I transferred Rs.1, 10, 000 from my HDFC Saving Acct xxxxxxxxx73772 on Friday (30th Sept.2016) evening at around 8:30 PM to my SBI Saving Account xxxxxxx33321 (IFSC SBIN0006893) through IMPS reference No.[protected] . Although the amount was debited from my HDFC Bank account, the transfer was declined due to technical issue at the beneficiary bank (SBI, Lucknow). This was conveyed by the message.
I am attaching pdf snapshot of my HDFC Saving acct with request that the amount of Rs.1, 10, 000 be credited to my SBI account

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
Kindly note there is a technical issue with outward IMPS transaction going through SBI. We have not got the definite timelines from the Bank / NPCI as to when this issue will be resolved.
For such outward IMPS transactions going through SBI bank wherein your beneficiary has not received the funds, the funds will be credited back to your account within 1 working day from the date of transaction. In case of any further clarification or assistance, please contact us on our Phonebanking Number or write to us on [protected]@hdfcbank.com with reference id TTU01101607 in the subject line.
