I am fed up by monthly deduction amount from my salary account... Kindly send me the details for deduction... Already submitted so many forms to change my savings account to salary account it's done a month before and they told that they will not deduct any amount from my account... But still am facing the same problem.. Without reason they are deducting amount from my account... Kindly help me to resolve this issue asap... And do the needful earlier... Thank you

    As i apply for the credit card of hdfc through your your backend girls @ sonal, komal, deepak, guarav... These people are so irresponssible rideculous that from last 10 days my card is not deliver to my address. On last friday i received the confirmation call from bank & executive said i will receive the tracking no or reference no within 24 hours but today is tuesday till now i will not receive any sms or any detail. After trying so much to the persons i am writing this complaint. Please dear dont use this bank as they are making us fool n fake people are sitting over there.

      I had ordered a laptop a laptop from amazon on 4th april 2016 using hdfc debit card and i am eligible for a cashback of 2000 rs. Amazon sent a mail on july 31st telliing the cashback has been issued. But hdfc customer care personnel told that they have added 2000 cashback points manually to my debit card account and i need to redeem it.
      But neither the points have been added nor the cashback is provided. It has been more than a month.
      Very bad customer service from hdfc and no solution till now.

        Hello team.

        I went for credit card settlement and paid all the amount mentioned in the settlement letter. But the card status is not closed in my cibil reports.

        I am repeatatively following with bank to resolve the credit card issue but they are not responding to my mails and no solution over the call.

        This credit card transaction is blocking my financial plan and i can't apply for any credit card or loan

        Could you please help me to close and issue. And change the cibil report from "settled" to "closed".

          I had submitted a cheque in hdfc bank kengeri for clearing. But the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds in the issue's account. It's already a week and i have not got the cheque still. I called the bank and they are saying they have resubmitted it and i will know the status after a week. Now the account of the issuer has sufficient funds and i am not able to get the cheque back. It's so pathetic to have the cheque not cleared for 15days. I want to know where is my cheque and if possible please return my cheque. I need to get it cleared asap.

          I have no idea what the bank employees are upto! They said it is resubmitted last week. But, when i called today they are saying the cheque is not returned yet. This is the worst experience i have ever had. They have also charged me the penalty for cheque return, that means the cheque is returned! where is my cheque? Please give me my cheque back. I will get this cleared in some other bank.

          HDFC means always worst bank, dont opt for hdfc bank, same case i also face that cheque bounced due to insufficient fund in issuer bank but now he has sufficient fund but almost 10 days over bank people not giving me the status of the cheque whether it will be returned back or presented again

            I have received a call from hdfcsec saying tht there is some power down &due to that i am unable to login to hdfcsec for 3.5 valuable hrs of a trade day. Though i'm seeing tht my stocks going losses i was helpless. Intraday: i[censored]ser sell/buy didn’t happened then all stocks will auto square off @3.00pm of the same day. Which clearly didn’t followed.

              My bank account was a salary account initially in 2013...later it got transformed to saving account (after i left the company probably). my account has been inactive since february 2016. recently when i rechecked my account, it shows negative balance.
              There are two things that needs to be brought to notice:
              1. I was never informed that some minimum balance had to be maintained in the account and the bank kept charging me fine without informing.

              2.According to RBI regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance.

                  I am ex employee of hdfc standard life insurance and my employee id is 114217, after leaving the company i applied for pf and after several reminders to hr through emails, telephone calls and visits to branch and even i called pf deptt for the release of pf no one concernd is taking steps, i called up several times to pf department but they are not listening to my query and i am following the issue from last one year but i am unable to solve my query. Even to know about my pf no i had to call several times to hr department and the pf department.

                      I am shivaji,
                      On 26th sep 2016, a customer care executive from hdfc ergo called me n told about hdfc ergo health insurance,
                      I told i am not interested, he told abt the policy, i asked him is that mandatory, he replied "its ur new credit card so u can (must) take it", i asked him twice or thrice, he replied the same, i thought it was mandatory n told ok,

                      But later i came to know its not mandatory, so i called [protected] requested for cancellation of the policy, they told ur request for cancellation is taken, the policy reference number is hn[protected], after 2 days some customer care executive called me n spoke for 30mins, stating its not possible to cancel, i told him i need to cancel the policy, after few mins he told, ok we'll cancel the policy n told it leads a "black mark in cibil rating" (my name would be added in defaulter list of cibil) n he told its "only 438rs per month", so whatever he told abt cibil was true n told to continue with the policy, later came to know that cibil is only for credit rating n nothing to do with insurance,

                      So called [protected] n told to cancel, they told ur request is taken.

                      I called [protected] n i re-requested for cancellation, same thing repeated,
                      Now i need to know, why they need to call me?

                      Plz cancel my policy n refund all my money to my credit card

                          Catalyst insurance broker pvt. Ltd., had cheated me by providing false information that they will provide me personal loan of rs. 5 lakh with 3% interest rate and have to pay that amount after 15 years when my policy matured reliance will deduct that amount from maturity amount, if i buy hdfc life insurance. After buying insurance they never turned back. I paid premium of rs. 60, 000/-. The catalyst insurance broker pvt. Ltd, executive name from whom i got call is sachin sharma as per he told me and his number is [protected] and other number from where i got a call for verification from them is [protected].

                          My hdfc classic insurence policy numbers are 18001460 and 18064213 with rs. 30, 000 each.

                          I am not able to pay these amount now so when i went to cancel my insurance in hdfc office then they told me you will not get any refund amount after cancelling now.

                          Please help me to get my money bank and take the action against these people.

                            I am an account holder [protected] branch Hitech city 2, i hold a credit card with HDFC bank as i am a customer and i have made payments to my credit card on 17th july, 28th may, 25th april, 26th March 2.5 k each time in these specific dates and 7.5 k on 2nd sept'16 which was my minimum due for this month. But still my account has been kept on hold and customer care is not responding to me and the loan collections guys are not giving me a call back to unfreeze my account. i have called them 20 times since friday but to no avail. i have put in my complaint nos too. it is [protected]. please understand i am a middle class salaried person and if my account is on hold how do i make my rent and other expenses payments. i have 2 Personal Loan emis to get deducted on 4th sept, they will bounce and i am not going to pay extra charges for it as my account has sufficient balance of 32 k to pay it. A cc rep and a bank branch rep told me to pay the min due amt and then they will unfreeze the account so i did so borrowing money from a friend. it has also got credited to my card. they are now asking me to pay all 26 k but i have no money and i cannot pay now. i can pay it if given 2 more months time post which i will hand over the card. Kindly unfreeze my account at the earliest. i have also raised a grievance in your portal for redressal.
                            Each time the payment gets delayed the collections guys call my parents back home, they are old and ageing and this causes tension and rift in the household. i fail to understand who has given you the authority to call my home. this is ethically wrong and as per law illegal.
                            Stop harassing a lady this way. i understand you are an Organization with high values and this does not suit you to harass a lady who is working in a reputed IT MNC. We as a family have HDFC as our primary bank for years now and this is a very bad taste you are leaving me with.

                                I had a salary account with HDFC. I left the company in 2014 . I had a balance of Rs 700. The company was closed in 2016. Though I do not owe any money to the bank & infact the bank owed me Rs700 the bank has hit me with total Rs5000 fine for non maintainence of acount. Due to my pregnancy I could not keep a tab on my account & moreover I have not received any sms alert or mail stating that a minimum balance of Rs 10000 was required to maintain. When I visited the branch the person assisting me said that they have the proofs that mails have been sent & it is mentioned in terms & conditions which is BS. He asked to pay Rs2500 to payoff with 50% waiver & close the account. I did pay Rs2500 today.This is pure robbery where the bank owe me Rs700 & took another Rs2500 which is a total of Rs3200 from me. Iam highly unsatisfied & i would never recommend the products & services of the bank to my family & friends.

                                  When Background verification team from one of the companies I am joining reached HDFC bank they have told that no account use to exist for the mentioned account number. This was a salary account and now Background Verification team are thinking that I was not working in the company and that experience and bank account is fake. When I personally reached bank they have told me that there was some migration because of which data was not available before 2012. The customer ID for my account is 36644403. The account is currently in closed status but some how the HDFC bank team doesn't have records of the same. They only have Customer ID in their database and no account number linked to the same. Please help me urgently as this is risking my job prospect in the organization. Also if you can please share with me my account statement for the mentioned period it will be of much help. Also if I can get an acknowledgement from HDFC that such an account use to exist it will be of much help. My name account number and other details are as below:

                                    I shortsell shares of Rcom and due to server issue from HDFC sec end, I was unable to buy back. I should not be responsible for the server as it has make me incurred losses and shares were also not automatically squared off as per the agreement also. kindly check and reply ASAP. Also find attach the screenshot of the shares that was supposed to be buy back [protected]@ 48.15. I should not be responsible for the losses done due to server fault. Please find attach the screenshot.

                                      It is unfortunate to receive such message from HDFC SEC that

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      Due to power outage at our data center we are having an unforeseen situation wherein, we are unable to take your orders. We expect to resolve the issue soon. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.

                                      I am unable to connect today 02/09/2016 HDFC sec website from 13:50 to till 1530 hrs in during trading hour. At the same time i was unable to place the order to staff in Mumbai office by calling. If you are unable to restore the system during trading hour then what about your alternate arrangement.

                                      it means lot of things are running behind the curtain. how can you be so insensible to trader. I was having two positions i f&O and unable to decide what to do.

                                      It is clearly understood that you are part of a foul play and playing with customer, thus a question of loss of confidence in your ability to perform.

                                      CAN YOU ANSWER, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR unmanageable LOSS BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURE TO PERFORM?

                                      I am the victim too, unable to buyback my shares that I short sell. If a server is down than what happen to the backup server. I believe they should have. I have lodged complained in SEBI website.

                                        This is inform you that, I have raised a request with collection department 4 months back asking for settlement, since extra charges have been added in my credit card bill, even I told them the same thing from the past 4 months. However they have blocked my account. I have not told that I am not going to pay the bill, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges.

                                        They are not ready to take the request from the past 4 months. Please advice why should I pay the bill when they are not ready to take the complaint.
                                        I got a call from collection department 3 days back, they are ready to kill also, I am planning to raise a complaint police station for my safety.

                                        Request you to close the issue ASAP, I am ready to pay the bill (actual purchase amount + interest) excluding overdue and late pay charges. I don’t want use credit card any more.
