Hi, My name is Anil, I took credit card from HDFC bank and when i lost my card i have called customer care and update them the same and the same day itself cleared what ever amount said by customer care but after 3 months they have started calling me saying that some amount is pending and i asked them for some statement . After that they did not do any call for 2 months and again started asking same thing when will you pay the amount it will increase every month with adding interest if you are not paying, the interesting part is for the block card they are showing some amount asking me to pay with interest and they don't have any statement why it was pending. please help me how to proceed. Still no response from bank but getting 15 to 20 calls daily, no one is ready give statements but asking me to pay the amount.
Kindly respond as soon as possible
a guy called me and said he is calling from HDFC bank regarding this complaint and asked for my debit card details when i gave him my debit card number, he started asking for CVV. I just disconnected the call and called HDFC customer care to complaint about this, they said its a fraud call and will investigate.
I don't know, why i am not getting any response from Bank but regularly they are calling me. Please provide me some statements or please suggest your team not to call.

        Hi...HDFC bank recently reduced reward point value for my credit card without even notifying me. Initially it was 400rs for 1000 reward points. Now it bacame 250 Rs for 1000 points. As i had reached out them they told me that it was reduced by considering market.This is too ridiculous "I should get What ever i had been assured"

          There are wrong HDFC home LOAN account numbers reflecting in my CIBIL report.

          I have never taken these home LOANs and when I raised a dispute with CIBIL regarding these account numbers, they say that HDFC bank has responded saying that these accounts are correct.

          I have been chasing CIBIL from the past 2 months but still all efforts in vain. They keep replying with that same BS that they only update information provided by financial institutions.

          Please note that I have been facing mental agony because of this and I am going to sue HDFC for this. You guys then decide whether it's CIBIL's fault or HDFC's fault.

          I am also going to send this email to Aditya Puri (MD of HDFC bank).

          Fed up of this CIBIL & HDFC.

            I'm a customer of HDFC bank. My account was a salary account earlier and later it was moved to a normal account. I have been using this account for the past 5 yrs. Recently amount of Rs.858.75 was deducted as AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS charges. I was making sure that I have maintain average monthly balance in my account every month. Without my knowledge, this much amount was deducted and I'm not sure on what basis they calculated this charge and without informing the customer how they are deducting like this?. Pls help me in getting my money back from the bank, ...any procedure I have to follow to raise a formal complaint anywhere ? My account no. is [protected].

                      I have a HDFC account number : [protected]. 2 years back I was staying in one rental house. I had received a call from hdfc customer team and they told me that I can pay a BESCOM bill through HDFC. So then I updated my bescom account ID and set my account for manual payment. After that I used to pay bill and my friends and families bill through hdfc because that was a good feature. Now the HDFC changed manual payment option to autopay without informing me and they have deducted 5, 297.00. Rs.5297 is not my bill. Why the HDFC cheating this way without any notifications. This happened to my friends as well. They all are got shocked and started discussing about their money deduction. Requesting Consumer Complaint team to help me to get my money back. Some times I will add 4 to 5 bescom IDs to my account if they tell me to pay the bill. If hdfc changes this option to autopay without informing customers, do I need to pay all of their bills?

                                  Dear Sir, I want to transfer my existing home loan account to some other bank and for which i received offers from various other banks like canera, indiabull, hdfc etc. After going through all the offers, finally i choose HDFC bank. On 13 Dec 2015, finally i submitted my all the legal documents concerning to property, sale deeds, payslip, form 16 etc to the HDFC representative Mr Jayakumar along with Rs 12, 000 cheque. After that whenever i contacted to Mr Jayakumar in his cell no [protected] regarding the progress of loan application, he always said it will take few days and finally he said me to do contact with branch manager Mr Venketash on his cell no [protected] for further clarification. while contacting to Mr Venketash, he also gave silly excuses like there are many holidays in between that why it will take this much time. On 30 Dec 2015, i got message from HDFC, Marathalli regarding the receipt of application and he allotted me File No.[protected][ID:55384285]. On 9 Jan 2016, i got another message from HDFC in which wrote "PROPERTY OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS REQUIRED" and for more information/clarification they suggest me to contact with Mr S NARAYANAN on[protected]/[protected]. As message is not clear so i contacted to Mr S Narayanan on 11 Jan 2016, but he was also not able to clarify what all documents HDFC actually required and he said to reply that mail that i have already submitted all the documents to HDFC executive so i did the same thing on 11 Jan 2016. But on 15 Jan 2016, again i got the same message from HDFC regarding "PROPERTY OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS REQUIRED". while again contacting to MR Narayanan, again he was not able to clarified it and he said me if you are not satisfied with our procedure then send us a mail and take yours application back. Now, question is raised HDFC is such a big private bank and upcouse it name and fame is also very good in our society but still their employee provide such type of services to their customer. Mr Jayakumar to Mr Venketash to Mr Narayanan, Persons are keep changing but task is still not completed and moreover the way they behave with customer is such a low class which i can't explain in words also. Its my humble request to HDFC CEO or others senior officer please take care of yours staff and customer else its will take only few days to come down. Last but not the least if you (HDFC) are not able to provide me loan then also there is no issue as others are very much interested in me but please return all my documents back to me so that i am able to apply it in another bank. Further he is asking my debit card number and i dont understand why they require my debit card number.. Which rule of bank says that debit card no. to be disclosed to insurance company. i cannot disclose my debit card no. anyone.

                                      To clarify your query on the payment follow up calls, we would like to clarify that your credit card was used for retail transactions . However, specific to repayments we were not in receipt of regular payment to cover even the minimum amount due resulting in invalidated of the card account. In view of the same, our bank representatives had attempted to contact you to remind you of the outstanding and facilitate payments towards the same. In this regard, we would like to reaffirm that the payment follow-up contacts (calls or visits) are undertaken by the bank in its due course of business to remind our customers about the pending card dues and help them to clear the outstanding payable. The same is not intended to cause any anxiety to you or your family members.
                                      Having said so, we still regret for any inconvenience that may have been felt by you during the payment follow-up contacts and assure you that your specific feedback has been shared with the concerned as appropriate. To avoid further payment followup we request you to pay your balance outstanding dues within the payment due date. We seek your understanding in this regard.
                                      We confirm that your card account stands invalidated and there is an outstanding of Rs. 55366.64 payable on your card account as on date. We request you to effect an immediate payment towards the same to preclude levy of further Bank charges.                                         HDFC has debited in the name of 3rd Party CASH TXN INC ST & EC 050116 from account without any intimation.Bank employees also did not give info on why the amount has deducted and what is the purpose.
