Debit card is not yet delivered

Hi Team,

I hold HDFC account and my account number is [protected] and Customer id: 38893025 and registered mobile# [protected].

I am not able to get my debit card still which I had applied long back as my current debit card was expired and my address has been changed. Also I am not able to perform net banking as I forgot my password and the system is asking for card number and expiry date details.

I am an account holder [protected] branch Hitech city 2, i hold a credit card with HDFC bank as i am a customer and i have made payments to my credit card on 17th july, 28th may, 25th april, 26th March 2.5 k each time in these specific dates and 7.5 k on 2nd sept'16 which was my minimum due for this month. But still my account has been kept on hold and customer care is not responding to me and the loan collections guys are not giving me a call back to unfreeze my account. i have called them 20 times since friday but to no avail. i have put in my complaint nos too. it is [protected]. please understand i am a middle class salaried person and if my account is on hold how do i make my rent and other expenses payments. i have 2 Personal Loan emis to get deducted on 4th sept, they will bounce and i am not going to pay extra charges for it as my account has sufficient balance of 32 k to pay it. A cc rep and a bank branch rep told me to pay the min due amt and then they will unfreeze the account so i did so borrowing money from a friend. it has also got credited to my card. they are now asking me to pay all 26 k but i have no money and i cannot pay now. i can pay it if given 2 more months time post which i will hand over the card. Kindly unfreeze my account at the earliest. i have also raised a grievance in your portal for redressal.
Each time the payment gets delayed the collections guys call my parents back home, they are old and ageing and this causes tension and rift in the household. i fail to understand who has given you the authority to call my home. this is ethically wrong and as per law illegal.
Stop harassing a lady this way. i understand you are an Organization with high values and this does not suit you to harass a lady who is working in a reputed IT MNC. We as a family have HDFC as our primary bank for years now and this is a very bad taste you are leaving me with.

      I had a salary account with HDFC. I left the company in 2014 . I had a balance of Rs 700. The company was closed in 2016. Though I do not owe any money to the bank & infact the bank owed me Rs700 the bank has hit me with total Rs5000 fine for non maintainence of acount. Due to my pregnancy I could not keep a tab on my account & moreover I have not received any sms alert or mail stating that a minimum balance of Rs 10000 was required to maintain. When I visited the branch the person assisting me said that they have the proofs that mails have been sent & it is mentioned in terms & conditions which is BS. He asked to pay Rs2500 to payoff with 50% waiver & close the account. I did pay Rs2500 today.This is pure robbery where the bank owe me Rs700 & took another Rs2500 which is a total of Rs3200 from me. Iam highly unsatisfied & i would never recommend the products & services of the bank to my family & friends.

        When Background verification team from one of the companies I am joining reached HDFC bank they have told that no account use to exist for the mentioned account number. This was a salary account and now Background Verification team are thinking that I was not working in the company and that experience and bank account is fake. When I personally reached bank they have told me that there was some migration because of which data was not available before 2012. The customer ID for my account is 36644403. The account is currently in closed status but some how the HDFC bank team doesn't have records of the same. They only have Customer ID in their database and no account number linked to the same. Please help me urgently as this is risking my job prospect in the organization. Also if you can please share with me my account statement for the mentioned period it will be of much help. Also if I can get an acknowledgement from HDFC that such an account use to exist it will be of much help. My name account number and other details are as below:

          I shortsell shares of Rcom and due to server issue from HDFC sec end, I was unable to buy back. I should not be responsible for the server as it has make me incurred losses and shares were also not automatically squared off as per the agreement also. kindly check and reply ASAP.             It is unfortunate to receive such message from HDFC SEC that

            Dear Customer,

            Due to power outage at our data center we are having an unforeseen situation wherein, we are unable to take your orders. We expect to resolve the issue soon. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.

            I am unable to connect today 02/09/2016 HDFC sec website from 13:50 to till 1530 hrs in during trading hour. At the same time i was unable to place the order to staff in Mumbai office by calling. If you are unable to restore the system during trading hour then what about your alternate arrangement.

            it means lot of things are running behind the curtain. how can you be so insensible to trader. I was having two positions i f&O and unable to decide what to do.

            It is clearly understood that you are part of a foul play and playing with customer, thus a question of loss of confidence in your ability to perform.

            CAN YOU ANSWER, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR unmanageable LOSS BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURE TO PERFORM?

              This is inform you that, I have raised a request with collection department 4 months back asking for settlement, since extra charges have been added in my credit card bill, even I told them the same thing from the past 4 months. However they have blocked my account. I have not told that I am not going to pay the bill, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges.

              They are not ready to take the request from the past 4 months. Please advice why should I pay the bill when they are not ready to take the complaint.
              I got a call from collection department 3 days back, they are ready to kill also, I am planning to raise a complaint police station for my safety.

              Request you to close the issue ASAP, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges. I don’t want use credit card any more.

                Hi,

                I have opted for plot loan in hdfc limited, i paid the processing fee around 11000 and the agent processed the loan and created the loan application no[protected] but as the plot was panchayat approved, it was not processed. But as per the rules they should detect around 3000 and should return the remaining amount to my account but this was not happened.
                I chase the agent for 2 to 3 months and i got frustrated and leave it.
                And again i thought of calling the customer care today to know the details, they transferred the call to adyar branch Chennai and they are purposefully attending hearing the queries and disconnect the call, i have made around 50calls from today morning.
                Such a irresponsible people.

                Please help me getting back the amount

                  I was working with hocl/ ambalamugal/ cochin since 13/1/1993&holding a post of dy. General manager/prod.
                  Ii was holding your credit card with the above mention number since 2008
                  As my father mr. T. P. Kunhiraman was hospitalised at amrita hospital due to cardiac arrest was icu for 3 weeks finally he died on 9.9.2009. I had to pay a bill of 8.65 lakhs.
                  Due to these crisis i cluld not my card dues in time so after taking a settelment through your executive mr. Riyas hdfc ekm ph.[protected]. I have settelment as per request for 12 thousand rs, but there was a delay of paying the last amount of 450 rs for 3 months.
                  Even though after this payment letter came from bank for which when approched riyas he told me in card is settel and he replied to the concerned person. So as per mr. Riyas words i have taken into granded card settelment is complete.
                  As iwas getting my salary for 12 months, i compelled to resign topay my house loan dues which was 7.26 lakhs which is under the case for settelment.
                  After my resignation my pf amt from company was credit it to the above said hdfc acct. Which you put a 109, 573.60 and also you have debited the amount on 1/9/2016.
                  I kindly request you to give back the amount which you have debited. I will wait for 3days, other ways i will register a complaint to the banking ombudsman. Also i will publise this mater in media like t. V channels and news papers, as just for delay of 4 months for paying 450 rs you have debited 109, 573.60 rs. For cheating me in this critical financial period. Thayapurayil prasad. Ph. [protected]. (My old no.[protected]). 13g tower of faith valathol jn. Thrikkakara ekm.

                    Above policy was sold to me through our bank relation officer mr. Vishal sarin working at hdfc bank limited bk chowk nit faridabad, on the basis of single premium plan by investing rs.5lac being my self a retired person mr. Vishal sarin got signed an a blank application from me along with a cheque of rs. 5lac in favor of hdfc life insurance company, soon after purchase this policy my brother in law found suffering from cancer and he was got operated in medanta city gurgoan haryana, during this period i was busy and could not see the detail of policy, later on over one year when i was requested to pay premium of rs. 5lac i socked to know that the policy plan issued me wrong, i requested mr. Vishal sarin that i m retired person and this was not possible to me to invest rs.5lac per annum for the pension plan and this will not beneficial to me as how long i will be alive and he assured that this plan will be changed in to one time investment for five year and after this period you will get refund with maximum benefit but my problem is still unsolved, i am feeling that i have been cheated by the above fellow further mr. Vishal sarin has collected an application for to discontinue above policy in person in which i had requested for the refund of money so that i could return the money taken as borrow from my relatives which was spent for the treatment of my brother in law that is around rs.15.5lac though a confirmation call from your Mumbai off received by me against above application but no action thereafter, because i am retired person so now this is very worst condition of me .
                    You are requested to please close this policy and refund the money which is wrongly taken from me and i request you to please instruct to the concerned person not play such type of game with any retired person and help me in getting refund of above money…

                      Very ridiculous service provided by Hdfc customer care... Their ivr Numbers are wrong.. I have wasted my 54₹ calling their ivr numbers to get connect with their associate.. i was in emergency but Hdfc failed to provide me service when I was in need... Also they charged extra meaningless fine..on asking abt those fine they try to make people fool by answering false reasons..

                          I have paid a premium of Rs5095/= against my policy no ;10382895 on 30/08/2016 through on line payment mode. As per the payment acknowledgement it was stated that a soft copy of the payment receipt will be available on www.cp.hdfclife. But there is no such provision in the site to obtain my receipt further even after two days i have not received the premium receipt.I have not yet received the receipt pl mail the receipt to my email ID [protected]@gmail.com. my phn no [protected]

                              I bought two prepaid gift cards from hdfc bank through netbanking on
                              25 aug-2016

                              Till today i haven't received the above cards. Even i have raised a complaint # mumc[protected] but no res. Ponse from them.

                              Moreover i didn't receive acknowledgment email on my purchasing.

                              Could you please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                Resignation not been accepted by my manager

                                I cannot understand what is happening. I have already sent mails two times and talked to the customer care to send my noc as i have cleared all my dues of credit card and personal loan. But they are just ignoring me and my queries. I have been requesting mr ashish sharma and mr. Bhagwat of delhi credit card branch. But they are not ready to listen me as they are not picking my calls.

If this wont workout i will knock the door of consumer court and also try to file a police complaint against those hdfc bank executives mr ashish sharma, mr. Bhagwat and miss monika khanna of delhi credit card branch.

                                  I was the ex employee of hdfc bank. My employee id was - 132304 & i was working in hdfc securities (Bangalore - btm branch).
                                  Today (31st aug 2016) i got message for deduction of inr 34, 360.00 in my hdfc account number - [protected].
                                  I want to understand why this deduction is done without any notification. This is very huge amount & i am using this account from last two years but no deduction was made without my intimation. I am trying to reach hdfc customer care & bank persons but they are not responding well & even not entertaining my concern. I am completely helpless & unable to understand what to do & what not..??? I got the below mentioned message from hdfc bank.
                                  Inr 34, 360.00 dr to a/c no xx5219 towards p:132304 f n f settlement val 31- aug-16.

                                  Note:- even i have confirmed this message in net banking & i personally visited to hdfc bank but they are not helping at all.
