Hi, I have been facing issues with HDFC bank for a while now . I have a HDFC credit card that I used last year and when I had a credit limit of Rupees 26000. In the month of December I agreed to settle my account with the bank and I was given a customer copy of the settlement deal I had with the bank. The settlement amount was 25400 and I was asked to pay this amount in 8 installments starting from December and ending in the month of July . The agent used to come to my house and he used to collect the money from me every month. I used to get a call every month and I used to pay them the money in cash . This happened till the month of April and by then I had cleared 5 of the installments. I was not contacted thereafter and neither was I given any information regarding the settlement .I suddenly received a call in the month of August wherein the lady from the collection department said that I have a due of Rupees 44000 and I need to pay the money . I just told the lady that I already have a settlement with the bank and I only have around 9500 due . The lady checked the details and agreed to what I said . She further asked me to wait for a call from her the very next day and said that she would be taking an approval from Bangalore and will be contacting me to inform me when to pay the remaining amount .I was not contacted . I did not get any information from them. I then received a call from the bank again in the month of September and this time they spoke to one of my family members stating that I have an overdue amount of rupees 44000 and the minimum amount that I need to pay is 2900. My family member simply asked the agent to ring me later on as I was in office . Again the same thing happened as I was not contacted again. I checked my account balance in the month of October and I saw that the amount of rupees 44000 was debited from my salary account . A few days later I again checked the account and the amount has now gone up to 88376.

    I have a credit card of HDFC Bank which no is 2092 in last four digit having over due payment from last 6 months. whenever received the call from bank the person every time tells me to pay the minimum amount and he will process to settle the card. but when i pay the will not respond again. last month a person received an amount of 10500/ from saying that after payment he will provide me a bank letter of clearance and the settlement amount of renaming 60000 after paying of 10500 and a re bet of 20000 i need to pay in 24 months EMI of 2500 and all will be written in the letter. But after receiving the amount of 10500 he never provide me anything and no confirmation too about the same. He also told me that he will clear my CIBIL NOC too but that is still same. now this month again bank person asking a payment of 10500 and i had told the issue he started abusing me badly saying that i will get all the amount from you anyhow and he told me he will he harass me too. He is not agree to settle my card too. My Name is Vinayendra Veeru. and i need rectification of my card issue ASAP cause of that i m in mentally pressure and suffering with mental harassment.

      HDFC bank add Rs.1299 rupees in my credit card bill in the name of service one assite but i before adding a charge he not take any confirmation from my side.I call to Help line no so agent do not reply properly and cut the line i am again call to help line no but no body pick my call.

        My hdfc bank customer id is 4747234, my name is hariprasad k v, i have 3 account with hdfc bank, 2 account n mumbai and one in kerala-palakkad, 2 years back i shifted permanantly to my home town palakkad from mumbai.so i thought close one account there at mumbai.so i went to palkkad branch and filled form and submited there on march last 2015, but there is no action taken after 1 month also, then again went there and asked about them, they told me they lost my form so i need to fll again, again i filled all ths form.this is my 3 in 1 account.i have to fill different form to close my demat and trading account.so filled that also.but again they dont take any action.then again i went there on may also again filled some other form but still no result yet, at my first visit on march they told me account will close within 15 days so transfer all the amount from this account to other account.i done this thing also, but the next day from i received daily emails and sms to me for warning me not maintaining minimum balance in account and also they deducted 830 each last 2 quartes and my account balance is now -3000 rs.i complained 4 times on customer service and talk to branch manager and all othetr employees in palakkad branch.still not taken any action yet.please give me needfull help .i lost money time and mental pressure.my account details given below a/c no.[protected] branch kamala mills compound, lower parel ifsc code-HDFC0000542 CUSTOMER ID 4747234

          I have purchased a policy from HDFC Life Insurance and now they are not providing me the same benefits as discussed before purchasing the policy with their executives. Even he is not receiving my calls, neither replying on mails.             I am in USA, and i used HDFC card 3 times here.. but from last three weeks my money is getting continuously deducted saying as DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected]. May i know why bank is deduction such money without any notifications.

            I am not using HDFC card/account anymore in USA. Please Refund my money and stop such deduction.

              I informed the bank regarding a wrong transaction(it was a user mistake) but for my surprise bank is just playing and buying time for resolving the issue.In terms of solution when i first visited the branch(sher-e-punjab, andheri), there relationship manager Mr. Amar Shah was totally non-supportive and just said ki "kuch nahi ho sakta".Present day status is i have a complaint id- 'HBL=[protected]' yipee. Who the hell says private banks are better? In-fact when it comes to caring for customers they are even worse.

                On 17th Sept I was booking a ticket from cheapoaircom. My transaction couldnt take place and page got hanged. When I raised a complaint for disputed transaction via mail to cc.[protected]@hdfc.com, their mangers were saying the transaction not settled by client and not debited to my account so limit will be unblocked. So I have no need to worry. Now when my statement has been generated on 7th Oct, that failed transaction debited to my account. I exchange more than 10 mails from 17 th Sept to 7th Oct. Everytime I got same reply. I called thier customer care several times they were saying register the dispute. So I followed with them so badly.

                  I have taken a Vehicle loan from HDFC-Pune, loan is disbursed to Showroom (Royal Enfield) i have cancelled booking of bike .so that i have applied for the loan cancellation process. also monthly ECS gets started, now its been a more than a month cancellation process is still going on.also not getting clear information about the loan cancellation and support from the loan coordinator for Pune area.

                  Would you please take care of the below case. I have already submitted and cancelled loan and Loan amount disbursed to the bike dealer which is also deposited to HDFC bank, then why there is Loan Status EMI is active.
                  Tomorrow is my next EMI why should I pay this after cancellation. I need my refund amount which is applied for Cheque bouncing Charges for last month 5th October i.e RS-627 and tomorrow i.e 5th November Rs-627 total ant –Rs- 1254 + Interest applied after loan cancellation.
                  Please resolve this case ASAP.

                      My name is Abid khan and i am a customer of hdfc bank since last 2 years. But due to some reason i got late to pay credit card bill, and next day I got a call from one of executive his name is LALIT JAIN. The way he talks to is very unprofessional and very rude. If bank employee will behave in such a manner then its a worst bank I have ever seen. If bank can't afford to keep a well educated employee then it should get shut down. If management can see this then I want to through out LALIT JAIN from hdfc otherwise I am going to surrender my credit card and also will surrender 40 other credit cards of my collegues in office. He said pay the bill other wise I will send an executive to your office then you will feel very bad for it, what the [censored] is that. I have a complete recording of that call. Bank can contact me on [protected] (after 4.30 pm) any day. Lalit do not call me ever.

Bank officials are asking for RS 1600/- as a fine on me for not keeping balance although my salary a/c was opened on condition of zero balance facility. I approached bank many times earlier but every time they assured me to wave off all fine & requested not to close a/c. but this time they treated me like a loan defaulter & suggested me to deposit fine of Rs 1600/-. They gone to extent of saying that WE KNOW HOW TO RECOVER MONEY . Your kind intervention is required for needful.                             I am a Hdfc customer since last 4 years. But now I am suffering & regretting my decision to have a hdfc credit card.I always paid my due on time but this time somehow I miscalculate my balance and paid only 50 rs less.
                            I need to pay 67, 384 but paid 67, 330 only and as a result Hdfc imposed me 2000 rs fine.
                            This happened second time but this time I decided to fight for this injustice and will go to consumer court if required.
                            On the top of that your customer support is rude

                                  HDFC bank has been deducting my money without even saying any remark. I had 1000rs as available balance in account after they sent me a account statement the amount available became 123rs. I don't know for what they dedcuted this money. There is no remark. Also they are charing AMB on a zero balance account. Please take action.

                                    Early September, HDFC Kolkata contacted me to regarding a FREE UPGRADE that they had for me- a new card that would be protected from losses when stolen/lost. After repeated follow-ups by the Bank I was told- 1. This is a Free upgrade for the first year 2. I would receive a new card within 30 days and my old card would get deactivated 3. When the OneAssist guys call for verification- I should tell them I would be paying the fees(according to the agent- in reality HDFC will be paying it. ) Being an old customer, I relied on HDFC this time though the verification call was weird. I have been charged for OneAssist on my statement and HDFC Customer Care Support tells me - 'Ma'am you agreed to it!' and gives me an email to write to. 02/09/2015 ONE ASSIST MFEE 1, 799.00 I would like my card with HDFC to be cancelled and these fraudulent charges to be reversed at once. I do not have time for a bank that scams its people to sell its products! Additionally, the new HDFC card never reached me till date, since HDFC's courier partners just send messages that say the door was locked, without any prior intimation of delivery despite providing two mobile numbers.                                       On 15th Aug 2015, I booked one flight ticket for 24th Aug 2015

                                      Delhi-Mumbai journey from HDFC Smartbuy website using my HDFC

                                      Credit Card for payment and Cleartrip as booking partner.
                                      The ticket amount was Rs 3339/- and Smartbuy gave me flat Rs

                                      350/- as discount, So ticket cost for me was Rs 2989/-
                                      The flight ticket was booked me with Refundable option in case

                                      of cancellation.
                                      Smartbuy order ID : [protected]
                                      Cleartrip Booking Ref Number :[protected]
                                      On 24th Aug 2015, I called Cleartrip to cancel the ticket, but

                                      they said they will not process any refund to me as the ticket

                                      is non-refundable.
                                      On 25th Aug 2015, Cleartip reverted on my mail saying that

                                      they will process the refund as the ticket was actually

                                      refundable and they said they will refund Rs 1789/-(Rs 1500 +

                                      50 cancellation charges ) to Smartbuy team which will be done

                                      in 5-7 working days. Thereafter HDFC Smartbuy team will credit

                                      that amount in HDFC Credit Card account.
                                      On 26th Aug 2015, Cleartrip refunded the amount to Smartbuy

                                      team.
                                      From 27th Aug 2015, I am following with SmartBuy team on e-

                                      mail and toll free number, but till now they have refunded

                                      only 465.22/- in my HDFC credit card account.
                                      When I call on toll free number, no one picks up the call and

                                      on email no one gives reply.
                                      These HDFC SMARTBUY people are so careless that even after

                                      escalating these matters directly to their superiors, they

                                      don't reply.
                                      Please someone help me here.
                                      Can I lodge a police complaint against these people?

                                      solved after a lot of escalation to senior HDFC management Luckily got refund But I should be also paid for the phone bills that I have wasted on them and the mental trauma I have gone through
