Hi Team,

I Amber Singhal, credit card number-[protected] am writing to you regarding a big concern I am facing..

Around 24k money on hold due to non payment of Credit card due to insufficient funds.

I was making payments of the min dues with the interest every month since last 2years..I am trying to reach the collection department for the settlement of the card since last 10 days but all in vain..Two days back one of the customer care exec took my complain and told me I will receive a call by 7-8 Sep and this happened..No body bothers to receive calls on the numbers-[protected]/02/03/04..

Please release the funds because I don't think its possible to survive without salary..I understand the policies but the bank could have deducted the min dues..why the whole amount and that to without any notification..I didn't make the payment because I was advised not to by the bank..

I really need assistance because I am in great trouble..

Really, really look forward to you for some assistance..

    Hi,
    This is to inform you that i have some dispute with the credit card enquiry. My name is Gagan singh and my no is [protected].
    On 10th of august i took a balance transfer of Rs 18000 from my sbi credit card no. ending in 5636 to hdfc credit card no. [protected], however due to some mistake it went to someone others hfdc credit card no . [protected]. After that on 24th of august i mailed a statement of sbi card ending in 5636 and with all the detail in pmt refund form through ATM drop box, then i came to know through text that hdfc bank has recieved that letter on 31 st of august. So today is 8th of september but as off now i did'nt see any refund.
    So i request you to refund my Rs 18000 to my correct card ending in 0548 as soon as possible.

      I have current loan whith Kotak Bank @ 14%, and this person was offer me personal loan from HDFC Bank @11.5%, but it was not done when I came to know the same interest rate, I gave the instruction for stop the procedure, but because of target completion, he has continue the procedure and without the foreclosure letter issue the loan in the name of the kotak bank
      HDFC Bank issue the loan Demand Draft on my company address intentionally because I come to know at the time of my first EMI
      My request to you that I want to cancel my loan

        Dear sir/madam,

        we have taken home loan from hdfc ltd. Having loan account no.[protected] and[protected]. And contact no.[protected].

        After loan sanction, sale representative (snehal) of hdfc ergo on behalf of hdfc ltd. Comes to meet me to give general informations of various different types of policies.

        He told me to compulsorily take policy to get your loan cheque.Otherwise cheque will not be made. So, i got details of policies as per his discussion that policy will cover full loan period that is 15 years and premium will be about 1 lac.

        Due to his force, i agree with him to take policy to go further my cheque preparation process.

        Then, when i got policy, its comes to my note that he has give me two policies
        one having no.[protected] and premium of rs.1, 42, 892 and coverage sum assured is only rs.18, 42, 891 and policy coverage period is only five years.

        Two having no.[protected] and premium of rs.67, 243 and coverage sum assured is only rs.8, 67, 243 and policy coverage period is only five years,

        so, dear sir/madam,

        i want to tell you that what a different in policy coverage period.

        There is a big premium for short cpverage period and short sum assured.

        So, i go to hdfc ergo general insurance company ltd., majura gate, surat to cancel my policy. They told me that we will not cancel your policy. You have to meet your hdfc ltd. Person to do it. Its every insurance company's responsibility as per irda regulations to cancel policy if insured person got cheated through wrong details of policies.

        So, i go to hdfc ltd, and there i met to shailendra thakur to cancel my policy . He told me to meet to snehal who come to give information of policy during cheque preparations. So, i me to snehal to cancel my policy due to cheating with me. He told me that we will not cancel your policy. It is compulsory to take policy in home loan.

        So, due to this types of cheating case, i make my present case towards legal friends and relatives. I come to know that i hdfc ltd., insurance policy is not compulsory to take. And hdfc department has given power to hdfc ltd for only home loans. Not to sell insurance policies.

        So, there is no need to go to hdfc ltd, to cancel it. But this both company hdfc ltd, and hdfc ergo are rounding rounding me to continue my policy.

        As a result, i got no policy cancellation process and final outcome.

        This all have used me to earn commision through this big insurance premiums.

        So, its my humble request to all of you to give me fruitfull result and i have already loss many dayss to cancel this policy and i have visit many all required offices, do calls, mails to all authorised persons. But got no result,

        i hope for your support.

          I was surprised when I got the message of available INR 2300 which was supposed to be 3800. I quickly consulted HDFC but it refused to refund my money back.

          When I opened my account summary it was showing
          AMB INCL ST AND CESS of Aug 2016
          AMB INCL ST AND CESS of July 2016

          And deducted 690 INR twice in a single day. I am really disappointed by this thing.

            I have raised a complaint couple of days back and still I do not see bank representatives trying to reach me or respond to me.

            The complaint ID: 1371749. Also note reiterating my issues below:

            2. Debit card has been expired over 6 months ago and I had re-applied but dint receive the same due to which I am unable to perform daily transactions.

              HDFC securities Case ID:[protected]opened: 21st July 2016)
              HDFC securities cheated me by sending their branch manager assuring me of high returns in 6 months via money market with min investment. They not only transferred cash from my bank account but also mortgaged by stocks. They kept on making loss and without my consent and discussion started selling my stocks and debiting money from my savings account (linked to trading account). Since more than a month I am running pillar to post to stop all these transactions but see no action from their end.
              I have already lost more than Rs.90K till date and they continue to transact on my account.

              My issue is not resolved yet but decided to donate this amount to add to the Bank's Top line. Let them be happy robbing customers who have no time to go to court.
              I closed my demat with HDFC sec and moved over to another Bank.

                I have applied for personal loan from hdfc since I was getting regular calls from sales. my loan got approved on 30th August but after that there is no response from bank. I have written to MD & Keki Mistry but no reply have been received!!! Sales manger as well as relationship managers no's are out of service not reachable. Their name are RAJENDRA RAWAT & ALTAMASH SHAIKH. Branch manager is also not responding positively. If you show them investment they will come running like a dog.

                Just waiting for a situation were i can drag hdfc in consumer court and RBI grievance.

                  HDFCSec is charging 0.50% brokerage on my trading. Even after my repeated request, Nothing has been done so for.

                  After comparing other security charges, I am getting much better offer with them. If Reducing Brokerage is an issue from yours end, Pl. confirm so that I will switch my Account.

                    I m HDFC bank customer named-Ankit singh, saving a/c-[protected] . I got my savings account balance negative, even i did not recieve any notification or mail in this regard. I am not able to pay negative balance as i am student and i have no source of income. I want to reimburse my negative balance . As per the RBI rule- first bi-monthly policy announced on april1, 2014, banks are not allowed to charge for any non-maintenance of minimum balance. Otherwise i will raise my concern to banking ombudsmen.

                      My name is Shivaji Varkhade. I have received a call from HDFC Bank for HDFC ergo policy & they have inform to me Rs 438. EMI charges will applicable for this policy. Now they will charge to my credit card Rs. 9213 (Total Policy Charges) without any confirmation or information.

                      Yesterday again received a call from HDFC Bank & they told to me your Rs 9, 213 amount will be credited on your account within 24 hrs & EMI Rs.438 will star at earliest., But till now no any confirmation or call to me regarding refunding my amount.

                      if they are not refund to my money to me then i will destroyed my HDFC card & also i dont paid any amount of credit card...

                        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the alarming situation of HDFC ATM Machine. Today in the evening by 8:30 I went to a nearest HDFC ATM to withdraw amount of 10000 rupees (although it is a SBI Card of my Mom), I had 10 note of 1000 rupee but unfortunately there was one note of 1000 was in a very pathetic condition it was taped from the right top corner & his actually number is not visible now. That time I was looking for a security guard so that I can tell him my problem but unfortunately nobody was there that time.

                        ATM is located in Dallupura More (East Delhi 110096).

                        It's not a single incident when I was facing such problem, most of the time I find notes in very pathetic condition. It's a serious concern what I want to bring in your notice. Such small things laying down the reputation of HDFC.

                        Also find enclosed the attachments for the same. Now my concern is how to get a new note or how to replace such note since his number is can't be read & nobody will take this now. Kindly suggest the to help me out, hopefully looking forward from your end.

                          Hi Sir/Madam

                          This is regarding my HDFC credit card ending 7184 which I applied unable to bear a telephone call requesting to apply credit card. As I have been ignorant of the card, the card got blocked due to non-usage. Last year when I tried 3 times to apply for a credit card and it got rejected as bank showed that I already own a card. Through backend am trying to get a new card and in that name I have already paid 52000 to Harini for the card. Because of this I do not have a reference number also to approach bank. She had promised me card with 70000 free credit as a starting offer with the card and also return the money I have already paid for the card when the card is delivered. Later the offer turned into two cards. From April transactions have been going and till July I have transferred 52000(about 10-15k per month with various reasons shared by them) for this cause as requested. In July I was informed, that someone is coming to deliver the card and finally he didn't because he lost the cheque he was supposed to bring. Since it's already crossed 5 months from April when the initial chargesheet payment was made for the card and I see no response from Harini who keeps changing her phone number day to day basis and does not reply to mails or keep me informed, I request you to look into this matter. Also, I would like to remind that money value is decreasing everyday as cost is going high and I understand that bank is not going to give any benefit for the money they return back or this free credit they give many months later. If card issuance is going to take longer, kindly cancel the application and give me back the money. Pls let me know what details are required from me and settle this at the earliest.

                            We have checked our records and confirm that said charges are debited towards Average Monthly Balances (AMB) Charges.

                            Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the service tax and education cess at the applicable rates.

                              आज तक मेरा प्रोसेसिंग फी और सुविधा शुल्क का रु वापस नहीं मिला है।

                                Hi,

                                This is sapna. I am a HDFC bank account holder and credit card holder too. This is regarding my credit card payments. This is the second incident of harassment by the bank. Due to some reason I was not able to pay my payments for few months. They put my account hold in the month of February and then called several times to the bank and the other departments for the settlement or if they can help me in the situation. I was out of my town because of some office work and they deducted 45000/- from my account without any prior notice and being a girl it was a situation for me to die. It was a strange city and I was alone and I left with no money. I called them many times but they didn't bother to help. This was the first incident. Second incident is very recent one. Now the due amount on my credit card is 27000/- They again put my account on hold on 24/08/2016 and then again I called for the settlemnt to the settlement department of HDFC bank and the concerned person was Mr Neeraj Rathi who asked me to pay 1200/- so that he can forward my case to the concerned department. I make the payment. I was chasing him daily. He kept on repeating it wil take another 2-3 days. I told him that my account is on hold and salary was credited into my account and I don't have money . My family is dependent on me and again I got the same answer. I called several times to the Debt department but as usual no response. At the end the salary which was credited into my account 26000/- that was deducted on 07/09/2016 and I told this thing to Mr Neeraj Rathi that this is going to be happen but he said no it will take time atleast 15 days. Now, I am helpless . Its a situation to die for me. Because My family is dependent on me. I called to the BNodal office of HDFC they also said that they will look into this. No response till. Its just a matter of 26000/ but for me its a very critical situation. Its very depressing for me. If because of this someone will die in my family or if some mishappening happens to me then who will responsible to this. I am very depressed because of all this and this may leads to some mishappening to me and HDFC responsible to this.

                                  My card no end with 3597. Kindly clarify the same and oblige. If i will not get reply in 7 days i will stop using the card. It is for your information.

They have sanctioned my first installment that I got but during 2nd installment they are harassing me by not giving my installment and moreover fighting with my parents when they went to inquire.                                     I have a credit card having a bill of 14000, to fill this bill i took a insta loan from ur side and filled my credit card payment. But now in credit card status, it is showing to pay the emi of loan as well as credit card bill.
                                    No one is piking up the call, this is the bad service .
                                    3rd class services... no response after doing so many complaints...too irritating...

                                      This is to bring into your kind notice that I have applied for the HDFC credit card vide application No. CC28525671 on 02.08.2016 on getting several calls from your HDFC Bank (. It was applied through your executive Mr. Gurmeet Singh (Mob No. [protected]) who came to my office (i.e. M/s Dharmapal Satyapal Ltd., C-6-10, Sector 67, Noida) to collect all the documents and application. He assured me that all papers are incomplete and credit card will come in 7-10 days. But later on after waiting for 10 days, I, called Mr. Ajay (Mob no. [protected]) whose name was given in the acknowledgment receipt given to me by Mr. Gurmeet Singh. Mr. Ajay told me that due to non-signing of one of declarations, the application was not processed and denied.

                                      Then again an executive Mr. Bhaskar (Mob No. [protected]) came to my office for getting sign the declaration on 24.08.2016. He also assured that now no documentation is pending and your application will be processed soon and you will get delivery of credit card within week. But till now I have not received any call or sms regarding this. So today (01.09.2016) I called at the customer care. They said that your application is rejected. you need to make the fresh application for the credit card.

                                      My question is only this that you have taken the one month to process an application even getting all the documents on time, as and when required and your are rejecting the application without intimating the customer. In this way your esteemed Bank processes the application of customers.

                                      I hope your will look into the matter on the serious note and will do the needful.
