I am Suman banerjee, I have availed a two wheeler loan from Hdfc, unfortunately this month the ECS got bounced, and one lady from the collection department named soma called me, and regarding the collection she talked with me very badly, without any manner she used lot of bad tone, I have never told her that I will not pay, she was in very aggressive mood, without being polite she was indeed talking in very bad manner. I am also a bank employee if it is the manner to talk then Hdfc is having no manner.
