    I have invested Rs 125000 through Hdfc Banks mutual fund account investment services account offered through net banking fund was invested on hsbc brazil fund on 30/12/2015 2.01 pm afternoon. But so far the investment has not been realised by the mutual fund house as a proof am submitting the transaction confirmation received from hdfc bank Ref: UH account No. :[protected] Transaction No. : 66591919 You have placed the following order in your HDFC Bank Online Mutual Fund Account: Order type -Subscription Fund Name -HSBC - Brazil Fund Growth Date of Order -31-DEC-15 Time Of Order -30-DEC-2015 02:01 PM Amount -125000 Units -0 Account number [protected] cust id 44799858 Here the fund invested is still resting with hdfc bank it has not reached respective fund house hsbc mutual fund kindly help me in this issue i was in an immediate need actually the money was given to me by my father he need some amount but even without realisation how can i redeem kindly help me in this issue. Bank do not have customer care for this service and they are not giving satisfactory resolution

If this is system glitch, kindly check and correct, I have attached the list of transactions which are not done by me even though debited to my account. Request to take it priority basis.

        My ATM card stuck in HDFC ATM machine due to failure of machine, Now I have to go 10km away HDFC bank branch to collect my debit card by spending my time and money. I will get my card within 7 working days until I have to suffer by money.. Very bad experience I have. Any better solution to get my debit card?

            Booked 4 tickets from Payzapp with the partner goibibo. I Cancelled ticket due to some reason. Airlines refunded that amount to goibibo. Goibibo refunded that amount to its partner and send me a confirmation mail. Now it is around 20 days, i not received my refund. even some times customer care people saying it is refunded and some it is under process. I used my credit card to book these tickets. Now customer care people blocked my number. if i am callinf with diffrent numbers they people are putting, my call on hold. I want to clear one thing i booked ticket from Pazzapp only credibility of HDFC bank i dont know my refund status yet.

                    I had a some balance in an account in HDFC, IT park, bangalore branch.The bank has debited penalty charges from many past months & my bank balance is zero few months back. They continued to apply penalties. As I am aware RBI has asked banks not to take advantage of customers inattention (in 2104). But i dont understand why HDFC is charging penalties.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, The Gadag branch manager and his team forces customer to do deposit much more than minimum balance required during account opening and even after account is opened. On query Why is this deposit required, Gadag Bank branch manager says this is as per internal policy & required for Debit card charges otherwise my account gets cancelled. He is not able to provide details & am not convinced with his clarification. They are not even fulfilling my request of providing the account passbook which is mandatory to be provided for account holder as per RBI guidelines I hope the HDFC works with transparency & this query will be resolved earliest with clarity.                             I did not get recharge of rs 130.i got 100 rs Cashback &rest i was added through my account.but i did not got neither recharge nor refund .even your customer care did respond .so what should i do.

We have a person loan A/c No 12793895 with Hdfc bank.There is some dispute with the a/c.As per law of limitation it now timebarred.Even if you have any recovery with us you can take legal action against us through court.But instead we are receiving threating call from Tel no [protected], [protected] mobile no [protected] and several other no. They have even calling other person in city and saying that Nonbailable warrant is issued against us.It is clear that such person are doing it in collussion with HDFCBank wihich is illegal
                              I received Call from same number mentioned above i.e. [protected] .He claimed to be from election commision and was asking about my personal info. When I searched on truecaller the number was registered in the name of 'Rupali HDFC'.
                              i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

                                Hi This is Neha from Mumbai. Rs.858 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction on 21st dec 2015 when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 3520 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered, going forward M afraid to continue with HDFC account, because if amount are deducting like this who is responsible for this. Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

                                    Mistake in CIBIL Report & HDFC Bank My Company M/s Oshnic Crop Science Ltd. take a used car loan from HDFC Bank Ltd. vide Loan A/c No. 29792215, Rs. 711700 on dtd 01.10.14. I am the co-applicant of this loan. But in my CIBIL Report this loan account type is showing as Gold Loan. I applied for Home Loan in SBI, Hoshangabad Branch. They told that if the cibil not correct then you are not eligible for Loan. They need letter from HDFC Bank that this loan is not Gold Loan, this is vehicle loan. But HDFC Bank not give letter. I give letter to HDFC for Correction in CIBIL on dated 23.12.15. But up to till date no action had taken. What can i do. This is the mistake of HDFC and CIBIL and i face the problem for its mistake. I enclosed the loan Letter, CIBIL Copy and HDFC Application & My Pan Card for Correction in CIBIL. Please correct the Report as soon as possible Otherwise I disqualify for Home loan.                                     So where i go, i always give application in hdfc bank, Gulmohar Branch for this on 23.12.2015, up to till date no response from there end. what can i do. Is this only my problem. they told that they forward it to the cibil. why only me suffer from this. my loan is rejected. Mistake done by Bank and mistake done by cibil and suffer only me. what i do

                                      CYBER CRIME- COMPLAINT NO. - [protected] CREDIT CARD NO. - [protected] Dear Sir, I am sending below the complaint of HDFC Bank credit card, which clearly shows that somebody has hacked my Credit Card and the money was withdrawn and might have used for some illegal and anti social purposes. "This is in reference to telecommunication, the undersigned had with your Ms. Nitika at about 9.55 AM today i.e.29.12.2015 . It was informed that on my Credit Card certain payments, which were not made by me had been debited to the Account, the details of which are given below: 18.11.2015 Airtel Payment Mumbai Rs.4000/- 10.12.2015 Airtel Payment Mumbai Rs.5000/- It is surprising to note that on 26.12.2015 at 23:27:24, a payment of Rs.300/- was placed for paytm, but due to late arrival of OTP, the OTP could not be filled in, but it was surprised to note that at this time a payment of Rs.30000/- was debited to my Account at One 97 Communication. It was informed to me that the Merchant has credited the amount on 28.12.2015. Similarly, on 28.12.2015 at 23:39:35, a payment of Rs.40/- was placed for paytm, but I got the message that Rs.40000/- was spent on your HDFC Credit Card ending 1410 on 28.12.2015 at 23:39:35 at paytm 97998/- available balance Rs.6138/- current outstanding Rs.4, 93, 862/-, whereas OTP was received, which was not used at all. I got to know that one IP address 198.168.1.3 had hacked mobile # [protected], which was the paytm used for Rs.300/- and Rs. 40/- respectively. You are, therefore, requested to please check all the details. In the meantime, please do not pay Rs.40000/- to the Merchant and return the same to me.                                         Hello Sir, Sadly to say but Today, 29/12/2015, it was the worst experience I had with the HDFC bank. A girl named Payal, called me on the behalf of HDFC bank from the number [protected] and asked me for the credit card payment. Before I could utter a word, she started to speak in such a rude and abusive language that "don't you understand that your payment is pending and you have to pay it and blah blah." It made me so shocked that I was not able to react at that time and told her to call me in half an hour. Then I don't know from where she got my Dad's number and called him in the same rude way that your son is not paying the money. What values have you given to him, when you can't pay it back, why do you borrow it. If we ask, who is she to ask my dad about the values he has given me. I admit that I am being late in making the payment but if you check my previous record, from 6 years, not a single payment was late. But due to some crisis at my end, I am not able to make the payment for now but I will surely clear all my dues in next few days. But these kind of calls are not acceptable. I will raise this issue if this happens again and want you to take a strict action against "Payal".
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
