Dear Sir/ Madam,
I've been trying in vain to get HDFC for spread conversion on my home loan account.

After having called their Helpdesk once and their JP Nagar branch twice, their promises of emailing me the spread conversion form never materialized.

Then I received an email from a representative from the Electronics City branch, which is where I had opened the loan account. I told him about the sheer indifference with which HDFC has dealt with my requests. He immediately sent me the form and the address where I should send the form.

I sent the signed form and a cheque on 3rd Nov via MSK Worldwide consignment #[protected]. I called the Electronics City branch of HDFC to inquire about the courier and a lady picked up the phone (usually nobody picks up their listed numbers).
The person who had contacted me was on leave and the Branch Head was out for lunch. I inquired about the courier and the lady told me they hadn't received it. This lady, whenever she receives the call, always wants to end the conversation in a hurry without any hint of offering help to customers.

I just now check with MSK Worldwide and the courier was delivered on 4th Nov.

For some reason, HDFC is delaying conversion of spread on my loan account.

I would like to sue these chaps and would like some advice on how to go about this.

Note: I have shamed HDFC on social media but they have been completely shameless there too, with no sense o[censored]rgency or being helpful.

        We were misguided and cheated by a manager named Pradeep varshney in sec 34 branch of hdfc, i am extremely agitated by hdfc and need support from hdfc in closing my accounts opened on false promises by Pradeep Varshney. Please send me executive with closing forms which i can fill and handover back to the branch. The cheater person from hdfc bank email id is: pradeep.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. Any further harassment or cheating from hdfc will results in closing our other family accounts with customer id 5089771 and 41037198..and also my complain to banking ombudsman. I demand severe action on pradeep ; his email (pradeep.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) by hdfc bank authorities for misbehavior and telling false commitments to open accounts and taking money from us which he has not returned.. I will also raise an F.I.R against hdfc bank manager if i do not get my money in one week. I have 10 years old relationship with hdfc bank but Pradeep Varshney has spoilt it..

          Cancellation of HDFC CC

          Need to close my HDFC Credit card and for that, i have called HDFC customer care, however he denied to take my request and asked me to write a letter to there one of the office in chennai... I requested him to take my request online as other banks do.. but rejected my request very rudely...

              Hi All, I got multiple calls from the HDFC credit card department to take the credit card. I submitted my documents. I got a card which was not promised to me. I was told that I will get Rs. 2500 reward points.I got a card in June, 2015. I also have a letter which came along with the credit card stating that Welcome benefit of 2500 points i.e. Rs. 2500 will be given. I called the agent who sold the card to me and she mentioned that I should call the customer care service number to get those points. I called multiple times to the customer care number also spoke to the manager and was informed that I was misinformed by the sales representative and that they would send a complain to the marketing team and will get back to me. They never got back to me. I had mentioned even then that I am not going to use this card and want to return it. I have never used that card at all from the time I received it from June 2015 till Date. One day I get a message from HDFC bank i.e on 3rd November that a payment of Rs. 10579 was made via smart pay is successful. I have not authorised the HDFC bank to activate smartpay on the card. I have not signed any document or online activation for smartpay on my LIC account. They cheated me while collecting documents that they need a proof that I have an LIC and if at all I make any LIC payment using card my card will become free for life time. I got the card in June and since then the smartpay was not activated and all of a sudden I get a message that the amount has been paid. This is fraud as I have not authorised any smartpay to HDFC. I called HDFC call center number on 3rd November to register a complain against it and the floor manager "Sonu" mentioned that they don't have any authorization from my side and it is a mistake from their side. He also mentioned that they will file a refund with LIC and the amount will not be charged to me. I am concerned as if this amount reflects in my statement my CIBIL score will get affected. I have been assured by the manager that he will process a refund and it will not be added in the statement.

              Hi All,

              I have not yet received any resolution from HDFC. Their manager called me, however, to let me know that it will take more time for them to investigate.

              I had very categorically mentioned that till the issue is not resolved, I shouldn't be billed that amount as it will affect and CBIL score, however, HDFC did exactly opposite. I have received a bill for the amount which was unauthorised by me. I will not bear the brunt of it.

              The manager said that I would have signed some document at the time of application, however, I haven't. If I had, then why my earlier payments didn't go why only one payment went in Nov, when I got card in July. the smart pay usually goes on the due date, as mentioned by the manager who called me, but my payment if authorised by me didn't go on the due date, it was almost a month late.

              I am annoyed by this behaviour of all the people I have interacted with.

                Hi, I'm Pankaj from Ludhiana kalsi nagar branch. I want to share my bad experiences with my bank . I think this is the bank full of irresponsible peoples. It is my third month with the Bank. I did not get even a single amount as my salary. My HR Mr. Pranay is a very high attitude person he don't respond me my call whenever I asked him for my salary. My BM is of other mind. He don't know what a new employee needs... I had such a very bad experience in my life ever .I'll suggest you never to join this brand. There is no care of employees

                  Hi, This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 566.42 has been debited on 29 Oct 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about "DEPOSITORY CHARGES SEP[protected]" with regards to my demat account. I have never used this account. When the account was opened, bank executive told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. Kindly help...

                      Hi, I initiated a process of buying online term plan of HDFC click 2 protect on 07/10/2015. Policy Plan - Term Plan of 50 Lakhs Cover Application No. - S[protected] Proposal No.[protected] Premium - Rs. 5367 Deducted - Rs. 10, 734 I was wrongly charged twice Rs 5367 for a single policy of HDFC click 2 protect on 07/10/2015. I sent a mail regarding this on 08/10/2015 to resolve the issues. As this was not resolved, I requested for cancellation of policy on 09/10/2015. I sent a mail for cancellation of policy on 11/10/2015. The same was confirmed on call beforehand. Since then, several follow up calls and mails has been dropped but there is no any valid response. Its going to be almost a month, but there has been no resolution. Their customer care is pathetic and always keeps me on hold in the name of system check and excuses are given when I request them to transfer the call to the senior supervisor. Even their assurances to act within 48 hours have failed many times. Once the premium is paid, onus is on customers to follow up every then and now whereas there have been no accountability at all from HDFC's side. I want them to pay for their in-accountability, casual approach and causing mental agony to the clients. Genuine Query: If simple issue of cancellation request within 2 days of initiation can not be resolved even after a month, are they even competent enough to function in this market?                         HDFC life insurance is such a poor insurance company that they even doesnt care for their customers, They will never call you even if there is requirement from their side, you have to call them time to time. Custumer care representatives are so chep that they even dont know what their policy for work is decided, every representative will give you different different solutions for a particular problem. Not a happy after dealing with HDFC.

                          I transferred an amount of Rs. 38000 in my hdfc bank account on 02/11/15
                          surprisingly an amount of Rs. 23750 was hold without any information
                          and when i tried to call and visited HDFC bank they are unable to give any information and says this is due to credit card. due to a theft i blocked my credit card and i have not received any credit card after that and for last one and half years i have not used hdfc credit card so how can they hold an amount just like that. i tried to call credit card department and they are unable to resolve my issue and gave me a number[protected]/02 and no one receiving call on this no.
                          Now i am helpless as my amount is hold and i have to survive for one month
                          I request a refund of my full amount and if HDFC bank needs some amount they can talk to me on this but this is not the way as no one is responding
                          Please update or i have to go for a legal action against hdfc bank

                            I got the credit card with my salary account for Rs.20K as credit limit that was equal to my salary. I never used card and I lost somewhere else. Bank is still charging on account not ready to come for a settlement. Initially customer care executive were told me that if you are not doing any transaction for 6 months, settlement will be done.

On AUG 15...still processing is going on no proper response I spend almost 5000/rs excess for document purpose...but no use if hdfc not ready to move fast you should inform frankly know at least we will arrange some other way waste lof time and money...I got upset on hdfc work process...

                                    I applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]S2. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

                                    Still i didnt get the perticular reason for rejection. This was worst service ever i got from HDFC after calling them multiple times. If they are not willing to give credit card to us then they shouldnt call us.. They have to varify or background first and later they have to contact us to give card...

                                    I have wasted my time so much for this hopeless thing, too many calls i did for customer care.

                                      Today i try to withdrawl amount in my account the sum of rs-10000/- in trichy thillainagar branch, hdfc bank atm.(As the normal process).I insert my atm card and entered the pin number, that atm machine as reflected. ( is not valid, the transaction has not been complited).So amount has not been collected.But the intimation message is recived to my mobile number, it as been mentioned. (Rs.10000 debited to.Sb4565ac bal 20521.Siawcn61thil.Nfso06510003panayapatti on 03.11.15 at www.iob.in register for net banking.Recived 11:01:23am today)

                                      So kindly revised my amount of rs, 10, 000/- to the same account.
