Hi I, R.Ayyappanathan had a HDFC credit card from 2009 when i was working in a MNC and earning more than 50K monthly, i had a good transaction with the bank by seeing once they also increase my limit to 1.88L from 94K on 2010. But suddenly i lost my job in Aug 2012 which made me to non payment of credit card on Aug 2014 i got a job with 15K salary this is not even manageable to survive with my family (Father, Mother, Wife, 2 Child) in a rented house. Now they harass me daily from 2013 till date to pay it immediately by sending persons to my house and even to my relatives and friends house. Even they are exceeding by using worst languages, I think you might be knowing how they will treat. on Aug 2015 i asked for statement, in which i came to know i purchased for 4.7L, paid 4.7L and outstanding of 1.3L till Aug 2012 I dont know what to do i asked the agent and explained the details but they are not ready to hear after which they harass me more I know i have to pay some interest but they ask for 3.7L to pay, when i spoke for settlement they ask me to pay 1L within one week pressurize me which i can't I need some assistance for the following 1) I purchased for 4.7L totally from the start, and I have paid 4.7L at the end of the Aug 2012 (when I stopped the payment). what should i do now a) How much i need to pay b) I need time will they provide for me to arrange money since with my present salary i can't pay c) How to stop this harassment now d) What are other details you need

    This is to certify that my brother Somasundaram Thyagarajan is no longer staying with us – he went into a state of depression after my mother was admitted to hospital last month. He left the house one day and has not returned. Further it seems Somasundaram Thyagarajan has taken a personal loan and credit card from HDFC bank and there are some outstandings on the same. Myself and my family are being bothered by the collection agents of the bank – I would like to explicitly state that neither me nor my wife or any other family member have not stood as a guarantor / surety to any debts of Somasundaram Thyagarajan and we are not legally liable to pay anything to anybody for debts incurred by Somasundaram Thyagarajan in his personal capacity. If me and my family continue to be bothered by any collection agent for any loan or credit card taken by Somasundaram Thyagarajan I would be constrained to proceed legally against the said collection agency as well as HDFC Bank.       Hello All, Just now I had a conversation with the customer support executive (Mr.Karthik) regarding an Issue, but the call has ended up like taking an decision to cancel the card. Here follows the scenario, I have called up the bangalore customer care number and verified my card details, date of birth on IVRS, but again the executive has made me to tell my card number, date of birth, billing address, pin-code everything over the call. when i asked him why do he require the details over voice when i have authenticated them over IVRS. For this he has given me a blunt reply saying when the call is waiting for more than 10 mins i have to authenticate again, but when i have checked my call duration it is running around 3 mins. When i have asked him against the security of telling the secured information over the call, he simply answered me saying it is not a big issue and we can say. If it is not a big problem then why the IVRS is required, people can tell the card number over voice. When i was frustrated with his terrific and misguiding answers, he then asked me how can he help me, then i said i want to cancel my card, for this he did not ask me the reason behind, i have received a terrific answer saying, "take a white paper and write a letter to the head of cards section and post my card and it will be cancelled with in 4-5 days". Might be HDFC is vexed with its customers base and want to reduce the number of customers with this poor quality of customer support and misguiding answers. I am writing this review so that others know the pain before opting this card and will not be in soup.

        I booked a phone Motorola G3 phone from FLIPKART on 13th Sep 2015 worth Rs. 12999/- on EMI with HDFC bank Credit Card for 12 months. Since it was taking time to deliver I cancelled my order on 15 Sep 2015 by calling FLIPKART customer care and asked them to reverse my amount in source payment that is my HDFC credit card account. On the same day I got a message from HDFC BANK that my transaction of Rs.12999/- is reversed. When my statement for Sep-2015 got generated on 18th Sep 2015, they reversed my Rs. 12999/- with 18th Sep 2015 as reversal date and also charged 1st month EMI(1020.22(principal)+140.82(interest)+19.78(Service Tax)) in the same statement. In my next month's statement, they added 12999 minus (1'st month principal in EMI) equal to 11978.78/- as debit transaction. My concern is that when my transaction is reversed before the statement date, how can they charge interest+service tax to me. When I am calling on phonebanking they are saying that Interest+Service Tax cannot be reversed. Please help me out here.

        I have an existing ref. no. TTU[protected] already. Please solve the problem.

I have applied for personnel loan in Dec 14..My loan account no is 30691634 Loan amount is 236000.00.That time 15.85% interest rate was told to me.After paying 10 installments, I could be known that my interest rate is 18.25%.Thereafter i complaint to Bank manager, but i could get positive response.
          There is no prossessing fee for defence personnel, but approx Rs 5500.00 have been charged to me.

            I have settled the Cr card amount and HDFC recoryteam Patil/Nithin have accepted post settlement, but now they are sending mails and sms saying that the settlement is not valid, i have paid the exe and HDFC was to give me a waiver and they hv taken the amount from my saving A/C, now some one grievance team says its not valid when HDFC recovery team has confirmed. They are just trying to cheat customer even after paying such huge amount. just to inform that the card was only used once in 2013 and after that till now i am paying. and they have charged some hidden charges and have no clue where i have ended up paying almost double the amount. Can some one have this viewed and take it up will he helpful. As i am sure there are 100000 like me who are facing similar situations.
            i have written mails to the recovery team and they done respond and fail to communicate to the grievance team. then they will have this as a chance to cheat customer and get more money

              I have raised a query but there is no response from them. When ever I call them for converting my transaction to EMI, they are replying that offer is not available. I don't understand why they are complicating things like this. we working people are buying credit cards thinking that we can pay back using EMI for purchased products. But these people made it has offer with intimating the customers. Now I'm suffering alot to pay debt because of their irresponsibility.

                Personal Loan I settled my HDFC personal loan on 2014 with bounce charges. Now days I want to transfer my Fullertron loan to HDFC bank, I submitted all required document. I am also exiting customer of HDFC Bank (Salary A/C) But Loan Department said that you are not eligible, the reason is I am not paid bounce charges of HDFC. Before making payment of bounce charges, telecaller told me that if I u not paid bounce charges, it make problem in future loan purpose. After few days HDFC person make call & told me that they settled my bounce charges, I can take loan from HDFC after 3 months. Now I have question that I apply after one & half year how they give me above reason. They not maintained coordination with their department. Mahesh Parab [protected]

                  I have made the transaction with IRCTC on[protected] for Rs.776.63. As seen from the statement it was billed twice and only one transaction was successful and the other transaction was declined for which I filed a Dispute form and on that I received a reply that the transaction was successful through IRCTC. But the other transaction for Rs.776.63 was declined and was not proved a successful transaction from their end. In my statement it was billed twice and debited twice on same date[protected] for Rs.776.63 for which I again claim a dispute and not liable to pay for which it is not a successful transaction.

                    Hi, I m Bharat pophale. A businessman. I taken loan for business. I paid my EMI regularly. due to some problems I can't pay my EMI regularly. Bt siddhi business solutions the agency committed herresement to me and my family. The executive mr. Parshuram bhosale his ID card no. pARS130874 unethically giving trouble.now that loan seems a burden to me. And after pay this loan I will also close my account from this bank. In my business group I suggest to everyone don't take loan from HDFC bank.

                      i want to inform you that i have a bike Loan A/C[protected], i am facing ECS problem regularly. last month as per commitment of your Executive i have got above 50% waiver in Bouncing charges and i was paid balance amount with EMI amount total Rs.3511/- but till date in my loan statement no any waiver are showing and when I TALK TO ANJU GUPTA THEN SHE BLAME ME FOR IT AND SAY ABOUT SHOW THE LETTER OF WAIVER WHEN I MAIL THE WAIVER LETTER AND TALK VERY ANGRY WHEN I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR RUDELY TAKING THEN SHE THREAT ME THAT DON'T CALL NEXT TIME AT THIS NUMBER[protected].
                      this type of executive can down your market value because they don't know about public dealing. my ECS of this month already returned due to technical reason and i have request for waiver letter of bouncing charges because in my sbi account balance are sufficient. if you will see my track record then you will find that my payment done very month so there are no any payment issue but if you want recover your loan amount with same types executive then you will loss your market reputation.

                        I m parina barot and I have bank account with HFC alkapuri Baroda branch.. Here its a case.. I didn't withdraw money from ATM then too its showing withdrawal from ATM. Withdrawal of money 6 times Rs.2000 rs and 1 time 5000 rs. Debit card was with me all the time and i have not done this transaction the who withdraw this money ? how would I withdraw such amount like this way. If I want to withdraw money then I will will draw 15000 lump sum .. Why would I withdraw 2000 six times .. And one time 5000rs. HDFC is big fraud bank .. They says transaction has done so we will not refund money back... ATM card was with me and nobody knows my debit cards pin number then too who withdraw money from my bank ...that's surprising.. HDFC people also not helping us .. They are very rude and not replying back ..HOpe less people Hopeless bank [protected]@gmail.com

                          Hello Sir, I had an issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges, Initially when we did not have Demat account they force us and create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged 855.00/-.. This is very bad. And I have never used the Demat till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would have communicated that i have not been using and will charged then I would have closed the account.                               Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Vidya Nand Thakur and I am HDFC Credit card since last 4 years and I have purchased some electronic product and I always pay Minimum balance to the bank, till date I paid 3 times more money then my outstanding amout but bank never reduce those payment from my Oustanding amount, the outstanding amount remain same so I descided to not pay from this month (Oct, 2015) after due date I got a call from HDFC bank excutive Mr. Sharma from Rajokri Banch, He never disclose his full name. I did not attand the phone calls because I was sleeping I had a night shift earlier that day so my spouce took the call and Mr. Sharma Harashing her a lot and using amusing language.                                 Today (22 oct 2015) received a call from [protected] and the person is said he is Hemant ahuja from new delhi, naravihar,

                                And was asking about my credit card details seems to be a fraud because i don't hod any credit card and i have never used one too. i tried calling back that number but i am not getting and ring and call is getting disconnected.

                                Please look into the matter before some one gets into his forgery.

Sir my issue is I have not received any policy bond from your side in between this period. I have already contact hdfc customer care bt no any solution to him.
