Hello Team, I have escalated an issue in regards to one of the HDFC employee Mr. Sourabh Srivastav who was very arrogant, rude, unprofessional, impolite, uncultured, uncivilized and very arrogant while talking to me. I have escalated the issue to the Principal Nodal officer however it seems that he's hatching eggs over it. The reference number is [protected]. I have also mailed the issue to Parag Rao, Aditya Puri etc. Nobody has cared to contact me. Mr O.P Raghavan told me today that somebody from the Snr.Mgmt will contact me. Nobody cared to contact? What kind of business/bank you are guys are running. Dont you guys care for the customers? No wonder Mr. Sourabh Srivastav said what will happen you escalate to MD, CEO etc. Nothing will happen.
