I had filled the policy cancelation form with the hdfc bank in their branch and is mailing them almost everyday regarding the same, but still no proper action has been taken by them. Every week them assure me that they will do something regarding the matter within a period of 10 days but from 27 july 2016 to till date nothing has been done in this respect. I will request you to do something fast so that i can get my policy amount refunded as soon as possible with interest for the days exceeding 10 working days from 27 july 2016 to the day they refund. I shall be thankful to you.

Sir when I raise complaint each and every time your answer you received amount within 7 to 10 working days I laughed complain 27 July but according to your definition 10 working days not complete till date 23 August how much day required for processing and refund my amount please explain me

    Coming to every service areas of hdfc bank becoming unlikeable, now it comes to providing cheque book to customer.
    Firstly they don’t have the cheque book providing facility by a branch.in branch when we queries, they ask to raise the request through phone banking/netbanking/etc. They mention 3 days a time for it, to deliver the cheque book.
    Incomes the courier through which they dispatch it. They use the very third class, cheap category courier service (Overnite courier, origin from chennai) that is even more worst then them. I raised the request 10 days back; even now i didn’t receive my cheque book. From the past 8 days, the tracking shows constant shipment status at madivala hub ([protected]), undelivered.
    Since, like hdfc the courier is even more bad class, there is no way to reach them. All online requests no respond. On the other end, when escalated through hdfc side, no resolution and just ignorance.
    This bank continues in market, due to tying up with employers and troubling the employees, with their good services. No personal wish to be with them.
    All the service fees and fines are for them only. No fines for them, for the losses they incurred with their unfavourable services.

    This is my 13th day after the cheque book request. Raised all necessary tickets through HDFC support, being not able to help.

    Visited the branch of Courier, where the tracking indicates position of the package. But, the Courier (Overnite) even they not pick the calls and on that branch, they mention is present in another branch and their tracking is not up to date.

    It's a too worst service from HDFC, they are unable to deliver the 3 days timeline cheque book in a 13 days, by using non-sense cheap quality courier services.

    We have to take these peoples to Consumer Court and make a fine on them, for this kind of service performance and the losses incurred.

    Cheque book issued by the bank is personalised and hence the same is processed by the centralised team. Due to to this cheque book printing facility is unavailable at the branches.         Dear sir/mam,
        As i have taken credit card from hdfc bank as regularly i have paid my outstanding but due to some financial crisis from last 3 month i am unable to pay the minimum amount on time and company collection manager has called me and i have asked him to give some time as my mother hospitalised and this unusal event i have lost my job from last 3 months i could not pay that amount on time. Collection manager called me and harassing me with his abusive language and his bad language and some rowdies and some agents from srinidhi associates attacked today my mother in laws house and they have used parliament language and they have warned them that if im not pay the minimum amount till tomorrow they said they will attack once again and they want to create nuisance and my mother in law aged 70 she got nerves and fainted down with their words and i am answering his every call and i am requesting some time to clear the due amount. As i requested him that give me some time i will clear the amount but he is speaking in abusive language and he refuse to give time and their executives came to my in-laws home and harassing us. They are telling that police people also cannot do any thing, kindly help us.. I requested them but they are not responding properly. And even i have complaint same thing to hdfc collection manager also but he is also not taking any complaint and he is telling he is noway responsible for that. And recently when i am in hyderabad for my mother hospital work and treat that time also they called me and requested me to pay atleast 3000 for that month i have paid through the help of my friend and the receipt number which they have given is [protected]. I have clearly briefed them that if can give me some time so that i will clear entire my outstanding and regularise my card also.

          Dear sir,
          I write today to complain of the poor services i received from your company. I have applied for a demat account but i have received a kit from hdfc securities with a name of pramod kumar kar’s name and my cell phone no. ([protected]) on it.
          I am most annoyed that i have visited hdfc bank sundargarh for more than 10 times without having accomplished anything. I repeatedly tried asking bank’s representatives about the issue but ended up wasting my time. My impression of hdfc bank has been tarnished, and i am now concerned about how my existing accounts is being managed by your company. Furthermore, the representatives’ inability to address my issue has meant that i have had to visit bank’s office several times, and incur expenses, of time, money, and energy.
          I trust this is not the way hdfc wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been a classic customer with you since 2014 and have never encountered such problem before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

            Pls be informed that i got a fake note on 20th aug 2016 at hdfc bank atm at devanahalli. This seems to be some kind of joke as everyone at the bank adjacent denied me being received a fake note. I was not allowed to use that note and it was confiscated. After much request i was given the note back. The problem is why should a consumer bear all this trouble if the atm itself is disbursing fake notes.

              I got a call from hdfc regarding personal loan and I applied for it however they never gave me update on to . I had to ask again and again and suddenly one day I was informed that loan is not approved. I was okay with it and then one day I got a call from the same agent and he asked for the documents. I gave it but again I have no response from them pathetic service and I want to escalate this.

                  I am a using credit card [protected] and my bill date was 15/08/2016.
                  During that time i received call from one esha from number [protected] asking rudely to pay the amount. During this she asked me my bank balance which i feel was unnecessary. I was unable to pay bill and on 17/08/2016 i got new bill with penalty/late fees charges added. As my next bill payment date is 6/9/2016 i am going to pay the amount on 1 sept 2016. But today on 19/08/2016 at 4 pm i got call from [protected] same caller asking me to pay her 10000 rs. I told her that as i got the bill with penalty i will pay on 1/9/2016. But she insulted me by saying rudely that why u r using the credit card i[censored] cant pay the bill. I keep asking who she was either manager or who she didnt disclose her idenitty and kept harrasing me till i loose my cool.
                  I want to bring to your notice that i have paid rs 2.37 lacs in july. So how can your bank insult your customer uin this manner. Hope you will wait upto 1 sp 2016 before asking such harrasing persons calling me

                      I have tried to transfer the amount to sbi using imps. IMPS Ref No.[protected]. It says timed out at beneficiary bank account. Money is debited from my account and not credited to recipient bank account. Request to please solve this problem

                        This is regarding transaction reference no: 383573; where i used payzapp to pay for order no mguo[protected]
                        At big basket where it was clearly mentioned on big basket mobile app on (Thursday, august 18th 2016) that customer will get cashback of 200/- rs on paying through payzapp for order above;

                        I paid through payzapp an amount of 1035/- but i am yet to get the cash back.
                        Neither hdfc nor big basket is responding.

                        I will myself
                        - never use hdfc debit card or any products in my lifetime;
                        - never use hdfc credit card;

                        I have 10 years old account and i will close this account and terminate all my relationship with hdfc bank if hdfc bank does not give justice and behaves ethically.
                        And of course i will never shop using payzapp again.

                        I am educated and aware customer and you cannot gain anything from fooling and cheating customers like us;

                          My loan application for top-up loan : file no.[protected]

                          I wanted urgent loan for around 11 lacs. I approached hdfc limited chembur branch, mumbai and enquired about the eligibility. As i have already having house loan with hdfc limited they only instructed me to apply for top-up loan against existing property loan.

                          As per their instruction and guidelines only i have applied for loan. I have told everything about my requirement and present conditions.
                          I have paid the fees only after getting confirmation from hdfc chembur branch team member and your pune office (Sonali shelke)
                          The top loan option was not coming on online. I have enquired about the same to ruchita gala (Chembur) and sonali shelke (Pune hdfc limited).
                          Both of them told there is no problem, you apply through house extension/house improvement option we will internally change it as top up option.
                          I have submitted all the forms online. After submission of online application, i received call from chennai office from mr. Suresh who has informed that you should not apply online for top-up anyhow for verification it will come to us only. He has emailed me hard copy of the form and instructed to me to apply loan through hard copy, wherein processing fee was higher around 11000 rupees for 11 lakhs loan plus bond paper charges
                          When i have enquired chembur and pune representative they have told in different way, advised me not to bother about applying through hard copy
                          Will process it properly by changing internally. I believed it and applied loan and paid fees of around 3700 rupees online after getting confirmation from sonali shelke.
                          Now i have received communication from hdfc limited that because my ecs transaction was bounced because o[censored]navailability of fund in last one year, loan cannot be granted to me.
                          My ecs was kept on month end (27th of every month). I have put application to change ecs date to 1st of every month in your chennai office long back when i have visited chennai. But so far it has not been changed. I accept that ecs was bounced due to certain unavoidable circumstance, but i have never defaulted the payment. Immediately i have paid every month emi payment through cheque without any further delay. I have guaranteed your team also such recurrence of ecs bouncing will not happen in future. Despite of it people have chosen to deny top-up loan for me saying the above mentioned reason.

                          Hdfc limited people are having so much difference of opinion in the mode of applying top-up loan and there is no guidelines how to apply top-up loan and they are ready to bend /twist their own procedures by asking people to apply for house extension and then internally change the same to top-up just for doing business and getting processing fee from customer. After bending so much rules by hdfc limited members, their credit team is saying emi bouncing as the reason to deny loan to me and say we cannot change our internal policy. Hdfc people are able to internally bend the rules/policies to change it to top-up action to get processing fees from customer and giving them hope.

                          Hdfc limited is not following standard policy while accepting loan request asking customer to apply house extension and saying we will adjust and pay loan through top-up scheme, why they cannot accept such minor ecs bouncing due to circumstances and sanction loan to me? So far i have not failed to pay any monthly emi to hdfc limited. I have not delayed for more than 5 days in fact i paid the amount with interest also. For getting processing fee hdfc limited ready to do any compromise without seeing procedure but for sanctioning any loan they will look all small mistakes? In what way it is justifiable?

                          I feel it is because of i have applied online despite of advise from chennai member (Suresh), the revenge action has been taken by hdfc chennai credit verification team to deny loan to me. Such kind of action is highly unacceptable.

                          I have applied loan because of hdfc limited team assurance after verification of my record i have paid processing fees. If hdfc limited is not in a position to sanction the loan to me due their own regulations/rules/internal difference/ business clashes due to personal interest, they should refund me the processing fee paid by me.

                          I have written to hdfc limited grievances cell three times on the same issue, but i am not getting any fruitful reply.

                          Hope you will try to resolve it in amicable way.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            I was working with the HDFC Bank from Nov 2010 to July 2015. My employee id was S13005 but my pf balance is yet to be transferred to me EPF account with my present employer.

                            I tried to transfer my EPF balance on epf claim portal by using this id S13005,
                            but it showed this as invalid.

                            Therefore please provide me exact PF number with establishment code so that I may be able to transfer my EPF balance in HDFC Bank to my present EPF account.

                              Respected Sir/ Madam,

                              This is for your kind information that, I have applied for credit card. Acknowledgment received in the mail, that executive will approach me for further formalities. First applied on 31/ July and Secondly on 16th August). During this time, somebody from MG Road Cochin branch has called 4 or 5 times and asked me, whether I have applied for credit card. I had always replied positively. They promised me that they will call me after some time. They never called after that. I feel it as a sarcastic approach toward a senior citizen. Let me know what happened.

                              In aug'16 credit card bill, that cancelled transactions amount emi added, and sequencing of transactions may wrong some times first thay mentioned credit amount and then debit amount so it very difficult to understand.
                              please resolve transaction dispute asap.
                              Not satisfied with a/ c opener executive. He did not fill neither nomination name or debit card, credit card. .

                                Hi team,
                                My no-[protected]
                                This is with regards to the transaction i had done yesterday
                                I used my atm which has balance. I tried to take out rs 1000.
                                After inserting the pin, screen went blank and money did not came.
                                On checking it, my money was deducted.
                                I have got the message as well.

                                Also the transaction slip was generated.
                                Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account.

                                      Hello,

                                      I would like to brink into your notice about the extreme unprofessional behaviour of your bank.

                                      I have a loan with hdfc, with account# 33213086. The emi is due every month on 4th. I have received a call from the bank stating the emi is pending. I checked into the account and informed that i have deposited the amount into my account on the 4th of august.

                                      Now, the lady said that emi is pending and you have to make payment in the middle of the month towards your loan emi. I told her that, the payment is deducted automatically every month on the 4th.

                                      She then said that if the amount is pending on the credit card, then balance in the account is taken for the credit card payment and then if the amount is left, it will be utilized towards the loan. I told her that, it has never happened in last 12 months and if this is the case, then is high level o[censored]nprofessionalism. This is not the way to treat your customer, who is with the bank for more than 6 years now.

                                      I said that this has never happened and this should not have happened, that too without informing me about that it would be taken for the credit card payment first which is pending.

                                      She said she cant do anything about this as she is not from loan department, again service no from hdfc rather than saying she will raise the compliant or transfer the call. So, very unprofessional hdfc.

                                      Now, i would like to make it clear that, i will not be able to make a payment in the middle of the month and will not pay any charges for loan not paid on time, which is 4th august. I demand an apology and amount should be credited towards the loan account and will pay the min due to the agent of hdfc as i do always.
