Hi, I initiated a process of buying online term plan of HDFC click 2 protect on 04/10/2015. Policy Plan - Term Plan of 1 Cr Cover Application No. - S[protected] Proposal No.[protected] Premium - Rs. 16401, I requested for cancellation of policy due to rate up and reduction of policy amount opted to 70 Lakhs and increase in premium amount on 26/10/2015 with written and signed consent via email. Thereafter continuously doing follow up with helpdesk to get my refund amount, as confirmed by helpdesk agent i have not received refund amount as of today 14/11/2015 almost 40 days...

    I tried to book a ticket on 13th Sep from Delhi to Pune for Jyoti Arora with phone number [protected]. The transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account. I have already logged a complaint number hdfc[protected] but didn't received the money yet. I called on helpline the number which is always busy and after hold of 10-12 minutes sometime the call get disconnects automatically. customer care executive are also not helpful. I have already spent Rs 500 to call customer care only. on 6th Nov Customer care executive made a conference call with Goibibo where they confirmed that they received two transaction one for Pooja arora on 13th Sep at 03:58 and other for Jyoti Arora at 01:30 PM. Whereas the booking done for Jyoti Aora at 03:55 is not received by Goibibo. Received the confirmation from ibibo on mail as well. Attaching the same in this request. I am really fed up with this follow up. Can you please let me know why the refund is taking to long? The case is crystal clear. I didn't received the confirmation, GoIbibo didn't received the payment and smart buy can see three transactions done from my end. And whatever the reason is at least you should inform me with latest update. I have dropped couple of e-mails but that didn't helped as well. They keep on saying that you will get money soon. Attaching the whole mail communication.

    Also, The transaction was of Rs 3350 which was done on 13th Sep. I didn't received the money back yet.
    Since last 15 days I am sending a mail almost daily to customer care of smartbuy but no one is responding to my mail. I hope, I will get help on this forum to get my query resolved.

      I am writing here regarding miss behaviour of HDFC credit card payment collection team . I am being continuously tortured from last 5 Months and today the limits are crossed. The caller was a lady insulted me by calling me at my office landline and telling things like .. 1. Company Salary Nahi Deti He kya appko 2. You do fake commitments 3. Should I Call your Boss 4. Should I Call your HR and ask them why the payment is not getting done She even was not ready to put down phone and telling send some one to HDFC Branch and do the payment any how . When i lost my temper then she stopped the nonsense. I have received call on my company's contact number . I am not sure about the contact number from where the call came but it can be one of this as i am getting calls from this number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. The collection team have also told me many things previously as well like .. HDFC will do a legal action, I will get de rated on CIBIL ratings, I can never get credit card etc etc . FROM LAST 6 MONTHS I AM REQUESTING HDFC BANK TO GIVE ME MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN WRITTEN BUT NO ONE IS GIVING THE SAME . COLLECTION PEOPLE ARE PROVIDING ME CARD NUMBER ON SMS BUT NOT ON MAILS . I HAVE WRITTEN THE ISSUE AS WELL TO HDFC MANY TIMES BUT HAVENT GOT ANY SATISFACTORY REVERT. I have just missed my commitment of payment which i have to do on 10th November and a lady calls and insult me like any thing. I was even ready to pay all late fees and interest but i just wanted to have my CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN WRITTEN . As i have a very bad experience with HDFC bank in past as well, I have made the payment to wrong account number and HDFC have taken more then 3 months to solve the issue and at that time also i have paid all late fees and interest . I have told this story to HDFC collection team many but nobody from HDFC have helped me, on the negative side i have been continuously tortured . Now HDCF have to answer me that why I must pay of Late Fee and Interest if they are not capable enough to help me ? Are your employees are only trained to torture ? Is there any process in HDFC to help customer ?

        Hi,
        I have booked Air ticket from bangalore to new delhi for 14th oct however i called smartbuy for cancellation on 10th oct he asked me that my ticket has been cancelled and my refunded amount will be credited in to my account in 7 days, yet it has not been credited.
        i speak to clear trip guys(Ticket partner) for this he told me that my ticket was not cancelled, and i became shocked.
        This is 100% Fraud company, please do teach these guys.

            Hi All, I have applied a Personal loan of 5L from HDFC Bank on 17th Oct 2015. My Application No is 35723484. After submitting all the required documents, I didn't get any response till 4th Nov 2015. Then I called the Bank guy named Parvez. He told someone will come to my home on 10th Nov 2015 for verification. I took leave from office for that but no one came on that day. After that Parvez([protected]) and his manager Rajendra Rawat(Relationship Manager of my loan) ([protected]) stopped picking my call. I am not getting any response where they promised the loan will be credited within 21st Oct 2015. My request is please investigate and let me know. If you are not able to avail the loan then please cancel my request so that I can get it from other bank or organisation. Please help me as soon as possible.               I have paid my HDFC credit card bill through ICICI mobile app on 28th October. But amount is not credited in my HDFC credit account. Then I raised this issue with ICICI Bank & as per ICICI Bank payment is successful to HDFC with payment ID[protected].
              Even after raising this issue with HDFC bank, they have generated the bill with all late payment charges & not crediting the amount even after receiving the same with payment ID[protected].

                Sir, I took a personal loan of Rs. 50000 from HDFC Bank on October 2015(Loan a/c No.[protected].The Bank employee asked me to get one ECS mendate form signed by the SBI (Beltola Branch of Guwahati) for EMI deduction of Rs.4530 for 14 months with first EMI due on 7.11.2015.
                Accordingly I had got the form signed and the Bank employee took it to get it deposited through their office. I was not given any paper in support of loan.

                I actually heard that usually there was a regular practice of the Banks that make first EMI miss. I had the experience of such miss for EMI of LICH with SBI.

                When I enquired I found that my account of SBI did not receive any ECS mendate from HDFC.On enquiry HDFC bank employees informed that please wait a few more days since ECS mendate is sent from central office.

                Now since I got a message from HDFC that I missed my EMI because of non-receipt of ECS mendate, I have to apply fresh pay around Rs.700 more and wait.

                My question is can RBI officials help me since this is not my fault.

                  This is regarding my Hdfc credit card, due to my bad financial condition I have not been able to pay my outstanding balance since March 2015.Because of this my outstanding amount of around[protected] has gone up to more than 250000. I have always intended to pay my card dues but have not been able to do, so I have offered the bank settlement which they have refused as I don't have money to pay them. Hdfc has been threatening me almost every 4-5 days calling up my relatives as well which is against the RBI guidelines. Kindly help in this matter.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                    I've been trying in vain to get HDFC for spread conversion on my home loan account.

                    After having called their Helpdesk once and their JP Nagar branch twice, their promises of emailing me the spread conversion form never materialized.

                    Then I received an email from a representative from the Electronics City branch, which is where I had opened the loan account. I told him about the sheer indifference with which HDFC has dealt with my requests. He immediately sent me the form and the address where I should send the form.

                    I sent the signed form and a cheque on 3rd Nov via MSK Worldwide consignment #[protected]. I called the Electronics City branch of HDFC to inquire about the courier and a lady picked up the phone (usually nobody picks up their listed numbers).
                    The person who had contacted me was on leave and the Branch Head was out for lunch. I inquired about the courier and the lady told me they hadn't received it. This lady, whenever she receives the call, always wants to end the conversation in a hurry without any hint of offering help to customers.

                    I just now check with MSK Worldwide and the courier was delivered on 4th Nov.

                    For some reason, HDFC is delaying conversion of spread on my loan account.

                    I would like to sue these chaps and would like some advice on how to go about this.

                    Note: I have shamed HDFC on social media but they have been completely shameless there too, with no sense o[censored]rgency or being helpful.

                          We were misguided and cheated by a manager named Pradeep varshney in sec 34 branch of hdfc, i am extremely agitated by hdfc and need support from hdfc in closing my accounts opened on false promises by Pradeep Varshney. Please send me executive with closing forms which i can fill and handover back to the branch. The cheater person from hdfc bank email id is: pradeep.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. Any further harassment or cheating from hdfc will results in closing our other family accounts with customer id 5089771 and 41037198..and also my complain to banking ombudsman. I demand severe action on pradeep ; his email (pradeep.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) by hdfc bank authorities for misbehavior and telling false commitments to open accounts and taking money from us which he has not returned.. I will also raise an F.I.R against hdfc bank manager if i do not get my money in one week. I have 10 years old relationship with hdfc bank but Pradeep Varshney has spoilt it..

                            Need to close my HDFC Credit card and for that, i have called HDFC customer care, however he denied to take my request and asked me to write a letter to there one of the office in chennai... I requested him to take my request online as other banks do.. but rejected my request very rudely...

                                Hi All, I got multiple calls from the HDFC credit card department to take the credit card. I submitted my documents. I got a card which was not promised to me. I was told that I will get Rs. 2500 reward points.I got a card in June, 2015. I also have a letter which came along with the credit card stating that Welcome benefit of 2500 points i.e. Rs. 2500 will be given. I called the agent who sold the card to me and she mentioned that I should call the customer care service number to get those points. I called multiple times to the customer care number also spoke to the manager and was informed that I was misinformed by the sales representative and that they would send a complain to the marketing team and will get back to me. They never got back to me. I had mentioned even then that I am not going to use this card and want to return it. I have never used that card at all from the time I received it from June 2015 till Date. One day I get a message from HDFC bank i.e on 3rd November that a payment of Rs. 10579 was made via smart pay is successful. I have not authorised the HDFC bank to activate smartpay on the card. I have not signed any document or online activation for smartpay on my LIC account. They cheated me while collecting documents that they need a proof that I have an LIC and if at all I make any LIC payment using card my card will become free for life time. I got the card in June and since then the smartpay was not activated and all of a sudden I get a message that the amount has been paid. This is fraud as I have not authorised any smartpay to HDFC. I called HDFC call center number on 3rd November to register a complain against it and the floor manager "Sonu" mentioned that they don't have any authorization from my side and it is a mistake from their side. He also mentioned that they will file a refund with LIC and the amount will not be charged to me. I am concerned as if this amount reflects in my statement my CIBIL score will get affected. I have been assured by the manager that he will process a refund and it will not be added in the statement.

                                Hi All,

                                I have not yet received any resolution from HDFC. Their manager called me, however, to let me know that it will take more time for them to investigate.

                                I had very categorically mentioned that till the issue is not resolved, I shouldn't be billed that amount as it will affect and CBIL score, however, HDFC did exactly opposite. I have received a bill for the amount which was unauthorised by me. I will not bear the brunt of it.

                                The manager said that I would have signed some document at the time of application, however, I haven't. If I had, then why my earlier payments didn't go why only one payment went in Nov, when I got card in July. the smart pay usually goes on the due date, as mentioned by the manager who called me, but my payment if authorised by me didn't go on the due date, it was almost a month late.

                                I am annoyed by this behaviour of all the people I have interacted with.

It is my third month with the Bank. I did not get even a single amount as my salary. My HR Mr. Pranay is a very high attitude person he don't respond me my call whenever I asked him for my salary. My BM is of other mind. He don't know what a new employee needs... I had such a very bad experience in my life ever .I'll suggest you never to join this brand. There is no care of employees

                                    Deduction on my salary account without my knowledge

                                    Hi, This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 566.42 has been debited on 29 Oct 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about "DEPOSITORY CHARGES SEP[protected]" with regards to my demat account. I have never used this account. When the account was opened, bank executive told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. Kindly help...

                                      My account with Hdfc bank boat club in pune. My salary was hold for the payment regarding to credit card. How bank was hold my payment. As I settled my card. One payment is done for my side. Another is pending. But my full salary was hold. I m not survive without salary. This is serious issue. If my salary was not released I m gona finished my life. And all blame the Hdfc bank. Plz resolve my issue as early as possible.
