I had paid the premium amount of rs 30, 000/- on[protected] but still i had not received the policy documents . visited so many times to the HDFC Branch, but problem is still not solved, please help me to get the documents .

      DISAPPROVAL CREDIT Card

      Hello HDFC Team,

      I have applied for HDFC credit card, I have received my application reference number, and also received verification calls to my number, and verification at my office.
      And also received an SMS saying your application has been approved in principle.

      Now the status of the credit card at the HDFC site is showing as "Disapproved" with remarks as follows:-

      DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY.

      My Application reference number is [protected]
      AND Application number is CC24806072
      Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.

        My vehicle parked in covered parking area of our apartment has water reached upto half wheel of the vehicle and there was no external impact on the vehicle. I have called the Hyundai agency DSC Hyundai about the same and they directed me to book Road Side Assistance(RSA) of Hyundai. After making a complainant with RSA service they took long time to respond. Meanwhile repeated calls to DSC Hyundai kept on saying that they don't have space to accommodate the vehicle. I have continued to chase the agency for an appointment and finally they agreed to provide on 03 Feb 2016 and during the vehicle inspection, they have said that vehicle ABS has a problem and the same should be notified to HDFC insurance company. Hence I booked a complaint with HDFC ERGO and the surveyor took three days to come and visit the vehicle lying in DSC Hyundai work shop. Finally, he is saying that insurance will not be applicable as I have delayed in making the claim. I really don't know, how and where it is my mistake. Request to help me out.

          It is a stupid company, they did not provide me any application number. i had to call them multiple time to just get application no. they did not provide me proper reason for declining my loan application. they gave me false information and no action. when sent an email they say it takes 12 hours for them to receive it. they just play around worse customer service...

            I am using HDFC Credit Card from last 4 years, I am paying back minimum balance plus some amount them in every month. for 25 k limit i have approximately more than 50000 to them. but my outstanding always come to 25, 000, and 4 months i have requested them to convert outstanding to 1.5 Years EMI, but they did not listen me and continuously sending the bills with the penalty. now it comes 33, 000 rupees, I am very upset about them i have complained many times with their higher officials also. But they simply telling that my credit card is dont have EMI Facility, when their executivie selling card to me he did not explain anything about this. Kindly solve this issue. I am not new to HDFC I have taken bike loan, personal loan and completed all payments with NOC.

                I dont have the verbal communication proof. But i was promised by hdfc credit card representative who processed my hdfc ergo health insurance, that only one time i have to pay Rs.300 for both the policies taken with thr credit card. Rs.300 already been charged in my Jan-2016 statement. Again Rs.300 is reflecting in unbilled amout for feb billing.My hdfc credit card ending 8538.

                  I have taken health insurance with my credit card that was processed from hdfc credit card dept. side. i was told that processing fee of 300 will be charged to my creditcard.
                  EMI for the insurance will be 570/month.

                  Contradictory to it, i can see total Rs.1017 has been charged by different means instead of 870(570plus300).

                  kindly remove the additional amounts levied on my credit card ending 8538

                        My savings account is [protected]. Due to personal financial trouble i was not able to maintain minimum balance of 10000 since last one year. Last week i saw account balance came to -852 rs, so i decided to start save in this account again and depostied 11000. with the deduction of 852 it bacme 10000+. Today HDFC deducted 8000 rs from my account without any notice. It is a fraud showing -852 last week and deducting 8000 today.

                        I got a call from HDFC and was informed that -800 balance was shown because of their system mistake and balance showing in your savings account may not be exactly same in their view.
                        There was no mail communication, they were trying to convey the same over phone calls. How can a bank system will be mistaken for showing balance. As an end user i will consider only the visible balance in my account.

                          My salary account (in HDFC bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else I had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (without informing me or warning me). I had called customer care for query I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that I never logged in to my account through net banking. I see negative balance now in my that inactive account today. I request you to please take action against this bank. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. Even RBI has confirmed that "It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance." - RBI

This account I wanted to close but when I visited nearest branch they asked me to pay 1500rs for closing charges. And they converted my salary Ac to saving Ac without my permission.                                 HI this is Narendra satish tiwari from Bandra west mumbai 400050 writhing this letter regarding complaint against Hdfc Bank i am having an salary account in Hdfc since more than 8 years and having credit card more than 4 to 5 years earlier i pad all dues on time since last 1 and half year due some personal issues it was difficult to pay total due so i was paying some of the payment against my Hdfc credit card my toal card limit is of 26000 and now it is overdue condition of 32000 but from march 2014 till Dec 2015 i have paid almost 35500 rs still card is in miniuis i agree doing payment late but never said no to paying, but oin 4.2.16 Hdfc has stopped and freeze my account in which more than 8000 balance was there and has done the balance zero without any notice or any prior information, when i call on HDFC customer care after wasting more than 2 hours with paying higer telephonic charges of 100 rs customer care executive replied that you have to talk to Hdfc credit card recovery department and given me the number on that number([protected]) i have spoken to miss Deepali madam she told you account is stoped due to non payment of minum in month of jan 16 and when i asked her that how Bank can freeze any body account she told it our right to do the same and you will not get your money bank if you want i can arrange call of executive to ask for further help but not a single peron has called up till date, i am salaried person my monthly expense is depening upon, my salary how i could manage such a behaviour from Bank, earlier i have insisted them form last 6to8 month that i want to do the settlement or you can convert my dues to emi basis so that i will be able to pay and clear all my dues but they are not ready,

                                  I Sukanta Bagchi, credit card number-[protected] am writing to you regarding a big concern I am facing..

                                  My salary of 35800 something got credited to my salary account and within 2 hrs the whole fund was put on hold..I am in the process of settling my credit card and did not make payments from the last two months as one of the credit card exec told me the card needs to be blocked first for the settlement process..

                                  I was making payments of the min dues with the interest every month since last 3 years..I am trying to reach the collection department for the settlement of the card since last 20 days but all in vain..Two days back one of the customer care exec took my complain and told me I will receive a call by 4-5Feb and this happened..No body bothers to receive calls on the numbers-[protected]/02/03/04..

                                  Please release the funds because I don't think its possible to survive without salary..I understand the policies but the bank could have deducted the min dues..why the whole amount and that to without any notification..I didn't make the payment because I was advised not to by the bank..

                                  I really need assistance because I am in great trouble..

                                    I am an Nijith Marath and i am an HDFC BANK customer since last 5 years, my a/c no is "[protected]".

                                    Rs. 687 was deducted on 6th Feb 2016 and Rs. 600 was deducted on 25th Jan 2016 in the name of amb cess.
                                    On complaining the customer care inchrge directly refused to refund the money to me.
                                    Unauthorised money in the form of amb cess is deducted from account every month. this is day light robbery by these white collar banks. they are stealing my hard earned monry.
                                    I want my money back as soon as possible or else i will have to freeze my account with the bank. Thank you

I am using internet banking from last seven years and didn’t put request for my account statement. The above HdFC bank branch having code 1359 generated my account statement by their employee having code M1186 on 31-july-2015 and given to some one without getting any request from me . so its illegal under IT section 72. Please look into the matter and intimate me .
