Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for top up loan (loan account number :[protected] on my existing home loan account (loan account number:[protected].) on 21st December, 2015 in HDFC through their official (Mr Sushant Jagdale). I needed 7 Lakhs top up loan amount on my existing home loan account. Mr Sushant from HDFC has collected all the necessary documents and processing cheque of Rs 6170 amount from me on 21st Dec, 2015. He assured me that 7 lacs top up loan amount is possible and i will get it. I didnt get any response from HDFC and Sushant for 2 weeks. I called Mr Sushant on 11th Jan, 2016 and he informed that i am not eligible for top up loan. I asked them to refund me my processing cheque amount of 6170 Rs. I have had horrible experience with HDFC. I am doubtful if i am not eligible for any top up loan then why they collected documents and processing cheque from me. Also they shouldn't accept my top up loan application. Request you to please look into this and help me to get my processing amount Rs 6170 from HDFC. Thanks for your support. Ashwin.
I also posted my complaint on https://hdfc.com/grievance-redressal but of no use. HDFC customer service is pathetic.

    This is to inform you that my name is Rakesh Pal and I am residing at address C-39/E (B) railway colony, lajpat nagar – 1, ND-24, I am having a bank account ([protected]) in your bank it was a salary account opened by the employer for crediting salary. However, as I am not associated with the same employer anymore so I don’t operate that account and not sure how and when this account was changed to savings account from Salary accounts without my consent or request. Moreover, now it has a balance of Rs -6, 137.19. Hence I request you to kindly close this account asap as I have never requested for this service.       We are pleased to inform you that as a special customer service gesture we have decided to reverse the charges levied on your Savings account for non maintenance of Average Monthly Balances (AMB).
      Please note, however, that this reversal of charges is being done as a one-off case and that going forward you will have to maintain the requisite Average Monthly Balances (AMB) of Rs 10, 000.00 in your Savings Bank account failing which the Bank will levy AMB non-maintenance charges as applicable.

      Please also note that the said reversal of charges in your account will be done in four working days.

They are continuously calling me and my office personnel's, also i had informed them that i had done a complaint then they said that "if you had done a complain then why we are calling". its my humble request to you kindly look into this matter and kindly try to take some necessary action on this regard.         Some peoples are calling me in the name of HDFC bank and they are saying that an Amount of Rs. 1, 72000/- is due on me and when i asked them for detailed statement then they refuse to give the statement by saying that they will not provide me any statement, now i just want to say that how can i pay any amount to an unknown person without taking any statement.
        They are calling me continuously from last 4-5 months, and they are threatening me regarding the above subject that "tereko utha lenge" and "tujhe itna pareshan karenge ki tu suicide kar lega".
        Today one of the man named "Rohit" saying that if you deposit 15000/- by tomorrow then i will remove all data from bank, and then no one will harass/call you regarding this issue.
        sir its my humble request to you to kindly sort out this case, according to me there is no due on me and my card is in "writ off" stage as per bank confirmation. But if they continuously harassing me, i was tried to solve this matter but they are continuously calling me and now they had started to call on my office board numbers.
        I want to lodge a complaint against them regarding creating mental harassment to me in the name of false statement and false details.

        Sir, its my request to you kindly look into this matter.

          I would like to lodge my complaint against the HDFC Credit Card division for spoiling my social reputation by reducing my CIBIL rating score and hence not approving my loan even after my excellent financial status. FYI please I have been paying about Rs. 2, 24, 000/- as Income Tax to GOI every month and also give up my LPG cylinder subsidy as per the Honorable Prime Minister appeal. I would like to appraise point wise below. 1) Investor Clinic from Noida approached the Bank for the Home loan with my all documents to approve the loan from some Amrapalli Project in Noida and came to know my CIBIL rating is not good due to some pending issue with HDFC to approve the loan. 2) On 3rd Dec'15 I have personally visited HDFC Golf Course Branch to investigate the matter and requested Mr. Abhishek Dutta ([protected]) about said matter. I have given my all necessary details as per his request to investigate the case. Mr. Abhishek promised me to call on Monday i.e., 5th Dec'15 to confirm the status but I have not received any call from him. Then I called him and asked the status and he has told me nothing is pending in my name. 3) On second week of Dec'15 I wrote number of mails to [protected]@hdfc.com and cc to MD. Then finally I got a call that some Rs. 1000/- against some HDFC card in 2004 is pending and now requesting me to pay Rs. 3400/- without sending me the statement as well as any reminder calls. Now my questions with HDFC are: 1) Why HDFC approved my loan in 2006. FYI please I have closed my loan in 2010. 2) Why HDFC approved my loan in Dec'12. FYI please I have closed my loan in July 2015. 3) Why HDFC Bank has not raised this during the approval for above stated loan. 4) As per my knowledge I was not having any HDFC card pending amount. 5) Why HDFC Bank is not sending me the dues statement, if any, even after number email request to them. 6) Why HDFC Bank has not sent me the reminder call for the pending dues, if any, and wake-up now after 12 years when I personally approached their Golf Course Road branch. Appreciate if you can discuss with HDFC and take necessary action for mental harassment.

              When I was in Bangalore, I have used HDFC bank account as my salaried account, and I switched my company, it was converted to saving account now. so I am not using this account now, its balance was 0 (I am not maintained any minimum balance). now they start charging for this account every month and ask me to go to JP Nagar Main branch for related issues. As per the RBI rules they should not charge the penalty for this, I am not using any service from them (DEBIT card, CHEQUE book, NETBANKING, etc., )

                Hi, Please do not go for HDFC Cr Card. These people are making false promise and service is worst. 1) For made a payment through PAYZAPP for bigbasket. Two times it showed failed transaction in PAYZAPP but the amount has been deducted and now they want 60 days to return that amount. That too, they are not taking complaint on call, they want me to send form, so that they start enquiry. I am also using CITI bank Card, but this kind of issues solved within 7 working days. 2) While applying Cr Card, they promised me that total fuel sur-charge waiver, but in my statement they are adding fuel surchnarge waiver and deducting less sur-charge waiver amount. When I enquired about same, they are telling that 14.5% service is charged. 3) Also observed HDFC is not customer friendly. I was very much satisfied with CITI rewards credit card.                         If beginning of day balance is not sufficient & if customers account credited in evening on same day & given penalty by the bank, then what are u caring about your customer, if bank can not wait for 12 hours for their customers.

                        it means bank is not care their customers & looking for their exploitation.

                        In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

                        Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract Service tax and Educational cess as applicable.

                        As per you Loan agreement, the EMI date is clearly mentioned as 7th of every month. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                          I got a call saying they are they are offering HDFC discount card if I pay around 7000. They got my card expiry date and the next step was CVV. I managed to escape. The call came from [protected]; [protected]. When told that I checked in internet and did not find it was okay to give my credentials ans get the discount card, the woman abused me "Stupid, can't you tell you do not have money to get the card" and cut the call. I complaint again their indecent behaviour and their false promised.

                          I got the same call from the same number. HDFC are you doing or taking any actions against these calls and also what is the kind of security you are offering to your customers.

                          Request you to please do something about this as this is putting bad impression against HDFC.

                          i got a call today from the same number[protected] offering me a discount card for HDFC, Then to verify it they told me that i will get a call from the for some ivn or something verfication in which i need not need to share any any words only type my credit card credentials, even they wre able to repeat my credit card last 4 digits in the vpn call. then for a second i got an idea of getting cheated and i disconnected the call .So i would like to as the HDFC coustomer care some question for the safety of all the people.

                          1> many offen we get the call from the HDFC for diffrent offers relating to HDFC ergo heralt insurance, bike insurance etc where i have shared like wise in the vpn the card details and it was succesfull as in case for the HDFC ergo medic insurance. But how do we get conform that the call we are receving are authenticate, is there any way
                          2> the number as mentioned above are being used many time (if its a cheat, or fake number) then how come not the HDFC people have warned about the number to there creit card users by sms or any other means for there safety.

                          I dont know till now whether it was a HDFC made call or not but from the above blog i am got sure about the cheats. Kindly HDFC care, plz make people aware of this number, i was lucky to get through it but may be not all will be lucky enough to get through.

                            Hdfc bank's credit card collection centre have freezed my salary account on account of non payment of credit card bill.I cleared the bill the next day and instead paid 3000/- extra to adjust any hidden charges as charged by this bank. But the bank is still not clearing my account and the employees of the collection centre are behaving very rudely esp the head Mr.anurag agarwal.They are also accusing me of threatening them.My card no.is [protected] akash bhatnagar.

                              Banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account." according to part b of the first bi-monthly monetary policy statement 2014-15 announced on april 1, 2014 by rbi.But every month min 10000 amount of transaction is carried out .Now want to refund back my money as soon as possible.My contact no-[protected].                                 11 jan 2016 57360325 i keep calling customer service and it never reaches to their phone executive. wen it reaches phone executive after 1 or 2 hrs of trying, he puts u on hold or gives u reply which is not satisfactory

                                  I would like to lodge my complaint against the HDFC Credit Card division for spoiling my social reputation by reducing my CIBIL rating. 1) IC approached the Bank for the Home loan with my all documents to approve the loan & came to know my CIBIL rating is not good due to some pending issue with HDFC. 2) I personally visited HDFC Golf Course Branch to investigate the matter & requested Abhishek Dutta ([protected]) about said matter. As per him nothing is pending in my name. 3) Wrote mails to [protected]@hdfc.com & got call that Rs. 1000/- against HDFC card in 2004 is pending and now requesting me to pay Rs. 3400/- without any proof even after number of reminder mails. Now my questions with HDFC are: 1) Why HDFC approved my loan in 2006. & 2012 and not raised this during said loan. 2) Why HDFC Bank is not sending me proof, if any. 3) Why HDFC wake-up now after 12 years when I personally approached their Golf Course Road branch. Appreciate if you can discuss with HDFC Higher authority and take necessary action for mental harassment.

Now after a long time they are imposing management charges which is not reasonable. Bank is already earning on our money.and compensating by way of benefits to their classic customers.                                         My credit card due date is 25 every month but dec-2015 I pay the same on29 dec due to bank holiday from 24 to 27 . I receive my salary on 28 Dec and pay credit card bill on 29 Dec.but you charge late fee why.please waived the same and please change my credit card bill due date 25 to 30every month because I receive my salary on 27th every month.So please resolve the issue.
