016.

                          2. On query about the rufund of fund at your above branch, it is surprising that no fellow are present there to reply in the matter properly, but saying ek do mahine

                          Me ho jayega vapas khate me, how it is reply? It is proper, considerable, i think it is not a proper reply nor considerable, however i request you please arrange

                          Immediate refund the fund of rs. 57, 900- to my account given to you in my application along with opportunity loss after the lottery date i. E. 27.09.2106.

                            The bank is charging 100 rs as programme manage ment fees 100 rs per quarter without any information to customers

                              I checked my savings account and got to know that hdfc bank have deducted an amount of rs 100+service charge from my savings account.

                              I checked it thoroughly and got to know that banktaken it as programme management fee which is ridiculous and impractical. For what they are charging this as such they are giving some great service to customers.

                              What a bogus fee that programme management is? I am heard this for this first time and no other bank is charging. This is very unethical practice by hdfc bank, and there is no such criteria from rbi to charge for programme management.

                              If this amount is not debited back to me within a week, then i will be bound to close my account with immediate effect.

                              Not only me i will definitely close the account of my family members as well.

                              Request you to explain on this issue and withdraw such charges

                              Sir, I given my Adhar card to change the address, but till now from two month not get change of address.we feel the service of branch is worst of HDFC.I even inform to branch mgr.but no action & bank desk counseeler want some commission.                                 I Have hdfc credit card 489377XXXXXX2377. I registered this card in my HDFc net banking. Unable to view HDFC credit card transactions. When i click on View button to see transactions on credit card i am getting below message.

                                  On 15th October 2016 I noticed that Rs. 115 has been debited from my account as Program Management Fee for July - September'16. When contacted HDFC Bank I was told that the charges are levied by the bank to all PRIVILEDGED CUSTOMERS.
                                  The type of privilege services provided can be evaluated from below mentioned few lines.

                                  I asked for a check book for this I had to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi Mandakini branch at least 4 times and forms were filled 3 times by Relationship Manager and it took more than 6 months to deliver the cheque book.
                                  Another case for changing my correspondence address to Gurgaon is still pending though 4 times forms have been filled with Relationship Manager. More than 8 months have elapsed without any result.
                                  One can very well imagine the quality of service being provided by HDFC to privileged customers.

                                  I am with HDFC for almost over a decade and shocked to see such charges and debiting the amount without authorization is highly objectionable.
                                  I request HDFC management to revoke the charges lest they may loose many customers. Hope the better vision shall prevail.
                                  I request FORUM to take up the matter on behalf of poor ( privileged ) customers with HDFC Bank.

                                  There is no reply to my complaint from HDFC except that they are singing one tune that the HDFC is giving too many benefits to the preferred customers and you enjoy excellent services by them. My submission is that whatever they did was for business promotion and after many years they are charging money debiting from the accounts without authorization, which is highly objectionable. We are leaving money with them on faith and they can't debit money without our permission. Kindly take up the matter with HDFC as deemed fit.

                                      I have been using hdfc credit card from last 5 years and it was my worst decision ever in my life to have the hdfc bank credit card. I am being paying penalty charges through out these years without complaining. I almost paying 15 k minimum charges which is half of my salary and regularly paying finance charges averagely 2 k every month with interest 3.40 per month and yearly 40.8 per year which is more then 3-4 times for any kind of bank loan interest. Which is halt my personal growth and interrupt all my accomplish like home loan child insurance rd account and all.

                                      Mentioning above issues i was seeking help from hdfc seiner management to repay all my balance to get rid out of finance charges every month so i requested some finance charges levied off, but out of my expectation they have simply denied my request stating all charges are rightly levied and my card is not eligible for any kind of concession. Which deeply hurt to me. Also this is strength that my card is always eligible to increase the credit limit and they have increased the limit to near 2 lakhs from 75 in two times to get more revenue from customer like me.

                                      Anyway i am trying to overcome with my all financial issue and readying to repay all balance amount to avoid pay any further charges to hdfc hence after i will stop all my relation with hdfc bank and inform all my circle to be away from hdfc as much as possible. Thanks
