Hi my loan account number is 24830041.I took 600000 personal loan from HDFC bank, I already paid 35 installmentsNow I try to foreclose my remaining loan amount 300000 .But they are asking additional 3.45 % additional foreclose charges on my remaining amount. I come to know that as per RBI guidelines there is no any foreclosure changes.please find below url for RBI guidlines:

    They keep charging high rates for ecs clearing which a common man cannot afford all the time. I informed them several times, but the same thing happens. The worst banking experience any one could have. They should revert the amount or least a nominal amount to be deducted. I have placed this complaint many times.

      My policy number:90304246
      I have received a call from HDFC life regarding the insurance ploicy, they have explaied the details in call.And I have asked them the policy documents before registering, they said that we need to enroll first then only the documents will be dipatched, and if I was not satified I may cancel the ploic.
      All this has happened by Tele-services only.
      They have debited the Insurance amotunt from my credit card.
      I have called them for cancellation of my policy, they are saying that I need to visit branch with in 15days of documents recevied.
      For activation they have just done with tele-services but for cancellation they are frocing me to go to branch and need to provide the supporting documents.
      As Iam wroking professional and difficult to go to branch on bussiness hours in the weekdays, the HDFC are using this kind of tricks to lock the cutomers and this branch is not operating on Saturdays on which most of the IT employes will have time to do banks or other sort of works.

        I am not sure whether you people are right for my below concern. If not, please point me in right direction.


        I am Arvind Kushwaha selected your bank for personal loan 15days ago but I was not aware that I have to face lot of issues from starting. It has almost two weeks but have not loan disbursement or rejection even after completing the all formalities as per asking by your bank employee.

        Regretfully my loan ref no[protected]Arvind Kushwaha) is still under process, however as per your bank they told me that your loan has been approved and you have to give us four cheques and sign the loan agreement, which I have already done.

        Today I called in your customer care and I was surprised that my loan application has been not approved. It is very strange how mis-communicate or wrong information was shared by bank employee and take the cheques without loan sanctions and sign the loan agreement.

        As per bank employee my loan amount 2.54 lacs has been approved with 13.49 percent

        Regarding for the same I had even called and spoke to the sales manager Naveen Rai ([protected]) with no positive outcome as he told me that we have lot of customer to respond and ask me to wait. After that did not get any call from their side(Even he was rude on phone)

        I am very very surprised with this kind of service from any bank . This is the worst service provided ever by any bank I have worked with. Please do the needful to take strong action against the staff for major miscommunication and doing fraudulent activities otherwise I will be compelled to go for legal proceedings if no action is taken against this now

          This is to convey you, that I have a Salary Advantage A/C with your bank having A/C no-[protected], one of the terms for opening this A/C during working in a previous company was it would be a zero balance savings A/C, which means it would be not required to maintain any minimum balance for this A/C.
          But HDFC bank is deffering from the earlier terms and coditions.
          Once I left my previous company(Genpact), there was no transaction to this A/C, So HDFC could have made my A/C dormant., but it didn't do so.
          Instead it started intimating me to maintain minimum balance.
          After that it is continuously debiting Rs.687 as non maintenance charge every month to my A/C.
          This is a complete viloence of trust and guideline policy of the company.
          How could be it possibe to deduct non maintenance charge from a zero balance A/C.
          I don't want to continue with this A/C any more, kindly cancel my A/C

            I'm getting call from Unsolicited tele-sales calls saying they are calling from HDFC Bank asking for personal loans, credit cards, etc.

            They are not calling from 1800xxxx OR 120xxxx etc number. It is a proper number like ([protected], [protected], etc) and they are clearly saying they are call from "HDFC Bank".
            It is becoming worst everyday that I'm getting 5 calls in a day.

            Could you please take care of this help me to come out is this OR help me to take action against the respective tele-callers or HDFC Bank.

              I have made MF investments in SBI Blue chip and ICICI Prudential value discovery funds through HDFC, Mohammadbwadi Branch -Pune on June 13th, 2016. I have been chasing for my Statement of Account for past 10 days but the answer is same " will be resolved today". I have been confirmed several times that your units have been generated with June 14th NAV, but the HDFC representative is not making any attempt to get me the Statement and most of the times he does not respond to calls and my multiple visits to the branch are not fetching any result. Getting a feeling they are not concerned about customer service but only their brokerage and individual commission. The most shocking statement came today after 10 days of my investment that Transfer Agent has informed that they have not received my subscription cheque. Hoping someone in HDFC security ( ARN 0005/ EUIN : E118171) will read this complaint and come forward to help me.

              With the time it got resolved. I had to take help from my ex-colleagues in Transfer Agency to get units generated. Subsequently they sent me the softcopy of SOA. Complaint made here did not help me resolve the issue.

                Sub: Misguided info provided by customer support regarding HDFC Credit Card payment (last 4 digit of my credit card: 0556)

                This is regarding the credit card payment for the outstanding amount. In December 2015, I wanted to settle down all the outstanding amount but the customer support asked first to pay the minimum due amount and then requested reversal would be done. Later on, I observed no reversal was made. Even without intimating me, my card had/has facility o[censored]sing over limit amount which caused over limit charge. I complained about this as well and asked quit the over limit facility but nothing was done in this regard.

                They keep on levying the over limit charge, late payment charge and financial charge so far. I tried to settle this thing many time but there was no proper resolution provided as they were making huge money due to this charges.

                Whenever, I got my credit card bill statement I tried to settle first and then make the payment. Sometime, it caused making payment lately but that was due to their mishandling. Even for this late payment, they levied late payment charge many times. I kept on paying the "minimum due amount" so far as I thought on day it would be settled and I will pay the remaining amount. But it never happened and they are not ready to provide the proper resolution.

                Finally, I stopped (this month) making the payment until they provide the vital resolution on this.

                I got a call today morning (Jun 23, 2016) from HDFC credit card customer support and the guy is asking the same thing to make the payment "minimum due amount" first. He is not even considering my request for reversal. He was also THREATING me for the consequence and asking my current stay details in HARSH way.

                I am looking forward to get the reversal of late payment charge, over limit charge and financial charge levied in last six months as it was happened due to their misguided info and mishandling. I am ready to pay the remaining amount.

                I am looking forward Consumer Court kind consideration to settle this.

                I could not see a single reply yet from HDFC. Please promptly respond on this.
                The HDFC collection team keeps on calling me but not ready for any resolution. They are not responding on this complain.

                Please take the action accordingly.
                I am still waiting for their response.
                I still did not get any response on this. Looking forward for HDFC reply and resolution.

                  I didnt do any transactions recently. What is the case if I have not checked my statement. HDFC is not providing any security to their Accout Holders.

                    Dear Sir,
                    This is to inform you that I was using HDFC platinum card since last couple of years & recently I am holding & had been using Regalia card which was suddenly upgraded by my banker without my consent almost a year back & this card was directly couriered to my residence .
                    After asking the then personal banker Mr Subhasis whom I used to interact often stated that since I am a valued customer of Hdfc this regalia is issued as an upgradation in place of my platinum card i was using & this is a lifetime free card which will not attract any annual fee with more limit.
                    After that I started using this regalia card & suddenly my banker got changed from Mr subhasis to Ms Bisakha & of & on she kept contacting me for various investment in hdfc bank.
                    All on a sudden i received a statement stating a due of rs 2682 against my regalia card is pending & when I called up my personal banker Ms Bisakha she replied that it will take a months time & will be waved off as she had already mailed to the bank for waving off.
                    But since last 3 months I am still under impression that it will be reversed .
                    Now my present banker is Mr Avijit De & he confirmed me that this card is not a free card & an annual fee of rs 2682/= have to be paid against the statement.But I am really astonished to hear from a banker the then Mr Subhasis of HDfC bank to give me a misguiding statement and upgrade a card without my consent stating false commitment to a customer saying free card with no annual charge & now I am getting statement against that card.
                    Therefore in view of the above I hereby request you to resolve this issue immediately & settle my card issue with priority & not to send any further statement to me showing outstanding against the card & wave off the amount or downgrade the card to enable me to use further .

                      I would like to mention here that i am very disappointed with the kind of delayed and carefree service provided at this branch.Totally unprofessional .Doesn't care about commitment made and honouring time frame to execute the promised task.Only after i was promised about my HUF account that would be ready in 3 days i went ahead and opened it to start trading by transfering a substantial amount but guess what it wasn't done as promised and i had to lose approx.60K in one day for losing out on my trade which i could have made otherwise.False promises and lies all the time esp in the name of the Manager who doesnt even care. Very laid back attitude. I dont know its the branch manager who is not trained well, who cant make sure its customer's are satisfied or its the personal banker they gave me is not upto the mark with her services and commitment. overall, a total failure on their part. i would like to say here that i am moving my account out of this incompetent branch and inform others to beware of receiving the worst customer service and satisfaction from this branch.

                        HDFC BANK has charged 4862 INR amount on my saving accounts at once for nothing. I need my 4862 INR credit in my account. I was getting statements on 0 INR balance. Which are those charges that can't be specified in statement?

                        In 2013, HDFC bank has adjust my travel reimbursement bill though my PF credit without my permission. When in 2014, I have applied for PF amount. it was already being withdrew from HDFC bank to settle my reimbursement bills.

                        It is not new to me that HDFC bank has unfair policies for employees and customers. but, I am victim again. I would request you to look into this matter.

                        Screenshot attached. Closing Balance is 4863 INR. But, I can't withdraw it.

                          This is harassment that I have to retype this issue...

                          Regarding charges of 5.75 on 21st June for Imps in my customer Id 5089771.
                          This is completely wrong as I have never done any IMPS and made a clear choice of doing NEFT, this is not ethical by Hdfc bank. I will have to close my account report this error to RBI if HDFC charges wrongly and unethical like this.
                          RBS bank is converting its salary account and giving us option to convert our salary accounts to hdfc and Standard chartered bank..
                          i will make your i advice my friends not to open or keep relation with hdfc bank which is a fraud


                          How can HDFC BANK convert my NEFT TRANSACTION to IMPS and without my approval charge for it., ..
                          i am disappointed (with my other banks like indusind bank and IDBI bank offering me free fund transfer option) why should I not close my account with HDFC BANK..This is a fraud bank. And leave no chance to behave unethically...

                          If you do not resolve this within 2 days...
                          I will see this as a fraud not accepted and resolved by HDFC and close my 10 years old account with HDFC;

                              I had got a call for car loan after I applied for the loan through the website. i was told that the bank does not offer a 7 years car loan. Due to this, I had to go to SBI to take a loan. Today when I went to the branch, I was told that the bank provides a 7 year car loan. It is extremely wrong on the employees part, i was forced to go to SBI. Please get back if such a loan can be refinanced. no. [protected]

                                I have been a loyal HDFC customer but due to recent event I have decided to close my associations with HDFC. I have been looted by HDFC credit card regalia and have been debited 2875 rs without my knowledge as renewal fees.I was upgraded to this card and they confirmed there wont be any renewal fee. Last year they did not deduct any fees and this year without my knowledge i can see the money deducted.I condemn this practice and this is cheating the cutomers. Can you look into this urgently?

                                  Could you please help us as earlier we have already paying our bills on time but after some time we have lost our card and we don't have any idea who has made transaction by it. Bank has sending me continuously emails and calling me also. And on every call i explained that i am not using this card please block it no action was taken against it but they are just adding the late charge+ tax and all and send me email with increased amount every time. Now they make my amount to 42, 000 which i haven't used so why should i pay. I also don't want to cheat i am using other bank credit cards also and paying their bills on time then why i didn't do for that. Do the needful and try to restrict them to send me such type of email and calls.

                                    I am using a credit card of HDFC bank. For the past 3 months they are charging me more as minimum payment.
                                    Twice on complain, they reversed the late fee and overlimit fee.
                                    Still somehow they have increased the minimum pay so as to make me pay more.
                                    I am tired of calling them. The customer care people hung up the call twice without resolving the issue

                                      Sir,
                                      Recently i have opened a Demat account to trade in some securities. since i am very much new to this so i was continuously trying to understand this day after day.
                                      It had not been more than ten days of my learning and your team members called me n number of times for the activation of various number of services amounting 1750 inr 599 inr and soo on..
                                      Mr. Ankur Singh from your side had called me and in spite of my denial to activate the sms service, he convinced me with his own tactics for activation of the service which they people are really good at.
                                      before i could i have completely understand what this service is all about and though i denied at once and twice that i don't need this service, how dare Mr. Ankur Singh compelled me and explained me about the activation of that service ? Does he want to exploit the innocent customer ?.
                                      I called and registered a complaint about my refund of the amount and my complaint number is 264788.
                                      In spite of such complaint they didn't take any appropriate action yet except their continuous rotten statements " we can not refund the amount", and moreover Mr. Ankur called me to replay my first call recording.Ii am amazed to see i was only able to hear Mr. Ankur's voice not mine and i assure you that if you listen the recording you will find me twice denying for activation of that service.

                                      I humbly request you to refund the deducted amount as soon as possible else close my HDFC trading, saving and demat account right away. I cant bear such deduction that too unnecessarily.
