I had purchased HDFC life policy from HDFC Mulund east branch. Even after 2 months..I did not receive my policy. Despite several reminders and complaints nothing happened. After such a frustrating experience, I requested for cancellation of the policy and completed procedure for same. Its been more than a month but no refund yet.
