My name is pardeep kumar, my employee id is 141875 and designation is sdm. I have worked with hdfc life from 5 th august 2015 to 29 th december 2015. My december month sallery and pf amount is not recieved till now. I think hdfc life is a reputed brand in the market of life insurance industry. Hdfc life is known as for his good services. So i'm waiting for solution for my problem as soon as possible.

i will recive my salry with in 2 ya 3 days, so please don't dedicat the amount, this is the reminder msg because hdfc bank every month dedicate the money after geting the salry this is the salry acount but you are not understandig i have to send the msg every month what is this, can you understand castumer problem or not, why are you not taking the serious, if any services is acitivated then deactivate the services...

Every month i have been depositing the minimum amount, and still the amount does not seems to be reduced as because the finance charges applicable thoroughly on the card. Due to my financial condition, i decided to surrender my hdfc policy and submitted the policy on 02-apr-2016 . During surreder time, hdfc representatives are confirm that i will get the money with in 07 working days but till now am not got my money. I was having HDFC Credit Card. in my credit card 6000 point was redeem by bank as cash Rs 2400. Aug 2015 i have given request to HDFC bank for redeem my point and i have paid payed credit card payment and Rs. 2400 have to adjust from my redeem point. but bank did not redeem my point and making penalty, interest and all charges.

I have not recieved the payment of my policy amount around one lakh sixty five thousand, although my policy lock in period has completed. company is telling that, the amount would be credited to the beneficiary account. but i dont know that, i have made my wife as nominee, but not beneficiary. she dont have the account.
