We Withdrawal money of Rs.10000 from axis bank ATM Chawla Colony Ballabhgarh (HR) at 20/04/2016 9.29 Am. But we have received amount from ATM . But amount debited from my account.
We already registered first complaint Comp.No.1072212 Dated 20/04/2016.
We had a conversation on 28/04/2016 to your customer care representative. They said sir u received your money back with in 2 or 3 working days .After that We again spoke to your customer care & They provide us a new complaint no. is DELC[protected] & 2 days ago I received a text message from your bank .That this is A valid withdrawal.But I didn`t did it. So please do the need full solution as soon as or I take a strict action against it in consumer court.

I have raised the issue with the acquiring bank once again. The amount will get credited to your account by 25th May, 2016, provided we do not receive a re presentment claim (proof of the transaction) from the acquiring Bank.

    My daughter got a credit card from HDFC. A sum of about Rs8000 was which was paid promptly and my daughters account was debited before due date. But due to some technical problem with the bank it appears the bank did not get payment from the drawee bank. It is an internal issue between the collecting bank and paying bank. HDFC Bank is demanding another payment. We requested the bank to return the cheque to make another payment. But HDFC Bank refuses to return the cheque and penalising the customer for no fault on part of the customer. The high handed behavior of a reputed bank is very much regretable

      We but od loan from hdfc bank at sep. 2015 against our property mortgage and 2 lakh fd .before taking loan they inform us 8500/- total charges but after they deduct 13500/- and they told us forget to inform charges and service by mr sumit nigam . at time they told us 2 lakh fd will release in 2 months but after 8 months we call daily with mail but they told every day will make revaluation today and still last week they told us revaluation made by mr vishal ariwala but they not send us

        Hi,

        This complaint is to address how hdfc bank and citi bank are harassing me.

        Background:
        I took personal loan of rs 55000 in 2014 from hdfc bank. The hdfc loan account number is rs 27867221. As agreed the emi rs 1266 was supposed to be deducted automatically under ecs from my salaried account which is citi bank. The ecs mendate was rejected due to signature mismatch. Due to my busy schedule i could not follow up with the bank until may 2015. But in the meanwhile i paid the emi via billdesk. With great difficulty i managed sometime and on 15th may 2015, i went to citi bank and got my signature verified. Also, submitted a copy of verified signature with the hdfc bank, sahakarnagar branch. The ecs mandate was approved and the loan amount of rs 1266 towards personal loan account number : 27867221 went through successfully. However, in the month of july, i again got a message on my mobile stating that the ecs mandate has been rejected. I raised so many requests with hdfc bank and citi bank but none of the banks taking the ownership of resolving this issue.

        Hdfc have told that they are not responsible as there is problem with my salaried bank which is citi bank. Citi bank have confirmed that there is something wrong with hdfc side. But both the banks agree that ecs mendate was approved in the month of may 2015 and emi of rs1266 was deducted automatically.

        I have few action items for both hdfc and citi banks.

        1) how many times does a customer submit ecs mendate? If the ecs was approved and emi was deducted in the month of may 2015, why are you harassing me and charging me the ecs mendate reject charges for no mistake of mine.

        2) i am plannning to close this loan now, but i am not ready to pay the charges which hdfc levied for ecs rejection.

        3) both hdfc and citi bank need to do an extensive investigation and come up with facts as to where the issue is.

        I am sick and tired of following up with the banks. Never expected such disgusting service from banks claiming to be the best in the market. If there is any shame left, do take some ownership and try to solve the issue asap. I want both the banks to coordinate and get this sorted instead of asking me to follow up.

        Dont contact me until you have sorted out the issue with CITI bank. I have done enough from myside. I am not going to submit the ECS mendate again. I dont have time to run behind you people. I strongly suggest you guys to find out how the ECS mendate went through successfully in May 2015 and why it was rejected again. Dont give me standard rebuttals that you understand my concern and all that crap because you people dont understand anything. Also dont advise me to follow up with CITI bank. If this is not sorted for sure I am going to file a case against both HDFC and CITI bank for harassing me.

        "HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO SUBMIT THE ECS MENDATE? " I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS DAMN PROCESS EARLIER AND EVERYTHING WAS SORTED. HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY SIGNATURE ? DO I NEED TO DO THIS EVERYMONTH TILL THE EMI IS COMPLETE. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. WHY THE HELL IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO FOLLOW UP WITH CITI BANK AND FIND OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS VERIFIED HIS SIGNATURE AND SUBMITTED THE DOCS IN THE MONTH OF MAY 2015...

          I was a satisfied customer of hdfc bank. But when i did a purchase hoping i can make it emi it didn't happen. From the day i paid for the item i have been trying to get emi facility. Till now it didn't happen.
          Unfortunately i need to pay 20000 rs thus month. What a rubbish. How can we trust hdfc credit card emi facility. I am sad to say i would stop using hdfc credit card going forward.

            Respected sir, first my salary account in hdfc bank, my employer change my account in other Bank after some month my employer send my salary in first salary account hdfc bank then hdfc bank apply amb charges, my employer and hdfc bank between settlement that refund all month amb charges and stop .hdfc bank refund some month charge but no stop & March, April charge not refund.

              Unable to update physical address in HDFC netbanking

              The bank official have deducted so may amount form my sb a/c [protected] as various type of charges impose, without may knowledge / intimation to me. Due to this, i have requested to the branch manager, hdfc bank, yamunavihar new delhi for close my the said bank account but bank has not close my account, even after repeated reminder letter sent to the bank. I have sent registered letter no. Rr 258/958961in dated 5-3-16 for close my the said bank account but the bank has not close my account and impose charge rs. 347/- for close the said account and directed to go any hdfc bank and fill up bank from for closing. Hence, i have deposited rs. 347/- on 10-03-16 at hdfc bank, jauhari bazar, jaipur for close the said account. Then bank official of hdfc bank jauhari bazar, jaipur has accept my bank form no. Acl[protected] dated 10-3-16 for close the said bank account. However bank has not close my said account and impose again rs (-) 1632 /- in bank account.
              Hence, it is requested that direction may please issue to the branch manager, hdfc bank, yamunavihar, new delhi for close my the said bank account without any charge. And refund excess amount debited from my account without my knoledge.

                The reward points on my credit card (Diners international rewardz) has been automatically redeemed for the month of february & april 2016.

                I did not redeemed points myself but not sure how it happened, i gave a call to the customer care regarding the issue with no good.

                I am HDFC Snapdeal card holder and I redeemed my 2000 Reward points with a Snapdeal voucher worth 1000 Rs on 21st Sep 2017. I was expecting that voucher next day of ordered date on my email Id. I didn't received it yet, neither on my email id nor through courier services. I called your customer care department 8 times, each time I got different answers. First they told me that you will receive it by courier services, after that another executive told me that it is already delivered on your mail ID, third one told me that you need to call our reward redemption team regarding this, another one changed my ordered date from 21st Sep to 25th Sep. One of your executive crossed the limit as well, she kept me on hold for more then 10 minutes, she didn't answered my questions as well and by keeping in mind that by putting customer on hold for long he will automatically cut the call.

                Very Pathetic services you are providing to your customers. Fake bank with fake promises.Still i am waiting for my voucher to get delivered on my Mail Id but your customer care department is still making me fool by giving irrelevant answers according to their convenience.

                I definitely don't want to continue any relation with HDFC bank in future. Once I will pay my outstanding amount I will close this card and will not suggest any of my colleague and friends to take this card in future.

                I am Kashinath Walhekar registered customer of HDFC Bank for so long, I would like to redeem my HDFC Credit Card reward points and trying to do it for last more than 10 days, but due to website error, I am not able to redeem my reward points.                   i got deduction of few bugs on mainting AMB-Annual Monthly Balance, i wrote to them and they reversed it and said that if you will maintain 10000 there will be no deduction. I accepted this advise and somehow deposit short amount. now when my ac balance got 10000 they deducted 17 INR without informing me as INST-ALERT CHG INC ST & EC JAN-MAR2016, this got my account again short of inr 10000. and they charge me 343.50 for non maintainance of amb. I trie my best to maintain INR 10000 but these guys do not understand that how tough it can be sometimes to maintain balance
                  if they could have called me that 17 inr is deducted i could try to maintain my account but they uninformed
                  who has given them this write to deduct a single penny from customer account without informing
                  please help me reverse my amount back

                  I got a call and one of executive rakhi from noida sec 41 branch & she told me dat i have to maintain 10, 000 INR on daily basis or 300000 INR in my account monthly to avoid amb charges
                  I think she is herself confused, coz it should be 10, 000 entire month for saving account.
                  Can somebody please provide me correct information on this.
                  I mean to maintain 300000 INR in saving account to Avoid AMB, it sounds redicilous

                    Bank has levied heavy charges on my credit card and today the situation is that my charges are more then my outstanding principal amount. I did asked bank if they can support in reversing credit card charges so that I can pay the entire dues. However, they didn't turned up for support. I did requested that I will pay the entire outstanding amount alongwith a part of your charges. I did explained them that this will help both o[censored]s. If charges are included in the value, then I will not be in a position to clear the dues.

                    However, they didn't turned up for support the customer and therefore I have no option but to lodge the complian with consumer forum.

                      I had again submitted my loan application and got it approved and purchased my car on 11-april-2016.

                      My first emi got deducted on 07-may-2016 but till today they haven’t shared any document of my loan or loan account number or loan amount or loan interest etc.

                      I don't know why hdfc bank guys a re bothering me continously via different ways.

                      I can only suggest other indians to not go with hdfc for anything.

                      Your link is fake like you and your company HDFC. No messages are getting posted/submitted. Fake HDFC Fraud HDFC. My colleagues had started closing their classic HDFC account after listening the incident happen with me via HDFC.

                      I contact the HDFC bank again, as per the COMMENT POSTED by the HDFC bank, but again no reply from the, HDFC bank is in a habit of making people suffer, this is not the only case, while going through the reviews of the people on different forums, they have done this to lot of people.

                      HDFC replied they will get back to me within 2 business days, however i haven't received any reply from its been 6 days, even i contact them again, but as usual, HDFC bank don't believe in replying to the consumers, they only have 1 reply that is system generated email to let us know they will get back to us but they don't, i am also attaching the screen shot of HDFC reply and after this automated reply, they never bothered to reply again.

                      i would urge people to contact me, so together we can file a classified action law suit against the HDFC for the harassment they have caused to lot of people, this might be a start from our end to make sure people don't suffer due the harassment that they might face in dealing with HDFC bank in future.

                        I am having a hdfc bank credit card no[protected], i remember exactly about 1 year 5 months using this dinners club card i haven’t got statement till date i dnt what these people are doing everytime every month i need to call them and there phones everytime busy busy i dnt knw whether these people solve the problem if i get chance to talk with them they say that they gave the statement to my watchman when i asked whats his he say that his watchman’s name is bharath but there is no one bharath in our society… hdfc sucks …..

                          I am having a hdfc bank credit card no [protected], I dont remember exactly how old is the card but what I remember that its about 6 years old card. There used to be no outstanding in my card till last year. Only since last one year there are irregular payments that too because of my extensive travelling. When the executive contacted me on 1st January, I wished her New Year and in return she said "madam ye sab to hota rahega pehale batao aap payment kyun nahi kar rahi hain bank ki"I told her listen there is a way to talk, you should know how to talk to a customer. further she added "madam card se kharcha karte samay to aap log ye nahi sochte". I disconnected the call and marked her no in block list. Next day again she called and started "aapko kya lagta bank ke paise lekar bhaag jaayengi aap". I again disconnected her call and again marked as block. And I stopped picking up the phones from unknown nos.

                          Then One guy Vijay Sharma approached me and I told him that I am too upset and dont want to make the payment till someone from the bank directly calls me. He assured me of an appropriate against this executive and also promised me that I will receive an apology for this behaviour. I made a chq of Rs. 20, 000/- dt 12th Jan'16 and dropped it in HDFC drop box. I also didnt bother to follow up on this executive. Next month again I made a chq for Rs. 30, 000/- and dropped it in the drop box, I dont remember the date for that.

                          Again I was travelling I missed out on making the payment, then suddenly I receive a call about 15 days back from one executive stating "madam aap payment kab kar rahi hain" I tod her "ek do din mein ho jaayegi". She said "kyun ek do din mein, aap aaj hi keejiye" I told her again "maine aapse kaha hai ki ek do din mein ho jaayegi to ho jaayegi" then she started "aap logon ka yahi hota hai bank ke paise lene se pehale nahi sochte jab payment nahi kar sakte the to kharch kyun kiya". I didnt find it worth continuing with her and i disconnected her call and marked as block. Next day I receive a call from one guy and he straight away asked me "madam HDFC bank se bol raha hun aapne hamara no block kyun kiya hua hai " I told him because you guys dont have sense to talk. He mentioned to me "aur aap log jinki neeyat kharab hoti hai unka kya, bank ke paise kharch karne se pehale kuch nahi sochte aap". I told him "not every customer is the same, probably you deal with those kind of people only. He said "maam hum choron ko achche se pehchante hain". Then I told him ki jab aapne chor bol hi diya to chor hi sahi, now do whatever u want to do. I am not going to make the payment. Then He said " aapki kuch to izzat hogi padosiyon ke beech mein, wahan itni beizzati karenge ki aapko sharam aa jaayegi and then he went on and on andI disconnected the call.

                          I received these calls from [protected], [protected], [protected].

                          My question from you is that is it way you train these guys to talk to your customers. If a customer will have ill intention why will s/he make a payment of 50, 000/- within 2 months. I have made a payment for Rs. 50, 000/- now I am hardly in India, its very easy for me to play a default. Is this how a customer suppose to be treated? The reason why I wrote such a lengthy mail only to know the practice your bank follows if this is the case then having any kind of association with this kind of a bank is not worth at all.

                          I am extremely disappointed with the way your agents have spoken to me and hurt my self respect deeply. I don't how customer friendly bank you are and what kind of an action you are going to take on this. No one holds the right to hurt anyone's dignity.

                            Hdfc bank is not closing my credit card [protected] from 2009 till today,
                            They write threatening letters to send recovery process about payment dues every two years this credit facility i never used but still paying them as a part of my love to country men, they are used to swallow it and enjoying with out caring my request to close the account even after paying full amount against their demand. They never send monthly statements but

                            I have complained to banking ombudsmen and rbi against hdfc bank they have forwarded complaint to hdfc bank chairman and vice president in 2010 but bank has never replied to rbi and banking ombudsmen. May be power of hdfc bank is much more than government of india.

                            If any one help me get out of this i am very thankful.

                              I purchased product using my credit card. I could not able to convert to EMI. Whenever i am purchasing using card, not possible to convert to EMI.
                              I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to EMI. If i want to convert to EMI. i want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to HDFC.
                              Please do the needful.
                              I am planning to deactivate my credit card and my salary account also.

                                My employer opened a salary account in my name in june 2013 and i regined my job in later in may 2014. The account automatically changed into savings account without any written permission form my side now after one year the due to non maintenance of the account the balance charges my 687rs every month now the non maintainace charges nearly have accommodated to 7000 rs.I am totaly dissatisfied with this I will close this account and make sure I dont invest any money with HDFC in the future.

                                Most worst bank... Nobody should bank with them.
                                Government of India and RBI should be made responsible for any financial loss to customer if bank has made any rules not acceptable to customers bank should close their account and refund balance. Government is not supporting public/people though many such incidents have happened. Government is controlling body of every company in India hdfc bank work under license from government of India. If government of India is silent on plight of people then people have option to request other governments of neighboring nations. It is in the interest of the bank it shall close the account of customer if balance is not maintained. Bank should focused on banking like lending and barrowing to earn than irritating customers.

                                    I am Priyadarsini, I am using HDFC bank account and credit card for the past 5 years. In my bank account, several deductions are done for around Rs. 2500 without informing me or noticing me.
                                    My account number ending 3398.
                                    I am totally frustrated and I am unable to use my account .
                                    Without informing me The balance is getting deducted day by day.
                                    I want the refund for the charges/deduction son my account, as it was not informed to me before.

                                    When taking bank account I was not informed about these many deductions...

                                    I am not interested to use bank account/ credit card if I don't get refund or solution for my problem.

                                    I want refund on all the charges as soon as possible, this is disgusting.
                                    I have COPIED THE DEDUCTIONS WITH THIS EMAIL.

                                    Don't cheat customers like this, else I am going to close my account, credit card, my husband's and all my family bank accounts with HDFC.

                                      I had taken hdfc young star supreme suvidha policy (Policy number:[protected] on the 19th feb 2010.
                                      I was in need of funds so decided to surrender the policy on 25th of april 2016.
                                      I was duly informed that whatever was the nav during close of business for that day would be credited to my hdfc savings ac, within 5-6 working days up to a max of 10 working days.
                                      I am yet to get the amount as of today, the 7th of may, which is in effect the 11th day not taking into consideration that saturday is also a working day.

                                      Based on the word given by hdfc standard life, i had given a post dated cheque for registering my house to the builder, but due to the callousness of hdfc standard life, my cheque was returned, causing serious setbacks to my reputation as well as planned schedules.

                                      I was constantly following up with the customer support team at hdfc standard life, since there were absolutely no status updates from their side, and in spite of following up, there was a delay caused by hdfc standard and have failed on their commitment.
