When I was in Bangalore, I have used HDFC bank account as my salaried account, and I switched my company, it was converted to saving account now. so I am not using this account now, its balance was 0 (I am not maintained any minimum balance). now they start charging for this account every month and ask me to go to JP Nagar Main branch for related issues. As per the RBI rules they should not charge the penalty for this, I am not using any service from them (DEBIT card, CHEQUE book, NETBANKING, etc., )

    Hi, Please do not go for HDFC Cr Card. These people are making false promise and service is worst. 1) For made a payment through PAYZAPP for bigbasket. Two times it showed failed transaction in PAYZAPP but the amount has been deducted and now they want 60 days to return that amount. That too, they are not taking complaint on call, they want me to send form, so that they start enquiry. I am also using CITI bank Card, but this kind of issues solved within 7 working days. 2) While applying Cr Card, they promised me that total fuel sur-charge waiver, but in my statement they are adding fuel surchnarge waiver and deducting less sur-charge waiver amount. When I enquired about same, they are telling that 14.5% service is charged. 3) Also observed HDFC is not customer friendly. I was very much satisfied with CITI rewards credit card.         Dear Sir/ Madam, For registration number #[protected] Pooja, firstly i make payment on 27th December through hdfc debit card with transaction reference number #[protected].(Also attaching detail). Money deducted from my account but the payment was not successful. Then again i made payment through my Axis bank card and payment was successful.           Dear Sir, Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as the first time transaction got failed but my amount of Rs 600 had been deducted while paying the fees of C-TET 2016 through HDFC Payment gateway.I made the payment of Rs 600 through HDFC payment gateway from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANKI BANK on 21th DEC but the transaction was not successful then again I made the payment through PNB bank and then the transaction was successful.MY ctet reg no is 70373772 .So I want my refund of Rs 600 which I made through HDFC payment gateway..             Dear Sir, Madam my Loan ID is 30330934 & My custmer id is 53120092, my Loan installment 3615 rupees deduction date is 7th in each month. sir my salary credited in 7th dec & 7th jan but Bank has not deducted the installment on same day & given penalty me as 630 rupees for both month.             it means bank is not care their customers & looking for their exploitation.

            Dear Dheeraj,

            In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

            Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract Service tax and Educational cess as applicable.

            As per you Loan agreement, the EMI date is clearly mentioned as 7th of every month. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

              I got a call saying they are they are offering HDFC discount card if I pay around 7000. They got my card expiry date and the next step was CVV. I managed to escape. The call came from [protected]; [protected]. When told that I checked in internet and did not find it was okay to give my credentials ans get the discount card, the woman abused me "Stupid, can't you tell you do not have money to get the card" and cut the call. I complaint again their indecent behaviour and their false promised.

              I got the same call from the same number. HDFC are you doing or taking any actions against these calls and also what is the kind of security you are offering to your customers.

              Request you to please do something about this as this is putting bad impression against HDFC.

              The number involved in my case is +[protected]. From where did they get your database. It is such a vital resource to an organization I believe.

              i got a call today from the same number[protected] offering me a discount card for HDFC, Then to verify it they told me that i will get a call from the for some ivn or something verfication in which i need not need to share any any words only type my credit card credentials, even they wre able to repeat my credit card last 4 digits in the vpn call. then for a second i got an idea of getting cheated and i disconnected the call .So i would like to as the HDFC coustomer care some question for the safety of all the people.

              1> many offen we get the call from the HDFC for diffrent offers relating to HDFC ergo heralt insurance, bike insurance etc where i have shared like wise in the vpn the card details and it was succesfull as in case for the HDFC ergo medic insurance. But how do we get conform that the call we are receving are authenticate, is there any way
              2> the number as mentioned above are being used many time (if its a cheat, or fake number) then how come not the HDFC people have warned about the number to there creit card users by sms or any other means for there safety.

              I dont know till now whether it was a HDFC made call or not but from the above blog i am got sure about the cheats. Kindly HDFC care, plz make people aware of this number, i was lucky to get through it but may be not all will be lucky enough to get through.

                Hdfc bank's credit card collection centre have freezed my salary account on account of non payment of credit card bill.I cleared the bill the next day and instead paid 3000/- extra to adjust any hidden charges as charged by this bank. But the bank is still not clearing my account and the employees of the collection centre are behaving very rudely esp the head Mr.anurag agarwal.They are also accusing me of threatening them.My card no.is [protected] akash bhatnagar.

                  I am an hdfc bank customer, i have two accounts in hdfc bank both the acount started as my salary account account no.: [protected], choice towers" ernakulam & account no.: [protected], willingdon island on 11/01/2016 rs[protected].50 x 4 for the month nov & dec., ) is deducted from my a/c for amb chrg incl st & cess for nov 2015 & dec 2016 .
                  Banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account." according to part b of the first bi-monthly monetary policy statement 2014-15 announced on april 1, 2014 by rbi.But every month min 10000 amount of transaction is carried out .Now want to refund back my money as soon as possible.My contact no-[protected].                     11 jan 2016 57360325 i keep calling customer service and it never reaches to their phone executive. wen it reaches phone executive after 1 or 2 hrs of trying, he puts u on hold or gives u reply which is not satisfactory

                      I would like to lodge my complaint against the HDFC Credit Card division for spoiling my social reputation by reducing my CIBIL rating. 1) IC approached the Bank for the Home loan with my all documents to approve the loan & came to know my CIBIL rating is not good due to some pending issue with HDFC. 2) I personally visited HDFC Golf Course Branch to investigate the matter & requested Abhishek Dutta ([protected]) about said matter. As per him nothing is pending in my name. 3) Wrote mails to [protected]@hdfc.com & got call that Rs. 1000/- against HDFC card in 2004 is pending and now requesting me to pay Rs. 3400/- without any proof even after number of reminder mails. Now my questions with HDFC are: 1) Why HDFC approved my loan in 2006. & 2012 and not raised this during said loan. 2) Why HDFC Bank is not sending me proof, if any. 3) Why HDFC wake-up now after 12 years when I personally approached their Golf Course Road branch. Appreciate if you can discuss with HDFC Higher authority and take necessary action for mental harassment.

                            My credit card due date is 25 every month but dec-2015 I pay the same on29 dec due to bank holiday from 24 to 27 . I receive my salary on 28 Dec and pay credit card bill on 29 Dec.but you charge late fee why.please waived the same and please change my credit card bill due date 25 to 30every month because I receive my salary on 27th every month.So please resolve the issue.                               Aaj customer care ka phone aya tha mera claim cancel hi hai usko approve nahi karegi HDFC ERGO aisa bataya lekin muje kehna hai ki agar document galat hai to inka skilled staff yaha aye mai uske sath doctor ki mitting kar bata hu aur ye muje face to face sabit kare ki document galat kaise hai lekin ye kisi ko bhej nahi rahe hai aur gurgaon and chennai office se hi mere document ko galat bata rahe hai jab ki jab patient admit huyi this tab hi company ko intimate mai kar diya tha ki aap ake enquiry kar lijiye bad me problem nahi karne ka lekin us time bhi nahi aye to usme inki galati hai meri nahi to bhi mera claim cancel kiya ja raha hai agar mai galat bol raha hU to pl HDFC ETGO aap apna record check kijiye ki mai intimate kiya tha ki nahi meri

                              I totally agree with you this insurance company is worst when comes to settle claims. Some employees ask for money to settle such claims.
                              I have taken the policy for last 5 years but they did the same to me
                              My friends also had similar experience
                              So we all have decided to take ICICI Lombard policy

                                Hi, I have i want to inform you that i have a personal Loan A/C[protected]. I am getting threatnig calls to pay outstanding balance today only. Before proceeding further let me clear that these guyes are not have any identity that they are employees of HDFC Bank. 2 Month before someone Mr. Bhosle came to my home and statrted shouting in front of my door and when I requested him not to shout, he threaten and said whenever he find me outside my home or office he will break my hands and legs. Even he threaten my 8 year daughter that if I doesnt pay the outstanding they will bit me hardly. I was very feared and called up the police on #100. As soon as they came to know the cops are arriving in some time the ran away. Post that I launched a official police complaint against the three persons at Dighi Police Chwoki. Police called up on their mobile phones but nobody answered there calls. After a week one of HDFC employee Mr. Pravin came to my house again and requested to clear the debts. However I had long discussion with him about all my financial condition and he asked me to pay atleast 1000 rupees per month. I paid the same. He as well asked me to pay 1000 rupees until I could manage the money to clear the outstanding and I agreed upon and paid it for 3 months. Meanwhile, they called up to my parents who are leaving far from Pune and asked them to pay the outstanding balance. Also threaten them to bit me. Also they called up my cousin and asked to pay the outstanding. Also called up to my HR and asked them to cut off the outstanding balance from my salary. These all illegal activities are to be prevented somewhere by the HDFC Bank. Today I again got the call from someone Mr. Balaji ( Mo.No. [protected]) who threaten me for the outstanding, I requested him to wait till 20th Jan 2016 so can manage some money, however he threaten me to pay the amount on Monday 11th Jan 2016 morning which is at all not possible for me. If you have all my contact details and communication address, why are you calling my parents and relatives. I would like to clear some doubts. 1. From where the got contact numbers of my relatives & HR? 2. Do thy have a right to call may parents and daughter? 3. Do they have rights to shout in front of my door? 4. Do they have permitted by Bank to threaten the customers? I am getting threatening calls from your bank to clear the outstanding they are pressurizing me and threatening my family members to clear the outstanding today only but I am going through some financial crises and can't able to pay. IF THEY CONTINUE TO DO SUCH ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, LET ME INFORM YOU THAT I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE AND THE TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE YOURS I.E. HDFC BANK LIMITED. I again wanna clear that I AM WILLING TO PAY YOUR OUTSTANDING BU WILL REQUIRED SOME TIME, MEAN WHILE I AM READY TO PAY WHATEVER I CAN MANAGE, CAN BE RS. 1000 or RS. 2000 whatever I can manage.                                     Tuesday 5th January Hdfc bank team holds the money without any intimation. When I contact the cs team then they mention that the Credit card team holds the money. How can my savings account money be hold by the Credit card team. I have already escalated the issue in Twitter too - ref ID[protected]. Please look into this case on top priority as I need to pay my loans and credit card bills from that money and release my money on priority. Regards

                                      I have updated my Aadhar No. through net banking to my Savings account of HDFC Bank (Vapi - Gunjan Branch, Gujarat) through Net Banking on 31.12. 2015 as per their instruction and I got the message at that time that Updation of Aadhar No. is Success and you will get confirmation message within 4 working days. But still today no information is there. This is not the first time. Same thing happened earlier also when I tried it and time and again message is coming to update my Aadhar No. To enquire about it I had telephoned to Phone Banking service of HDFC Bank but they ask me to go to the nearest branch for it. But they can not tell me the reason why it is not updated. If I have to go to the nearest branch then what is the meaning of Net Banking and why they are announcing that one can update Aadhar no. through net banking ?
