Anurag Aggarwal and meenakshi mehrotra, employees of credit card department, these two gave me wrong information. They picked up my calls only once. Since then I have tried 20 calls to them but none of them picked my call and in fact they kept cutting my calls. They both are harassing me mentally. Hdfc bank mailed me be assinged these employees for clearing queries but they are not doing so. Please take a strong action against them and provide...

Very unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 100 + service task and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight.. It is clear to close the account in hdfc bank. Even i will suggest every body to close account in hdfc bank....

I am a preferred customer with HDFC bank since last 13 years, and maintains very good balances through out the year. I am not happy with the Program Management fee that they started charging, WITHOUT any notification. Why cant the bank send some notification about this beforehand, I am feeling like cheated when they deduct money without any notification. They have committed not to charge Preferred customers who maintains so much balance in them . In spite without notification they charge so much money that is 400 + tax a year... which is not viable i[censored] have 5-6 Family accounts.
Please Refund us money and will Shift our account to other appropriate bank
