    Usaully my due date on 3rd of every month. Due to chennai floods i have requested time to pay the due. Customer care also accept the same. They were revert the late fee as promised.

    As they accept i Made payment on 15.12.15 instead of 3rd

    But later, They made finanance charge and service tax arround Rs.6000 for the transaction. Also made complaint to cutomer care but not got proper response
    This made me uncomfortable

    I can pay only what ihad spent. Wont pay extra fees as charged by bank.

    So request you to help me out of this

      I had paid amount of 714 rupees for one check bounce of my mother loan and at that time i asked them whether i need to pay any extra amount, they said no need and now one employee called swapna called me and talking very rudely without minimum knowledge how to deal with the customers. I request you to kindly take action and protect human rights.

        I have transfered money from south indian bank to hdfc bank, sarjapur road br, bangalaore (ifsc code: hdfc0000354) on[protected].The amount which i have sent has been deducted from my account and i got a message with utr no:sibln[protected].The status of transaction still shows :suspect" and not yet credited to the beneficiary account even after 2 days.Since it is not credited the amount has not yet refunded to my account even after 2 days.What should i do?i want to credit the sent amount to the beneficiary or refund the amount to my account at the earliest with penalty for delay in transaction.Inform me the status via my email:[protected]@kockw.Com

          Never ever bank with HDFC or its allied companies such as securities, etc.

          I am a "Preferred Customer" at HDFC Bank. They have started charging their "Preferred Customers" for "Premium Service". There is absolutely no accountability in this organisation at any level. You are BURNING MONEY by banking with HDFC.

          I am following up for a Debit Card for almost 2 months now. Still haven't got it. Not sure what SCAM they are running. I have had to follow up continuously for many months for a simple service such as HPIN generation, DMAT of mutual funds, etc. The entire management doesn't bother to respond to emails or want to pass the buck to someone else and request customers to stop mailing them. The email ids published on HDFC websites and those given to customers are dummy email ids.

          The bank staff is prompt in spamming mail boxes with all sort of junk mail. They keep pestering you by calling you and try to meet you to sell their products viz., insurance, credit cards, loans, etc. When you contact the same staff for service, they flatly tell you to go to someone else and stop bothering them.

          There is NO RESPONSE. The rot seems to be from to to the bottom.

          HDFC charges customers for everything, including their "Premium Service", delayed loan installments, etc. It should be a two-way street. Customers like me should be compensated for the opportunity loss and extreme frustration they have to go thru to get any service.
          Never bank with HDFC.

            INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC

            HDFC bank has been debiting cash from accounts for encashing cheques from non home branches and is mentioned under the above narration

            This deduction is NOT INFORMED VIA SUBSCRIBED SMS SERVICE and one has to view the account summary in internet banking.

            These kind of service charge deductions are not mentioned during transaction either by the bank employees or by the bank people at the time of account opening where they are interested in popularising their mobile apps and the glorious benefits of salary account.

            This is not an attractive offer for my salary account.

            The reply i got when i asked for debiting Rs 572 for encashing a cheque of 1 lakh is as follows :

            "Dear Customer

            Thank you for writing to us.

            This is with reference to your e-mail regarding charges

            Effective 1st September'13 only 5 cash transactions ( Cash deposits & withdrawals) per month by self at home and non - home branches is allowed and Rs 100/- per transaction would be levied from 6th transaction onwards.

            Effective 1st September'13 any cash transactions (Cash deposits & withdrawals) at Non-home branches above Rs. 50, 000/- would be levied Rs 5/- per 1, 000/- on the full amount. These charges also attract a Service Tax and an Educational Cess as applicable in terms with the current Finance Bill.

            Please note there is no charge for cash transaction upto Rs. 50, 000/ per day at non home branch.

              Hello,

              I have been struggling since November End. I could see 6 random Transactions showing up on my Credit card Bill worth approximately INR 14000.
              I had not done those transactions and nor I had received any emails or messages about it. The credit card was on my possession.I have made many complaints and filled the 'Transaction Dispute Form' but there is still no response. I am getting the same bill amount and the incorrect transactions have not been eliminated.

                Myself Karthik, I have booked air ticket for my friend through Smartbuy on 28.11.15 with amount of Rs. 2735. Actual travel date was 03.12.15, but due to heavy rain in Chennai entire airport operation were suspended. Cancelled of flight from Spicejet refunded to Agent(Goibibo) on 05.12.15 itself. Goibibo Refunded amount to Smartbuy on 25.12.15 itself. but you Hopeless Hdfc smartbuy still not at all process the refund. why this...

                I am a customer of hdfc credit card from 2015. Recently I found that on 17/1/16, I have been charged 572.92 for mem renewal fee incl st and sbc. I am not aware of such transaction. Also when I am trying to speak with customer service regarding this, after long wait during call, the call getting disconnected.
                Such a pathetic service from hdfc.

                  The policy was taken by me in my wifes name and cheque no, 88221 in september 2014 and the same paid by your triplicane branch to the debit of my account(no.[protected]- a/c/s.Pillai iyengar. The second instalment also debited to my account on 18.11.15. But to my surprise i am yet to receive the original policy. Despite my complaint to your customer care there is no response from them till date so also from the branch. In the light of the above i am requesting you to issue the hard copy of the policy or thru. Mail to my mail i.D. [protected]@rediffmail.Com. In return of the mail. Failing which i may force to take action thru. Consumer forum for non receipt of policy so also for harassing me for the past one year with damages with a minimum of 5 lacs and also for the return of the polic amount of rs.1 lac with due interest there on.

Could you please suggest to register a case against the bank in consumer court to ensure that they do not call me again?

                      leave in november 3days (aprox)
                      I complaint on 20january 2016 then after our manager told me he recieve mail from hr department informing that i got full salary for november that is why my full settlement has been delayed. I inform him i got only 8099 /- then he told i have to repay to hdfc bank 6000/- (aprox) then only i can get final settlement.
                      My questions
                      1. When did hr department get my document?
                      2. Why did they inform me so late (after 65 days)?
                      I am living without money. And taken debt to friend with promise that i will return soon after getting pf. I am jobless. I have option "cant do only die"
                      My requests
                      If really i got extra salary then debit to my salary account. It will go to negative balance when pf will come required payment will automaticaly deducted.

                        Hdfc credit card department marketed the Qatar airways international ticket booking upto 50% discount offer with no promo code assigned . When called up the customer care they were asking to contact qatar airways directly as they are unaware about the offer and its details.
                        I booked my ticket on hdfc cc from india to US in qatar airways with no single penny discount.
                        When contacted qatar airways they say as hdfc is third party we are no way involved with it.
                        Hdfc management is fooling the customers by sending the wrong sms and cheap market tricks which does not exist in real and the customer care executives are unaware of the offers of what its company is providing.

                        HDFC management is completely unethical with cheap marketing tactics, I have savings, cc accounts from past 10 years, i will be closing all those immediately.

                        When called up the customer care to update my mobile number, they were asking to go to bank and submit the form if that is the case, then why is netbanking required, stop advertising we are online and we provide the services online which is of no use. When providing the new accounts for corporate employees they are not worried about any formalities, policies and rules they gives us the ATM cards, accounts on the day one we join the company without we going and visiting the banks.

                          I came to know that the maturity value of the above policy is Rs.49746/- against the Premium of Rs. 100, 000/- paid by me and I lost approx. Rs.51000/- . When your approached me for taking the policy, he has promised me that I will get good return against this policy. On his promise, I have taken the policy and I lost the entire money. I don't know what to say and it is a huge loss to the poor people like me. I will advice my friends and relatives that not to invest in any of the HDFC's scheme. Please check and revert back to me.

                              Unethical behaviour in customer dealing.Travelling India I decided to renew my fixed deposit at HDFC branch Ramphal chok sec.7 Dwarka, New Delhi. Mr Manager had no time to attend me, receptionist told me come three days before maturity date. She told me that it will be renewed on old interest rates. On 3rd Jan 16 I was told interest rates will be 8.25%. I have received now FD rate on much lower rates.There has been no acceptance to my complaint by their webside
                              There seems to be serious issues with customer services, disappointing with clients dealings, I may never visit this branch ever again.

                                    resignation date 16 november 2015
                                    Got salary for november month 8099/-
                                    leave in november 3days (aprox)
                                    I complaint on 20january 2016 then after our manager told me he recieve mail from hr department informing that i got full salary for november that is why my full settlement has been delayed. I inform him i got only 8099 /- then he told i have to repay to hdfc bank 6000/- (aprox) then only i can get final settlement.
                                    My questions
                                    1. When did hr department get my document?
                                    2. Why did they inform me so late (after 65 days)?
                                    I am living without money. And taken debt to friend with promise that i will return soon after getting pf. I am jobless. I have option "cant do only die"
                                    My requests
                                    If really i got extra salary then debit to my salary account. It will go to negative balance when pf will come required payment will automaticaly deducted.

                                      Kindly note that my name is Ravin P. Oza. My credit card number as given on above.
                                      I used credit card facility since 5 years long. I have HDFC youngster Policy. My policy payment was through credit card from 02 years. But in December 2014 my last payment of Rs. 2148/- was not done through card. But in the same month I refuge autopay facility through card. Then on 09/01/2015 I paid advance to direct HDFC SL YOUNGSTAR SUPER PREMIUM Policy no. 15666627 through Cheque No. 105559 of Rs. 24000/- (12 Months). You can check with your staff also. I hereby attached Receipt no. A8846800 for this. Now your team force me to do payment to their credit card department also with same transaction. I gave my card payment already by alternate means. I confirm that card is still in my possession. Day by day yours amount occurs & now reaches 7268.94 INR including late fees, payment charges & etc...
                                      So now card is suspended & invalid for use. I send credit card disputes form many times. But regret to inform you that in the absence of a desirable response regarding clear the payment for this credit card. Then amount of Rs. 7530 as “HOLD FUND” was direct debit from my account. Beside of this doing you deduct Rs.940 also from my account without information. Pls credit my full payment against this soon.
                                      Also you put my name in the list of defaulters. Why should I pay to both sides for same? I have neither authorized nor participated in this transaction. Please waive all the charges that you put on it. Otherwise I would take legal recourse action under applicable sections of the law to seek redress for dues outstanding on credit card account. Last time I send dispute form on Sep-15. But there is no replay on it. I suffer from last 8-9 months on same issue. I gave my payment direct to consignee. Pls look into the matter soon & relief me as early as possible to active my card soon as I am your customer since long time. It is not acceptable from your side.
