But, its almost five days and i didn't get any proper response from bank. I need to pay money for...

Reg food plus card

Hi,

Im using HDFC Card over a month. I have got internet access too. If i login all my details are updated wrongly including my name, phone number and email id. Because of that im not able to get any SMS alerts for the card i used. how to resolve this. I was not able to update the info through online. All fields are disabled.

Hdfc jumbo loan

I've took hdfc jumbo loan against credit card 2 years before. The amount is 70, 000. Its 36 month tenure, and monthly payment is 2320. I was paying it properly last 2 years. Last month my account balance went down and autopay did not debited the amount (23/may/2016). The bank charged me as following

Heavy maintenance charges in saving account

I have a saving account in HDFC bank. Due to some personal reasons i was unable to maintain the minimum balance. As a result they deducted almost Rs 700 per month from my account. Instead of giving the interest on whatever is the balance on my account, the bank is taking public money. This is very unreasonable when many people cannot afford to keep a minimum balance of 10000 every month....

Credit card

I applied for HDFC credit card but during its processing, I got an SMS stating that email ID linked to my Credit card is "(another person's email ID)".
But when I called up the sales person, he asked me that he will ask his seniors and get it rectified.
But it has been 3 days I have not received any response.
Even the sales person is not picking up my phone calls.

I am afraid that some one else will use...
