Pls be informed that i got a fake note on 20th aug 2016 at hdfc bank atm at devanahalli. This seems to be some kind of joke as everyone at the bank adjacent denied me being received a fake note. I was not allowed to use that note and it was confiscated. After much request i was given the note back. The problem is why should a consumer bear all this trouble if the atm itself is disbursing fake notes....

I got a call from hdfc regarding personal loan and I applied for it however they never gave me update on to . I had to ask again and again and suddenly one day I was informed that loan is not approved. I was okay with it and then one day I got a call from the same agent and he asked for the documents. I am using HDFC platinum plus credit card since 4 years and they informed that the reward points will be calculated as below criteria.

2 points per Rs 150 spent upto 50, 000

3 points per Rs 150 for spends above 50, 000 per statement cycle

But for the "Aug 2015, Nov 2015, Dec 2015, June 2016, July 2016 and Aug 2016 months" when i spend more than 50, 000 Rs, the reward points are not calculated...
