I have made my premium online payment of rs. 1575.00 towards the policy no.: 10942414 | plan: hdfc term assurance policy on 22/06/2016 at 12:37 pm. But so far i have not received the receipt for the same to mt mail i. D. But i have received the receipt of the next quarter.
So, i am requesting you to send the receipt of the payment dt.22/06/2016 at the earliest.

    My son took Rs. 20, 00, 000.00 personal loan from HDFC in 2013. While approving the loan HDFC had agreed for 2% foreclosure charges as per their email dated 21/06/2013 from Imperia Relationship Manager Mr.Nishat Gupta copy to Ms Priyanka Magoo Branch Manager, Rohit kapoor and Saurabh Kapoor of HDFC Bank also.
    But while foreclosing the loan HDFC levied 3.44% foreclosure charge instead of 2% stating that you may ask for refund later on. The loan amount with foreclosure charges Rs 11, 09, 834.00 was paid by cheque no. 52 dated 05/04/2016.
    For refund of excess amount Rs.15, 444.32 we have been requesting HDFC Bank to no avail.
    My son has been transferred to USA as such I am requesting the Forum on his behalf to take up the refund issue with HDFC Bank.

    There was a call from HDFC asking for sending the paper where they have agreed for 2% foreclosure charges. It was informed to her that the requisite paper is already attached with the complaint, after some pause it was told that they are working to resolve the issue.
    It is strange that even after 5 days period they are still probing to find out who agreed for 2% foreclosure charge. Hope HDFC is really considering the case on priority as told earlier by them.

    HDFC has informed that they are refunding the excess loan foreclosure charges within 2 days. I convey my thanks to the FORUM for their efforts to resolve the issue.

    As per HDFC mail the refund was to be credited to my son's account by 19th Oct'16. Few days back my son informed me from USA that there is no refund from HDFC. I again approached them to inform details of the transaction. Today I received a call from HDFC that due to some technical problem money could not be refunded but they are refunding the excess loan foreclosure charges today. This is for your kind information and record.

      I have issued hdfc credit card (Allmiles) no [protected]. Today (26th sep'2016) around 05:05 evening time i was received a massage on my registered mobile number ([protected]) “rs. 733.62 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1633 on[protected]: 17:04:36 at amazonprime membership. Avl bal – rs. Xxxxxx. Xx, curr o/s – rs. 9770.62. The fact is that i was not used my card for this transaction even though i haven’t received any otp for this transaction otherwise aware of that incident and can stop this. Its serious security breach issue related to hdfc bank security system.in every transaction otp sent on my mobile no. But this same was not sent it, makes me insecure for my hard earned money.
      I am already sent cardholder dispute form to hdfc bank through mail id (Naresh. [protected]@gmail.com). I am requesting you to please check the loop hole and save customer from this kind of fraudulent transaction.

      I faced same card fraud yesterday on all my cards at exact same time.
      Please let us know what resolution you received?

          This is against hbl=[protected]' pl account number for narendar tiwari. I was not informed about the processing fee from bank. They offered me top of loan without processing fee against my existing hdfc personal loan.

          I was informed around 11th august and i accepted loan application.

          Hdfc representative informed me that there will be no processing fee. However, she process my application. I got approval from the bank side and then after some time i got the beak up of the charges that was levied during the process of top of loan. And i get surprised without informing customer, bank charges heavy processing fee. I spoke with the hdfc representative for the waiver that i was not aware of that. First time they informed me it will be done as you are not aware and then i got call from anurag gupta and he said that may application was processed on 15 august and per the the company norms there is no waiver on processing fee. I informed mr anurag that i have agreed on 11 aug and from bank i got the offer without processing fee. He informed he cannot waive the processing fee he can discontinue the insurance. Being a manger he was misguiding me to cancel the insurance. As i know insurance is very important for salaried person so i have no problem with that. I strictly advice him i want waiver of processing fee at any cost or take your loan amount back. I also give example that if we provide any person any deal and that person is agree then if any one have to make any amendment then he or she need to aware the parties as bank have not aware me and they charge the processing fee without my authorisation. Then anurag assure me that he will take care of the processing fee. After 10 minutes i got call from same agent who had process the loan and she said that sir please don't escalate the case as she will lost the job and she informed me that processing fee will not waive off. I just informed her please arrange a call back from the anurag who assured me that he will take care, but till today i'm waiting for the call back from the anurag to resolve my query.

            I praveen kumar is maintaining a saving account with hdfc bank pushpanjali enclave branch, pitampura new delhi. my customer id is 64219476. when i have opened my account with your bank at that time i have informed to mr. pawan bali (relationship manager) that i need the credit card from the bank side. it was being informed to me that if i will open the hdfc privileged account with amount rs. 50, 000 then on the basis of that credit card will be issued to me. but after continuous follow ups the credit card is not being issued to me.
            When i have visited the branch it was being informed to me by mr. pawan bali that if you will open another family account then credit card will be issued but again there was no card issued on my name, every time a false commitment has been done from the bank officials. being a pioneer bank in the indian banking industry these type of false practices and commitments doesn’t suit. the bank officials just for the sake of completing their target can’t make the false promises.

            It is my humble request to you that please take my complaint and treat this matter on the priority basis. it is not the thing that credit card is not being issued to me the main agenda of writing this complaint to you that bank can’t fool the customers like this. if credit card is not being issued to me by hdfc bank doesn’t mean that no other bank issues me the credit card but working in the service industry means to service the customers to the best.

                Sir,

                I am first time user of Credit Card provided by HDFC Bank. I was keep on paying the amount what ever was used by me. Due to some unavoidable circumstance I could not able to pay the full amount whereas regularly paid the min amount as per HDFC credit card demand. They keep on adding additional financial charges, late payment fee and taxes even though from last 4 months I am requesting to waiver such charges I will pay the full amount. But they are not listing and torturing mentally recovery team and number of calls from the division. Last month they told me to pay 4600/- and will waiver the charges immediately but they have taken the amount and not considered my request. I am having number of mails communicated to Grievance cell, customer cell even their MD but no answer till date. I can send you if you need all such mails.

                I need to pay the amount which I have spent and dont want to continue with CARD. They are not listing and not even responding.

                I therefore, need your kind help to consider may case on higher priority as they may add further charges. I do not want to continue with this card and want to close my account by paying the used amount by me. Please help.

                  I wish to complain about hdfc life insurance policy no.14987188 in the name of rajesh kumar that i purchased on 07.03.2012 at plot no. p-1, pp trade center, netaji subhash place, delhi-110034.
                  I am complaining because i purchased a policy from hdfc life insurance, vide policy number 14987188 and client id 58743741 from mr. rajiv sah[protected], dated on 07.03.2012 with a life cover for 5 years (plan name:- young star super premium). i have submitted my two instalments for the same policy of rs.30000/- (rupees thirty thousand only).
                  When i went to the hdfc life insurance company limited, 301, plot number 15, 3rd floor, Mangalam place, nn mall, Rohini sector 3, Delhi - 110085, district centre, near m2k cinema to pay my third premium amount there was a lady (branch employee) who told me that your amount for the above said policy number is transferred for stock trading.
                  When i first learned of this problem, i contacted to the same executive named rajiv sah[protected] at hdfc life insurance branch, rohini. he replied that your amount is transferred to stock trading and you must have to pay your premium for 5 years then you can stop or else your amount of last two premiums will be finished and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. i believe that this response is unfair because my hard-earned amount transferred to another purpose without intimating me which is very unfair.
                  I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. if i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. i am enclosing copies of my receipt. i may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
                  So, you are requested that please arrange a cheque in favour of Rajesh Kumar to give my amount back.

                    Last week Friday(23 Sep 16) I used to pay air tel bill, the amount Rs.150 debited from my Account.but that transaction failed on that day.

                    And Today one more transaction also failed or Tamil electricity payment. Amount 388 debit from account and couldn't get this money till now .

                      My HDFC Bank Loan Account No. is 25351329

                      I paid all the EMIs on Time, and the tenure is over now.

                      When I am demanding for NOC, then the bank is saying that there is amount Rs 457 overdue.

                      Bank is asking for this amount for not any valid reason and unnecessarily.

                      If this amount is valid, then HDFC Bank should tell me the transaction details first of all.

                        I paid Rs. 15000 for HDFC Life insurance on 10th Sept, 2016. Since then, there is no update on payment received . I mean wtf!! I've continuously mailing to fix it but there is no outcome. What the hell are you guys even doing? Do you think this is a joke?

                        Here is what's going to happen next.

                        - I'm filing complaint in consumer forum tomorrow. I'll make sure to take all my money back from your plan with penalty. This is not my first time.

                        I have taken a personal loan Rs.4.50 Lac as on June'15 from HDFC Bank Br.Bhinga, & according to manager Mr.sinha they will give loan after doing a FD for 1 year from branch value of Rs.50, 000/= i have agreed for that but after doing all formalities they give of policy from HDFC Life having term-15 year & regular premium so pls look d matter.

As they needed extra doc after reviewing my files again they asked many doc which I submitted. They have approved it on 17sep later as I don't get any calls I asked no reply.                           People in that are irresponsible. They talk nearby asking about foodstuff. When there is delay in documents if we say that we will come and details at bank they respond by telling give it in housekeeping service. Still they don't update my status.

                            I am a HDFC credit card holder. Without giving any notification HDFC added my billers to Smart pay and started paying bills by their own without taking any permission from me, which I wanted to pay after someday after doing some analysis of wrong amount charged. I believe this is a ridiculous facility of HDFC as its sucking blood of customer to do all reversal process after a wrong bill is paid by HDFC with even informing. They should at least ask the account holder first.

Then I had call customer care & block my card. Then generate a Dispute no. - [protected].

                                I had a credit card limit was 20000 i used card n always made the payment in time through atm transfer. but recently i was not able to pay the bill due to some financial crisis . i asked them to kindly remove some penalty already paid 25000/ still its showing 7000 rs pending which still m not able to pay .if its possible to pay some of them i will ready to pay n finish all the dues.

                                    Why do HDFC do not provide any online option for changing food plus card PIN or Phone number. Its very problematic for employees who get transferred from one location to other.Finally when the customer forgets pin or looses card, The bank sends details to the address which is given at the time of card initiation. Is there any other option to get the PIN within the current address where the employee got transferred. It will be better if there is an option to make changes through online rather than sending details to the location manually.

                                      I am regularly getting daily calls for new credit card from your employees. I do not know exactly from where my mobile number is available to them, these calls are really disturbing and I am receiving them from almost more than 6 months. I had repeatedly requested your representatives to not call me again but still no action. Calls have been from both landline as well as mobiles.

                                        My name Venkatesh m Shenoy, from Supreme Solar systems. We had opened one account with Your branch at vaishali Sector 1 ac no:[protected], I opened this account because one sales executive namely Anurag Mishra visited many times, then I gave all the details with documents to open the account. All went fine later after three to four days one person named Deepak his mob no: [protected] visited my office and said he came for verification and said he is relationship manager in the bank. I had a good chat with him, after 3 days again with Anurag and Deepak one Mr Sandeep Tyagi came to my office and said he is the manager of the branch and he also came for the same verification.

                                        And at that time I clearly told about our company gave detailed description all about loans currently having with other bank in Bangalore, as our company head office is in Bangalore, he told like he will take care of everything and ensure that there won’t be any problem from their side in banking.

                                        On[protected] my account was opened and 1 lac Rs was deducted from south Indian bank and others 1000 rs from ICICI bank, I received my cheque book in two days, on 24th I received call from Anurag stating I need NOC from existing bank, then I asked him this was not asked before opening the account and that to not even at the time ur manger visited to my office even though I said everything about existing loan. Then I told let me see whether I can arrange or not, meanwhile I received a letter from HDFC bank Sector 4 Noida stating that our account is held because we have not informed anything about the loan and a brief with that, I immediately called Mr Deepak and intimated about that, he told me no issues everybody gets that letter i[censored] r having loan with any other bank, mean while I was asked to arrange a NOC If possible or let me c what can be done, but next day I drafted a letter to Noida sector 4 branch and CC to vaishali branch which was sent through courier DTDC NO:Z9587881 Date[protected], both Letter attached with mail.

                                        After 2 days I visited branch and met Mr tyagi and asked him if there is no other go then please close the account and refund the money, that was on 28 or 29 of July, he suggested me that there is one way that HDFC bank will send a letter to my existing bank and ask if there is any objection continuing this account. If they reply stating yes then we will close the account and if no reply within days we will continue the account. He also told me that there are three holidays in between so there is a possibility. So on 13-august I called Deepak regarding the status, he said he is out of bank but on 16-aug either we will close or continue.

                                        From 16th I started facing problem, despite many calls he told me I am talking to someone and all other crap. On 20th he told me account is closed with three to four days I will hand over you the DD. On 25th Again Anurag called me and said he is bringing one form where it has to be signed to close the account, I asked what where you doing these days and he gave me more reasons. I called Mr Deepak and told I am out of office now it will be signed and sent to branch with my staff and I asked him do you want any other letter to hand over the DD as I am going to US and I won’t be available for 10 Days. He promised me and said I will give the DD to him.

                                        Meanwhile when I was in US my person daily visited the branch and they gave much reason like server down many problems. But you please imagine I received message on 14-September sating that 101000 is deducted from my account, I directly contacted Mr Sandeep taygi, I told him about the delay I was shocked to hear the reply, “ THIS CASE CAME TO ME ON MONDAY 12- SEP AND I DID WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE DONE MY JOB” I really felt bad because that branch is under him and gives reply like this, and he told me that authority letter should be issued in his name then only we can hand over the DD despite many request he replied in a rude way and said I can’t do anything I cannot hand over the DD I will courier today itself, but till now I didn't receive my DD in my address.

                                        “FOR APPROXIMATE 30 DAYS OF HARASSMENT LIKE COME TOMORROW, COME LATER AND THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE” I think even government offices are far better in front this HDFC branch. Please let me know the status of the DD.

                                        My main moto to write this mail is

                                        1) To inform you about the happening in branch and later no other customer face this problem

                                        2) To know the current status of My DD.
