Because my company has provided the insurances for every one, so Please cancel the Policy as fast as possible because I am not able to pay my installments and debit the amount back to MyCredit card.     My claim ref is C[protected], dated[protected]. Surveyor inspected the vehicle Bolero TN 22 CE 7788, on 19th December Saturday. Till today no further response with regard to further action from the Insurance company. Repetaed reminders have not yielded any result. By Sivagami Subbaiyaa ( cell [protected]). This was my complaints dated 29th December 2015. HDFC ERGO General Insurance Customer Care's Response, Dec 29, 2015 Dear Mr. Sivagami, Thank you for sharing the required details. We will look into the matter and get back to you shortly. Till today, ie upto 8th Januay 2016, no response from HDFC ERGO General Insurance. It is very bad. I don't know what is the meaning of their response dated 29th December 2015, viz, "we will look into the matter and get back to you shortly"

      Respected Madam/Sir, This is in regard of my Insurance Term plan (HDFC Life Click 2 Protect Plus) which I purchased through Policy Bazaar from HDFC Life. They chased me like anything to buy the policy and purchased it in mid November 2015 with my consent. Also I have my all tests done till till the beginning of December 2015. Now I am struggling to receive my policy which has not been received yet. I have sent endless reminders to both (policy bazaar and HDFC Life) with lots of calls to their customer care but there is nobody who can confirm when I am getting my policy. Its almost more than 45 days I have paid the full amount of policy. My humble request to you is to show me the right path either to surrender this policy or get it issued to me asap.         I have tried a lot to cancel my card through various ways; first I send mail from official id was am receiving you bill regularly. Then also I come to know from your customer care that I have to give official letter in branch, I send my person with letter and got receive from you bank itself. Then I come to know it was rejected because my signature is mismatching so you have cancelled the request. Then also I send the same letter duly signed along with Pan Card. Now they were telling to attend personally. Any consumer should not be getting harassed like this any more so that am put up this complaint with consumer protection, against mental and physical harassment getting from HDFC Bank.

          Hi Team, I am Ravi Inder Singh, I applied for personal loan from Bank Bazaar, and my case was handed over to HDFC bank, I reside in Pune and the branch which was holding my case was Viman Nagar Branch, Pune. Their agent named Nitin was holding the case. 1. They assured me that I will get the loan on the very first day. Then their person came to collect documents, all documents were good. But the person told me that they need company HR letter for address proof. I collected and sent that to Nitin (Nilesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com). 2. He told that day that my company (eclerx services Ltd.) is in their ‘c category’ so will not be considered. So I applied for LIC policy worth Rs. 6000, and provided to Nitin. Then he said, I will surely get the loan. All this took around 10 days. 3. All these days I was in regular contact with Nitin. Then there were festival holidays and I dint disturb him. I was to get married on 1st January 2016. On Sunday, 27th December, a person came for verification, he also assured me that I will get the loan. 4. I called Nitin on 30th and asked about loan. He laughed shamelessly and said that he will call to me and let me know about the approval of the loan, and will get the amount in my bank next day. 5. I waited whole day on 31st keeping trust on Nitin, but neither he messaged me or called me telling about the status. On 4th January, when I called him, he said, my phone was switched off. On 30th, I messaged him that, I am getting married on 1st, and I need this money urgently. My question is that, when I needed the money that urgent, how can I keep my phone switched off. Apart from that he had my email id. He could have dropped a mail to me. 6. Before that, Whole time he kept saying, I will surely arrange loan for you. On 6th January, when he came to know that I have logged a complaint against him, he called and said, why I logged a complaint. Is this an attitude for a customer representative. It was my marriage. If my friends would not be having money too, it would have been drastic time of life for me. Please consider the severity and let me know why on 8th December, when I applied for loan, within 10 days, it was not told to me that I will not get a loan.
          Thankfully, I just happened to apply for a small loan, and the same person contacted me on phone (from these numbers - landline:[protected] and mobile: [protected]). He called himself Nitin Gawand (gawand.[protected]@gmail.com) and seemed to be using the name and email id of someone else - called Nilesh Khalkar (nilesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) - to collect the documents. I had my doubts and I asked him if he's Nitin or Nilesh. Since then, he has not responded to me. I'm going to report him to HDFC Bank as well as the Cybercrime cell.

            Hello I have received Hdfc titanium credit card saying I got it in lucky draw for women's day and for free without any service tax. Later kishore an executive of Hdfc bank called me to explain a policy hslic policy. So he came home and told me bout policy. 3 years minimum policy and 20000 rs policy per annum. So he told I just need to pay approx 2000 per month via credit card. Unaware the use of credit card I said OK as its like savings. Because of him my life is in danger now. This fellow told me only those two things. He dint even explain about concept of emi. For 2 yrs I hav been paying amount very promptly and never missed. So aft 2 years they say my credit card outstanding dues are 40000(.20000*2)When I payed promptly every month and hslic also received my policy amount how can this be possible. As my credit card limit is 60000 I started receiving calls frm bank asking fr dues payment. I rejected paying and complained in consumer court. Later on I received mais from Deepa who s manager. Asking fr payment. And later in some cal I was told that fellow dint convert my policy payment into emi. Because of him I fell info troubles. I used to work at that time with less salary and thought I could save money. 60000 is a big matter for me unlike Hdfc bank gets money cheating customers like this. Since August the issue has been dragged n my outstanding dues are 62000 now. Also Deepa manager kept on sending copy paste mails addressing other customer instead of me to my mail saying they ll get back within 7 days and after seven days she used to say they won't accept my request of not paying dues for not fault of mine. And finally she said 50% ll be given back. I dint accept for that too. Finally I said 10000 s what I can pay. Am married now. I am not working. For not my mistake I still said I ll pay 10000. Not accepting she told I need to pay 35 000. I complained in call to Mumbai team. Piu das s manager who dealt it. Later she forwarded mail to concerned team n I received mail from Geeta and I got same reply. Getting back in 7 days. After 11 days I got copy pasted mail saying they ll give money back of 20000. I never used credit for any purpose because I dono how to use it. Because of that kishore man I am blamed to pay amount now. I just used credit card for only hslic policy payment. And I did till before issue is raised. And in October my Hdfc bank has 12438 rs which was withdrawn by credit card people with out giving me notice. No body gives proper response. I want to speak to higher authority. Give me a valid solution. I now say I can pay 20000 out of which 12000 s withdrawn. So remaining 8000 s what I can pay. Since starting I was asking for settlement but they r not doing it. Please give a solution.

            As they have withdrawn without my notice I am running out of minimum balance in bank and posed charges for that also. Am not in position to pay 60000. If I made mistake I would definitely pay the amount. But because of that executive fault y should I suffer. Please collect amount from him. The major mistake I made is trusting Hdfc bank and thought of saving money. But finally it is cheating me and this only that bank is earning profits. Am one of the victim here

              Hi, I have applied for loan and as per their requirement i have given all the doc required. But after few days they called me on their office (Rajouri Garden, Ansal tower 10 floor) today (06th Jan) and asked me that one of my doc was wrong and in return of that they asking Rs. 3000/ to issue the loan. But one of their employee Mr. Jay is arguing and shouted on me that i have to deposite the amount now else we send my profile detail to civil. I asked him to talk to me in polite way, but his behavior not changed any more. Now i want apology letter from there side and. As i am genuine customer of hdfc bank and paying all EMI on time without any bounce. Please send me apology letter from bank side and ask there employee do not argue with customer and talk to them in polite way, Thanks

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My Card Number 4854XXXXXXXX3909, i am using the card from Feb 2011. I Called to HDFC Net banking on 10/12/15 by afternoon for enquiring the 3 months payment holiday offer(which i used to get every year). Teller told that offer is available for Dec, Jan & Feb and due to flood it has not communicate to me. After getting the approved i swiped for 2, 00, 000/- But when i received the statement on mail and i have been shocked to notice that it has to be paid by this month itself, Regarding this i called by sunday(03/01/16) by 11 pm, teller told that now the server is Down now he cant check. Day before yesterday once again i called to phone banking, they are telling that offer is not available at present & teller has wrongly conveyed the message to me with rough tone, Now my present situation is not being good to pay the full due now, since i will get the money by 15 th march only(which i swiped) So kindly consider this letter and Revised the the payment date to March month because as per your customer care person confirmation only i used the card.                     1st of all HDFC credit card person Mr.Sarvana only informed me about the offer, but obviously their are not accepting their fault,

                    2ndly HDFC employee has given me miscommunication and now they back stab me ( name mentioned above), i do understand that HDFC will not accept this mistake also,


                    And Lastly, IF HDFC ( a so called best bank ) has still courage to say that they do treat their customer with Assuring you of our best services at all times. then HDFC has to shameful for what ever they have done with me the Trauma, the mental pressure, their rudeness and all the harassment's i have got from HDFC is not forgettable..

                    Hdfc bank mails always mention this sentence "Assuring you of our best service at all times" but we most need fair service 1st.

                          I received a call from a collection agent and he named himself as Saravanan from HDFC bank. I told him i am ready for the settlement but told him that one time settlement is not possible but i would be happy to pay in easy installments. Suddenly the Rep started using Profanity on me Such as "Mother ******" etc. and finally i had to disconnect the call. Inspite of my humble request the rep kept using profanity and i stopped picking up his call now. I would request a strict actions against these agencies.

                              I applied a personal loan in HDFC on 18th Dec, its approved on 24th Dec, today is 5th Jan, still my loan amt I not credited to my account. My salary a/c is in Hdfc, very worst service. 100 times I called, they are saying it will take time.

                              One more personal loan also active in HDFC, very worst service by Indra nagar branch Bangalore.

Hence I need an answer/explanation why you guys doing like this. I am no rich guy the money which i earn is from my hard work.

                                  I have read about the currency transfer deduction which is 3.5% of a total money but i think it will be once, then why you guys doing this kind of deduction after every 4 days of laps. Even if you calculate the total money transfer is less then what you guy have deducted from my account.

                                  We wish to confirm that the International transactions are converted into Indian Rupees using the exchange rate established by the VISA / Master International for such transaction on the date when the charges are processed by the member bank, plus any applicable conversion charges. These rates are determined by VISA / Master for such interbank/inter country settlement and the same would apply in addition to the bank markup rates for transactions on the credit card for international transactions. The Cross currency Markup' @ 3 .5% on the transaction amount is currently charged for international transactions and the same has been mentioned on the schedule of charges' in the card statement.

                                  As part of a regulatory compliance, the markup charges similar to all other Fees & Charges will also be levied with Service Tax and Cess @ 14.5% (revised s.tax with effect from 01/06/2015).

                                  Incase if there are multiple foreign currency transactions posted during the month, then markup amounts across the multiple transactions would be cumulated and Service Tax will be applied @ 14% (revised s.tax with effect from 01/06/2015).

                                  We also take this opportunity to clarify that in the case of transactions in other foreign currencies, the transactions are converted to a globally accepted currency value (USD) and then to Indian rupees, which may result in a net difference in the charge amount, when compared to the rate arrived at using regular RBI rate.

                                  I encountered the same issue as well recently in all my foreign transactions using my debit card. I understand the currency markup fee but not the PUR ADJ DT. When I called HDFC Customer Service, multiple phone bank reps didn't have a clue nor have they come across the fee before. Their solution was for me to contact the individual merchant where the POS took place. That seems very unreasonable and a cumbersome process for me as I have used my cards at many merchant stores. There has to be a better explanation and a way to resolve this issue. Please shed some light on this and also how these recurring charges can be reversed.

                                    I was a holder of policy no. 14097685 of HDFC LIFE. On[protected] at 11-15 a.m. I surrendered the policy for maturity. The staff told me that you will receive the amount maximum one week. However I asked him while all the verifications you have done my account also with HDFC BANK, then why are you taking such a long time? Simply he told that it is the procedure only. After waiting until full week, today I called more than 10 times at HDFC LIFE Mumbai head office no.[protected] but I could not get the contact person. Every time either they transfer line to IVR or up to 4-5 minutes after holding, phone got disconnected. My suggestion to all of you, DON’T BUY HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES. At the time of payment, they never ask that who is paying the premium but at the time of giving payment 1 – You can’t do anything online. 2 - Office people will ask your all ids and will give you one week time. 3 – After that 2-3 times phone will come for asking whether you want to discontinue or not? And yes the person from Hdfc life will talk only with policy holder. ( While at the time of premium payment, they never ask that who is paying the premium?) 4 – After your given time of one week, you will not able to talk with concerned person even after 10 calls and more than 30 minutes of holding the phone. Then why we should buy HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES? My suggestion to all of you, DON’T BUY HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES

                                    Immediately I got a call from HDFC life insurance`s Mumbai office as soon as I posted the complaint here. Otherwise even after 15 times of trying, I could not talk with them. Now I also received the maturity amount.

                                      Hi, Account No: [protected] Branch: K H ROAD - BANGALORE Name: BHARATH CHIKKANNA I was not informed about the negative balance in my account, earlier it was my salary account and now they are charged me for not maintaining the minimum balance. It has been more than 3 years that the salary was not credited to my account. How come you are charging me now? Why this was not implemented when the salary stopped crediting in my account?                                         We tried to draw Rs.4000 using IOB-ATM Card (Acc:[protected]) from HDFC ATM-Rathinapuri.The HDFC ATM showed 'Insufficient Balance' but Rs.4025/- was debited from IOB Acc[protected].
                                        I raised this concern with IOB-Rathinapuri Branch and they said it will take 30 days for HDFC Bank to refund.
                                        Since I am running out of money, I have approached HDFC Bank Ganapathy Branch.They said that the failed transactions will be credited to the account on the same day.Please help to get my money.

                                        With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your IOB savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

                                        1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e IOB branch where you hold the savings bank account.

                                        2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.

                                        3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
