I have transacted 1000 rs from axis ATM with hdfc bank ATM
1st time in this month but i have charged 28 rs
(NWD DECCHG 02-05-16 CARDEND 030516)
for withdraw money.
And my a/c is also salary a/c [protected].
Dear Customer,

We wish to clarify that the debit mentioned by you peratain to ATM Declined charges and not ATM withdrawal charges.

We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds in your account, the charges of Rs. 25 per transaction plus taxes are levied.

As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted on May 02, 2016 for which these charges of Rs. 28.75 were levied to you on June 29, 2016.

    I was applied debit card (Titanium card) through your customer care & i have receive the card. I am using this card approx 3 years, your customer care said that no annual charge for this card but balance is deduct my account only for this month.In 3 years never charge deduct (Debit card annual fee) in my account. Balance is showing in (-17 rupees). Request you to please check & action.

        Dear sir,

        This is an reference to the conversation that i had with the representative of your hdfc nank, branch :- bali nagar, delhi.
        The matter is to highlight that my car meat with an accident an there were two loans going on my car and i am libel to pay that amount, but in accident my car was completely smashed down as it was a bang on collision and since the car is in a very bad condition. I would not be able to drive that car any longer therefore i have decided to sell the car at a loss and to foreclose the ongoing loans. I contacted the branch and they have told me that i will have to pay extra amount of rs. 14533.60 on loan number:[protected] & rs. 7373.42 on loan no:[protected], total about rs. 21, 907/- (Aprox).

        I was never informed that the second loan # 38302501 is a refinance on my car. The representative told me that this is a personal loan and its an ongoing offer considering my credit history. I was shocked when i got to know that i will have to foreclose both my loans.

        I was cheated by the representative who is of-course representing hdfc bank and i have decided to highlight the matter to the consumer court as i was given wrong information and i was assured that its an ongoing offer.

        Also to bring you in notice that i was never told that i will ever have to pay heavy foreclosure charges. I will not pay this hefty foreclosure charges as i am cheated, i am highly disappointed by the wrong information and the bluff done by hdfc bank.

          Personal loan

          Collection agent came to my house for the due emi, upon finding the house locked, he enquired with neighbor and shared the information that i have a personal loan and missed my emis which he is no way suppopsed to share with anyone.           I have an account in HDFC bank no. [protected] and I also had two SIP account having folio no. 10225406/32 and 10224982/43 .
          Both SIP were closed on my request last month and redeemed money was transferred to my account on 23/05/2016.
          But this month again money was deducted from my account on the name of these SIP even after closer of the SIP account .
          4000 rupees deducted from my account on 15/06/2016, now tell me if the bank charges penalty of Rs. 858 as low balance charges on reversal charges, than what charges will the bank pay to me for deducting money from my bank account without any reason.
          who will pay me this money.
          please solve this as soon as possible.

            I had applied for an hdfc credit card 3 months ago and received it. when my credit card was in process i got a verification call and the hdfc executive inquired my office number so that he can verify the details and i straightly given the number thinking that he will verufy the details and thats it. but after getting the card i am getting calls on my office land line number regarding the health card and after continiously telling them that i dont need it and kindly do not call on this number, they said that we will call because you have activated DND on your mobile number so we will call on this number. Hdfc people if you think you are great enough to pass this statement then i must tell you that you are not and you will be in big trouble if you donot look into it asap.

              As i am the new salary bank account holder of hdfc, with in 1 month 28.75rs is getting deducted with the description nwd decchg 11-06-16 cardend[protected]
              Even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no surcharges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be do like this, cheating advertisement, getting irritation because of hdfc bank, i have other bank account also they do not take charges like this, i will close this account soon, cheating bank don't apply for this bank products, i have attached the evidence also,

                This is with regards to my credit card #[protected] which i got in 2013.
                Complaint:
                1:representative disclose the debt to third party without my authorization after informing her she aging disclose my debt 3 times to third party.
                2:hdfc rep did not transfer the call to the manager and did hung up the call
                3:as a consumer i was asking for company email she refused and hung up again
                4:she called my father and try to scare him.
                5: hdfc rep was very rude with me and with my father after informing that do not call my father and disclose this debt.
                6:i want all the conversation recording.
                7:i will make the payment as i am making till now.
                This all happen form the month of may and today again she called my father and refused to talk with me again
                8:i will file a suit against and will do complain to iccf.

                    Bank complain number : banc[protected]

                    I did a transaction using hdfc debit card for rs 7433/- and the transaction failed but the amount was debited, contacted the bank multiple times but the resolution dates are getting extended every time i contact hdfc customer support.


                    Even the manager has no clue what's happening, multiple times they promised that they will arrange a call...

                    I am having a hdfc bank account and from the last 13 years and earlier i was classic customer. This month there is some deduction 115 rs from my account without any proper justification and without my knowledge or even bank employee doesn't told there is charges deduction on txn.

                    I just checked my bank account details and found out that just deductions without my knowledge. All of the deductions are unjustified.

                        Hello Sir,

                        I was holding HDFC credit card number 4346-xxxx-xxxx-2695. Due to financial difficulties I decided to settle my card. The final settlement amount was fixed for Rs. 15, 700( Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees) . The letter was issued to me on 27/10/2015 . Ref no- S 1636602. Inspite of my full payment of the of the settlement amount, I have not received my NOC. Neither my account is updated in CIBIL as settled. It still shows as Overdue/ Active status. Kindly do the needful and please issue my NOC.

                        I got a call from the customer care department after a few days I had raised the issue stating that my NOC would be disbursed within 48 hours. However, even after 3 days I did not receive the NOC and mailed them stating my concern to their customer care department. I got a call again the next day regarding my concern. I specifically requested them to provide me a email stating that my account has been closed and settled and no further dues are payable.

                            I went to the frazer town branch being from a different city I did not know the preffered relationship manager from this branch the first problem I faced was at the reception I informed I am a preffered customer still no attention was given and a form and a long queue was shown after insisting to meet the Relationship manager I was taken to his cabin where again I was made to wait for half an hour after which the dd form was filled and submitted by him and I was told that the dd would be ready in half an hour u should collect it before 4 as the bank closes at 4 when I returned at 3:30, which was an hour later, I was told to comeback by 4 after that I returned at 3:55 and was made to wait till 5:20 for just a simple demand draft which takes 15 mins.
                            Being a preffered customer we want to see the extra effort being put which was lacking in the branch Rm as his attitude and behavior was casual and unprofessional and his excuse was that Mondays and Fridays are usually busy. This makes me question why be a preffered customer with your bank when it is gonna take 3 hours to make a dd

                            I am living in Ethiopia . Every month I am sending my salary through remittance to my hdfc account. Before I was using PNB. That bank service are best compare HDFC. Another all employees salary are transferring hand to hand in other bank even HDFC. So, I request with HDFC bank please make a best service.
                            As customer I can say till the time you are giving fresh business to bank you will get superb Service but i[censored] r not able to give new business your relationship manager will not be able to cater you ..cos bank will ask for fresh business every time and if you are not giving that your relationship manager will not able to come to serve you ..

                              Hi,

                              I had cancelled my flight tickets booked via smartbuy with hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected]. I made a cancellation on 25th april 2016 and till date i have not yet received the refund amount.

                              Surprisingly, there was other onward journey ticket also booked via smartbuy with hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected], i have already received the refund but that too after much follow up with the customer care service desk.

                              However, for one of the cancellation as stated above, i have not received the refund for the cancellation of hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected] till date. I have been following up with customer care team, almost every week and every time i am advised that the refund has been initiated and i would be getting the amount in another 5 -7 working days. Getting convinced, i wait for the said duration but always in vain.

                              Its been more than 2 months now, and i am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account.

                              Below are the incident number i have received so far:

                                  I got call from this number([protected]).He told me, "I am from HDFC bank, your ATM card is locked, So pls tell your card details like card number, date, bin nubmer..."


                                  He speaking in little Tamil with a mistake.I think he knows only Hindi language...

                                    Dear service provider,

                                    This is to notify you that i pawan pandey has open a saving account on 28/12/15 with branch -3666.
                                    Didn't faced any issue till 24th june 2016.
                                    But on 25th june i have debited rs11400 from my account (5000, 5000 & 1400) from cross point mall alwar hdfc atm machine at 15:26 after one minute only i received an sms on my mobile stating that i just debited rs12000 more from my account which was not done by me.
                                    On that i just visited that atm machine and taken out the mini statement from which i got to know that rs12000 has been debited from my account.
                                    On which i get in touch with hdfc phone banking department.
                                    After had a conversation with the executive its been confirmed that 12000 has been withdrwal from account from the same atm machine on which i have done last transection.
                                    But i didn't withdral that ammount.
                                    On which i went to police station for fir. They taken my application and call me after 4 days. For further action.
                                    But
                                    I am a normal person i don't know anything. Only want my money back.
                                    As it was a saving account so i have to keep rs10000 all the time else it could impact me fine of rs1000/month if it below then rs10000.

                                    Please help & support me for my money. Attaching the last mini statement report for your reference. As well as the application which i have submitted to local police station.

                                    Would again requesting you if we are depositing our money in any bank. It means we are sure that our money is in safe hand & we can and we should be keep blind trust for this but this was what happend with me is totaly untrustworthy and not acceptable at any cost.
                                    Brand like hdfc please check it deeply. And return my money with deadline time and date.
                                    Looking for your kind support in this regard.
