I took a personnel loan from HDFC bank for an amount of 210000 with an interest of 15%. Till now i have paid 11 EMI's with monthly emi amount of 5844. Now i want to close the Loan.As per bank process they have to charge 4% on outstanding principal amount. My outstanding principal amount = 175000. Closing charges = 4% on 175000 = 181000. But they told me to pay 189000 . I am getting frustrated with them.Please help me in this regard. My loan account number = 30451254.

      I want to officially complaint against HDFC Ankleshwar Branch employees. They haven't been able to process my credit card application for 2 months now. The form was received by them on 31st Oct & so far there is no update on the status. I keep following up with them & they give me lame excuses every single time. I am an Imperia customer & I have been assigned a RM who is just unresponsive over this. Every time I call them they come up with some or the other demand either that is around my salary slips, my aadhaar card, my pan card etc. I have been chasing these guys for over 1.5 months now & I am still unsure when it will be processed. During every conversation, I have been told that it will be processed on priority which just doesn't seem to happen. My whole family has an impreia member account with HDFC for more than 10 years now & I am highly disappointed.

        My account was zero balance account. It was salary account. Recently I changed my job and my new company does not have tie up with HDFC bank.               A fraud online transaction of Rs. 33494 was done on my credit card no. [protected] on 08.12.2015 at around 12:05 AM without any one time password or any multi layered protection. I was informed by HDFC customer care themselves through a telephonic call at that very moment that whether I myself had done this transaction. As per RBI guidelines no transaction even if it is being done through foreign portal can be done without multi layered protection. I request HDFC bank to immediately revert back this transaction or else I am prepared to take Legal action against them.

                Hi, I have a savings account with HDFC bank in Kothrud branch Pune. I wanted to close this account and since I have moved to Baner in pune so I visited the Baner branch and filled the account closer form. For which they asked to submit the account closer form to the Kothrud Branch only which is far away from my home. Then I asked them to change the branch of my account for that also they asked me to visit the Kothrud branch. This is such a poor service to customer in this age of online banking. I have transferred my ICICI bank account using my online banking only without visiting any branch and HDFC bank is asking to visit the specific branches for such small things. I am very disappointed.

                  I had this demat account with HDFC Bank for which I have submitted the closure documents to one the branch in Delhi. They refused to take the closure application in first place and told me submit the application in some other branch. They can only take application for account opening but not closure. After requesting multiple times they somehow took the application form but it is now 5 months and I have submitted the closure application 4 times to the same branch (I do not know what they did with those 4 applications).

                    Respected sir/Madam, This is reference with Loan a/c:20275223 registered under name Abhimanyu Patil paid 21 installments for the amount 40000 & 6000 remaining(3 install).but due to my fathers death(9th Nov 2014) we were in a financial crisis so the payments were undone and so were unclear about the total amount paid.I co-operated to take possession of bike to them but they are asking for nearly 20, 000 as penalty.I've also forwarded the application regarding loan settlement to HARSHAD SHINDE for 10000, but no rply till and no resolution tilll now . As of know we are not in financial situation to pay a penalty more than half of the amount disbursed. So if anyone can get through this i would be so much thankful.

                          Dear HDFC Credit Card Team, my name is Sk. Siraj Ali and Im a 10 years old customer of HDFC back. I have three account in HDFC bank including my salary account. My enrolled mobile number is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. Im using HDFC debit as well as credit card that was provided by my local HDFC bank and was satisfied with the serviced provided till last month. Couple of months back I had an issue in my HDFC refurbishment account and it got deactivated, I have visited to my nearest HDFC branch (Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata) and they have done the needful to make it activated. In that visit they advised me to upgrade my existing Credit Card with Regalia Card (Card No ending with 2210). They told me that it will be a corporate card (as Im working with Tata Consultancy Services) and I do not have to pay any charges i.e. lifetime free card. Last month (October15) I have used the card very frequently and pay the bill within the due date but I was surprised to see a Debit of Rs.2, 850.00 as credit card annual fee. This is really a worst situation and Im entirely not happy with the transaction. I have also visited the same HDFC branch and asked for the explanation and not satisfied with the answer. Requesting you to revert back the exact amount to my account ASAP and continue with a healthy business. Eagerly waiting a positive reply from you.                             From last 1 month I am receiving calls from HDFC ergo general insurance from various sites like Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi etc. however they have to call some other customers for their renewal premiums etc. but instead of this they are calling me as their customer with different names and I am getting daily 5 calls with different customer names whom they want to talk and today I got SMS also from HDFC ergo for premium renewal of 5 different customers on my mobile. I got frustrated by picking up calls on daily basis and now please resolve this issue. I guess my no. are misusing also. I want compensate also against frustration which I am going through. I can show you all sms also.

                                  Recently i have changed my residence, shifted to nearby block. I went to HDFC pitampura branch with Registered rent agreement (registered by magistrate in court) and MTNL bill copy to update my new address in my salary account . Branch staffs refused to change on these these documents but they gave a solution to open a new Linked account in Pitampura Branch and i had no option so i did it. My question is, when you can not change the existing account's address on behalf of MTNL bill or Rent Agreement, then how you can open a new account on these documents ?????? ---- Rajnish

                                    I have account in hdfc kamal kunj branch jaipur and one home loan also from Hdfc.one day I got a call from renu in kamal kunj branch for credit card and I appiled as per her instructions from that I am chasing her for the same I visited thrice to the branch but she is not responsibly fulfilling her duty and not picking call even.

                                      HDFC Life — HDFClife - Complaint - Policy No 17541478 Ref :[protected] and[protected] For more six months I have been calling HDFClife about the policy fraud/ cheating. I have written detailed emailed to [protected]@hdfclife.com but everytime I get new complaint ref nos and then no concrete response. I keep calling complaint and grievance dept but nothing has been done so far. I have given request to cancel all my policies but no response so far. I have been cheated by HDFC life Regional Manager Mumbai - Rajeev Agarwal, who called to claim bonus of your previous policy and force to open 1 more big policy with a promise to return premium back in 45 days and free insurance after that. You money goes after that. The people who are running fraud are Rajeev Agarwal : [protected] Dinesh : +[protected] Neha : [protected] The above people may have cheated many consumers using above modus operandi and hdfclife is not taking any actions against such fraud people. It's time for all people to come together and teach lessons to company like HDFC life who is encouraging their employees to cheat people everyday just for revenue collection

                                      Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [email protected] from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.

                                        I was using HDFC credit card, which validity expired on 08/15. During this period I got many phone call from HDFC to renew my card membership, but I denied every time. As I didntt wanted to use HDFC credit card further. after few days a courier came on my name, in which new credit card was there. I rejected the credit card & returned it to courier boy without signing it. Next day I got a call from HDFC, and asked about my rejection of card. I clearly told him that I don't want to renew credit card service. Now from past 3-4 months I am getting a credit card bill of some unknown number, which I am not using...this is seek.
