My name is Sairam.I left my job in October, 2016 and after two months or so my Hdfc salary account is converted into savings account.When I checked my balance it is showing -631 rupees. When I asked Hdfc bank customer service they told me that a minimum of 10000 rs to be maintained in the account otherwise charges are levied monthly basis. I am very much worried. please look into my problem and help me.

    Dear madam/sir,

    Actually 10 month back (july & august 2015) i asked to your customer care services to change the billing cycle through the phone call. that time they was told, once billing cycle date is fixed it cant able to change it, like that. but when your collection department persons are called me to get a payment, that time i was told this problem, they are telling like, 'billing cycle is changeable you clear the payment first and after you call customer care they will change like that'.

    Because of this problem from july-15 unnecessarily i was paid around rs.1000 per month as a late fee fine. who is responsible for that money? tell me the solution for that money.

    Finally i want close my credit card account. kindly deduct the amount whatever i was paid as a late fee amount from july-15 and let me know how much i have to pay. if you tells finalized amount i am ready to pay that.

    These above matter i was complained to your collection department also. but they are not talking about that late fine amount, only they are asking to current payment. and they holds my saving account money also. when my complaint is pending why they are holding my savings account?

      I have taken a personal loan of rs.4.50 lac from hdfc bank br. bhinga sravasti & according to manager they will give loan after doing fd with them worth rs.50, 000/= i have agreed for that but they give a life insurance policy instant of fd having regular premium of rs.50, 000/= (term-10) they cheat me, i am unable to continue the regular premium policy so i want to refund my deposit pls look d matter.

      I have done 3 transactions through HDFC PAYZAPP on AUG 28-2016, to the merchant TATA SKY, but only one trasaction has been sucessful and rest two have not been recieved by merchant and request you to refund my deducted amount asap and reference number : REF-[protected] REF-[protected]

        My mother has used credit card and remaining is 9000 only, credit card department had deducted 22000 amount without intimation. we have asked for statements for which we have already paid excess. still not bringing statements and top of it deducting amount without intimation.
        when i call credit card department and asked for statement not replying and taking time to respond in which doubts are raising. i dont know what is happening with HDFC credit card department and replying in rude we will deduct and we have full rights to deduct amount.
        please some one help me in reoslving this issue as we are middle class people and no one is responding on this.

        No proper response from HDFC bank even after mailing through my email.

        I am seeking help from hdfc bank people and on the other side credit card team is deducting the money from the account without intimation which i have to pay for the hospital expenses.. this is really worst response from the hdfc bank, can someone grom manager take ownership and speak on this issue. I request can someone help us on this issue.

          I was with HDFC bank since from past 4 to 5 years it was good until i only had my salary account with you, Since the day i got there credit card it was the worst bank i ever seen in my life, HDFC your customer care & collections dept provided me the worst service they dont even know how to speak with a customer. Well i already stopped both my debit & credit card with u people & make sure will never suggest HDFC bank to my family or friends to any sort of business with u. Am with HSBC now i think u people need to learn something from them how to deal with customers. Seriously HDFC u are the worst bank ever seen this is my feedback as a customer.

            A cheque no, 000014 dated 09th september, 2016 for rs. 3, 976.00 was handed over to your office on 09th instant at ho chi sarani branch in kolkata for renewal of the above car insurance policy in the name of my niece roli kar gupta, who is presently in usa. The date of expiry of the policy was 13.09.2016. Instead of giving a cover note, the concerned person acknowledged the receipt of the payment on the photo copy of the cheque. Since then till date the renewal has not been effected

            After lot of persuasion they could locate the cheque last week and thereafter the cheque was presented to our bank and which has been encashed. But the policy has not yet been issued and on enquiry over phone, nobody could tell us about the status.

            I am surprised that in today's business environment, you are so lackadaisical and negligent in your approach, resulting in serious harassment to the
            Customer. Please note that if the policy is not issued immediately, i will refer the matter to the appropriate authority and also circulate it in the public forum so that people in general are aware and they will necessarily rethink before investing with your company.

            Today sometime back when again i spoke over phone, i was told that the concerned person will call me back in 5 minutes, which has not materialized as yet.

              I have cancelled my card last december because of the annual fee which was imposed without my knowledge, i have sent the soft copy, hard copy of the demolished card and the letter signed by me, i am totally surprised to see a pdn notice from third party lawyer, which i got recently asking me to pay rs5, 000 because of failure to clear my outstanding amount, i have asked the statement from the bank which i didn't get still, they keep forcing me to send a mail to grievance team and they take 7-9 working day's team which add's up interest on my account, these things started after me telling that i am in us, these words are from the hdfc person in call with a laughing note "it's just $100 for you people, why cant you just throw that and close the dispute"... Is this the way to speak to the customer???. Now i am left with no choice, i have sent a mail by cc'ing all the board members of hdfc bank, i am ready to pay any outstanding amount which i left with the interest, but not their annual fee, lawyer fees. Can anybody advice me how to solve this problem?

Been transfered to unknown account [protected] in the name of chaya vats with whom i dont any releation.How can an amount be transferred from my account to another account without my knowledge or permission.Now the bank official are not given satisfactory answer and nor they have return the money above mention amount. This is very hard to digest as i am being cheated from my hard earned money which is not being refund by the bank. Please action against the bank and refund my money.Thanking you.

                      My son took Rs. 20, 00, 000.00 personal loan from HDFC in 2013. While approving the loan HDFC had agreed for 2% foreclosure charges as per their email dated 21/06/2013 from Imperia Relationship Manager Mr.Nishat Gupta copy to Ms Priyanka Magoo Branch Manager, Rohit kapoor and Saurabh Kapoor of HDFC Bank also.
                      But while foreclosing the loan HDFC levied 3.44% foreclosure charge instead of 2% stating that you may ask for refund later on. The loan amount with foreclosure charges Rs 11, 09, 834.00 was paid by cheque no. 52 dated 05/04/2016.
                      For refund of excess amount Rs.15, 444.32 we have been requesting HDFC Bank to no avail.
                      My son has been transferred to USA as such I am requesting the Forum on his behalf to take up the refund issue with HDFC Bank.

                      There was a call from HDFC asking for sending the paper where they have agreed for 2% foreclosure charges. It was informed to her that the requisite paper is already attached with the complaint, after some pause it was told that they are working to resolve the issue.
                      It is strange that even after 5 days period they are still probing to find out who agreed for 2% foreclosure charge. Hope HDFC is really considering the case on priority as told earlier by them.

                      As per HDFC mail the refund was to be credited to my son's account by 19th Oct'16. Few days back my son informed me from USA that there is no refund from HDFC. I again approached them to inform details of the transaction. Today I received a call from HDFC that due to some technical problem money could not be refunded but they are refunding the excess loan foreclosure charges today. This is for your kind information and record.

                        I have issued hdfc credit card (Allmiles) no [protected]. Today (26th sep'2016) around 05:05 evening time i was received a massage on my registered mobile number ([protected]) “rs. 733.62 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1633 on[protected]: 17:04:36 at amazonprime membership. Avl bal – rs. Xxxxxx. Xx, curr o/s – rs. 9770.62. The fact is that i was not used my card for this transaction even though i haven’t received any otp for this transaction otherwise aware of that incident and can stop this. Its serious security breach issue related to hdfc bank security system.in every transaction otp sent on my mobile no. But this same was not sent it, makes me insecure for my hard earned money.
                        I am already sent cardholder dispute form to hdfc bank through mail id (Naresh. [protected]@gmail.com). I am requesting you to please check the loop hole and save customer from this kind of fraudulent transaction.
                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I faced same card fraud yesterday on all my cards at exact same time.
                        Please let us know what resolution you received?

                            This is against hbl=[protected]' pl account number for narendar tiwari. I was not informed about the processing fee from bank. They offered me top of loan without processing fee against my existing hdfc personal loan.

                            I was informed around 11th august and i accepted loan application.

                            Hdfc representative informed me that there will be no processing fee. However, she process my application. I got approval from the bank side and then after some time i got the beak up of the charges that was levied during the process of top of loan. And i get surprised without informing customer, bank charges heavy processing fee. I spoke with the hdfc representative for the waiver that i was not aware of that. First time they informed me it will be done as you are not aware and then i got call from anurag gupta and he said that may application was processed on 15 august and per the the company norms there is no waiver on processing fee. I informed mr anurag that i have agreed on 11 aug and from bank i got the offer without processing fee. He informed he cannot waive the processing fee he can discontinue the insurance. Being a manger he was misguiding me to cancel the insurance. As i know insurance is very important for salaried person so i have no problem with that. I strictly advice him i want waiver of processing fee at any cost or take your loan amount back. I also give example that if we provide any person any deal and that person is agree then if any one have to make any amendment then he or she need to aware the parties as bank have not aware me and they charge the processing fee without my authorisation. Then anurag assure me that he will take care of the processing fee. After 10 minutes i got call from same agent who had process the loan and she said that sir please don't escalate the case as she will lost the job and she informed me that processing fee will not waive off. I just informed her please arrange a call back from the anurag who assured me that he will take care, but till today i'm waiting for the call back from the anurag to resolve my query.

                              I praveen kumar is maintaining a saving account with hdfc bank pushpanjali enclave branch, pitampura new delhi. my customer id is 64219476. when i have opened my account with your bank at that time i have informed to mr. pawan bali (relationship manager) that i need the credit card from the bank side. it was being informed to me that if i will open the hdfc privileged account with amount rs. 50, 000 then on the basis of that credit card will be issued to me. but after continuous follow ups the credit card is not being issued to me.
                              When i have visited the branch it was being informed to me by mr. pawan bali that if you will open another family account then credit card will be issued but again there was no card issued on my name, every time a false commitment has been done from the bank officials. being a pioneer bank in the indian banking industry these type of false practices and commitments doesn’t suit. the bank officials just for the sake of completing their target can’t make the false promises.

                              It is my humble request to you that please take my complaint and treat this matter on the priority basis. it is not the thing that credit card is not being issued to me the main agenda of writing this complaint to you that bank can’t fool the customers like this. if credit card is not being issued to me by hdfc bank doesn’t mean that no other bank issues me the credit card but working in the service industry means to service the customers to the best.

                                  Sir,

                                  I am first time user of Credit Card provided by HDFC Bank. I was keep on paying the amount what ever was used by me. Due to some unavoidable circumstance I could not able to pay the full amount whereas regularly paid the min amount as per HDFC credit card demand. They keep on adding additional financial charges, late payment fee and taxes even though from last 4 months I am requesting to waiver such charges I will pay the full amount. But they are not listing and torturing mentally recovery team and number of calls from the division. Last month they told me to pay 4600/- and will waiver the charges immediately but they have taken the amount and not considered my request. I am having number of mails communicated to Grievance cell, customer cell even their MD but no answer till date. I can send you if you need all such mails.

                                  I need to pay the amount which I have spent and dont want to continue with CARD. They are not listing and not even responding.

                                  I therefore, need your kind help to consider may case on higher priority as they may add further charges. I do not want to continue with this card and want to close my account by paying the used amount by me. Please help.

                                    I wish to complain about hdfc life insurance policy no.14987188 in the name of rajesh kumar that i purchased on 07.03.2012 at plot no. p-1, pp trade center, netaji subhash place, delhi-110034.
                                    I am complaining because i purchased a policy from hdfc life insurance, vide policy number 14987188 and client id 58743741 from mr. rajiv sah[protected], dated on 07.03.2012 with a life cover for 5 years (plan name:- young star super premium). i have submitted my two instalments for the same policy of rs.30000/- (rupees thirty thousand only).
                                    When i went to the hdfc life insurance company limited, 301, plot number 15, 3rd floor, Mangalam place, nn mall, Rohini sector 3, Delhi - 110085, district centre, near m2k cinema to pay my third premium amount there was a lady (branch employee) who told me that your amount for the above said policy number is transferred for stock trading.
                                    When i first learned of this problem, i contacted to the same executive named rajiv sah[protected] at hdfc life insurance branch, rohini. he replied that your amount is transferred to stock trading and you must have to pay your premium for 5 years then you can stop or else your amount of last two premiums will be finished and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. i believe that this response is unfair because my hard-earned amount transferred to another purpose without intimating me which is very unfair.
                                    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. if i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. i am enclosing copies of my receipt. i may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
                                    So, you are requested that please arrange a cheque in favour of Rajesh Kumar to give my amount back.

                                      Last week Friday(23 Sep 16) I used to pay air tel bill, the amount Rs.150 debited from my Account.but that transaction failed on that day.

                                      And Today one more transaction also failed or Tamil electricity payment. Amount 388 debit from account and couldn't get this money till now .
