This is inform you that, I have raised a request with collection department 4 months back asking for settlement, since extra charges have been added in my credit card bill, even I told them the same thing from the past 4 months. However they have blocked my account. I have not told that I am not going to pay the bill, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges.
They are not ready to take the request from the past 4 months. Please advice why should I pay the bill when they are not ready to take the complaint.
I got a call from collection department 3 days back, they are ready to kill also, I am planning to raise a complaint police station for my safety.
Request you to close the issue ASAP, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges. I don’t want use credit card any more.
