Transferred amount detected from savings account but not credited to beneficiary account more than twenty days passed. IMPS transaction on 27th of August, reference number[protected]. account number is -[protected], transferred 14000 INR to an account of Karur Vaisya Bank. Still the money hasn't settled with beneficiary account. Online banking services are meant for convenience and instant transactions but now its really making me feel very frustrated with this incident. Since its an important settlement i lost my reputation here. When i spoke to the customer care executive's everyone says it may be payment gateway issue within 2 to 4 working days your money will/should be reverted to your account and we cant do anything now. Asking several statements from beneficiary account but saying the TAT is 7 working days to revert a mail. Horrible and pathetic service. They would make several interest, late pay charges if we delay a credit card payment i don't know how they are gonna compensate this blunder they are doing now.

    I have tried to withdraw Rs.14000 from HDFC bank ATM Machine but same has been deducted from my account and not been dispensed to me due to technical error.I have lodged a complaint by mail to HDFC Bank on 12th sept. reference no.HBL=[protected].Bur no body is reverting.I have also called so many times with HDFC but nobody is caring.They are saying only to wait your complaint is in process.

      I am an HDFC account holder from more than 13 years and understandably my debit card has damaged as its been used for more than 13 years. I am trying to reach HDFC customer care, there is no option to talk to anyone. Finally when you click complaints, call is put on hold for few mins and call is ended very intelligently.

      First i thought it was cellular network issue, but that's not the case. Every time you say complaint after 3-4 mins of IVR options and authentication, call is ended by system.

      It does mean that they are not going to take any complaints on their systems. Even when i visited bank and use internet banking options, both are redirecting me to contact customer care.

      Only way would be to to pick their higher annual fee debit card paying 500-1000 rs yearly which is totally crap.

      HDFC customer care number is a mental harassment number in short.

          I have never initiated opening of a Demat Account. I consistently received calls from bank for initiating a Demat Account but I denied. Still they opened an Account on my HDFC savings account. I was not much aware of it and did not even cared much for it.

          I have not even once used the Demat Account or traded even once. And now I can see an Amount of 862 has been deducted from my account under Depository Charges AUG[protected].

          I want my money back as this wasn't informed by bank officials about the deductions and moreover I have not given any consent to them for initiating the Demat Account.

            Hello Sir,

            This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the HDFC bank.

            Kindly be informed that an amount of Rs 862.50/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 14 Sept 2016 under the name of DEPOSITORY CHARGES AUG[protected].

            Initially when we did not have Demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged Rs 862.50/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And I have never used the Demat account till now.. If I call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if I don't use the account, still would be charged then I would have closed the account.

            And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

            Also, I request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

              Hdfc bank always charges high rates for return cheque charges i have raised this issue many times but it is the same pathetic reply from them.

              I have lost rs 840 now due to this and they keep reducing this charge automaticcaly when money gets credited.
              I want action to be taken on this as the amounts are high for a working person.

              I am fed up with this, as this is happening for a long time ago, really pathetic service from them

              THIS COMPLAINT IS NEVER RESOLVED. THEY STILL CHARGE VERY HIGH RATES. Charges Are Too High For A Common Working Citizens For Cheque Clearing. IF YOU CANT RESOLVE THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS SITE. THE COMMON MAN SUFFERS DUE TO THEIR HIGH RATES, THE Same story all the time. This time they deduct Rs 1200 for the same issue.                 Amount 28 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG even though my account was opened as salary account. Too many deduction and some of them are not at all aware what for. Every other bank ATM transaction were charging ranging from 9 rupee to 30 rupee. Very fraud banking service. Every transactions from other bank ATMs were charged and these are obvious only during online checks. I am using HDFC credit card and the service was so far very good. but their savings/salaried account management is very poor.

                  I paid Rs. 12522 for HDFC Life insurance on 31st August, 2016. Since then, there is no update on payment received and the plan was lapsed. I mean wtf!! I've continuously mailing to fix it but there is no outcome. What the hell are you guys even doing? Do you think this is a joke?

                  Here is what's going to happen next.

                  - I'm filing complaint in consumer forum today. I'll make sure to take all my money back from your plan with penalty. This is not my first time.

                  - And I'm posting my reviews on top social media forums for insurance about your services. I'll make sure they get proper insight about your services.

                    This is Goutam debnath inform regarding the two wheeler loan. I have taken a loan last 3 to 4 year's ago with HDFC bank in Pune my loan account no. 16433597, customer id :[protected]. All Emi loan has been cleared at date :- 05/05/2012 and they have given NOC or loan cleared certificate when we asked the bank people they say's there is ecs bounce charges has to pay so unless clear these amount we cannot give u a noc of course i have cleared all the amount rs.15406/- for 12th bouncing the ecs has pay since 05/05/2012 i have payed the same amount within a week I am not understanding these steps because some HDFC Banking Fault the ECS not clear in my Banking Account. And I already informant to Bank Executive 3 to 4 time’s. But he can’t give me any solution.

                    After paying the case amount the Bank put my name in to the CIBIL…when customer paying all penalty without any fault. And Bank taken all the hidden charges and penalty. then why Bank put my name in the CIBIL……I strongly feel that HDFC Bank is fraud…. Banking Company. the banks to update CIBIL about the closure off the loans .when the customers pay all the balance and close their loans . The bank should give the customer "NOC" immediately after he clears all the dues and Loan statement at the same time the customer’s name should be removed from defaulters list of CIBIL so that the person will not suffer in getting other loans like home loan. If the customer is clearing all the credit balance and making it zero then it is the duty of the bank and CIBIL to remove his name from the defaulters list.

                    Within this week I am applying Home Loan from finance company. They checked CIBIL Record in that record it’s is showing 12th ECS Bouncing . I don’t understand ECS bouncing issue I already informant to bank. But Bank Executive not understand my issue. And he is not give any solution. Now finance company asking me the Loan statement and if the Bank have ECS issue.. then Bank should be given regrade later for that. So I don’t understand without any of my fault why should I am facing that issue for my Home Loan.

                    So I am informed to HDFC Bank authority . if HDFC Bank are not clear this 12th ECS Bouncing issue from CIBILE then I will launch a Complaint against HDFC BANK for doing fraud for their customer ( in Consumer Cord, RBI and News Chanel also ).

                    It will responsible for HDFC Bank only…..

                      I applied for loan more than a month ago. Got the sanction on 29th august. But still they never gave me my cheque. And today it's 15th September. Hdfc employees are pathetic they don't know how to talk with customers. In this much of time i would have got two loans from different banks. Now it's heights. Time is very precious. But this hdfc people doesn't understand. I would recommend my friends and relatives not to deal with hdfc. No to hdfc!

                        Before one month I have added a standing instruction for transfer fund into another account.
                        Now I want to delete that standing instruction and I am getting a error message "missing value RS0eng1".
                        when I speak to customer care they dont give me any solution, they put my call on hold and after 10 minutes call disconnected automatically.
                        I have sent a lost of mail with screenshots to them and every time they revert back me give us 5 additional work

                          I have used this card since Jul/15, I have paid at least minimum due amount on every month before due date.

                          Due to some personal reason, I was unable to pay last month minimum due amount on time. But I have paid part payment of 2000Rs.

                          Today I got a call from your Rescue team from the following number (+91 [protected]), one lady was spoke to me and asking about due payment, I cleared explain my situation and told her will be paid before next due date. She never agreed and talked very badly about me and she treat me like a slave. The way she spoke is very worst. Then I said Due to my situation unable to pay my due amount on this month this will be paid clearly on next month. She asked me to come HDFC Bank which is in near Nelson Manikam Road, Chennai and ask me to write a letter what I told. I said ok I'm ready to do that, In meanwhile I asked her name to include on that letter itself. She Threatening me like I will send our executive into you home and office and make you ashamed front out near people. Finally I got temped and asked her name and said until wont pay.

                          She never said her name until close the call. She said like you will not pay the amount and I will move with legally and ended call.

                          I want her name and action on her for treat me like her slave.

                            I had a card with the limit of 27, 000 rs I used 27, 000rs .I have already paid amt . 11400

                            Now after 6 months when i have received the call from the bank they tell me that my outstanding amount is around 32, 000rs which i cannot pay . I spoke to a news channel they told me that i can ask the bank to tell me an amount where the interest and the excess charges are removed, But the bank will levy certain charges which shall help me to remove the name from the CIBIL List, i tried to explain the same to the agent who has been calling me for few days but he says this is not possible . He asks me to pay the amount of 22, 000 rs and says that i would get the No Objection Certificate from the bank, but cannot comment about the name being removed from the list .

                            There is no point in paying such amount which shall not help me to make my history clear, I know it was my mistake but now i want to correct it and want to make the history clear so please help me with this and let me know the exact procedures for this

                              This is the third and final time I am writing on the same issue.

                              My debit card got expired a year back and till date I haven't received my new debit card even after applying for it which is very bad.

                              Second thing my address is changed recently and I had provided HR Letter as a proof to make the necessary changes but still did not receive any response.

                              Kindly get the address changed in the system and also please deliver my debit card to the new address asap which is affecting my daily transaction.

                              My Debit card has been blocked without any reason and this is hampering my transactions. I am really upset and irate as to how my debit card can be blocked without my confirmation/approval.

                              I want the Block to be released immediately and this is highly unacceptable I am ready to escalate this to the higher authority if the block is not released.

                                Dear HDFC Bank,

                                Please take it as escalation mail.

                                I am seriously fed up chasing HDFC now for the same issue from past 8 days.

                                Issue :
                                I have booked a ticket from Jet Airways on 6th September 2016 from Bangalore to Jorhat of Rs 9332 using my HDFC Card.
                                Later on I cancelled the ticket from Jet Airways Site and Jet Has refunded RS 9182 (Excluding Rs 150 - which is convenience fee). But Till now Amount is not reflecting back in my credit card.. It has now became pain for me

                                Jet Airways has already shared the refund receipt with me - which confirms that Refund was done by them. I cannot challenge them on same again and again.

                                Now I am not sure whats wrong goin on with HDFC. I have never faced such Issue with HDFC before. And all refund from any Merchant get back in my account withing 3-5 days. But this has really taken hell long.

                                Please address the same or I may have to raise consumer complaint for the same.

                                  I am using HDFC credit Card 5459********6245. On 10th Sep 2016 i made outstanding payment sucessfully thru my IDBI bank Netbanking.
                                  payment was to be made by 10th Sep, so i made it before due date but to my Surprise Late fee charges imposed. despite the Value Date being 10th Sep, this is pure cheating.
                                  also when i called customer service he told me i should have paid it earlier to avoid late fee.
                                  now pls Let me know the significance of value date.i used to pay on last date but no problem every time bcas i gets Value date which is before due date.
                                  Also at the same time i made payment to SBI card and they have credited my account in just one day with Value date as 10th sep.

                                    We have not received the disputed amount of RS. 2000/=

                                    We are contacting continue with customer support and they have generated a reference number as 1142634.
                                    I was surprised to see that they have mentioned the disputed amount as RS. 3000. I again called to HDFC team to correct the amount. I don't know have they correct the disputed amount.

                                    I am very disappointed with the reply from feedback.
                                    overall, I want my money back, please confirm when this amount (RS. 2000) will be credited to my account.

                                        i m the regular user of your credit card from last 4 to 5 years.

                                        due to my official works i was out of station from last 20 to 25 days. today i have received a call regarding pending payment of my credit card in morning and i tells them i will pay online today upto 6:30 PM. but sir in afternoon they calls me again and again. when i attends the calls they starts the work of barking with nonsense words like fraud etc. etc. the way of taking and patience level is nothing. sir please check my previous history of last 4 to 5 years and with this please tells me the process for closing the hdfc accounts and credit cards. i am tensed due to to nonsense talking on my cell with me. my mob. no. is [protected] and my cards last four digit is 8172.
