Hi,
My HDFC Bank Loan Account No. is 25351329

I paid all the EMIs on Time, and the tenure is over now.

When I am demanding for NOC, then the bank is saying that there is amount Rs 457 overdue.

Bank is asking for this amount for not any valid reason and unnecessarily.

If this amount is valid, then HDFC Bank should tell me the transaction details first of all.

    I paid Rs. 15000 for HDFC Life insurance on 10th Sept, 2016. Since then, there is no update on payment received . I mean wtf!! I've continuously mailing to fix it but there is no outcome. What the hell are you guys even doing? Do you think this is a joke?

    Here is what's going to happen next.

    - I'm filing complaint in consumer forum tomorrow. I'll make sure to take all my money back from your plan with penalty. This is not my first time.

    - And I'm posting my reviews on top social media forums for insurance about your services. I'll make sure they get proper insight about your services.

    - I'm forwarding a copy of 10 days long mail with your interection id and my payment details to you Chairperson Mrs. Shyamala Gopinath (chairperson.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) and MD Mr. Aditya Puri ([protected]@hdfcbank.com). They should know too about their services.

    I have taken a personal loan Rs.4.50 Lac as on June'15 from HDFC Bank Br.Bhinga, & according to manager Mr.sinha they will give loan after doing a FD for 1 year from branch value of Rs.50, 000/= i have agreed for that but after doing all formalities they give of policy from HDFC Life having term-15 year & regular premium so pls look d matter.

      I m dr. Ishwaryameena. I have applied for personal loan on 26aug ref no.42049724. Sales team contacted me fr documents and fulfilled. As they needed extra doc after reviewing my files again they asked many doc which I submitted. They have approved it on 17sep later as I don't get any calls I asked no reply. Jus answering we have declined ur loan. I asked reason but sales manger regrets to answer name kavithamani Hdfc branch tricky road Coimbatore.

      People in that are irresponsible. They talk nearby asking about foodstuff. When there is delay in documents if we say that we will come and details at bank they respond by telling give it in housekeeping service. Still they don't update my status.

        I am a HDFC credit card holder. Without giving any notification HDFC added my billers to Smart pay and started paying bills by their own without taking any permission from me, which I wanted to pay after someday after doing some analysis of wrong amount charged. I believe this is a ridiculous facility of HDFC as its sucking blood of customer to do all reversal process after a wrong bill is paid by HDFC with even informing. They should at least ask the account holder first.

I had not any transaction of my Credit card on dated 21/09/2016. But on that day at 20:45:12 Hrs one call coming from HDFC net transaction customer care ([protected]) & said that my card is using for transaction in favor of APPLEONLINESTOREUS & amount is Rs.39080.78. Then I had call customer care & block my card. Then generate a Dispute no. - [protected].

          So. I requested to you that please take necessary steps as soon as possible to short out my problem about Credit card.

            I had a credit card limit was 20000 i used card n always made the payment in time through atm transfer. but recently i was not able to pay the bill due to some financial crisis . i asked them to kindly remove some penalty already paid 25000/ still its showing 7000 rs pending which still m not able to pay .if its possible to pay some of them i will ready to pay n finish all the dues.

              I got my salary increment.i applied for credit card limit increment on 30th August.i called customer care on 12th September they said it wil take time 10days more.Today I called they telling that was rejected on 7th September . What can I do? At least u can sent a message.i didn't wait here and cal u.we r not a fool's.Since 1 1/2 yrs I am using this card.

                Why do HDFC do not provide any online option for changing food plus card PIN or Phone number. Its very problematic for employees who get transferred from one location to other.Finally when the customer forgets pin or looses card, The bank sends details to the address which is given at the time of card initiation. Is there any other option to get the PIN within the current address where the employee got transferred. It will be better if there is an option to make changes through online rather than sending details to the location manually.

                  I am regularly getting daily calls for new credit card from your employees. I do not know exactly from where my mobile number is available to them, these calls are really disturbing and I am receiving them from almost more than 6 months. I had repeatedly requested your representatives to not call me again but still no action. Calls have been from both landline as well as mobiles.

                  Kindly note to take appropriate measures, and do not disturb me further or else I have to take this to higher authorities of your organisation

                    My name Venkatesh m Shenoy, from Supreme Solar systems. We had opened one account with Your branch at vaishali Sector 1 ac no:[protected], I opened this account because one sales executive namely Anurag Mishra visited many times, then I gave all the details with documents to open the account. All went fine later after three to four days one person named Deepak his mob no: [protected] visited my office and said he came for verification and said he is relationship manager in the bank. I had a good chat with him, after 3 days again with Anurag and Deepak one Mr Sandeep Tyagi came to my office and said he is the manager of the branch and he also came for the same verification.

                    And at that time I clearly told about our company gave detailed description all about loans currently having with other bank in Bangalore, as our company head office is in Bangalore, he told like he will take care of everything and ensure that there won’t be any problem from their side in banking.

                    On[protected] my account was opened and 1 lac Rs was deducted from south Indian bank and others 1000 rs from ICICI bank, I received my cheque book in two days, on 24th I received call from Anurag stating I need NOC from existing bank, then I asked him this was not asked before opening the account and that to not even at the time ur manger visited to my office even though I said everything about existing loan. Then I told let me see whether I can arrange or not, meanwhile I received a letter from HDFC bank Sector 4 Noida stating that our account is held because we have not informed anything about the loan and a brief with that, I immediately called Mr Deepak and intimated about that, he told me no issues everybody gets that letter i[censored] r having loan with any other bank, mean while I was asked to arrange a NOC If possible or let me c what can be done, but next day I drafted a letter to Noida sector 4 branch and CC to vaishali branch which was sent through courier DTDC NO:Z9587881 Date[protected], both Letter attached with mail.

                    After 2 days I visited branch and met Mr tyagi and asked him if there is no other go then please close the account and refund the money, that was on 28 or 29 of July, he suggested me that there is one way that HDFC bank will send a letter to my existing bank and ask if there is any objection continuing this account. If they reply stating yes then we will close the account and if no reply within days we will continue the account. He also told me that there are three holidays in between so there is a possibility. So on 13-august I called Deepak regarding the status, he said he is out of bank but on 16-aug either we will close or continue.

                    From 16th I started facing problem, despite many calls he told me I am talking to someone and all other crap. On 20th he told me account is closed with three to four days I will hand over you the DD. On 25th Again Anurag called me and said he is bringing one form where it has to be signed to close the account, I asked what where you doing these days and he gave me more reasons. I called Mr Deepak and told I am out of office now it will be signed and sent to branch with my staff and I asked him do you want any other letter to hand over the DD as I am going to US and I won’t be available for 10 Days. He promised me and said I will give the DD to him.

                    Meanwhile when I was in US my person daily visited the branch and they gave much reason like server down many problems. But you please imagine I received message on 14-September sating that 101000 is deducted from my account, I directly contacted Mr Sandeep taygi, I told him about the delay I was shocked to hear the reply, “ THIS CASE CAME TO ME ON MONDAY 12- SEP AND I DID WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE DONE MY JOB” I really felt bad because that branch is under him and gives reply like this, and he told me that authority letter should be issued in his name then only we can hand over the DD despite many request he replied in a rude way and said I can’t do anything I cannot hand over the DD I will courier today itself, but till now I didn't receive my DD in my address.

                    “FOR APPROXIMATE 30 DAYS OF HARASSMENT LIKE COME TOMORROW, COME LATER AND THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE” I think even government offices are far better in front this HDFC branch. Please let me know the status of the DD.

                    My main moto to write this mail is

                    1) To inform you about the happening in branch and later no other customer face this problem

                    2) To know the current status of My DD.

                      Hi I am a very old user of HDFC bank and I make all payments through my Net banking, few days back i was transferring a payment to one of my employee and I filed all his information like select account no, email id and all and made the payment. Next day my employee came to me and told me that he has not received salary. I checked my account and found that it was credited to some other user in my account.

                      I was shocked to see it and i am contacted HDFC support where they told me its my mistake and the money can be return I have to contact the person whom the money is transferred.

                      OK i was really sad after hearing it, then after some day i was transferring money to a account and then i saw that when i fill the information it gets changes to another user account on the next page. At that moment i tried transferring money to my employee and same happened here. the name and all account info was changed in the conformation page, for a proof i made a video of it and contacted HDFC bank and mailed them about this issues.

                      First they didn't not believed in what happened with me and they told me there senior will call me to discuss but nothing happened they didn't take this big matter seriously and asked me to visit bank.

                      I am a busy person and i dont have time to visit bank so i use net banking, why should i visit bank when there senior was not interested in talking to me as it is a very big matter.

                      I have video as proof which i have recorded from my mobile and laptop.

                        I have taken a education loan of 590000 from Credila for my post
                        graduation, which started from 30th december 2013 and ends on January
                        2015. Since taken my first installment they have started with EMI's.
                        But I was having some problem regarding ECS deduction from my account.
                        From my account ECS is debited on 11th of every month but it is
                        updated on 29th of every month. So where does this money lies for 18
                        days. I am asking the same question since beginning of my EMI i.e.
                        January 2014, but till now I
                        am not getting any answer regarding this. After so much time has
                        passed I didn't get any satisfactory answer. For your information I am
                        attaching all the repayment sheets that Credila has sent me over a
                        span of few months.I have mailed it to every one in credila but no-one
                        has responded me promptly. Please resolve the issue.

                          Hello sir
                          My hdfc credit card reference number is [protected]w2 provided by bank. i was called and offered an hdfc credit card for which i handed over all my documents to hdfc bank in last week of july and i was assured that the credit card will be sent to me in 10 days. they verified and asked me to wait. i was continuously following up with them and then they informed that the status stands cancelled without providing me any valid reason. when i asked them to return my documents they agreed however since then i am following up with them and i believe my documents are sent back and forth though not to me. please look into this or let me know how may i proceed with the legal action against hdfc bank for causing mental harassment for about 2 months now.

                            Am Kumkum Shukla, I have been cheated with one of the HDFC life employee named Akash Wadhwa. He asked me to purchase a policy name jeevan sanchay of Rs. 32000, policy no. 18524569. He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card, petrol card & NEFT of Rs. 8000 for 3 years. Now it has been passed 3 months & I have received nothing. Neither medical card, petrol card nor NEFT. The very next month He sold me one more policy of Rs. 80000 with name HDFC classic assured plus ( Policy no.[protected] with the commitment of maturity amount of Rs. 12 lacs but when I received the bond paper there is no amount written as such. I also asked me that he is HDFC employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. And asked me to tell lie at the time of verification call that there is no additional benefits are given by the bank and I did the same as per his instruction. Now Mr. Akash Wadhva is not entertaining my call after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written Sonia Nagpal and I don’t know who is she. I want justice because I was not aware of this cheating what he did with me.

                              I would like to say after my several request you are not sending the monthly statement against my credit card payment. You are deducting the amount without any intimation for which i am unable to know for which the amount deducted for. Always you are saying the statement has been sent in my email. I could not understand in which email you are sending. So i am requesting you don't deduct any amount further without any intimation to me. Otherwise i will bound to stop transaction through my credit card (Last four digit-0396) and take the shelter of the court of law.                                 I have applied for home improvement loan with hdfc as main home loan is already running there.

                                List of requirement shared by their sales team with processing fee was handed over to disburse along with estimate fee paid to architect.

                                However the sales team kept on raising requirement in peace meals and their branch manger cancelled the application on the plea of non submission of documents without any prior information to the customer.

                                    I need check book thats i went to branch and i try to apply check book in hdfc rt nagar bangalore brance. They said you need to update your maiiling address then i update. Then they said it will update in 7 working days. After that i need to apply check book. Then it will take minimum 3 working days. It too worst to banking in hdfc compare to axis.

                                    Personal loan balance transfer also i try to apply in hdfc two months before it will not be processed because of my employer doesn't update my pf employer share. After a one and half month i changed that compnay and again i apllied and submitted every documents after a two weeks gone my application doesn't process i would contact on branch they said your previous application have some issues we will spoke to them lets wait like that they told. I would have cibil score 834.

                                      I have been trying to get soft copy of the payment evaluation form now through email for the last 21 days. After 10 reminders, they send me a mail as follows:
                                      "Please be assured that we have forwarded your concern to the concerned team. Your concern will be process at the earliest."

                                      Who is this "concerned team"? What are they concerned about? I just want HDFC Life to send me a blank form so that I can submit it for collecting the maturity amount on my policy. Is that too much to ask?

                                      The call centre is even more ineffective. Each time I call them (I have tried thrice), the call centre agent puts me on my hold to talk to someone - today he told me that the someone is his supervisor. That supervisor in turn talks to someone else - presumably the "concerned department". Then promises that the said form will be in my mailbox in the next 15 minutes. It is now 6 days since my first call, 2 days since my second call and 1 day since the third call - pretty long 15 minutes !

                                      1. Why cant HDFC have the required forms on the website?
                                      2. Why cant the service agent who handles emails send forms by email? Whose permissions does he or she need?
                                      3. Why cant the call centre agent simply send a form? Why does he have to talk to the supervisor who talks to someone to send a form?

                                      Big let down from a company that is supposed to be an award winning company. Doesnt even have its basics of customer service right.

                                        I tried to withdraw money from an other bank atm at murthal, sonepat around 2pm on 07.08.2016 and following were the incidents.

                                        1. withdrawal failed for 5000/- ref[protected]shortage of money)
                                        2. withdrawal successful for 2000/- ref[protected]
                                        3. withdrawal successful for 2000/- ref[protected]

                                        Now, the two successful withdrawals are incorrectly debited for rs4000x2 instead of rs2000x2. i am sure the atm must have excess cash of rs4000 on eod, which should have been returned to me on its own within 7 working days. now, even after almost 2 months, i am struggling to get my incorrectly debited rs4000 back.

                                        I have tried raising the issue at multiple levels (netbanking, customer care, relationship manager, nodal offier, grievance team) but no one has ever been able to provide a corrective action or a fitting reply. the complete communication till date has been disappointing and not confirming to even hdfc standards. tired of communication, now i have to raise the issue with banking ombudsman for addressal.
