I paid more than 1 lac as a single premium for a home sureksha policy 2015 April, however I have not got neither a proposal policy documents nor I have clue what I am covered for. HDFC ergo is the worst insurance company I have seen so far, I registered for customer portal this is asking me to add the policies. This insurance was compulsion for my home loan for HDFC. I later come to know that this was not at all required.

I cant even raise a grievance in their site without policy or proposal number. I would want my money back with interest.

      This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

      An amount of rs 575.00 has been debited on 12th aug 2016 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges jul[protected]' on demat account.

      I heard that opening demat account was absolutely free.
      Also i have never used this account for any transaction. Please resolve this at the earliest

        I am not using my account since last two year. I lost my whole information about account number & card number. I call customer care several times but its not responding. Now I want to close my account. I have just my customer Id ie 47722203. Now they are telling me to pay fine. I will not pay any charges. Customers care told me that it will close if balance is zero.

          I am customer of HDFC Bank. Bank offers me 2 credit cards as per my good cibil. Bank executive told me many offers and privileges to use these card but after using not found such any scheme. HDFC Dinners Card which they offered me not working for any online payment and other credit card swap machine usually. I made my dinners card payment through NEFT, but payment not accept by bank and penalty impose on my account. Before the payment I talked the customer care executive of HDFC Bank regarding payment procedure. Whem I come to know my payment declined I talked the customer care executive of Bank then another attend the call and inform other thing to made payment of credit card. Bank not having any home branch facility for credit card and customer care executive not picking phone and if they picked they take on hold for 10-15 minutes. Due to Bank executive negligence my CIBIL for payment will be become wrong.

          Customer care of bank not provide true information about their services and products also misguide the customer regarding their issues related to card payment.

            HDFC concerned officer while selling Policy No. 18566140 did not disclose the
            any Annual and other charges to be deducted out of Premium paid which is Rs.80000/- . The HDFC LIFE cheated me in its own interest . We having faith in Bank purchased the above product but HDFC shaked our confidence in them. i Insurance Policy Free- look -Period is upto 23/8/16. As such needful be done at the earliest so that I return the Policy latest by 19th. Please instruct the concerned Company to refund Rs.80000/- under an advise to me on my mail [protected]@hotmail.co.uk

              I am saving a/c customer of hdfc vidyadhar nagar, jaipur, my s/b a/c no [protected] was opened as zero balance a/c by bank refrence. But bank debited minimum balance charges time to time, for this reason i mail to close my a/c and send closer form. After this bank again debited minimum balance charge and not close the a/c. After i personally visit the bank and a/c closing proccisor complite with deposit of minimum balance charge, all minimum balance charges are against the rbi guideline. Please take the action against the bank, and force to bank reclaim my minimum balance charges which are debited time to time from my saving a/c.

                I have tried calling to the hdfc customer care executive to get clarification on the message i had received saying if i purchase any samsung product i'll be getting rs.2, 000/- as a cask back & according to that i had made the transaction. Firstly 2 customer care executive took all the details & kept on hold which i was holding continues for 15-20mins & disconnected the call. Again made an attempt to call back rukhsar had answered the call & even she did the same. After that when i again called person with the name rizwan came online & kept the call on waiting n didn't turned up.

                    I sent a mail to hdfc bank on 4th august regarding my cibil issue due to credit card payment. On 6th aug 2016 at 3:19 pm, i got a call from miss monika khanna, of new delhi branch, one of your executive in credit card quality team. She just told me there is nothing wrong from their side and they cannot do anything for this. I asked her to suggest me how can i get rid of this problem, but she was very rude and said this is my problem and i have to deal with it, but they cannot help anything on this regard.

                    My concern is very simple. My cibil score got decreased as per my payment history from a certain descent score. Now i cleared all my dues. So should not it get updated to the previous existing score? If its not like that how can i get back my previous score to avail any credit in future? Please help or suggest in this regard. This same question i was asking to that lady. But she was not in a mood to explain anything.

                    The personal loan dept is saying that the status of my captioned loan account in cibil is correctly updated as “blank”

                    I have mailed to cibil customer care regarding this. They are saying this depends upon credit institutions. So i can't understand what should i do?

                    Another thing i wanted to request you that i have not received my noc after clearing the credit card dues. I have been requesting mr ashish sharma of new delhi branch, one of the credit card executive, but he is not giving any response.
                    So please send my noc at the earliest to my mail id.

                          Respected Team, I am writing my concern which makes me irritate about the banking Services. I've made a self deposit on July 22nd on Siruseri branch. When I checked with person who is on teller counter told me to wait 3 working days.On fourth day, i called customer care and come to know abt tht my check was not cleared due to undated in the respective columns.
                          On what basis teller has issued an acknowledgement receipt to me?Also, I've struggling still for that check and visited the same branch so many times .Still, that cheque leaf has not been handover to me.For a simple transaction, I've lost so many valuable hours and days.Please help me to resolve my issue. Would like to re -deposit the same cheque into my account as that person is out of station now.Kindly help me to solve my problem

                            My mother was having account in hdfc bank and lastly we check the balance was 3000rs afterwards we lost the atm and passbook of the bank and after a year nope bank showing us the negative balance of -4900rs for non maintenance, and telling that will not close it until we pay charges, please look in the same and guide wht legal action should we take? Neede to claim in consumer court?

                              Amount 28.75 is getting deducted with the description eaw dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                It has been around 6-7 months i have applied for the credit card for hdfc bank but due to their poor services i am still waiting for my credit card. I have applied many times for card and their employes didn't respond well. They have taken a reference number 3-4 times but not action taken till now. So please look at this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible also i am having all the documents required. There is delay from their side only.

                                    I'm using hdfc credit card

                                    I'm using hdfc credit card. Last year december i have purchased one of the phone using credit card with emi. I have paid emi till february some family i have miss emi. So after 2 month i have paid twice emi but surpriselly bank closed my emi account. When i called customer care he told me we have send you notification on phone and your address. But not receive any single notification. Same i have told customers care he just niglet all thing and tell me if have paid all closed amount in shot if it not possible i have paid 6300 rs immediately. So we can rearrange emi and you can start emi account on remaining amount. I have paid 6300rs amount and called customer are this tym i got other representative same i have tell all scenario and he just tell me we can not told our customer like this you have paid all amount.
                                    I have just frustrated and shoking when i was haird from him.

                                    After they i have received call from hdfc bank lady he just told i have paid 1000 as remaining amount but when i have tell him send mi mail for confirmation so she told mi i have confirmed the same. So i have a just awaiting for called since 3 days not receive called from hdfc bank.

                                    I need to solved this issue asap.

                                      I v k srivastava wanted to intimate you that i have four savings accounts and services provided by bank earlier was excellent now a days from last two months it is very difficult to get the work done in hdfc swarupnagar bank kanpur
                                      Even i was told we r having classic bank account.
                                      I therefore request you to please close my account

                                      A month ago i requestted to open recurring account min bal ten lac after two days i was informed they are fail to open this account because officers are absent in these days

                                      Yesterday i asked for accountstatement of previous session

                                      They told me to give a request we have given written request
                                      Now today in morning we are continuously calling but they are not picking up phone when i send my staff they informed today not possible. These are the problem we are facing see if you can resolve.

                                        Dear concern;
                                        As my credit card expired on 05/16 bearing no :- [protected] and had asked our hdfc branch in leh for re-issue of credit card which should not be case.
                                        It has been now almost two months, as a normal routine it has to be delivered to the customer before the old one expires. Its really very bad experience for me to continue as a hdfc customer if your services remains like this.
                                        So kindly up date me if the card will be issued if yes then when. Your response towards customer service reminds me of old govt banks..
                                        Looking forward for an early reply.
