The bank has charged my account for two quarters Rs.114 and 115 towards program management fees. The bank did not intimate about this. Account holder's confirmation is necessary before charging any such amount. The bank has done this unilaterally. I request that such amount should be credited back. Otherwise I will be compelled to close my account.

    ot even reply after many emails and calls
    also took 14 times followup
    my credit card chargeback now sums upti 50k and stil they r wasting time on fianance charges

    Its happening from last one year, even multiple followups were ignored and valuble money and time is wasted in nonsense

      Hi,
      when i log in the HDFC credit card net banking. It shows no card registered and when i try to register my card it shows it is already registered and contact customer support for further assistance but shows no details of my card.
      I have called customer care 5-6 times but every time they come up with an excuse that systems are not working.
      Please consider my request and do the needful.

        Sir i am sorry to inform you that at the time of telecalling by your bank reprsentive she assured me issue life time free credit card. I conveyed her if you cannot give me life time free card then no need to issue me. Then why your bank issued me credit card. I have recording of this conversation. If their is no provision in your bank for life time free card why she committed me. You check your record this is purely shows that your bank is doing fraud with the public. Recently talked with your bank person he said after confirmation i will convey yu but till date he not conveyed me, now you said if you are not interested you send the request for closer. If necessary action not taken i have to take the support of legal cell.

          I am a credit card holder of HDFC Bank, credit card No. is [protected]. I am not using the credit card services and have already deposited all the liable amount on it month wise, but still some unnecessary charges are being imposed on it. I asked bank officials several times over phone to discard these charges. But there is no satisfactory response from their side. Kindly please arrange to deactivate the credit card service with immediate effect.

            Numbers of policy along with credit card without my confirmation & acknowledgement. I neither activate nor swipe my credit card till now. But bank automatically sold me hdfc policy & automatically deducted amount... I following back six months but not answer me hdfc. I loss 30000 rs. I inform to hdfc refund my loss amount within 7 days and close my bank account and credit card account asap.

            Without any confirmation policy activate and hdfc life have not any evidence. Hdfc pressure on me accept for policy. Why i accept policy? ?? Hdfc is fraud company.

            Hdfc told me Solve my problems with in one day but not any solution on my problems. Why??? And send me credit card payment amount why i told you back 15 days after this day responsible to my payment hdfc.             Sorry,   i cannot pay any amount to HDFC bank because this is your fraud. I cancel my policy jun 2016 why you cannot pay my full amount refund. This time hdfc pay my full amount refund. Now not this problems face why pay charges?  Because this is your fraud. Now you (Hdfc) pay may loss amount 30000 rs. And my second concern till date not solve why? ? I inform you solve my all concern asap and close my hdfc all accounts. Last is if effect on my cibil all responsible is hdfc because of you know your fraud and bad service. This problems for solve back six months but till date not solve why?? Solve all with in 7 days otherwise i register policy case again to hdfc banks frauds.

            This week hdfc officer call me. She was told me all call records send me but till date no send any call recording and you told for charges pay first solve customer problems on time and force to charges pay . i cannot pay any charges or any amount to hdfc. Now you pay my loss of money 30000. My concern solve on time now not faceing this situation.

I told to HDFC bank i cannot pay credit card amount bcz this is totally HDFC bank fraud or ye fraud solve nahi kar rahe hai bank or mereko ulat sulat phn karke frustrated kar rahe hai and jabardastise accept karneko boal rahe hai maine koi bhi document pe sign nahi kiya hai or yeloak qumereko fruste kar rahi hai maine bola bhi hai ki mera sub account close karo mera cibil account kharab karke rakha hai . ye bank ke fraud se mene koi bhi glat decision liya to sabke li hdfc bank jime dar rahe gi bcz back 10 months se follow le raha hoo tobhi bank ne abhitak uske fraud sudharnese mere upar game khel rahi hai why?

              I requested online for credit card. Application accepted & provide me the credit card. But company sold me the medical policy along with credit card without my confirmation & acknowledgement. I neither activate nor swipe my credit card till now. But bank automatically sold me hdfc standard life insurance medical policy & automatically deducted amount from my salary account for three months. When i ask to bank about my acknowledge of policy. They did not provide me any acknowledgement. I also talk with tollfree no. They did not give satisfied answer. They tell me all insurance premium amount paid once through your credit card. Now bank inspite refunding my deducted amount he block my transaction inspite the sufficeint amount. The bank harassing me. I required urgently money but i could not do so instead of sufficient amount in my salary account. Please help me because i am very much depression due to harassment by bank.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I rajiv singh holding hdfc bank credit card ([protected]) from last many years but, from last few months i am continuously facing problem on my credit card and having lots of issues and also i am not getting proper response from customer care on my issues.
                Now, i would like to inform you that i had registered for smart pay on my lic policy’s last year but as per your customer care agents i was registered late or it got approved late, i was told to make the payment last year from my side. Again this time i called up customer care before my due date to confirm wheather who is going to make the payments for my lic policies. And they told me that the payment will be done from the hdfc bank but, i haven’t received any confirmation of payment from hdfc bank before the due date of my first policy who’s policy number was :[protected]And due date was 09/07/1017). I waited till 7th july 2016 to receive any confirmation from bank. And finally i had done the payment on 07th july 2016.

                Again i contacted the bank to confirm for the payment of my 2nd lic policy:[protected] for which due date was 28th july 2016. And they told me that for this policy the bank is going to make the payment but again this time i had not received any confirmation from the bank till my due date and finally i had the payment for my 2nd policy on the last due date from my credit card on 28th july 2016. I got a mail on monday, august 1, 2016 8:56 am, from smart pay [protected]@billdesk.in.

                That:

                Dear rajiv singh.

                You have the following new bill for payment on hdfc bank smart pay:

                Biller name: lic
                Policy number:[protected]
                Premium amount: 4186

                Due date: 28th august 2016
                Bill amount (Rs ps): 4263.00
                Payment amount (Rs ps): 4263.00
                Pay date: 18th august 2016
                I don’t know from where you got this date that my due date is 18th august 2016. I am sending the scan copy of my policy documents and the payment receipt i request you to please go thru it.

                After i received this mail i send a mail to priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 10th august 2016 @ 09:53 am and inform them by sending my scanned policy documents and payment receipt to cancel the payment from smart pay as i had already done the payment from my credit card.

                I had not received any reply for the team so; again i send reminder mail on 12th august 2016 @ 12:48 pm to cancel the payment. But finally i got message on my mobile number on 19th august 2016 that my account is debited and payment is made against the policy no.:[protected].
                This is my humble request to cancel my all the smart pay which is linked to my account and please solve this matter as early as possible before the billing cycle and give me the exact figure. I am sending the scan copy of my policy documents and payment receipt for your reference.

                Please do the needful as earliest.

                  This sis an in ethical gesture and crime by hdfc bank.
                  A person who lost his job and his life came in turmoil and challenges du to family responsibility;
                  He stopped getting salary credits in his account and therefore was not able to keep minimum balance in hid hdfc account.
                  But hdfc bank keep on adding penalties to make his account negative; the person and his family and not educated but hdfc did not make attempt to call or approach this person (Sudharshan bagdi) for understanding reason for not keeping minimum balance in his account ([protected]);
                  After many years when sudarshan approached hdfc bank, he was humiliated and harassed as his account was in negative balance due to non –maintenance of funds as he was not getting salary for many years in his account.
                  I had approached my relation ship manager (Gracy nadar), i will post this article against insensitive and a cheat bank who works like dacoit on poor helpless people of india, apart from posting this help to numerous ngo’s in india,
                  If required i will tweet this to entire nation and create a petition and movement against hdfc bank for this cruel behavior of hdfc bank against poor indian national.
                  And showcase this as an incident which will only bring shame to hdfc.

                  I request hdfc to call me at [protected] and help sudharshan close this account ([protected]) forever with hdfc bank. Shame on hdfc for harassing a poor man.

                  Story on HDFC BANK harassment to a poor man:
                  i reported to HDFC customer care and my Relationship manager in HDFC Bank an in ethical gesture and almost a criminal act done by HDFC bank.

                  Today an extremely poor person (who iworks as a cleaner/sweeper in my office on daily wages had lost his regular job few year back and his life came in turmoil and challenges due to family responsibility;

                  He stopped getting salary credits in his account and therefore was not able to keep minimum balance in his HDFC Account.

                  But HDFC bank keep on adding penalties to make his account negative; the person and his family and not educated but HDFC did not make attempt to call or approach this person for understanding reason for not keeping minimum balance in his account ( XXXXXX[protected];(His name: Sudharshan Bagdi)

                  After many years when Sudarshan Approached HDFC bank to close his account, he was humiliated and harassed as his account was in negative balance due to non –maintenance of funds as he was not getting salary for many years in his account and was asked to clear his negative balance accumulated as HDFC continued to penalize him for not getting salary deposited in his account.

                  I had approached my relation Ship manager (GRACY NADAR), i wanted to share this story on twitter to lift mask fo ethical bank on hdfc bank, , , and show to masses teh inethical gesture of HDFC BANK AND ALSO HAVE PUT THIS AS A BLOG ON MULTIPLE SITES

                  I request HDFC to call me at [protected] and help Sudharshan Close this account ([protected]) forever with HDFC bank. Shame on HDFC for harassing a poor man who is asking for his account closure.

                      Hi team,

                      Recently from account 9492.74 was deducted without any intimitation. I agree that i have some over due toward the loan account 27906291 and i wanted to pay after speaking with the bank manager this month end. But before that you guys made my account zero with out any intimation and because i will be charged 690 again. I was maintaining 10000/- rupees just to avoid that 690 and you guys made zero and are looting this way. I could have paid the overdue in two shots with your confirmation.

                      But you guys dont just bother about any customer concern and how much ever you want to deduct you will deduct. Very unfair and irresponsible as well.
                      When it comes to phone you guys make fake calls without checking the recent history and simply said that sir you have over due of so 13k and please pay it.
                      Who ever is paying money as a part of your salary should rethink as we you guys dont work at all. Simply make some calls and pass the day and deduct the customer account at your will.

                        On[protected] night around 23.56 hourds, i got sms stating that a transaction of 12413.94 has been done in thredbo ski resorts on my hdfc credit card.

                        I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning i called the customer care and blocked the card.

                        Kindly look in to matter and reversed the transaction in my hdfc card a/c.
                        Regarding this, i filed a charge dispute form.

But i have cancelled the policy for the delayed decision regarding the approval from your end. Had you been timely intimated regarding the processing status. I would have not gone for cancellation

                                I did a transaction on 06-july-2016 for donation towards sai baba and ttd but i did not receive any hard copy or receipt. Similarly i has also done same transaction in nov 2015 for sai baba and i did not receive the receipt.

                                When i inquired to hdfc cc section they clearly told that both the transactions of 06-jul-2016 and nov-2015 are successful and is also received by receiver. The success code as given (Which is i think wrong due to system error)

                                But the amount was not credited in receiver so i raised a dispute by cc dispute form in which they credited me the payment of rs1500 done on 06-jul-16. But now they are denying the credit for nov-2015 due to some conditions. So this is the complaint in consumer compliant portal.

                                Although they say its success its not credited in receiver account and further they know that 06-jul-16 transaction was disputed they are not ready to credit the amount for nov-2015 as both are same receivers.

                                The important point to note is that i did transaction by hdfc cc and the receiver is also hdfc bank but still one shows transaction as successful and other bank (Receiver) says there is no transaction on particular date.

No application number is generated till date (22/8/2016). sales person is not picking up the calls. on calling customer care no help is received as no application number. when i applied for loan i was assured wholeprocess will take 3-4 working days by Mr. Manohar. i want to know the status of my application and the time it will take to finish the processing.

                                      I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

                                      Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                                      This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                                      I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

                                        After a long telephonic discussion between myself and hdfc bank collection executive ms. Anita tiwari (Mob.[protected]) and one mr. Gaurav on 16.03.2016 regarding the settlement of above credit card. And after a long discussions, i agreed for an amicable settlement on the above mentioned credit card. The settlement amount was rs.20, 500/- (Rupees twenty thousand five hundred only). He has suggested me to repay the amount in four installments by cash. Accordingly, hdfc bank collection boy came to my house and given the settlement letter on 21.3.2016 and collected the first installment amount i. E rs.5000/- in cash.
                                        The details of each installment made by me is as under:

                                        When the collection boy was came to my house on 22.06.2016 for collecting the fourth installment, i was busy with my son’s college admission and i want to go to kerala same day for admission, in the mean time the settlement letter was misplaced therefore i asked your collection boy that how much money is pending for last installment. He told me the message received on his mobile from hdfc bank executives is rs.5000/-. I want to pay the full and final installment and i like to close the matter on that day itself. The boy told me to pay rs.5000/- only as per message received from the hdfc bank. However i paid the amount in cash rs.5000/- only. Only rs.500/- was the balance to close the matter as per your settlement letter dtd. 21.3.2016. All the four installments were collected by your collection boy regularly and systematically as per your instructions and as per your settlement letter dated 21.3.2016 and why you have not collected the small amount of rs.500/-. I doubt that this is the tricky game of yours so that you can blame that i am not regular in making the payments.

                                        If you have not received the full amount from me, then your responsibility is to send your boy for collecting the remaining amount. This is the way you have collected all the four installments i. E. Rs.20, 000/- from me.

                                        When i checked my mail, i saw your email dated 16.08.2016 saying that you are irregular in making the payment and your settlement letter dtd. 21.3.2016 is invalid. This is very strange. It is also very strange that all the four installments are collected punctually from me and the small amount i. E rs.500/- is kept with me. You bank officers are lying and cheating the innocent people.

                                        After i found out my settlement letter, immediately i tried to call your person, your phone was not available on that day. After that, many times i tried to call you. Also i wanted to go to south for my son’s admission. Again after 20 days, i was trying to contact your person. It was futile.

                                        This is the whole story.

                                        Now, i would like to confirm and reiterate that i am ready to pay only rs.500/-. If you want to collect the money, please send your person and collect the amount from me immediately. It is, therefore, requested to please collect the amount of rs.500/- and expeditious steps may please be taken to ensure speedy settlement of the matter and please issue no dues letter and remove my name from your defaulter list.

                                        If you are not ready to agree/settle the matter, then we are constrained to file the complaint with banking ombudsman for speedy settlement of the issue which please note with due care and caution.
