I was Loan taken from HDFC Bank for Two wheeler in Septemper 2008 My Vicle No is MH20BH4526 & Loan Agreement Number is 14098126. So i have Already paid to my total loan amount in September 2009 & I have Received the NOC From HDFC Bank in 11/12/2009.
I got my Credit report from CIBIL on 21/01/2016 So I dont know how is show my two wheeler loan details in CIBIL Report.
Please give me clerification about my HDFC Two Wheeler loan in CIBIL

    I have a serious grievance
    HDFC Bank has put up a lien of Rs.75000/- on my account showing as outstanding which is increasing every month. The sufficient amount was already deducted from my hdfc bank salary acct without prior intimation. Now I see that this amount is getting debited to an extent of my monthly salary and is taking a toll on me financially as I have personal responsibilities being a sole bread winner of my family.

    I am totally dissatisfied with the way bank is taking advantage of me rather than sorting the issue considering that I have already made sufficient payment against my credit card payment. I am frustrated with the regular notices received by the bank when there is no mistake of mine. Bank has been harassing me and my family members where I have father who is a heart patient. I have already raised complaint in the past but no positive response from bank.

    The Bank is harassing me, by calling up random numbers in my office, they also reached out to the CEO of my office. they threaten me, abuse and regular follow ups, they also bang our doors and also our neighbours doors. I have requested the bank to wave off off these charges as I have paid sufficient amount, I have also disclosed my fathers medical reports and the expenses incurred, but the bank adamant and forcefully trying to recover heavy charges from us, by threating us.

      HDFC Life team of Bhubaneswar branch are cheating to customers . I had visited the branch to pay the policy premium. HDFC LIFE officer suggested me to paid up a policy and make a new policy and explained that there are lots of benifits and old policy will be paid up so that same premium can be paid for new policy. I was assured that it will be done in system so that no further premium demand will be send for old policy. Accordingly I made a new policy . But now frequently, i am receiving calls from HDFC Life Bhubaneswar for payment of old policy premium again? This is nothing but cheating of customers...

        Hi,

        I had an salary account with Hdfc 4 yrs ago ( was working with Barclays) and now I am getting the text message with the negative balance on it and had a word with the customer service who knows nothing and simply put on hold or disconnected the line. Sometimes they asked me to visit the branch and when I did, they asked me to pay the balance first. But why would I pay the balance which is not mine. Trust me I am not liable for the single penny on this account, neither I will pay this balance which is not mine. As that is not my balance and I am requesting for the closure of this account Asap or filing a fraud claim against Hdfc for harassing and just keep putting negative balance on the account . I do not have any relation with HDFC bank neither I ever wanted, not even in near future. Please Close any open account with HDFC, as I declare fraudulent account with HDFC. please help

          Under instructions from my client M/s HDFC Bank Ltd., having its office at M/s.HDFC Bank Ltd., having its branch office at #7 & 7/1, Centilion Building, Lalbagh Road, Near Richmond Circle, Bangalore - 27, I have to address you as under:


          1. In accordance with the records of HDFC, for the credit card availed by you are liable to pay an amount Rs. 95661/- .due as on date


          2. Therefore, we advise you to come over to meet the officials of the Bank at HDFC Bank Ltd, #7 &7/1, Lalabhag Road, Richmond Circle, Bangalore -560027 on 24.02.2016 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM. The concerned officials of HDFC BANK will be present while conducting conciliation proceeding in order to arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement for the aforesaid loan.


          4. In the conciliation proceeding, we would like to know your difficulties in making payment, and also would like to bring about an amicable settlement, mutually acceptable for which your co-operation is required.

              Hi,
              I have done a mobile recharge to (BSNL) of amount 79, for which I have received a message saying "transaction failed for some reason". Since I was in urgency, after some time I tried once again, which was left unsuccessful.
              But after more than 2-3 hours I have received message saying "mobile recharge is initiated and sum is deducted" (twice). Which says I got 79+79 158 deducted. In which 79 went useless because of your false information.
              Thank god I din't try 3-4 times.
              I lost my money inspite of showing "transaction unsuccessful" which forced me to try twice.

                      I Deepak Maini, credit card number-[protected] am writing to you regarding a big concern I am facing.

                      I have changed my JOB and was at home past 40 days. My salary account is already in negative …… and my account has been put on hold. I am in the process of settling my credit card with interest and did not make payments from the last one month as one of the credit card exec told me the card needs to be blocked first for the settlement process..

                      I was making payments of the min dues with the interest every month since last 8 years.. I am trying to reach the collection department for the settlement of the card since last so many days but all in vain.. One another day, one of the customer care exec took my complaint and told me I will receive a call within 4 hours, but no one has called me till yet. Even nobody bothers to receive calls on the numbers-[protected]/02/03/04..

                      Please release the account and remove the lien option because I don't think it’s possible to survive without salary.
                      Without any notification, my account has been lien.
                      I really need assistance because I am in great trouble. I have to pay my Home Loan and CAR Loan EMI’s
                      Really, really look forward to you for some assistance..

                              With heavy dis-satisfaction and mentally harassed I am writing this mail to you.

                              I had applied for personal loan from your esteemed bank on 25th Jan 2016(via application number:[protected]. The same application was declined as it didn't met with internal criteria norms.

                              I checked with the representative via whom I had applied the loan, as per the status it was declined because of credit outstanding I had against my name as per CIBIL report. I asked can we have the BTE option over the same. The representative gave a positive nod and said he need to re-login the application form.

                              I believe if re-submission of application takes place a new ref id is messaged(This was the first mistake as I didn't receive any message).

                              I provided with all my card statements, card's front page, loan statements to the person on 2nd Feb 2016. I have been following the person but every-time I call I get a response that "its a forward case". I don't understand what a forward case is.

                              Whenever I call the executive he won't respond. Sir what I had been asking is "Is there any progress going on the BTE option or just fooling around me."

                              After so many followups I got a response from the executive that, I need to submit the checks and sign the BTE form. I did the same. But from that moment I haven't heard any updates. Whenever I called the executive I was getting a response that "Sir we are discussing". If you are discussing why did you took the checks...

                              Sir actually, I haven't thought of this sort of response from your side. But I am getting the same.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I, Marcus Dominic Gonsalvez, part of the HR department at A Reputed IT company where most of our employees bank with HDFC would like to bring to your attention an incident which has happened to me. I have been a loyal customer to HDFC for the past five years and have no regrets till date.

                                Recently however I received a text message (on 12th Feb) informing me that my old credit card ending with 3028 will be deactivated from 11th April. Unfortunately I have not requested for any new credit card. Later that evening I got a call from an HDFC employee (Aswini) stating that I will be getting a new credit card with enhanced limit. After verification only she informed that there is 6 monthly fee tagged to the card and then she transferred the call to another department. Unfortunately the call got cut.

                                This morning again I got a call from her and I informed her that im not interested in taking this new card because I didn’t apply for it neither does it benefit me in any way better than me existing card. She said that she already processed the document and cant revert back to my old/ existing credit card.

                                I request you to please help me retain my existing credit card so that I do not have to change over to the new credit card. Looking forward to a positive response from your end.

                                I have raised a grievance request in the web site as well. If you can help with any poc from HDFC, I will be at most grateful to you.

                                        Applied for credit and submitted the docs and gotta verification calls fa 6 times.and 7th time wen i got I got the info frm executive as the card shd b delivered to my office o home address .so I requested to my home address and he told withn 7 days it will b delivered and I got a details wit 16 digit num also.so this things hpnd on Jan 9th...and I shd got card on 17 th...afta tat wen i call they say its in progress..so wrong committent by bank afta collecting all my docs ...and wenva I do call they say its in progress and progress..so its nw more then a month still it's in progress..bad service...just playing wit customers...cos this I cnt able to apply in other banks also...u gvb my app num is CC25526497 CNTC:[protected]...always wen I call thy say its in process, as the verification team says it will b delivered just misguiding the customers
