Hdfc credit card department marketed the Qatar airways international ticket booking upto 50% discount offer with no promo code assigned . When called up the customer care they were asking to contact qatar airways directly as they are unaware about the offer and its details.
I booked my ticket on hdfc cc from india to US in qatar airways with no single penny discount.
When contacted qatar airways they say as hdfc is third party we are no way involved with it.
Hdfc management is fooling the customers by sending the wrong sms and cheap market tricks which does not exist in real and the customer care executives are unaware of the offers of what its company is providing.
HDFC management is completely unethical with cheap marketing tactics, I have savings, cc accounts from past 10 years, i will be closing all those immediately.
When called up the customer care to update my mobile number, they were asking to go to bank and submit the form if that is the case, then why is netbanking required, stop advertising we are online and we provide the services online which is of no use. When providing the new accounts for corporate employees they are not worried about any formalities, policies and rules they gives us the ATM cards, accounts on the day one we join the company without we going and visiting the banks.
Request to customers to stay away from hdfc.
