This is regarding of fraud call received from an anonymous number of india from U.P. one person saying that my atm card blocked due to adhar card and pancard not submitted and give me your atm number so I can checked it.     I withdrawn 10000/- rs from hdfc atm at bandra west railway station around 11:20 pm on saturday 13/8/2016, but i didn't received that cash amount and receipt from the machine. I checked with another atm machine of hdfc the amount was deducted. My a/c is with union bank and my debit card no. Is [protected]. I was waiting for amount to reverse but still its not done. So please reverse the amount soon

      I am an HDFC credit card and account holder. I am in the process of closing the account and settle the credit card due.
      I am single woman who lives in Mumbai and takes care of my ageing mother and grandmother. I am a dentist and an entrepreneur . In the recent past due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to max out my card - and I have been unfortunately irregular on the payments. Now, however with my business taking off i have been making payments every month, a few days late at the most.
      I now come to the point of this complaint- since your call centre has not only my bank details but my address as well- you have given some absolute scumbags complete access to all my contact details. I WAS THREATENED LAST SATURDAY BY YOUR EMPLOYEE NIKHIL UDAS FROM THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. I have a Rs.5010/- to be paid which due to the bank holidays (13th/14th/15th August 2016) got delayed but I promised it would be done by 18th since 17th is a bank holiday too.
      NIKHIL UDAS CALLED ME ALL SORTS OF NAMES AND THREATENED TO SEND SOMEBODY WHO WILL STAND OUTSIDE MY HOUSE TILL THE PAYMENT CLEARS!!! I AM EXTREMELY WORRIED FOR MY SAFETY. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO GET PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS. My mother and grandmother live alone when I am at work- they have already misbehaved with them before. I AM TERRIFIED.

        This about HDFC bank drive in branch ahmedabad staff who misguided me and forcefully tried and torchered me to buy product which i dont want. 2.'My cheque was bounced becoz of their mistake and no apology and return charges was debited from my a/c 3. I was ready to give them huge investment but due to lead my investment to put in their prnduct i widraw all thogh i am 15 yrs old customer of bank they treated me very badly, staff name is mr.         Hello i am dingreja I have a/c with HDFC drive in road br, in ahmedabad I am 20 yrs old prefered customer I had given lot of invertments ignoring that they bounced my cheque because of their mistake and no appology instead they debited return charges from my a/c and they force me to buy a non popular loss making product. they were not interested to product whici i was interested worst bank.the staff name is tejas and tushar.Action should be taken,

          The motor accident was reported with complete details. survey was conducted by surveyor office employee which seems to be lacking for the details reqd. to be explained to the officer /approving authority.
          Against the claim of damage due to impact only rs.14000/- approved and i have to sale off rs.26750/- from my pocket.
          The comprehensive policy need to cover metal parts on both the side of driver, but the damage on right was rejected for reason unknown. no explanation provided either by surveyor or hdfc ergo.
          Please be advised that being a govnt. approved valuer and loss assessor registered with irda, such type of reduction without any justifiable reason i can not accept. it is better you send your expert to explain me the reason for such rejection.
          Apart from this i recd. sms that only rs.6146.28 approved.
          Also i recd. a notice ref. rm[protected]in m-123070 dated 02/08/2016 (recd. on 12/08/2016) drafted in mafia language, threatenin me to pay additional amount rs.779/-else the period of policy will be reduced. why do i accept hdfc ergo for such unprofessional work culture. please train your constituted attorney to learn the language to be used with client who trusted hdfc ergo and renewed the policy well in advance.
          If i have to pay additional amount on account of the accident reported after the renewal, kindly refund my premium in full as i prefer to deal with icici.
          There are many option available at client's disposal now a days.in spite of that i trusted hdfc ergo on account of good rm of hdfc bank mr. rohit vishwakarma ([protected]).
          I request to reconsider the survey report and arrange joint meeting to arrive at correct estimate. i shall appreciate your reply soon in order to decide further action plan to escalate the matter.

            Dear sir,
            I hv taken a two wheeler loan, n hv been constantly paying the Emi.
            From last 2 months, there stands a big problem.the emi gets cut on whatever dates they like n not on 5 the as advised.Also although the Emi has been cut, it is not updated in system n customer care constantly calls n uses unethical behaviour for emi.
            Later after 10-15 days they say sorry n say tht system was not updated.
            This is very harassing.
            Even today some ms bhagvati in noida called behaved very badly for not paying the Emi.
            What should we do.plz help

              My HDFC Credit Card Application with Reference number is [protected]W4. An executive came to collect documents for HDFC credit card and he took all my documents and committed me that my card will be approved. After few days when I tracked my application status, it showed disapproved.
              They even didn't mentioned any proper reason for disapproval and then still calls me to apply for another credit card which is very annoying.
              If they want to disapprove then why do they send their executives even after verifying all my credentials, income proof etc? They should stop wasting time of customers and should return my documents back as there are chances of my documents being misused.
              Never trust HDFC bank and their employees. They are totally irresponsible for further clarification on application.

                  To Whomsoever it may Concern,

                  Me and my Family has been a Classic customer Account Holder with HDFC Bank, Sasthamangalam Branch, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for the past one year.As our family concern opted for a new Current Account for our newly registered Partnership Firm M/s Violet World, we approached the branch and we got an assurance that the account will be open within 7 days.And the following true copies of the following documents were handed over to the Branch along with the filled up application form on[protected].

                  1) Partner ship deed
                  2)Registration Certificate of the Firm given by the Registrar of Firms Kerala
                  3) PAN card of the firm and the PAN card of the partners.
                  4)Cheque for 1, 00, 000/-
                  5)Identity proofs for the the partners.(Aadhar Cards)
                  6) Authorization Letter for Managing Partner to operate the account.

                  After a week we got a call from the branch that the Manger wants to See the premises of the firm and he came on the evening of 23/07/2016 to examine and took report.

                  After 5 days ie: on 28/07/2016 I called my Personal Banker and enquired about the opening of account and tat that time he promised that it will be up by 30/07/2016 .On that particular instant I asked him that if the account is not opened by 02/08/2016 then please inform me, as I will have to submit some very urgent invoice to my clients, But he once again assured me of opening the account by 02/08/2016 itself.
                  Days passed, and on 2nd August 2016 I got a call from the Deputy Manager that I have to give an Annexure -A duly signed by the partners that they are not holding any accounts with any other branch and an additional address proof for the address of the firm.I

                  On 09/08/2016 I submitted the Annexure -A and the true Certified copy of the Register of Firms Maintained U/s 59 of the Indian Partnership act 1932..

                  On 11/08/2016 I got a call from the branch that that the Stamp Paper date and date on the Registration Certificate is in contradictory .
                  I described the Person ie the Deputy Branch Manager that the the Firm is Registered under the Provisions of Indian Partnership act 1932 and has been registered on 11/02/2016.After the Registration process was completed, we prepared the Partnership Deed which was made made on 6th June 2016 and in that deed itself it is categorically stated that the Firm is registered in Pursuance with the Indian partnership Act 1932 and the Reg No and date of Registration is also specified well.The deputy Manager told that he will look into the matter and resolve the same

                  The next day I called my banker and he said that the account status is still in processing.As the deputy manager had took many hardships for the account opening process i feeled that he wiil be unable to help me in this situation I called the Branch Manager Mr .Abhilash, who answered my call very precariously and promised to call by the day itself and till now to avail he has called me.

                  If this is the plight of a classic customer, then I should advise everyone be vigilant.

                      I was using HDFC credit card long time back.I had received repeated calls from credit card division for some pending amount that is due. Bank officials said that they will provide NOC certificate and CIBIL update once payment is done. I have done the payment for around a month and chasing the officials for NOC certificate.                               I paid more than 1 lac as a single premium for a home sureksha policy 2015 April, however I have not got neither a proposal policy documents nor I have clue what I am covered for. HDFC ergo is the worst insurance company I have seen so far, I registered for customer portal this is asking me to add the policies. This insurance was compulsion for my home loan for HDFC. I later come to know that this was not at all required.

                              I cant even raise a grievance in their site without policy or proposal number. I would want my money back with interest.

                                Kindly provide me NOC immediately for my credit card [[protected]] to take emergency loan . My card is already blocked and there is no dues in my account. I already reached HDFC customer care and requested for NOC last month and they told me they will send NOC within 3 working days but still I didn't get it.

                                  This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                  An amount of rs 575.00 has been debited on 12th aug 2016 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges jul[protected]' on demat account.

                                  I heard that opening demat account was absolutely free.
                                  Also i have never used this account for any transaction. Please resolve this at the earliest

                                    I am not using my account since last two year. I lost my whole information about account number & card number. I call customer care several times but its not responding. Now I want to close my account. I have just my customer Id ie 47722203. Now they are telling me to pay fine. I will not pay any charges. Customers care told me that it will close if balance is zero.

                                      I am customer of HDFC Bank. Bank offers me 2 credit cards as per my good cibil. Bank executive told me many offers and privileges to use these card but after using not found such any scheme. HDFC Dinners Card which they offered me not working for any online payment and other credit card swap machine usually. I made my dinners card payment through NEFT, but payment not accept by bank and penalty impose on my account. Before the payment I talked the customer care executive of HDFC Bank regarding payment procedure. Whem I come to know my payment declined I talked the customer care executive of Bank then another attend the call and inform other thing to made payment of credit card. Bank not having any home branch facility for credit card and customer care executive not picking phone and if they picked they take on hold for 10-15 minutes. Due to Bank executive negligence my CIBIL for payment will be become wrong.

                                      Customer care of bank not provide true information about their services and products also misguide the customer regarding their issues related to card payment.

                                        HDFC concerned officer while selling Policy No. 18566140 did not disclose the
                                        any Annual and other charges to be deducted out of Premium paid which is Rs.80000/- . The HDFC LIFE cheated me in its own interest . We having faith in Bank purchased the above product but HDFC shaked our confidence in them. i Insurance Policy Free- look -Period is upto 23/8/16. As such needful be done at the earliest so that I return the Policy latest by 19th. Please instruct the concerned Company to refund Rs.80000/- under an advise to me on my mail [protected]@hotmail.co.uk
