Recently i have changed my residence, shifted to nearby block. I went to HDFC pitampura branch with Registered rent agreement (registered by magistrate in court) and MTNL bill copy to update my new address in my salary account . Branch staffs refused to change on these these documents but they gave a solution to open a new Linked account in Pitampura Branch and i had no option so i did it. My question is, when you can not change the existing account's address on behalf of MTNL bill or Rent Agreement, then how you can open a new account on these documents ?????? ---- Rajnish

    I have account in hdfc kamal kunj branch jaipur and one home loan also from Hdfc.one day I got a call from renu in kamal kunj branch for credit card and I appiled as per her instructions from that I am chasing her for the same I visited thrice to the branch but she is not responsibly fulfilling her duty and not picking call even.

      HDFC Life — HDFClife - Complaint - Policy No 17541478 Ref :[protected] and[protected] For more six months I have been calling HDFClife about the policy fraud/ cheating. I have written detailed emailed to [protected]@hdfclife.com but everytime I get new complaint ref nos and then no concrete response. I keep calling complaint and grievance dept but nothing has been done so far. I have given request to cancel all my policies but no response so far. I have been cheated by HDFC life Regional Manager Mumbai - Rajeev Agarwal, who called to claim bonus of your previous policy and force to open 1 more big policy with a promise to return premium back in 45 days and free insurance after that. You money goes after that. The people who are running fraud are Rajeev Agarwal : [protected] Dinesh : +[protected] Neha : [protected] The above people may have cheated many consumers using above modus operandi and hdfclife is not taking any actions against such fraud people. It's time for all people to come together and teach lessons to company like HDFC life who is encouraging their employees to cheat people everyday just for revenue collection

        I was using HDFC credit card, which validity expired on 08/15. During this period I got many phone call from HDFC to renew my card membership, but I denied every time. As I didntt wanted to use HDFC credit card further. after few days a courier came on my name, in which new credit card was there. I rejected the credit card & returned it to courier boy without signing it. Next day I got a call from HDFC, and asked about my rejection of card. I clearly told him that I don't want to renew credit card service. Now from past 3-4 months I am getting a credit card bill of some unknown number, which I am not using...this is seek.

              Hi all. I got 4 calls dated 4th Dec to my registered mobile phone [protected] tha I have to make a payment of 8000rs. To all four calls I have confirmed that the payment wu loud be done in the night tym as I was in between my shift. I tried making the payment last night but unable to do so as it says insufficient funds. The ledgered balance is 24000 but balance shows 0.00. Please explain why this happened when I clearly mentioned that the payment would be done in night. This is ethically wrong as now I can't withdraw any money frm my acc and I am unable to fulfill my living.

                  Hi team, I have a HDFC credit card where due to some family issues I could not pay half the bill of about 1300. I had informed the madam that i will be paying the bill on time but still i was harassed with 10-20 calls in a day to make payment even though I informed about my concern. I did not deny to make payment I said I will be late but will pay. after paying 4500 on 30 of nov I was still getting calls to make payment for 300 I paid that too. and again I got call stating that send us the print screen of the payment made. (Is it the way you treat customers like this) I am shocked to know how cheap hdfc bank is. and it is really not customer friendly. I would prefer Axis and icici in this case. Worst bank worst service worst customer supportive bank will never ever recommend this bank to any of my friends. they can harrase customers, . and the hights today again they called me to make payment even after I made payment whats gouing on????????? Seriously I am frustrated with such calls, pls stop them.

                    Dear Sir, Reference on the above subject. In the month of April 2015, I got one telephone call from HDFC life (as it was reflecting on my mobile through true caller) for a new policy of HDFC life. The caller name was Nisha Yadav. As per her it was a special offer for the customer. The premium tenure was 7 month & maturity amount after 10 years was almost double. The yearly premium was 50, 000/-. Then there was an additional discount of 20% thus reducing it to 40, 000/- only. So I was supposed to be paid actually 2.8 Lacs & after 10 years I was supposed to get around 6.5-6.7 Lacs. As I was also seeking for a new policy for my kid`s education so I got agreed. Mr. Mahindra Singh (mobile no # [protected]) was doing follow up with me regarding online payment. A payment of Rs. 20, 000/- was done online through link provided by Mr. Mahindra Singh, as an for half yearly premium & also asked them that rest amount I will pay online & never asked for ECS. Before getting bond against HDFC life policy no # 17609922, I got couple of calls from Mumbai HDFC life & the same return was repeated from their side. After some follow up I got bond against my policy. I got doubt full as they had mentioned a guaranteed amount of Rs. 1.78 Lacs + bonuses. Then I called up Nisha. Nisha Yadav assured me that I will get around 6.5 – 6.7 Lacs (i.e. 2.8 lacs + 1.78 Lacs + Bonus). In fact I was also assured by Mr. M. P. Singh for the same return. In the month of October I paid half yearly premium on line against my policy. After one week I got one SMS regarding premium ECS so as to maintain minimum premium amount in my account. I got shocked as I never asked for ECS. I called up HDFC customer care & also send mail to them. In return they send me one document where in I have signed for ECS. I got shocked how can they cheat me. They placed ECS from in between & got my signature. Any how I was confirmed that ECS is cancelled. In 1st week of November when my salary got credited in my account the ECS got activated & again premium amount was debited from my salary account. I got shocked again I dropped some mail & called up customer care for the same matter. Then they advised me to visit HDFC life branch office for return of the above amount. I visited Rohini office in Delhi & filled all the formality. While leaving I simply made a query about my policy. Then only I came to know that I was cheated by HDFC life. when I discussed in your branch office about my policy then I came to know that I will get around 1.78 lacs + bonuses which will be around 2.5 lacs., instead of 6.5 lacs as committed. Actually now I am getting only 2.5 Lacs after 10 years against an amount of 6.7 lacs. I am not fool that after paying an amount of Rs.2.8 Lacs & will get less than the premium paid after 10 years. Since then I am calling Nisha Yadav (Mobile no # [protected]) & Mr. M. P. Singh ([protected]) & both are not responding perhaps I have done a blunder mistake by adopting HDFC life policy. I do have hard earned money will not tolerate such misleading from your side. It’s a clear case of fraud by your team i.e. HDFC life.                         I went to HDFC home loan, sector 14, Gurgaon for updating interst rate on 23.11.2105. They have charged 8108 rs from me. My current intrset rate 10.3 % and HDFC bank intrest rate 9.5 %. I do not understand, " why they are charged for updating intrest rate." Please clarify.

                          On 19th Aug 2015, I got an SMS, stating that Rs. 6, 114.00 and Rs. 6, 201.00 was charged via M/s FITNESS FIRST INDIA PV NEW DELHI on my HDFC Credit Card. We contacted the Card immediately and the following questions and facts were stated: 1) The card was over limit and blocked 2) It was blocked because we had requested it to be blocked. 3) we had intimated the bank that no further transactions of any kind were to be made on the card due to our incapability of paying up extra funds apart from dues. 4) the Bank/ its calling team never informed us before allowing the transaction on a blocked card. On extra expenses the bank would call and inform that the transaction cannot be processed due to insufficient credit limit, whereas this time, 12305 rupees was allowed to be charged on a blocked card, since it was automated by some random club? This too right around the same time we paid off our dues to the credit card? After several calls and emails, On Sep 10th ( e-mail: [protected]) i got a reply back from the Bank stating that we needed to provide cancellation of Club Membership copies to the Bank. The problem with the demand was that the Fitness Club had taken a hand written termination application and had not intimidated its Gurgaon Finance Branch. On request FFP was trying to sell us another month of membership instead of monetary refunds which we refused. Since we havnt been availing the club membership since Feb of 2015, we refused to pay to FFP the amount for which the bank/ we were charged. We had also written emails for transfers and closures later to the club which were always replied to as kindly pay off your dues first. Obviously we didn't since it was fault at their end that there was no coordination between their Saket and Gurgaon branches. Our main motive was to pay off our dues and close the card. Which we had informed the Bank. But we suppose they thought, its a big amount so lets just bleed the customer of some more interest, which they from our past records knew we were being unable to pay. Since HDFC allowed a transaction to happen on a blocked over limit card, we are unable to do so. What they failed to anticipate was that we already had the amount due ready to close to card. We are forced to bear with this disputed amount without it being our fault. Please do something about it. This is harassment.

                            This is Yogita Kishore Bhandarkar. And my policy number is 15491419. Policy nikalte time pe jo hamse agent ne bola gaya tha wo abhi usi bat ko jhoot bta rahe hai. Abhi wo agent hame aisa bol raha hai ki humne to aisa bolahi nahi tha. The thing is that, humari policy 50000 per anum ki hai jo ki hume 7 years tak bharna hai or iski maturity period 15 years ka hai. But hume agent ne aisa btaya tha ki agr kisi karan aap wo piase nahi bhar sake to aap use 3 saal tak bhardo fir 3 saal complete hone pe aap us amount ko withdraw kardo, agar ap 2 saal bad nikaloge to apka piasa cut karke milega or agar 3 saal bad nikalte ho to apka pura piasa return hoga. Humne kiase taise karke wo piase 3 saal bhare but abhi mere husband ka business kuch loss me chal raha hai iske karan hume wo policy surrender karni pad rahi hai. But abhi agent bol raha hai ki abhi apko piasa cut karke mil raha hai I.e 98000. Or hume milne chaiye the 1.5 lacs. It means me pure 52000 le lost me ho. And the name of the agent is Umesh Wankhede jo ki HDFC Life, Dharampeth branch me biath ta hai. Isne mere sare relatives ke sath jhoit bolkar apna buisness kiya hai. Meine complaint bhi ki thi but abtak koi bhi response nahi ahe hai. My complaint number is [protected].

                                  With reference to above at the time of online payment. after making payment from my account again a form showing for input the policy detail. we presumed that the transaction will finish after completion of this input form so we filled the form and again completed the process for payment. after verify the account it was came to notice that amount credited twice Rs. 13225 instead of single one.

                                    My CIBIL report is showing gold loans and home loans which I have never taken. My PAN number is BIUPG4439C which was issued to me in April 2013. There are loans which are from 2004 to 2015 which are reflecting in my CIBIL report. When I contacted CIBIL for the correction in report, they say that the credit institution (HDFC in this case) has said that the details are correct. I came to know from Income tax department that the person who has taken these loans has the same name and date of birth as mine but has a different PAN card number (AGAPG6534H, AGBPG654H). This person has a different residential address and we 2 are different individuals. Still the bank keeps on saying that the loan details mentioned in my CIBIL are correct. Because of this problem, my credit score has gone very low and no bank is willing to give me a loan. This is causing me a mental harassment.

                                    I have been hearing the same bogus reply from CIBIL.

                                    I have already raised a dispute several times and CIBIL keeps on saying that everything is correct. I rally doubt whether all the details are being verified. It is quite possible that 2 people have same personal details and a different PAN card number.

                                    I have a solid evidence that CIBIL has merged the report of 2 different people having same name but different PAN cards.
                                    I have my own cibil report dated 1st Nov 2015(PAN-BIUPG4439C) and a copy of report for PAN AGAPG6534H.

                                    Both the reports are word by word same. How can this be possible? CIBIL has just merged the details without verifying to whom the PAN belongs to.

                                      Hi, I had applied for HDFC Home loan through HDFC Bank, Kharadi branch in Sept, 2015 and was committed on email from their official email id stating that post my disbursement, partial processing fee of 7000 Rs. would be refunded which is not happening till now despite numerous visits
