I opened a salary account in HDFC when I was in Hyderabad and ordered a credit card. I left my job after a couple of months and therefore preferred to settle all my credit card dues. In April 2014 I cleared my dues. In August, while I was in Guwahati I got a mail from HDFC to pay my dues. I tried to find my receipt but couldn't. I ignored for a first two times as I was busy with my VISA procedure. Now, after coming to Germany I again received an email from HDFC with an increased amount (penalty maybe). I tried to call HDFC helplines, customer care, etc but nothing helped. Then finally I managed to contact some authorized person who said he'd help but never got back to me. Then in March, I got an email from an advocate stating that I have to pay 7552 INR. I explained him my entire situation and he asked me for my credit card number and other details. I mailed him everything and he never replied. Now again after 8 months I get an another email form the same advocate asking me to pay 8507 INR. Kindly help me in the situation. I am studying in Germany currently and explaining them every time with an expectation to understand is really difficult. The customers shouldn't pay for the bad customer service of a Bank which are unable to keep a track of customers' payments and never bother to reply

    Provogue rolled out an offer with the HDFC bank in which any HDFC customer was eligible to buy provogue Watch/bag on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Provogue watch with the provogue order #[protected] on NOVEMBER 13, 2015 and made the payment with my HDFC Net Banking. I have sent several mails to the customer care team and the customer support number is not reachable at all. Also, I didn't receive any order status mail/call/sms nor getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email. This is the worst company service ever. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

    I placed order from Provogue on 28/11/2015 and since then no communication done from Hdfc support or Provogue customer care.Please take an action against this kind of fraud and scan activity done by Provogue.

      What an atrocious way this HDFC works, one time the credit card payment is delayed, I don't know how they get the numbers of all the family and friends and they call them and torture them for the payment. Who has given you the right to call our friends and relatives and torture them this is not acceptable at all. Just now we would have spoke to an executive and then another one calls within minutes. I really dont understand as how they work around it.

Plan HDFC SL Crest with below details. 1. on 5years have to pay (2.5LK)then your policy will be measured 10year 5.0Lk in double including extra safety covering as per terms. According we took this plan and paid from last 4 years. But now we just talked to your customer to know our status, and we shocked to get new detail which our plan is not as confirmed as above mentioned. he said after 10Yrs. measured (payable)amount will less or plus can't calculated and confirm right now. That's means our staff's cheating us to complete their target and lying with public the same scheme was took by my friends and relative at the same time and we need your reply by urgent and good compromise.           My name is vishnu kumar I am the card holder of hdfc bank. Two days ago i booked the balance transfer from sbi to hdfc and you BT cheque will take some time to update. One of your collection agent call me and shouting on me and she was force me to make the payment through cash than i told her that i already made payment through bt of sbi but she was unable to understand..now i will not make payment throug cash you should wait for bt cheque and make sure i don't want any call from your collection agent...if possible than call me tomorrow after 5:30 pm..                     I have an account with hdfc bank for 4 years and when i applied for a credit card they denied my request after few months. i checked with them for the reason never got a reply after few months i got to know that i had verification failed i visited branch and asked them my address i check they put my address which originally was A-9 sham nagar opp wah shah ji wah new delhi 18 as A-6 sham nagar oppw sham ji new delhi 18 .. i gave them my election id when i opened my account and they put the wrong address which is obviously a wrong address and they denied me on the basis of that this was their fault and they put that on me which is wrong . neeraj [protected]

I want to highlight some incident which is a cheating done to me and the companies are: 1. Divine Technologi IVR 2. dealsncity_Payzippy Description of incident: I got 1st call on 13/06/2014 on behalf of HDFC bank credit card department, HDFC bank introduce holiday package and told that they have tie up with Divine Technologi IVR for this type of package. Under this package they have offered 1. Holiday tour package for 2 Night & 3 Days at some selected location all over India along with family. 2. They have supplied Shoes, Wrist watch, Movie voucher & discount cards. They have charged Rs.7850 for this. Also please note that the items supplied were from big brands but they are not original, only stickers are pasted on the products, we have not availed movie voucher as it was invalid. Then we called them up HDFC customer care (Kolkata) for inquiry of holiday package details about hotels/ fooding etc. Again call transfered to dealsncity_Payzippy and they told that they will not charge anything just deduct some points and upgrade the tour package to 4 nights 5 days with fooding at hotels but they have deducted Rs. 11910/- as reflected in the balances. This is a total cheat on me and HDFC persons are supporting these fraud companies may be for their own benefits as all communication done through HDFC Credit Card Customer Care department kolkata. Now please tell me is Kolkata customer care services are supporting these type of fraud company? Please note that we have received calls regarding this case from following numbers: 1. Divine Technologi IVR- [protected] 2. dealsncity_Payzippy- [protected] 3. HDFC Customer care Executive - Mr. Varun Saxena- [protected] (Involved in this communication and transaction) We request you to kindly investigate as these type of fraud companies be fool customer like us.                             On 14th Nov'15, in New Alipore, Kolkata Branch, I dropped a cheque # 594302 belonging to Alipore SBI Branch, Kolkata, amounting to Rs 3, 15, 000. I dropped the cheque in the attached ATM counter cheque drop box, after completion of all documented formalities.
                            On 16th Nov'15, I met Ms Lipika, the same branch Manager, since the amount did not get credited in my account. She said to wait for 2 days for the cheque to be cleared.
                            On 21st Nov'15, I met Lipika again, as the cheque amount was yet to be credited, she made me write a detailed application, narrating the incident, for her to investigate with the Clearance Team.
                            On 23rd Nov'15, at 5 pm, I received a call from her, stating that the cheque cannot be traced and the clearance dept did not receive any cheque as such. She also said that, she can issue a no-clearance certificate from HDFC regarding the same.
                            On 24th Nov'15, I collected the same doc from the said branch.

                            But the question is, where is the cheque ? How can it disappear from a drop box which is attached with a secured branch ? How can HDFC shrug off their shoulder stating, we did not receive any such cheque ? Who will take the responsibility of the loss ?

                            I need my cheque back…Please help.

                                HDFC life had called me on 19/11/2015 regarding credit card issue. After listening to my credit eligibility they told me that they could give me a credit card against a savings deposit. I was not completely satisfied with the offer as I did not want to get a credit card against deposit. However, I later thought at home and knowing that the deposit would be against my name so no need to worry. On 20/11/2015 some representative came to my office for the following documents 1. Xerox of PAN, last six months salary slips, address proof, Voter ID and bank statements. 2. Two passport size photographs 3. A cancelled check 4. An a/c payee check for Rs. 35, 000/- in favour of HDFC My doubt is that can HDFC Life, being an Insurance wing of HDFC provide a credit card. They had got me signed on an application form which is for Insurance Policies. I have not sufficient money in my account yet. What should I do?

                                  The situation has gone completely out of hand now. I cant believe such behaviour from HDFC. A person is allowed to forget or be caught up in weddings or deaths ... and hence miss the payment date, telling the callers that you are out of town with limited access ... and hence will take a while to pay also doesnt seem to work. Inhuman. Absolutely inhuman. And the kind of language that is used. Cant even repeat it.
                                  Literally threatening and verbally abusing.
                                  I am ashamed of being your customer now HDFC. My entire family is going to withdraw all our investments and accounts and credit cards from you. this is unacceptable.

                                    Refer the form pasted below nowhere mentioned “ stop SIP (s)

                                    You don’t have a single evidence to show that why SIP (s) are not deducting month after the month, even you don’t have capability to calculate the calculation from March’15 to June ’15.

                                    Trust me Harish I will not let it go like the way you are trying to do !!

                                    There are 2 change of bank requests, namely "9608816 1" "9608816 2" and the other requests namely, "9608816 Can 1" "9608816 Can 2" "9608816 Can 3" "9608816 Can 4" "9608816 Can 5" are cancellation requests. You can find the heading as "Request for Ceasure SIP" to identify.

                                    The requests were processed on 4th May'15. The SIP date was 10th and hence there were no more debits from the Jun'15 onwards. The last debits from Myrá's account were on 11 May'15 and the SIPs were stopped within 30 days. "With effect from April-15" written on cancellation requests does not have any relevance, the debits stop within 30 days from the date the requests are processed.

                                    • You had registered 5 SIPs in the name of Myra from the account of Garima Shukla in December 2014.
                                    • Later 2 change of bank requests were received for 2 SIPs in Feb 2015, for the debit to be changed from Garima Shukla to Myra's account.
                                    • 2 SIPs were registered from April from the account of Myra [protected].
                                    • At this point, 3 SIPs were on-going from the account of Garima Shukla and 4 from that of Myra's
                                    • Then SIPs from the account of Myra were cancelled as per the request received in May'15. 5 requests were received but since only 4 SIPs were running from Myra's account, the 5th request was rejected (the communication letter is attached and was sent by CAMS, our registrar Reg_No - RT41010956IN on 28-May-15).
                                    • Thus, 3 SIPs from the account of Garima Shukla [protected] are still on-going.
                                    All the changes were processed as per the request received at our end.
                                    In case you feel there is any discrepancy, please provide us with acknowledgement/receipt of requests, so that we can take the matter forward.

                                    I have used below acronym to mark debit and respective investment which is reflected in both investments,
                                    E1 - 1st instalment in Equity Fund
                                    P1 - 1st instalment in prudence fund
                                    T1 - 1st instalment in top 200
                                    C1 - 1st instalment in capital builder
                                    B1 - 1st instalment in balanced fund
                                    G1 - 1st instalment for Garima Shukla

                                    There are two SIPs of Garima Shukla but only one has been done by HDFC BANK, in HDFC equity fund. The other debit being reflected every month from Garima Shukla's account is not under banks code, the sip was started back in 2011 and the entry has been marked by an underline for the amount debited in the statement for your reference.

                                    The debit and investment match. I hope this is what you are looking for.

                                    Till May amount was deducted from both the accounts (refer date as 10th of every month). June and July amount was deducted only from account. But it was less in Myra's SIP that is 6000 only and 3000 as my SIP which should be 1000 and 2000 respectively.

                                    Also what are AMB chages deducted from Myra's account in the month of june and july.

                                      Due to OTP in net banking direct pay for irctc website most of the time my takal ticket goes to waiting list. I know that irctc have made OTP mandatory for direct pay. But if you are keeping a service active then it should be accessible all the time without lag. Please address this problem ASAP.

                                        I had requested for redemption of my HDFC Credit Card (ending 8523) points as flollows: Date Redemption order No. Points Quantity Remarks 18/9/15 [protected] 3085 1 Philips Juicer-Citrus Already received. 18/9/15 [protected] 9900 12 Not received. Several e mails regarding this has not yielded any results. Since they could not provide the Gift vouchers for such a long time, it was suggested that Redemption may be revoked and 9900 points may be credited to my Cridit Card account. But they are reluctant to do even that. Every time I write, they reply after 3/4 days to say that give them time for 7 business days to resolve the case. But even after two months they have not done any thing. Neither they have given the Gift vouchers nor they crediting the points to my account.
