Hdfc bank must be blacklisted...! No client should remain with this bank!
My personal lap loan closure experience is horrifying.! The employee r just sitting to harrace client n just take out /snatch the money by putting unnecessary penalty charges /loading interests n ('marthit sanngitala tar : melelyachya taluvarche pan loni khanar hi manasa!, fakta luttne mahitiye tyana!... — no humenity left with the employees... N they dont like listen our side n ready to think over it!!!??')
N while giving loan _they show n make us feel by their service — that they r the only right people with whom we should get associated...
But fo
Loan closure n interest part — they are treating very badly — even they go to the level of just widrawing money from our accounts without any arbitory periods /without any information n mainly without even any dues pendings...
N more on it they say we dont know — why this happend? Ecs is centrallised proce... Ss???
The employee who troubled us for our loan closure is :
Fm recovery department — fm the pune head office, bundgardan rd 1st floor.

We inetiated loan closure on 7th october 2015 after meeting him personally n explained...
He just prolonged our loan closure till i wen n spend two full days on 21st n 22nd december 2015 — with full of hot argumental n my mental harrasement n non co_operational behaviour, n he has made my file as his personal eggostic case_ so no one was made available /or he was not allowing to look into my file /because he was not allowing me to reach any of the seniors /he was saying i am the onlyone with whom your file has come to resolve — n he ensured that no one will reduce any penny/ rather he added me interest n all...
Still i closed my loan a/c on 22nd december 2015., cheque of his said amount was passed on monday 28th december 2015 due to 4 days holidays.
I called evening n told him abt cheque cridited n got closed our due laon a/c so pls inetiate the payment done he said ok. N said now amol kumbhar will look into this - i will tell him...
So fm morning i am trying to contact him, n finally put message — ! He replied will try to close as early... Nnnnnn
@4.46pm i receved message on mobile — that rs. 20286 has been widrawan against overdue of same laon a/c — which was closed???!!!

      I have bought a policy which was sold me as cheat . as he told me my profit share amount will be refund me and I have to pay TDs for this amount as 14% about 12340 inr and he told me that they will issue a life insurance policy who is a dummy policy bond and its refund me after 45 days. And they also pressurized me for clear all call verifications. This policy issued in may but now they will not picked phone. And insurance company claimed for next premium. My policy no is 17720569. I need your help. Pls

              Hi this complaint is regarding the misinformation at the time of opening current account we opened new current account for our company with hdfc zirakpur branch at the time of documents we told them clearly as r in travel business so need the net banking to do the payment to our supplier n told that any partner can operate the account but now they are telling that your account is in jointly operation mode and you will not get net banking service, what type of services they are providing they are just misguiding the customer to open the account in bank if we have done all paper work n told about services required for opened account than why they are now refusing to offer that services pathetic services they just want to open the account n get the money don't care about customer, soon going to close my all accounts with hdfc n will not suggest to my near n dear to go with hdfc.

                    Month of November 2015 HDFC Bank send mails & flash messages on internet banking of the customer, the promotion was provogue India products which is mainly watches like free cost and we have to bare only shipping charges. On 30/Nov/2015 I have ordered one watch(order no:[protected] through embed provogue page from HDFC internet banking webpage and the product is delivered on 25/Dec/2015 which is damaged product. I have sent many mail to provogue but no response and i tried to send mail to HDFC bank but mail not get delivered due to size limitation. I placed order watch with provogue because HDFC bank promote this seller offer and bank send a mail & popup on my net banking portal. When i check about this seller in forums found as provogue is main defaulter and providing damage piece to consumer. Bank suppose to secure their customer but in my case bank made a trap.                       I totally agree with you this insurance company is worst when comes to settle claims. Some employees ask for money to settle such claims.
                      I have taken the policy for last 5 years but they did the same to me
                      My friends also had similar experience
                      So we all have decided to take ICICI Lombard policy
                      I am also suffering from HDFC Erog from Jan 2017 and there are frustating with same query again.

                      Scenario :
                      As i discussed with doctor in April 2016 and from may to Oct 2016, i did not discuss with any doctor.
                      But during my visit to doctor in Oct, i share above story, so as i was admitted in Nov 2016 and depending upon above story, Doctor mention "Suffering from last 6 month" in my discharge summary.
                      So, now they demand me for this 6 month treating records/ Exact Cause and Past history of ailment.

                      But as i did not visit any doctor from May to Oct, so doctor cannot give me 6 months details.
                      But on discussing with phone with HDFC ergo, they told me to drop a mail.

                      --> I drop mail to them.
                      --Reply : Mail is not accepted, but send a hard copy.

                      --> I shared hardcopy with my signatue.
                      --Reply : Insufficient reply Kindly provide 1) Exact cause and past history of ailment certified by treating doctor along with all past 6 months treatment records ( self declaration is not acceptable)

                      ---> So, after getting same response from customer care, i visit branch.
                      --Reply : So they were ok with my self declaration document.

                      --> After 20 days, i got again same query + Consultation paper dated _____
                      --Reply : I reply that it was self-inflicted and please ignore my bill for this if prescription is not ok.

                      --> But on calling again on phone, customer care behavior changes and she speaks rudely.

                      Can anyone suggest, what to do in this case ?

                        I have recently opened a savings account here in damanjodi with hdfc. I was said to do transactions monthly, or I might be charged a fine. On Thursday I got a call from the bank ordering that I had to deposit money into my account failing which my account will be blocked. I went to bank in Friday morning and a employee said me I had to maintain rs 2500 for 2 months. I didn't knew of that and asked him why it was not informed to me earlier ? He rubbished my question and said me to deposit Rs 5000 as soon as I can or else they will block my account. I requested him to wait till Monday. the same evening after 5'O clock the manager calls me and starts shouting at me. He says me to deposit money immediately or close my account and take all my left money. First, you guys don't tell all the terms and conditions and then this kind of behaviour. I don't know what kind of professionalism does this reflect. I assure you, I will close my account on Monday itself and advice everybody I can to avoid hdfc.

                          Respected sir, Don't go to find out who m i but just seriously think what i m writing below is Right or Wrong (Justice) because HDFC employee pillars are already affected & are very badly to be affected in future for sure because of the top management & HR careless decisions & just not bothered about work & personal balance life of employee (human being) they are been totally pressurized all in all department of sales & operations & operations staffs are called in bank on holidays & now on 2nd & 4th Saturday as business requirement & all top management & HR are not even brothered to give them compensatory off which is their right but simply putting compensatory off mails to shows off that bank cares for balance work & family life but practically not happening & only top management & seniors are enjoying personal life at the cost of lower level employees who are actually doing data entry practical job in front of computer who are real asset of banks & management from branch BM level to all top management are just sitting on top level & putting mails & giving only orders do this & do that as if we are being dominated animals & not human beings as a result employees who have worked in this bank for many years & now even new joined employees has already started moving from this bank to other banks as they came to know that there is STAFF HARSEMENT & NO BALANCE PERSONAL LIFE & with overloaded work in hdfc bank with low salary, low increments, no late sitting money & no strict compensatory off for balance personal life & all seniors & managers, HR are not brothered about taking additional staff even after knowing there is Increase in WORK LOAD & staff is being affected & this is done by seniors just to take credit for themselves & earning huge increments at the cost of lower all lower level employees which includes both off role & on pay role employees giving them miserable over work loaded work life as this type of no balance life was noticed in ICICI bank & most of the real asset moved from this bank to other bank to have work balance life which affected the bank the & now this situation is going in HDFC bank for last many years & in market theres is no good name for HDFC employees & now new generation has already came to know whats going inside hdfc bank & they just dont want to work in hdfc bank & who are already working are moving out of this this bank because of the overloaded sales & operation pressure with less facilities, harassment & no personal life .HDFC bank name in the mind of new & old generation employees is totally bad & i dont know how this bank will work in future as real good asset employees are moving out of this bank for peace of mind & new employees are joining for 6 months to 1 year taking experience & moving to other bank not because they are being offered high package but because of Miserable overloaded work life in HDFC bank & even after knowing this all seniors & top management are not ready to take additional staff which is business requirement & making employees to work overtime without overtime time money & compensatory off when working on holidays & treating employees as Animals & Machines, in this type of situation how development of Bank & economy is possible when peoples working at lower levels & not working happily & just working for the sake of working like animals & Management is just bothered about expanding branches at the cost of employees & not bothered about welfare of employees I worked in this bank for many years on off role as well as pay role basis & now resigned because employees life is worst & miserable in HDFC bank what i experienced & what all employees are experiencing at present & all are making their mind to move out of this HDFC jail, only think they are scared if they complain ( TRUTH) to HR or seniors, revenge will be taken by seniors by not giving good rating & increments & promotion as a result harassment is going on without any strict JUSTICE by HR & Top Management for balance work & family life. And now when RBI & regulatory bodies has declared 2 & 4th Saturday as bank holiday due to work & balance life still only HDFC bank operations employees are called on to work on this holidays without compensatory off or paying overtime time money & taking advantage of employees for selfishness as they are not complaining but this doesn't mean that they are happy working in HDFC bank & employees have already made their mind to move out of this bank & its already spread in the every market that there is NO LIFE FOR HDF BANK EMPLOYEES & people now thinking 10 times before joining hdfc bank as they came to know whats going INSIDE HDFC BANK & BEHIND THE SCREEN STORY which is already spread in market & even Customers are not happy due to hidden charges charged & non satisfactory service & this is not employee fault, this is fault of Management because of not sufficient staff provided & putting pressure of employee to work overloaded with one man salary given & work is done of two or 3 person by one person as result ERROR will happen & service will also be affected as we are human beings & not animals which the management don't understand & are are justing running after Brand & expanding branches at the cost of all lower employees & not even bothered to convert off role employees who are working for more than 5 years in this bank & just giving them false statement that they will be converted on pay role basis after 5 years on performance basis so that they want leave bank. There is very Bad remark of HDFC bank in the mind of employees & even in market of new comers to join this bank & this is already started affecting bank & will surely affect very badly in this running & coming year as one day TRUTH has to come out for JUSTICE as this is principal of balance life for all as per “Gita” believe it or not & this will 100% affect hdfc bank because the pillars are lower levels staff & not top management, management are just sending orders on mail & not understanding what problems are faced by employees & not providing them balance life to live as a result employees are becoming frustrated because of over workload When new employee is acquired by HR & senor they are being told that only this will be ur job profile with this much salary but after 3 month joining job profile changes, two or 3 additional work is put on his head with same salary & credit is taken by manager & senior for increase in productivity, giving miserable life to staff & we don't understand how management sitting at top level are taking out productivity of any employee when they know or dont know that every human being is not equal & don't have same capacity of doing the work & they don't understand or what or dont want to understand they every person can not be PM of India, every person can not be President of India, every person can not be Sachin Tendulkar, every person can not be Amitabh Bachan & nor TATA & Ambani, so how can they judge every employees which is total false figure & i am Sorry to say that there is very BAD IMAGE OF HDFC BANK MD in the mind of all hdfc employees who is just bothered about expanding branches & making monopoly brand which is sign of arrogant & forgot to realize the welfare, family & personal life of employees which are the real pillars of bank. Every hdfc employee is criticizing HR & top management for overloaded work but not ready to express on mail but making their mind to move out of this bank & also advising new comers not to join hdfc bank i[censored] want personal life & its already spread in the market & even customers knows because when there is too much pressure its obvious that LAVA will flow out from Volcano for sure & no one stop it & it will destroy hdfc reputation & brand in market & management will see soon. Takeout the MIS from HR & see how many staff are moving out every year & this is not because of they are getting hike in salary in other bank but this is because of miserable work life in hdfc & the increment is also very low of not even more than Rs.1500/- but work is always more than salary means injustice & only top management & seniors are paid huge salary & bonus & enjoying personal life just by putting mails from laptop & off role employees they even are not paid minimum Rs.13000/- salary at starting which is compulsorily required to live at present market world & they are paid Rs.6500/- starting, how will this people will survive with this salary & this clearly shows that hdfc management is just selfish & not bothered about all lower employee . In hdfc bank balance life mails are put by HR once in moon if they feel just to show that they care but in reality management is practically not doing it & they are taking advantage & knows that there is no Union of employee in this bank & they are scared to FIGHT FOT THEIR RIGHT but management is blind they dont see that hdfc bank pillars are already stared shaking in the form of employees by moving out from this bank & joining other banks & organization where is work life balance. Management thinks bank is getting many awards but what is the use when family living in it is not happy with the decision taken & the awards are for time being as hdfc bank cannot be winner always as there are many banks in market & real asset of hdfc has started moving to other bank which will take down hdfc bank soon as One who goes high up & suddenly when he falls down there dosent remain any sign of him & there was time when overwork load & pressure was too much in ICICI bank & employee stared moving to other bank & this affected this bank in many ways which is also noticed in the market when icici bank name was in newspaper & now policy is changed in icici bank & even unused leave is paid to employee in form of cash & hdfc bank is day by day reducing all leaves of employees & nor encasements, nor late sitting & nor compensatory off is given & this shows the worst part of HR & specially all top management . As per RBI & Regularities controlling the banks all banks should be closed on holidays which includes 2nd & 4th saturday for having balance work life & RBI is also watching whats going inside the banks ( Behind the Screen ) & has right to cancel the License & its every human being Right to live balance life & not only of top management who are just sitting at home on holidays & sending orders to lower level employees to work on non working days & holidays without paying overtime charges & taking advantage of employees for self. If HR & top management is not taking strict controls & actions for the welfare & personal balance life of employees then we have to raise our voice & fight for JUSTICE & let RBI & Regularities bodies, Governor, Labour & welfare authority & even PM & all individual should should come to know whats going INSIDE HDFC BANK (BEHIND SCREEN STORY) as employees are working for more than 9 hours specially back office employees . Every employee is cursing the HR & management for not taking care of employees & just showing as if they are happy working in this bank but side by side applying in other banks. I m not against any person but its question of total injustice going in hdfc bank to all lower level employees & bank nor any organization is doing any favor by giving job opportunity to any people as they are being paid only for the work they are doing & work has to be done as per money paid & only within the time frame done by regulatory which should be obeyed & management by siting at top level can only send orders on mail & they cannot sit & do manual work at all located branch & this work is carried out by all employees so there is no question of credit to only MD & management for taking initiative, its team work & but in hdfc bank life is enjoyed by Only top management at the cost of lower employees & sir u have worked abroad bank so u dont know they are being paid for every hour with balance life & thats why this countries are more developed because they give importance to human life & not only for money & now the creator has also given many options to spread the wrong things going on in any field to every corner for getting Justice & spreading whats going wrong THE INSIDE STORY BEHIND THE SCREEN by ways of social media network the fasts ways, media & newspaper & its logic for creation is to spread the truth & not only for enjoyment of selfishness Sir Development is not expanding branches but development in any economy rises when all common people are satisfied & with balance personal & work life is provided to every individual & not only for top management & seniors which shows total partiality which is going at present in hdfc bank If you think you are a real leader & want employee to work happily & with team & then find out why late sitting is going in hdfc bank & if volume is increasing then it duty of management to take additional staff as bank is earning huge income every year & it is not in loss & not to put additional work load to existing employees as here work is doubled the salary paid to one person & credit is taken by seniors by showing high productivity at the cost of lower employees which is not justified at all & seniors are earning lakhs of rupees salary per month, findout why there is no work & balance personal life in hdfc bank, why employees are not satisfied in hdfcbank, why employees are moving from hdfc bank to other banks, take out MIS & check, see timings of late sitting, see how manys leaves are taken & pending which is just wasted without paying & what additional facilities are provided to all employee, are all employees really happy working with this bank or they are just working for the sake of money & if they are not happy that means ERROR will occur for SURE, chances of fraud, no better service to customers because of over work load pressure at zero cost. Requesting you to keep watch on whats going behind the screen & take strict action against management if you are really a good leader & bothered about welfare of all employee & treating all as equal & if action is not being taken that means there is no sigh of good leader its just shows Selfishness but the law of nature has already started showing his result in branches & will soon affect hdfc bank very badly for sure. WORK & PERSONAL LIFE HAS TO BE BALANCED AT ANY POINT OR ELSE IT WILL CRASH IN FUTURE FOR SURE . ( LAW OF NATURE )

                            Dear Customer,

                            As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. We wish to inform you that the acquiring bank (Canara Bank) has representated the transaction as successfully dispensed, hence the same has not been credited to your account.

On my Email query on this issue, I am explained with the following reason: "To deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs.50, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.100 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn."

                                      Hi, this is Uma . I have an HDFC account and credit card as well . My HDFC customer id 37653937 . I need to contact customer care several times in a month, but there is no toll free number provided for Bangalore customers . The number I need to call is a landline[protected] . Even though there is an option to go to nearest HDFC bank and call customer care using the phone provided by HDFC for phone banking, this option is not always feasible . And the bank is closed during holidays, so no other option than to contact the landline[protected] for contacting HDFC customer care . I think HDFC should provide a toll free number for Bangalore customers, since not all customers are happy to contact HDFC customer care and then pay for the call as well .
