Are you seriously mad Mr Harish or same you are trying to make me fool : it’s clearly mentioned that this is “ stop the auto debit of Rs. 2000 from my bank HDFC bank account no ..so nd so… with effect from April’15”

Refer the form pasted below nowhere mentioned “ stop SIP (s)

You don’t have a single evidence to show that why SIP (s) are not deducting month after the month, even you don’t have capability to calculate the calculation from March’15 to June ’15.

Trust me Harish I will not let it go like the way you are trying to do !!


I need the answer else my next mail will go to Government authority.

And by the way thanks for referring me “Dear Mr. Singh “ instead of “Dear Sir” I can understand .

Dear Mr. Singh

There are 2 change of bank requests, namely "9608816 1" "9608816 2" and the other requests namely, "9608816 Can 1" "9608816 Can 2" "9608816 Can 3" "9608816 Can 4" "9608816 Can 5" are cancellation requests. You can find the heading as "Request for Ceasure SIP" to identify.

The requests were processed on 4th May'15. The SIP date was 10th and hence there were no more debits from the Jun'15 onwards. The last debits from Myrá's account were on 11 May'15 and the SIPs were stopped within 30 days. "With effect from April-15" written on cancellation requests does not have any relevance, the debits stop within 30 days from the date the requests are processed.

Do you really think, the papers you have been attached are carrying the correct info ?? tell me honestly pl.
 As per your attached record NO single paper carrying where in I have ask you to STOP / WITHDRAWL any SIP.
 Date is mentioned for April’15 : ideally is should be applicable from next month ( may ) onwards as per the norms how could be possible from the same month .
 And what happened to April ’15 onwards – May –June- July-August –Sept etc month.
Any of wise man can tell me what they understood with the paper attached v/s my querry.

2. The address in the folio is captured from KYC (identified on the basis of PAN) which was already updated. Please refer to the attachment (KYC Doc) for your reference. The entry date is[protected], made by CVL. In case of minor, Guardian's PAN is considered. As said in earlier mail, the communication letter was sent by CAMS, our registrar by registered post, Reg_No - RT41010956IN on 28-May-15. In case your address has changed, please update at your earliest convenience.
3. The documents are already attached for your reference. In case you have provided more documents, please provide acknowledgment.

Absolutely are unable to rectify my points raised by me :
1. How come 5 SIPs comes down to 4 and then 3? Could you pl share with me that request / application where is client have got signed
2. Attached doc not relevant at all because mentioned address is wrong and this is your internal paper which will not delivered to us, if yes pl share the detail . its written “with ref to your application “ I haven’t raise any application .. you must have does some communication with client via mail or letter can you pl share this or the application form where on I have signed?
3. You are saying “ all the changes were proceed as per the request” – may I request you to pl share all request with client : as this is the matter of someone is playing with the clients documents with in your company and it’s the case of confidential privacy
4. And that I know my 3 SIPs are ongoing that you don’t need to tell me pl
5. answers to my querry are satisfactory till the time you will not share the with me actual papers

Dear Sir
• You had registered 5 SIPs in the name of Myra from the account of Garima Shukla in December 2014.
• Later 2 change of bank requests were received for 2 SIPs in Feb 2015, for the debit to be changed from Garima Shukla to Myra's account.
• 2 SIPs were registered from April from the account of Myra [protected].
• At this point, 3 SIPs were on-going from the account of Garima Shukla and 4 from that of Myra's
• Then SIPs from the account of Myra were cancelled as per the request received in May'15. 5 requests were received but since only 4 SIPs were running from Myra's account, the 5th request was rejected (the communication letter is attached and was sent by CAMS, our registrar Reg_No - RT41010956IN on 28-May-15).
• Thus, 3 SIPs from the account of Garima Shukla [protected] are still on-going.
All the changes were processed as per the request received at our end.
In case you feel there is any discrepancy, please provide us with acknowledgement/receipt of requests, so that we can take the matter forward.

We discussed on the following points but I haven’t received any updates from your side..

• How SIPs will gets reduced by 5 to 4 and then 4 to 3 : route chart required for this .. was that manual error done by your team or what?
• Who will be responsible for this damage and what about my investments not being completed because of your fault??
• Pl share the communication route by which you or MF Team being informed me that do I have any kind of request.
• As per my knowledge it change of accounts but was never change of SIPs, pl answer.

Kindly share the detail and plan of action : as discussed .

Gentleman, Hitesh is not having any concern with this … it’s all your fault you have only been confirmed to me in our last meeting very confidently that all SIP’s are streamlined and deductions are as per norms or process then why these investments are happening properly. Pl answer my this querry.

Rest I have already been informed to Hitesh for the closure of my entire portfolio with HDFC ( bank/MF) post getting this shorted out.

The investments made were through HDFC Bank and your concern regarding debit and investment mismatch was addressed in earlier mail, the details sent to Hitesh and you. If you want I can provide you with trail mail reflecting the same.

I wish to inform you that the first time we met was after you had raised the issue. I had come along with Hitesh. You had asked for an explanation and since the investment was made in HDFC MF Schemes (through HDFC Bank), I had provided with the answer to Hitesh and later forwarded to you on insistence of Hitesh.

Please find attached the scanned copy.

I am on tour to Chhindwara so cannot reach you personally. The attachment includes both mutual fund statement and hdfc bank account statement for Garima Shukla And Myra.

I have used below acronym to mark debit and respective investment which is reflected in both investments,
E1 - 1st instalment in Equity Fund
P1 - 1st instalment in prudence fund
T1 - 1st instalment in top 200
C1 - 1st instalment in capital builder
B1 - 1st instalment in balanced fund
G1 - 1st instalment for Garima Shukla

There are two SIPs of Garima Shukla but only one has been done by HDFC BANK, in HDFC equity fund. The other debit being reflected every month from Garima Shukla's account is not under banks code, the sip was started back in 2011 and the entry has been marked by an underline for the amount debited in the statement for your reference.

The debit and investment match. I hope this is what you are looking for.

Till May amount was deducted from both the accounts (refer date as 10th of every month). June and July amount was deducted only from account. But it was less in Myra's SIP that is 6000 only and 3000 as my SIP which should be 1000 and 2000 respectively.

Also what are AMB chages deducted from Myra's account in the month of june and july.

    Due to OTP in net banking direct pay for irctc website most of the time my takal ticket goes to waiting list. I know that irctc have made OTP mandatory for direct pay.       I had requested for redemption of my HDFC Credit Card (ending 8523) points as flollows: Date Redemption order No. Points Quantity Remarks 18/9/15 [protected] 3085 1 Philips Juicer-Citrus Already received. 18/9/15 [protected] 9900 12 Not received. Several e mails regarding this has not yielded any results. Since they could not provide the Gift vouchers for such a long time, it was suggested that Redemption may be revoked and 9900 points may be credited to my Cridit Card account. But they are reluctant to do even that. Every time I write, they reply after 3/4 days to say that give them time for 7 business days to resolve the case. But even after two months they have not done any thing. Neither they have given the Gift vouchers nor they crediting the points to my account.

          Hello,

          I have purchased HDFC ergo policy on my credit card. I got a call from HDFC bank, and asked me to buy a policy worth Rs 11231, for 2 years on credit card and they said if I want to cancel the policy I can cancel it anytime within 15 days of receiving the policy and full amount will be refunded.

          I requested for its cancelation, few days after buying the policy. Now they are saying they will refund around 4000 Rs. as 7500 is deducted for some service charge, courier and processing fees.

          They are torturing me and forcing me to not to cancel the policy. They are not even ready to listen and their customer care executive are so rude. They are saying ki "Its your mistake that you bought the policy". I mean WTF, they dont keep their words and how can they blame customer.

            I booked flight ticket through smartbuy (Goibibo.com) on 20 October 2015 for the journey date 15 November 2015.

            I made cancellation on 12 November 2015 by Goibibo.com and they sent me confirmation mail for the same and initiated the refund process.

            I forwarded the mail to [protected]@smartbuyoffers.co for further procedure but didn't get my money.

            And I am very much frustrated with the costumer care service of HDFC smartbuy. Its worst service provider.

I lost my credit card 3 years back when i was shifting from North to east and i dont have credit card number at present neither i m in phone banking with HDFC bank. for this i contacted many times in HDFC call centre and they ask me to route thru HDFC branch, when i visited HDFC branch they asked me to contact call centre. Please help me, may be you can find me in the defaulter list of HDFC credit card.                 This is really too much. For 73.5 k INR charging 3k as POS and other fees.
                I would like to cancel my account where the bank is levying too much of all these such of transaction and losing hard earned money

                  I have owned the HDFC credit card since 2010. My credit card bill of some 20k was due on the 10th of nov. I was unable to make the payment due to the festive season and also being out of town for work. Now this week I have received not less than 10 calls everyday. The calls come at any time. I am unable to attend my meetings. If I cut the call, they call repeatedly till I pick up. If I block the no I start getting calls from other no.

                  I have told them nicely and then later in anger that I will be making the payment soon but this doesnt seem to be enough. They use abusive and derogatory language. And humiliate you to the extent that no human should be humiliated.

                  I wish to now have no association with HDFC. Despite the fact that I have repeated investment in the bank, such behaviour is just unforgivable.

                  Make sure you deal with a better bank when you take a credit card etc. because even 5 years of no delay in cc payment wont help.

                  The situation has gone completely out of hand now. I cant believe such behaviour from HDFC. Look at the image. Its only 22k and payment due on 7/11/15. A person is allowed to forget or be caught up in weddings or deaths ... and hence miss the payment date. telling the callers that you are at a funeral ... and hence will take a while to pay also doesnt seem to work. Inhuman. Absolutely inhuman. And the kind of language that is used. Cant even repeat it.

                  I am ashamed of being your customer now HDFC. My entire family is going to withdraw all our investments and accounts and credit cards from you. this is unacceptable.
                  Totally agree with you same is happening with me and no one from HDFC even cares.
                  Making situation worse Person responsible literally threatens that he will make you pay.

                  HDFC Bank is the worst.
                  Public Relation officer are worthless in term of taking action against it.
                  Shame on such a Bank.

                    I had submitted all my documents on 4th Nov'2015 and I was promised that I will get my credit card in 5-6 working days. The application no. is CC24919969 under r REF NO. [protected]W1. Though I had submitted all the documents required the bank did not issue my card. I got no communication from the bank except a message that I am supposed to reply to a letter. No letter was posted to my mailing address. I have been calling the assigned managers from the bank regarding this but they never receive the call. I am mentally traumatized by the behavior of the bank. I am supposed to travel on Monday i.e. 23rd November and I do not have any financial security for my foreign trip. If the company was not able to issue the card on time they should have denied it earlier itself.

                    I request the bank to compensate for the trauma they have caused to me and issue my credit card on time to me

                      Hi, I took term policy by hdfc life under click2protect plan. I applied for it in the month of sept. The policy reference numbers is 17824584 respectively.I underwent the medical tests suggested by hdfc life and the reports came clear. I have dust allergy but i dont undergo any treatment or take any medicine. It is a normal thing. I mentioned both this thing in the policy documents. Ever since then I get calls atleast 2 times a day, almost everyday.Further to it, i filled another questionnaire clearly mentioning that i dont have any problem and even the medical tests that they conducted came clear, but the calls didnt stop there. They keep asking me for filling the questionnaire that i already filled and for the medicine prescription that i dont even have(coz i am not under any medical treatment!!!) I finally had to say that please cancel my policy but they arent even giving the full refund. I want to get rid of this continuous tension and mental harassment.

He said that he has my PAN card and will track me down since I have complained against him for not giving salary. I have recorded that phone call. I am very scared and want legal help. Please advise.

                          My name is Rhythm Shah. The account opening form didn't say about charges for SMS Alerts and hence I opted for that and now, I was charged Rs 17.10 for SMS alerts and DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST was also applied for Rs 27.47 when I only swiped once at a Local Restaurant in past 2 weeks. It was applied earlier too. I emailed HDFC asking if I can use the card at an international PoS as I was already in Australia and I received a reply saying I can use but when I did, the tranx was declined. I went at the home branch asking for the details and while I was waiting in the queue, the guy at the counter was accepting passbooks from people who just entered. When I asked that guy that we're in queue too, he gave ma an angry look and then when I asked about my queries, he was being rude and I was told 'why hassle for Rs 20-30'. It's the money we earn by working hard. I haven't heard any other bank charging for swiping debit cards. I know you guys have charges for swiping at petrol pump and such places but also a local restaurant? I'm not happy with HDFC services.

                            Hi, I am writing this to put the hardships we employees undergo in hdfc bank I work. I am made to sit late at office around 10pm sometimes more. I am not paid any incentives, no conveyance charges, also sent out to do business but without conveyance charges I find it hard to manage. The seniors behavior is also not good he keeps shouting at every staff if there is a lack of business and forcefully make us put our money into the business. This is the case of every employee if this was my case alone then I would have left but leaving the organization doesn't save the others please help us regarding this issue. If we were to work extra hours then make sure we earn additional wages for it. Thank you

                              I am an Indian citizen residing overseas and I have a resident bank account with HDFC bank. I want to update my mobile number to overseas number as I am unable to perform transactions due to OTP being sent to my old number. When I sent a request to customer care, they didn't process the request saying my signature didn't match with bank records. But this cannot be the dead end and there must be some work around for this problem. I have sent additional documents such as passport, driving licence and Aadhaar card but they are not ready to process the request just because of the signature. I have around 5 Lakh rupees in my account and I need it to be transferred immediately for my college admission process. HDFC bank cannot be so inconsiderate to my request as I have provided all other details to corroborate my identity. I am highly disappointed with the customer service and I need my mobile number updated as soon as possible as that is the only savings I have.

                                Hi, Yesterday[protected] i received my credit card and i got one otp code for generating new pin for credit card. But something problem in your machine and i could not able create new pin. I tried to create new pin again but it showing you already verified your card. I called your customer care regarding this issue. One of your executive said she will give request for new otp again. Still i didn't received otp.                                   With due respect I want to put this in your kind consideration that I am from Ghaziabad(U.P) . I have come across a fraud in a HDFC ATM on 23rd September 2015. I reside in Shipra Suncity society of Indirapuram Ghaziaabad.There is an ATM outside the society gate no. 3. I visited to withdraw money on 23rd september from my ICICI bank debit card.

                                  It was around 9:00 am I entered in ATM. There was no guard outside ATM. I entered my card it got hanged after entering of PIN. I tried so many times but it couldnt come out. i called on HDFC customer care but they said that as the card belongs to ICICI bank, we cant do anything. I was very upset as I had to catch a flight in some time that day. I called my husband. we tried to make card blocked but before that Rs. 40, 000 and Rs. 10000 amount were withdrawn from my account around 9:18 am. It was my first salary.

                                  I am so upset as it was a big amount I dnt knw whom to approach, who will give my money back, who will help me, as a helpless citizen of I am just waiting.

                                  Sir can you please help me regarding this ? I will be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.

                                  Now it has been confirmed fromthe CCTV footage that tampering was done with that machine now who is responsible for my loss. please help me in getting my money back.

                                    I took a credit card in June 2015 from HDFC bank. Upon receiving the card they said that with the card comes an insurance policy from HDFC ERGO.I denied taking it but was insisted to take it up. They made me say that 'I want this policy to be started' over phone calls made from Delhi and other regions. The first Agent identified herself as Pratima Barua from HDFC bank from kolkata 700001(as she said) with phone number [protected] . She said that the policy is for 2 years but we will deactivate it after 6 months for you i.e. I have to pay for 6 months and I will get the amount of 6 months, back on the 7th month.I have already paid it for 6 months . Now when I called on that number ([protected]), it doesn't get connected. I am really worried as I have no one to contact to . Moreover, similar complaints have been posted in the web. Who will I have to reach in case the 7h EMI is deducted? Why does an Organization like HDFC have to fool customers and sell their products forcefully .

                                    I called up HDFC customer care and ERGO customer care as well. They all asked me to cancel the policy but none of them could answer regarding the refund. While initiating the policy they said that if I don't claim for six months, they'll refund the amount that I've paid and cancel the policy. But now they say that they'll only cancel it without refunding a single penny.

I don't know, is the instruction of not behaving properly, is given by hdfc itself they are doing there own? if it is not given by hdfc, they how can they behave so badly- it show, there is no system inside hdfc in this case (for misbehaving with customers). I means many of the customer like me, want to know this things from hdfc, (and hoping i don't get reply from customer care in this issue;-) that will be a real joke then.)
