I am really harassed today by hdfc bank, sector 53, gurgaon.
They have wasted my whole day for kyc form to be submitted.
I started at 10.30 am and now it's 3 pm.
How a bank can hold account for one kyc for without any information just for kyc form.
I request u to stop opening account in hdfc bank.I am feeling disappointed and frustrated by all.
Sushi is one of the donkey working here.

    I got a message from HDFC bank saying if you purchase electronic goods for above 20k you will be eligible for a cashback. I have purchased a laptop which work 39, 000. The next month bill the cashback is not reflected so i called the customer care and asked them, they said the cashback will be added on the month of JUNE. June 26th i got a message saying that they are giving a coupon code for my purchase on FEB... why i am not a person who is buying everything in online... but the deal is if i am buying a product i am eligible for cashback na..? how can they expect me to use the codes instead of money...? so i sent an email to the concern department in end of JUNE... came/JULY came and Aug also came but money is not added to my account and people are not ready to give a detailed information about the issue... Simply they are saying cashback is not available why? then y did u guys sent an messsge like that ? i sent an email to Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com .. in that email i have given all the

    ------ Seriously i do not understand why the customer care team is doing all these stupid thing ? I spoke with one manager who is working in Chennai.. he asked me why can't you call Bangalore customer care? why did you call tamilnadu customer care ?... that is my wish... who is he to ask me those things...--- I replied him i am not comfortable in speaking in Kanada so i called., ., i spoke with him around 40min i explained him everything., ., he said okay sir., , . i wok your complaint, .., . i understood your issue., ., i will give a call back in another 2 days... It's already 20 days crossed over but still i did not get even a single call from HDFC Team...!!!

    Getting frustrated with HDFC ---- Going to stop all my accounts/services/loans with it...

    For people if you are using a HDFC please be aware of those peoples... Best option is dont use HDFC Credit Card... if you have anyother option please go for that... Dont even try HDFC any more... they are started cheating in terms of cashback...credit card offer...--- Be aware of it...

      Madam/ Sir,
      I have been customer of HDFC bank since last one year. Because of its service and professionalism, bank has gained trust in my mind.
      1. Due to this trust, my parents thought about applying for a home lone take over to HDFC Bank. They have purchased a flat in February 2016 and because of paucity of time they arranged loan from local housing financial corporation. As they approached to HDFC they found that HDFC was offering lesser interest rate hence they applied to HDFC to take over the loan from local financial corporation. My mother applied for loan through file no[protected], at Kolhapur, Maharashtra .

      2. For this loan process they came into contact with the HDFC representative at Jaysingpur Mr.Urane and his senior at Kolhapur Branch Mr. Abhjeet Mane. Both had assured my parents that interest rate will be around 9.60%. As my mother’s salary was not regular because of her transfer, we were skeptical about the passing of the loan hence parents asked about what would happen to loan processing fee then both representatives categorically replied that it will be given back if loan is not passed. Because of their categorical assurance, my father released a cheque of Rs.17525 (cheque no 626506 State bank of India) for HDFC limited on 05February 2016 which was deposited in the account of HDFC Limited on 07 March 2016.

      3. As it was difficult to pass the loan, HDFC representative Mrs. Manasi Kumbharkar at Kolhapur branch suggested us to reduction in loan amount so that loan would be easily passed at higher level. Hence my parents reduced their demand of loan and again waited for the loan sanction. But this time they got another jolt as Mrs. Manasi Kumbarkar and Mr. Abhijeet Mane told us that interest rate would be around 11.10% which was not accepted to us hence we rejected HDFC loan and demanded back processing fee.


      4. After repeated visits, phone contacts and pleadings, my parents got check of Rs.5870/- on 01 August 2016, which was lesser than the amount paid i.e. Rs.17525/-
      This whole issue has caused deep mistrust about your bank in my family. You must take a cognizance of following facts.
      • Your representatives had told fictitious interest rate and even they assured us about the passing of the loan which has not happened.
      • Based on distorted facts, they collected processing fee assuring passing of loan.
      • Their assurance of returning back of the processing fee was not fulfilled as returning amount is not matching with their assurance.
      • If the loan was not passed then why did they collect processing fee cheque?
      • Even deduction of processing fee was not communicated to us by phone, email or any correspondence.
      • Returning of processing fee has happened after almost 6 months of collection of fee which shows that it was held at HDFC without any proper authority.
      • All this issue has caused deep mental agony and efforts on my parents without their any mistake.
      Due to this issue, I am also thinking about termination of my banking relations with HDFC family. I think that I was misinformed about the international best practices of HDFC bank and what I found that is worst than the nationalized bank. I positively hope about your urgent intervention and rectification of matter as early as possible otherwise I have to move my case to consumer court so that my parent would get justice for their effort and money.

        I have an account in HDFC. But,

        I HATE THE SERVICE.

        I have applied for a personal loan. Process all the documentation. But, Still on hold.

        A lot of time I contacted HDFC load department customer care. But, They are not responding.

        Why you guys does not clear the LOAD status.

        Just say clear - loan will be approved or NOT Approved due to ______ reason.

        IT'S TOTALLY FRUSTRATED SERVICE.

          I applied for a credit card application ref no [protected]W2 On june 2016 dont know exact date and i got verification call adrees verification, teliphonic verification and office verification for the same after a week and they told me the process will take max a week after a week i got call from representstive asking the status i Said No status as provided So far they verified n said the verification Is under progress And since from now status showing in process how much time it will take or any other option atleast tell is it approved or not but till now i did not receive any info which very bad news to say if this is the thing with the service provided to customer then no customer will be happy n i already decided to move on. need not to continue any relationship with this kind of service if i did not recevie any info by one day i will move on for sure. provided i will inform others too on the same.             Hello hdfc to day my ac was deducted money 575 with out my permission as INTER BRN CASH CHG INCL ST AND EC 260712...DO U THINK CUSTOMERS AS A FOOLS...y r u cuting balance with out any information r permission...pls re send my amount as soon as possible.. very bad to the people sir who are open the acounts sir in case we are out of city we pay one lakh means they deducating 575 five hundred seventy five rupees only ...its to hdfc bank...sir do justice to me i m not complning about 575 rs but it is not a right thing sir...my num [protected] pls do as ur wish

                My self Amit bhumkar cust id[protected] I have applied for personal loan and already I have offer pre-approved loan 1.34 laks that i want to take from last week i called to customer care for document but no one come to take after few days i call to hdfc bank representative which is in my office then he take that documents and put for login then after 2 days he said u r file is already logged in then i just getting shocked because i never give document to any other person then how its possible ...no one ask me for loan but also my file going for login without my concern . ...i want detail explaination and after that my loan application going to rejection ...i have requirements of that money urgently and u people doing fraud thing ... do whatever u want i want that loan ...

                  Collection department is harrasing regularly to me and my family for only 9000 rs pending My Hdfc credit card number [protected]
                  another number is [protected]..he called to my brother and said the same thing which he told to me..if a reputated bank will do like this then it should be very bed for their image. I am going to complaint this to the complaint forum and register the case of harrasment against HDFC bank.

                    we hereby inform you that i am hdfc credit card holder having credit card no.[protected] .I have already mail to cancell my cedit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.
                    We request you to please do the needfull & oblidge in this matter. There is an annual charge of 500 rupees is there for my credit card. So I want to cancel this card and take a new card . If they where not cancelling the card this month I have to pay 500 rupees again. So they were keep on delaying

I have just noticed a Levi of Rs. 286.25 from my SB account (dated 20/05/2016) supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I have never done such transaction. This is a serious matter and I demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges.

                      I also understand that this practice is going on for a while and many more customers are effected. if...

                          With reference to the above subject, we would like to bringing your notice that, no banks are ready to give the above bank account. We had tried in many HDFC Banks branches in Bangalore, but no body is ready to give the account. However, it is clearly mention in your website that it is zero Balance account. But branch and customer care people does not know any information about this account. We had also speak to your customer representative Mr Umesh and does know the account information and disconnect call. They doesn't know about the their product, then how can they collect the funds from account holders. And how can they guide to their customer with this type of knowledge? Horrible experience with your customer care representative and doesn't know the manners how to behave with customers.

                          Also attaching your website content regarding the account. We do not know whom to blame?

                            Hdfc food plus card not accepted in any groceries shops

                            My HDFC Food Plus card is not accepted in any Groceries/Vegetable shops. I am not sure what is the purpose of this Food Plus card. Where as my wife was using the HDFC Food Plus card in the past (before 2 years) which was accepted in the same shops before.
                            We want you to get this resolved and make it available for us to use our HDFC Food Plus cards in Groceries/Vegetable shops.

                            I am salary account holder in hdfc bank for past 2 years. According to the statement said by bank officials, i am eligible for a loan amount of rs.1.5l. And i have applied for the same before 3 weeks. After 3 weeks my request has been rejected due to a simple reason that i have not taken any loans earlier which is unacceptable. Though i have clear records for processing the loan, the bank did not process it. I did not receive any proper communication as well. The most annoying behavior was that i was informed about this terms and condition only at the last minute after all verification processes has been done, though there is a provision for bank to predict it earlier with the help of my cibil score. There are no exclusive benefits for salary account holders. Very poor service. My kind advice for those who wish to transact with hdfc bank - please do not have any relationship with hdfc bank. One of the poor services i have ever seen. Greatly disappointed.

                              I had purchased "hdfclife sampoorn samridhi plan" in 2012.
                              As per information given by the agent, i have to pay annual premium of rs. 50, 000 for at least 5 years.
                              At the end of the 5th year, i can surrender the policy if i want, and i will get minimum rs. 4, 43, 750 and if i continue to pay premium in subsequent years, my maturity amount will be increased by 1 lakh ever year i. E. At the end of the 5th year...

                              Am very unhappy with hdfc bank services they always cheat with customers i have a salary acount in hdfc bank for salary ac holder interest rate is 7.5% for personal loan when i aaply for loan in hdfc bank mall road ludhiana punjab branch they said they with charge for 7.5% interest but when my loan pass they made emi with 14% interest they cheat with me they asking me rs 2000/- for file charges and rs 200/-for stamp papers

                              Am very unhappy with your customer services they lie with customer and with him they missguided me and lie with me they said no any cash advance charge apply for withdraw money from atm in 50 days after 50days some charges in interest but when i withdraw 500/- from atm you charges me 345/- rupees for cash advance charges plz dont cheat with customers plz tell him truth and give me my cash advance charges or i will go to higher authority and compaint your bad services to rbi

                                This has reference to subject request number on personal loan account number 19124530 which is not linked/register to my cbil due to which undersign is facing so many problems just due to negligence at your end.

                                If something gets delay from the customer end your people literally penalizing but not giving assurance nor time bound response to the above said issue. No official at local branch are supporting nor taking responsibility to give assurance.

                                Recently i have received a mail stating that it will be resolved within 3 working days but no any updates on this.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I have sent "n" emails to the loansupport hdfc at last stated that they will resolve within 3 working days but no any updates.


                                Due to which undersign is facing severe problems to avail any financial support from the institutions.


                                Hope your intervention may conclude the matter with in next 24 hours.
                                You people are just passing time by asking CIBIL control number which was shared to you in my initial mail itself and even personally submitted @ your Ahmedabad, Parimal Garden loan centre.

                                Non sense service and making delay in the issue inspite of resolving on immediate basis as this is purely your mistake which should have been done in 2011 itself.

                                  Refund of policy no:18501943. I have cancelled the policy for the delayed decision regarding the approval from your end. Had you been timely intimated regarding the processing status. I would have not gone for cancellation. There is too much of delay - i am happy even they dont issue me policy. I am expecting full money refund as this process is too much time consuming and they are wasting customers time the usual service commitment by hdfc life team is 18-22 working days but in my case its more than 57 working days and no progress or prompt action is taken.
                                  Hance the deduction of medical fees can not be levid on me. So please refund the medical amount to me with full payment 6564/-

                                  1. Fill in the policy number and Date of birth and click 'Next'

                                  4. An email will be sent to your email ID that is updated in the registration page. This email will contain an URL which on clicking will validate the email ID and the user ID and password will be sent.

                                  5. The URL is valid for 15 days. If you click on it after 15 days, an error message will be displayed. In such cases, you need to register again by filling the registration page.
