Hi, I am Jagadeesha I am using HDFC credit card from 2013, initial time they told we wont charge annual charges now they are charging, I did not noticed that the hidden charges. and also asked them to change the due date but they are keep on promising from 3 month they did not and got call from[protected]/900 saying pay the bill. I do not want to pay the extra bill I will pay the actual amount that to in 3 month EMI. Reply as soon as possible. Thanks, Jagadeesha [protected]. PS: Do not go for HDFC credit card they are froud.

    Hi, On 9th October 2015, I wrongly transferred an amount of Rs. 50000/- to a wrong beneficiary (HDFC A/c No. [protected]) from my ICICI Bank (A/c. No.[protected]. I tried calling the beneficiary to transfer the funds but although she is acknowledging that she got the amount, she is reluctant in repaying the same. Please help me in getting that amount. Please let me know if any other detail is required. I have raised the request with HDFC Bank also (Req. No. BANC[protected]) Regards, Vinita Agarwal

      Dear sir, I am karthik reddy M . I have credit card of HDFC bank. They called me and asked me to take a loan against credit card without blocking credit card limit. they issued the loan . They said repayment of rules same like as credit card.For my credit card there no auto debit facility. But without any intimation and without my permission they activated auto debit facility and putting lot additional charges. I asked them how can activate auto debit without any intimation and without my permission . They are cheating the customers like this. I am paying EMI amount correctly. Their employees are uneducated and behavior like as criminals. They called me talking like as criminals. Their behavior like as animals. Animals are more better than them.         20th oct.2015 i am working with Kinedex Healthcare. updated my account code to HDFC bank for Salary account as i used in previous company as salary account of hdfc bank. after updating company code still they are charging me for AMB charges. i logde complaint they said they can not reverse that amount back as it is systme generated.

            Hi All,
            ( [protected] ) IVR will disconnect the call after entering all the details (Cust id / Mobile number), it happened to me around 25 times from the last 1 year .


            Never connects promptly, if you enter any wrong number it automatically disconnects, it wont give any second chance .

            IVR is do not have friendly options

              I booked a phone Motorola G3 phone from FLIPKART on 13th Sep 2015 worth Rs. 12999/- on EMI with HDFC bank Credit Card for 12 months. Since it was taking time to deliver I cancelled my order on 15 Sep 2015 by calling FLIPKART customer care and asked them to reverse my amount in source payment that is my HDFC credit card account. On the same day I got a message from HDFC BANK that my transaction of Rs.12999/- is reversed. When my statement for Sep-2015 got generated on 18th Sep 2015, they reversed my Rs. 12999/- with 18th Sep 2015 as reversal date and also charged 1st month EMI(1020.22(principal)+140.82(interest)+19.78(Service Tax)) in the same statement. In my next month's statement, they added 12999 minus (1'st month principal in EMI) equal to 11978.78/- as debit transaction. My concern is that when my transaction is reversed before the statement date, how can they charge interest+service tax to me. When I am calling on phonebanking they are saying that Interest+Service Tax cannot be reversed. Please help me out here.

                Its a complaint for very less Fund Value, than the actual Fund Value, shown by HDFC Life Company Ltd. for my Policy No. 14297246. On 02-09-15 the Fund Value was Rs. 3, 37, 422 as per the statement sent by HDFC SLIC, and then on 24-09-15 I paid Premium of Rs.25, 000 hence the Fund Value after this premium payment should have gone up to around Rs. 3, 61, 000 or at least Rs. 3, 59, 000 but as per the statement on 02-10-15 it was shown as only Rs.3, 42, 121 by HDFC SLIC, which is definitely very less than what it should have been on that date, and its totally illogical, incorrect and unacceptable to me. So I request HDFC SLIC to immediately correct errors or mistakes on their part and please do the needful to email me a Correct and updated Fund Value statement immediately, else I'll have to complaint to the INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.                     I am very unhappy with the services of HDFC credit card dept., even they don't know how to Greet the Customers. Someone name (POOJA) from your credit card dept. misbehaving with me on call. she provide the information regarding the medical insurance policy and tell me the inappropriate information regarding this policy. when i am try to cancel this policy after completing a month then she told me, if i am cancel this policy now then they deduct my 4000rs as a service tax from the amount of 9133rs i made a payment. At the time, when i am confirming for this policy POOJA only tell me, like if you are not satisfy with this then you can cancel it. If you are cancel it within 15 days then only your service charges is deducted but POOJA not told me about if i cancel it after 15 days then i have to pay 4000rs. So, before any prior information how can they deduct my money and even she misbehaving with me on call also. Kindly provide me the solution i am not agree for this deduction. When i spoke to HDFC ERGO dept. They told me that they deduct only on pro data bases, so why credit card dept. Say like this to me . Pro data means only my service charges and 1 month installment. Kindly revert me back with satisfactory answer.

                      A health policy has been give to me by HDFC on fake commitment and I emailed the many time below are the emails enclosed. I don't want to purchase a policy, there are some commitments shown at the time of selling me the policy, but haven't received anything documented related to that. I am afraid if that girl made a fool of me, you guys have something to loose, nothing for me. Just need to know and make sure that the given commitments are true or not and if those were true would like to request that to be documented. ​Delay might harmful for you guys. ​ Do you really think I should remember the name, she called me on last week of September(26th I Think). And which branch you are talking about, I received a call from HDFC, don't know from which branch they were. Don't have any idea what are the details you required, give me a call at 77*****091 and speak to me directly and hope I could answer your questions. Just want to clarify my concern, as I verified the given commitments were false, deactivate the policy. And I am not going to pay a single penny for it, not even for the processing or closing charge. I hope I made myself clear. Policy number provided :PN[protected] My card number:***************1543 Contact number:77*****091 The details now I could provide you here is: Yesterday I received a call from [protected], he spoke with me and said fine we are under processing of closing of your policy, and there is no any kind of charge or deduction required. Today again I received a call from [protected], and I believe this was the same girl who made the fake commitment the other day. First she tried to convince me that she hasn't made any fake commitment and when I completely disagree with her and told her to deactivate it, she started telling me charges for deactivation, I told her that there is not any deduction or charges required, I already had a word with someone yesterday but she denied and rudely hangup the call saying you have to pay the charges. Now If you want anything else I could help you with call me at 77*****091 or finish this issue ASAP.
                      I got call from this num, they try to give a facility on my credit card, told me that I will get a bill of 1790, but i dont have to pay anything bank will give me free of cost. I sense something fishy, so before i proceed, i call customer care, , and customer care confirm me that it was fake, After that i got call again from this number, and i denied..I lady from that side scold me, , threaten me that they are going to cancel my credit card. If these things will going on very soon i am going to cancel my credit card..

                            Hi, I am here by to raise a complaint against hdfc bank, As previously I was employed and my salary account was with hdfc and now I changed my job and my salary is not being credited in HDFC, Therefore with out any notification they are charging me for non-maintenance of account, I had a worst experience with hdfc, Every month they are charging and I want to close the account but un-able to find out online closure submission, I am thankful to you if you would help me out in this situation.                               I (Customer ID:[protected] have a savings account no.[protected] at HDFC Bank Ltd., SCO 144/145, Swastik Vihar, Sector 5, Panchkula( Branch code: 1321) since 28/4/2010. I want to close this account and visited the branch 3 times to submit my application, which was not accepted. After the third visit Ms.Pooja, Assistant branch manager, asked me to fill the account closing form, which I completed and submitted to her. Today, when I went to inquire about the pay order, she refused to answer any queries. I just want to close my saving account and want my pay order released. Please help! Rituraj Aggarwal

                                Recently I have recently applied for a claim with HDFC life Insurance, for which I have taken a family life floater family with Policy no. 90078693 of HDFC Life Health Assure Plan and claim no.[protected]. Date of incident 23/09/2015, Corporate Office : Plot No. 577, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122016 Phone :[protected], Fax No :[protected] E-mail : [protected]@emeditek.com. The complaint is while doing the policy the problem of health was not a noticed a severe one, the cause which the company is telling that we have not disclosed the health problem, the problem was with my Daughter who is now in 7 th semester of B.E. in BVB college, Hubli. 7 th semester was started on 01/08/2015. During last one year it seems that she had some gynae problem, which her self and the hostel doctor also didn't consider as a major problem, thinking that it was a hormonal imbalance. My daughter never was hospitalized nor was absent continuously for more than one or two days to the college. Only in her holidays in july 2015 when she went to Hyderabad, along with our relatives casually went to a near by hospital and consulted a lady doctor. Up on examination and tests it was noticed that there is a cyst on left ovary, and confirmed that the presence of cyst (by CT scan, ) is the cause of polymenorreah which was diagnosed, and the doctor advised to go for surgery. Until that time neither of we knew that problem is that and needed a surgery. Because she is in holidays after consulting another doctor at NIMS hospital at Hyderabad, went for the required surgery. There is another hint given by the doctor that if neglected the size of the cyst may increase and problem will be severe. Hence we went for surgery on 01/08/2015 at Hyderabad NIMS hospital. After that we applied for the claim as per their procedures. But for our surprise the company wrote us telling that the claim is rejected and the policy is nulled because we did not follow certain procedures . In fact that all the application was filled by the development officer. As per their instruction only we applied the claim. So injustice is done to me in service by the company.                                     I have sent several mails to "customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com", "grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" and also called them over Customer Care. But yet I haven't received my Voucher. In past I have many times opted for credit card points redemption and also the courier at that also was Blue Dart only and the product got delivered on time. Also the address was same. Neither HDFC nor Blue Dart is ready to respond me for my queries regarding my voucher. These Blue Dart Guys not even trying to deliver the product and just making false comments that due to incorrect incomplete address the voucher has been return back to HDFC. And over HDFC I have even given Nearby location details and also requested them to tell Courier dept to call me the day he will reach nearby location. That also didn't have happened. HDFC is not ready to respond over my query. I am highly frustrated with HDFC bank and there Customer Care. Kindly help in screwing them. Here is the AirWayBill Number [protected] given by HDFC Customer Care representative and found that still the status which is visible under BlueDart is that it was shipped back to HDFC Chennai via AWB [protected] and has been received too by Robinson From HDFC Chennai.                                     What story or false promises you are planning to provide me now. As you can see I have already dropped many mails to HDFC and to HDFC Grievance. And no one is even interested in responding over it. I just want my VOUCHER ASAP or the points to be credited back on my Credit Card and the 75Rs that got deducted for this Voucher.
                                    Seriously You guys have pissed me off now.
                                    Today again I called to HDFC customer care and again same thing they said that I need to wait for two more days as this is what is shown in there system.
                                    Seriously, HDFC needs to first educate those illiterate craps representative to atleast come up with new excuses rather than playing the same recorder everytime.

                                    Everytime Guys sitting over HDFC Credit Card Customer care department shows that how dumb and stupid they actually are.

                                    They have said that now they will try to use a different courier than Blue dart, but they don't even know the name of that courier also they are not sure that this time if the package will reach its destination or not.
                                    High on Lazziness, Unethical people are sitting over there.
                                    Today again I called to HDFC customer care department and all they have for me is false promises as usual.

                                    She said that now they will try to courier the package with different courier department than bluedart.
                                    But they don't have any further info on it and also they are not sure that this time atleast it will reach to my place.

                                      Sir i have dhfc bank credit card no.[protected] on 28.09.2015 wrong debit has been done hdfc credit card department Rs.17076.29 by smartpay.i have already given complaint to hdfc bank credit card and also dispute form also send by courier and also my registered e-mail:[protected]@rediffmail.com on 29.09.2015 the reference no. is[protected].but hdfc redersal officer (madam) told and send mail as the above said amount rs.17, 076.29 to be leased with biller(airtel) by me.this is not satify for me and haveyet not credited the above said amount to my credit card account no.[protected].let me know what i should to do for necessary amount credit to my credit card account?
