With due respect I want to put this in your kind consideration that I am from Ghaziabad(U.P) . I have come across a fraud in a HDFC ATM on 23rd September 2015. I reside in Shipra Suncity society of Indirapuram Ghaziaabad.There is an ATM outside the society gate no. 3. I visited to withdraw money on 23rd september from my ICICI bank debit card.

It was around 9:00 am I entered in ATM. There was no guard outside ATM. I entered my card it got hanged after entering of PIN. I tried so many times but it couldnt come out. i called on HDFC customer care but they said that as the card belongs to ICICI bank, we cant do anything. I was very upset as I had to catch a flight in some time that day. I called my husband. we tried to make card blocked but before that Rs. 40, 000 and Rs. 10000 amount were withdrawn from my account around 9:18 am. It was my first salary.

I am so upset as it was a big amount I dnt knw whom to approach, who will give my money back, who will help me, as a helpless citizen of I am just waiting.

Sir can you please help me regarding this ? I will be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.

Now it has been confirmed fromthe CCTV footage that tampering was done with that machine now who is responsible for my loss. please help me in getting my money back.

    I took a credit card in June 2015 from HDFC bank. Upon receiving the card they said that with the card comes an insurance policy from HDFC ERGO.I denied taking it but was insisted to take it up. They made me say that 'I want this policy to be started' over phone calls made from Delhi and other regions. The first Agent identified herself as Pratima Barua from HDFC bank from kolkata 700001(as she said) with phone number [protected] . She said that the policy is for 2 years but we will deactivate it after 6 months for you i.e. I have to pay for 6 months and I will get the amount of 6 months, back on the 7th month.I have already paid it for 6 months . Now when I called on that number ([protected]), it doesn't get connected. I am really worried as I have no one to contact to . Moreover, similar complaints have been posted in the web. Who will I have to reach in case the 7h EMI is deducted? Why does an Organization like HDFC have to fool customers and sell their products forcefully .

    Hi,

    I called up HDFC customer care and ERGO customer care as well. They all asked me to cancel the policy but none of them could answer regarding the refund. While initiating the policy they said that if I don't claim for six months, they'll refund the amount that I've paid and cancel the policy. But now they say that they'll only cancel it without refunding a single penny.

      1st of all, they don't know too behave professionally. I don't know, is the instruction of not behaving properly, is given by hdfc itself they are doing there own? if it is not given by hdfc, they how can they behave so badly- it show, there is no system inside hdfc in this case (for misbehaving with customers). I means many of the customer like me, want to know this things from hdfc, (and hoping i don't get reply from customer care in this issue;-) that will be a real joke then.)

        This is about HDFC Wholesale, Allahabad. In this bank employees are forced to work for more than ten hours everyday and sometime 11-12 hours. There is no any vehicle for female employees to receive and see off them from their residence during late night.

        If company is unable to provide a vehicle for female employees then it should not force female employees to stay after 7 PM.

        Company should understand the situation of female employees and behave with courtesy.

          The person is Mr. Ashish Verma.
          I had lodged a complaint on consumer complaints about debit charges to my account. As soon as the complaint was lodged, I received call from Mr. Ashish Verma, introduced himself as executive from HDFC Bank, Chennai and was assuring to reverse the debited charges immediately to my account, since he was associated with bank Gateway. His contact No. is [protected].
          For reversing the amount, he will ask for Debit/Credit card No., Card Validity and 3 digit secrete Number(backside of the card).
          When I checked his No. from True caller, He was actually speaking from Delhi. He is fraud and will cheat you to the great extent. So Please do not disclose your card details anyhow to such cheaters.

          HDFC Bank have debited Rs 661.20 from my account No. [protected] on 26.10.2015 without my knowledge and the Account statement shows INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 211015.

          I had withdrawn cash Rs. 200000 from my account by issuing cheque dated 21.10.2015.

          At that time bank didn't inform about these hidden charges.
          The Bank is not supposed to act such unethical practices.

            Hi, I am unable to get home loan transfer from another bank on current ROI. I had applied on home loan on 17 Aug, 2015. First it took two month in sanction. Then without foreclosure letter HDFC created the cheque. that was not accepted by the LIC. disbursement got cancelled. Now I submitted the foreclosure letter to HDFC for fresh disbursement on current ROI as I am new customer. But HDFC want to disburse on old ROI. Please help.

              SIr I applied for car loan through Netbanking, (ZIP drive car loan)
              I Filled the required details while applying the loan, i.e Car details, Car dealer address from whom i want to purchase car.
              After submitting the online form immediately i received the message from HDFC that My car loan of Rs 657000/- has been disbursed to JITENDRA MOTORS PVT LTD, Nashik, & E-Delivery voucher No. is [protected].,

              now the required car is not available with the dealer & so i want to change my Car (Make & model) i.e i want to purchase from other dealer.

                I get a call from hdfc every month end if they do not get me they call my family members and harass them to pay it. I am jobless but some how i pay the minimum amt due . However the amt that needs to be cleared is the same for over a year. I would like to know where is all my money going???

                Moreover they are very very rude and dont give a chance for the customer to explain the problem he is going through and why the amt cannot be paid at times. to be very honest i do not have a job and cannot pay for some time till i have a job. then only can i start paying again. My credit card - is blocked a long time back . They call and threaten.. please look into this as it is against the rule to harass people like this..

                  My mobile was not recharge with massage of transaction error during recharging.Still amount of Rs 200 was deducted on 12th Nov2015 with cheque ref no:[protected].My saving account no is [protected].According to paytm customer care it is pending with HDFC BANK. It was deducted with narration [protected]-paytm mobile solution.

                    Have submitted all documents required by HDFC Bank, Home Loan personal on 29th of Oct. The processing time they said for the same was 7-10 Working Days. Primary Applicant: M/s. Sarabjeet Nagi Co- Applicant: Mr. Anand Tanna Relation: Spouse Initially they asked for Cheque of Rs. 5000 as processing fees which was given. Then on 4th of Nov'15 i as asked for cheque of Rs. 11, 400 which also i gave it to them. Cheque was given of the same date (4th Nov'15) Still neither the cheque has been cleared nor any one has responded on what is the status on the logon as well as the sanction of the loan. I have to pay to the builder in next couple of days and there is no response. Mr. Sachin Jadhav & Mr. Sadique Arab from Kharghar branch, Navi Mumbai, of HDFC Bank are neither answering the calls nor they are replying my mails. They are the FPR for the same. On 14th Nov'15, Mr. Sachin answered my call in the noon time and informed that the processing has stuck due to some other issue (this was told me when i called, but not one informed me before that). He also said some lady will call me/my wife for the clarification. Till date no one has called and nothing has moved. He was suppose to revert by evening 7PM. Then onwards calls are not answered. Request to plz help resolving the same and generating proper information on the same.

                        Hi This is Sachin Kasture i am the customer of HDFC Bank Since Jan 2013. and recently i just applied for Personal Loan on 15th Oct 2014 with the help of Mr Neeraj and my Application number is 35874131 but due to some reason address verification was not done. Again i called Mr Neeraj discuss with that and he promise me he will arrange the address verification again on 29 th Oct 2014 by 2 Pm but he didnt arrange the verification on same day and now he not giving me the proper response and he not pick my call and his contact number is [protected]. this is such a pathetic behaviour from your executive, this is not tolerable from such a reputed company like HDFC

                            The Customer Identification Number (Cust ID) is a system generated Number, assigned at the time of account opening. This is unique for each individual/ Business Entity and is distinct from the number of your Account(s) with us. All Accounts held in same name/ legal capacity are linked to the common Cust ID. However, we regret our inability to communicate your Cust ID through email due to security reasons.
                            This is communicated through the Welcome Letter at the time of opening an Account or through the periodic Statements. Also, currently customer ID's are added in all reordered cheque books that are issued to the customers.
                            You can retrieve the customer ID online by following below steps :
                            Log on to our web site Select the NetBanking option and click on "Login".                               Hi, I initiated a process of buying online term plan of HDFC click 2 protect on 04/10/2015. Policy Plan - Term Plan of 1 Cr Cover Application No. - S[protected] Proposal No.[protected] Premium - Rs. 16401, I requested for cancellation of policy due to rate up and reduction of policy amount opted to 70 Lakhs and increase in premium amount on 26/10/2015 with written and signed consent via email.                                 I tried to book a ticket on 13th Sep from Delhi to Pune for Jyoti Arora with phone number [protected]. The transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account. I have already logged a complaint number hdfc[protected] but didn't received the money yet. I called on helpline the number which is always busy and after hold of 10-12 minutes sometime the call get disconnects automatically. customer care executive are also not helpful. I have already spent Rs 500 to call customer care only. on 6th Nov Customer care executive made a conference call with Goibibo where they confirmed that they received two transaction one for Pooja arora on 13th Sep at 03:58 and other for Jyoti Arora at 01:30 PM. Whereas the booking done for Jyoti Aora at 03:55 is not received by Goibibo. Received the confirmation from ibibo on mail as well. Attaching the same in this request. I am really fed up with this follow up. Can you please let me know why the refund is taking to long? The case is crystal clear. I didn't received the confirmation, GoIbibo didn't received the payment and smart buy can see three transactions done from my end. And whatever the reason is at least you should inform me with latest update. I have dropped couple of e-mails but that didn't helped as well. They keep on saying that you will get money soon.                                 Also, The transaction was of Rs 3350 which was done on 13th Sep. I didn't received the money back yet.
                                Since last 15 days I am sending a mail almost daily to customer care of smartbuy but no one is responding to my mail. I hope, I will get help on this forum to get my query resolved.

                                  I am writing here regarding miss behaviour of HDFC credit card payment collection team . I am being continuously tortured from last 5 Months and today the limits are crossed. The caller was a lady insulted me by calling me at my office landline and telling things like .. 1. Company Salary Nahi Deti He kya appko 2. You do fake commitments 3. Should I Call your Boss 4. Should I Call your HR and ask them why the payment is not getting done She even was not ready to put down phone and telling send some one to HDFC Branch and do the payment any how . When i lost my temper then she stopped the nonsense. I have received call on my company's contact number . I am not sure about the contact number from where the call came but it can be one of this as i am getting calls from this number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. The collection team have also told me many things previously as well like .. HDFC will do a legal action, I will get de rated on CIBIL ratings, I can never get credit card etc etc . FROM LAST 6 MONTHS I AM REQUESTING HDFC BANK TO GIVE ME MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN WRITTEN BUT NO ONE IS GIVING THE SAME . COLLECTION PEOPLE ARE PROVIDING ME CARD NUMBER ON SMS BUT NOT ON MAILS . I HAVE WRITTEN THE ISSUE AS WELL TO HDFC MANY TIMES BUT HAVENT GOT ANY SATISFACTORY REVERT. I have just missed my commitment of payment which i have to do on 10th November and a lady calls and insult me like any thing. I was even ready to pay all late fees and interest but i just wanted to have my CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN WRITTEN . As i have a very bad experience with HDFC bank in past as well, I have made the payment to wrong account number and HDFC have taken more then 3 months to solve the issue and at that time also i have paid all late fees and interest . I have told this story to HDFC collection team many but nobody from HDFC have helped me, on the negative side i have been continuously tortured . Now HDCF have to answer me that why I must pay of Late Fee and Interest if they are not capable enough to help me ? Are your employees are only trained to torture ? Is there any process in HDFC to help customer ?

                                    I have booked Air ticket from bangalore to new delhi for 14th oct however i called smartbuy for cancellation on 10th oct he asked me that my ticket has been cancelled and my refunded amount will be credited in to my account in 7 days, yet it has not been credited.
                                    i speak to clear trip guys(Ticket partner) for this he told me that my ticket was not cancelled, and i became shocked.
                                    This is 100% Fraud company, please do teach these guys.
