Hdfc bank located in khar west.Hdfc bank they have checked my eligibility and assure me that am eligible for credit card and collected all my documents(Xerox).Now after few days I have received letter from the bank that am not eligible for the credit card. I have buying HDFC term plan in 20 sep 2015.but due to some technical issue application was not generated but payment (amount of 3546 rs) was deducted in my icici account.i have already forwarded my request to cancellation my policy by mail in 24 sep 2015.but they are responding your policy in cancellation mode and pls wait 7 to 8 working days.

Depository charges deducted from my account on 11 sep 2015 but I do not have any dmat account.
