Respected Sir, THIS IS P.E. MURALIDHARAN having Hdfc Master Credit Card (Platinum) 2007 ([protected]). for the last month due still not paid it crosses the exceeding credit limit.my credit limit is 1, 50000- it crosses credit limit. but for the past 3 years I am paying minimum due something 8000 but last month I cant able to pay the due because of I loose my job. so I could not able to pay the minimum amount. I told that credit card tele caller (name. deepika, nungambakkam branch) mobile number [protected] about my situation I am asking time to repay the amount. but she tells want to pay immediately otherwise will send representative to torture and collect the payment. this Is my situation. now I don't have the regular income so I could not able to pay immediately. please advise me and do the needful.     1. Personal Loan EMI bounced on this 4-Sep-15 due to job change. 2. We promised HDFC bank that we will repay by this 30-Sep-15. 3. They still call us and our relatives multiple times in a day for repayment else they will put our case in recovery department. 4. We are arranged for a EMI in a form of cheque which we will deposit in our account on 28-Sep-15, and it will get cleared by Wednesday (30-Sep-15). 5. We are ready to give post dated cheque (dated 30-Sep-15) to HDFC bank, but they are refusing the cheque and will only accept cash, which we are only expecting by 30-Sep-15. 6. I am not sure if they do not have a policy to grant at least a month for repayment of a EMI.

      We already send card & request (card is cutting) to cancell our cedit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.

        I have booked a flight ticket on 10/09/2015 from Bangalore to Trivandrum for Journey date 22/09/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Goibibo Partner). The Air Peaguesus Airline cancelled the ticket on 19/09/2015 and the amount of Rs. 5914/- was refunded by airline as well as Goibibo. I have confirmation e-mail from Goibibo. But HDFC smart buy is not crediting the amount in my credit card.

        Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they have not even replied till now neither their call get connected to customer care if we keep on lone for 40+ minutes also.

        I would say, HDFC is a reliable organisation. But Smartbuy team spoiling HDFC's credibility. So requesting smart-buy team not to play with customer sentiment.
        Give correct information & refund the amount in time.

        If the the amount is not refunded in a day or 2, then I'll be forced to go to Consumer court.

          This is to inform you that My Late Father(Mr Ashok Kumar) had took a Policy Against home loan for Rs. 20, 00, 000 the one time premium for that policy is Rs. 2, 00, 000. My Father had Expired on 10th of march after that when it came under my knowledge about that policy I Raised the claim but after several mail's and document's send to HDFC ERGO registered office in (MUMBAI), they Repudiated the claim just because I don't have Hospital Documents asIi told them many times that it was a case of brought death and my father had died before reaching the hospital and also I requested them that I was unable to repay the loan amount because my Earning is low and also it is my Right to Receive the claim. I am Attaching all the documents which I had forwarded to them please raise my voice so that no insurance companies will fool people's further on & also i want proper settlement of my claim with Interest.

          after getting so many negative reply from HDFC ERGO side their stand stills remain the same which is they are helpless in helping those peoples whom they previousley assured that the insured & thier Family need not to worry as HDFC ERGO will be there in thier Bad times and now HDFC ERGO is Helpless in my situation as I (RAJESH KUMAR SINGH) Dosen't have Hospital paper's and in this situation I am not Eligible to get the insured amount to repay the loan amount.
          I just want to know that HDFC ERGO disclosed the terms with the insured Person my Father(late SH. ASHOK KUMAR SINGH) that they will not give the insured amount to their family if something happens to him & thier family fails to arrange hospital papers.
          its a request please dont fool people by giving policies for such a big amount which was in my Father's case is (Rs. 2, 00, 000) so that the insured family would not get a hope or assurity that such kind of Insurance companies are with them in thier darkest or bad times.

            I am holding a savings bank account with HDFC bank Ashok nagar branch Chennai since 2005 I had last invested in mutual funds through my HDFC bank in 2008 however on 23rd Sept 15 the bank had deducted INR 171 towards QMC snapshot of my bank statement attached for an account that i am not using for the last 7 years. Also i have never been charged the QMC for the last 7 years only this quarter Jul to Sept 15 i am being imposed the QMC charges and i was not intimated or informed that these charges are applicable. When i had called the bank call center they had advise me that the mutual funds department have debited the QMC and i was asked to contact the Mutual funds department. Upon contacting the Mutual funds department and spoke to them for 40 minutes they have advised that they are not authorized to make any debits without the instructions from the bank. However i believe that it is the responsibility of the Banks to ensure that any debit for such reasons are to be intimated to the customer. Request you to kindly look into the matter as i would like to know the reason for the unauthorized deducted from the bank account. Awaiting for a favorable solution Best regards Micheal anto

              I dropped my cheque on 2/09/2015 but it got rejected due to name mismatch. In Cheque payee is my name that is not matched with my account name. after few days I have changed my name and now its exactly match with payee name on cheque. this time I thought that now it will be cleared. When I dropped it again and after 1 day I checked it on net banking and its showing as a Invalid Cheque. what's the problem now. name is matched then why it is invalid. I recently opened my account and now I am feeling like Worst HDFC Banking Service ever seen. and thinking to move in another Bank.

                HDFC salary account [protected] created in Feb, 2015 at TCS - Thoraipakkam, Chennai during my Ignite training. However, my account is charged against AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS of amount 398.75/- per month from Feb 2015. Have raised this issue to HDFC managers and have been following up with this incident from past 1 month with no response and updates. Request you to look into the same.

                  I am one of the victim of this fake loan offer against policy (10 laksh which I have to pay back in 10 years without any interest. I do not know how do I get back my amount. I have paid 40000 towards HDFC policy which is of no use for me and also paid around 35000 towards TDS and NOC as per Rajeev Malhotra [protected] smart enough to convince me to pay additional amount of 35000 without any clue who also told which will be refunded within 3 working days of loan amount credited to the Bank. as per those people. Neha who is the initiator of making me fool. Her number was [protected], then Aryan he had multiple numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]), then after waiting for more than 1 week got a call from that Rajeev. Please do not go for any loan which will ask for you to pay in advance for any hell reason. I know with my hard earned money those people can't be happy. If I am true will get money from any other source.

                    Dear Sir, I would like to put your attention towards my complain against loan no.24215903 regarding personal loan whose due amount is approx. 70k which I am trying to pay the same as per my financial condition. And lot of call coming to me for paying the due amount.i personally have spoken to them regarding my financial status .The reason for non-payment of this loan was only I had no job that time also requested them to cooperate with me.i have also started the same due amount to your bank. But from last one month I am seeing a lots of calls coming to my relatives and also they are getting threaten/misbehaving on phones by your bank staffs from[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] in different name. Your staff are mentally harassing them .My wife is seek & they are calling her and using abusing language, She is in depression and her health condition going measurable day by day. If anything happens to her then who will be responsible……….? this is totally inhuman after knowing my financial condition. I had got the loan after providing my all document. I have given signed cheques also .As per the agreement you have not mentioned anywhere at all to recover the due by harassing mentally or forcefully or using abusing language .If I am not paying your dues then you have to go for legal proceeding .for that I am fully responsible. Your staffs’ behaviors have shocked very badly. They are taking it very personally n in calls they were scolding “come in front of me I will say how to recover…& “abusing me in hindi ham bade bade bhenchod ki chuttad ki pichhwade Is it a corporate behavior of your staffs.I specially Indicate one person..Mr Amit Verma under guidance of Mr Sanjiv Gupta & their staffs had called. I have the copy of mail also whose name has mentioned. This is forcable by court of law according to the IPC. So I have escalated this matter to you also requested to you to stop these types of abusing call to my nearer n relatives

                        Dear Siremaj I am account holder of HDFC Bank having account no. [protected] On 15/1/2015 a sum of Rs. 100000/-( One hundred thousand ) was debited on my request to open FDR for which the Form for opening the FDR A/c was processed by HDFC Bank sector 20 Panchkula. Despite my several visits and telephonic requests made to the branch I am not able to receive any FDR receipt from them. Today I again approached the Branch and they showed helplessness to issue me FDR. They told me they have since forwarded the detail to their Central Team of the Bank but no response received from the Central Team.                           I am using HDFC account since 2 plus year. today i observed there is one transaction for Rs.114 on Thursday 22/09/2015. I have not done any transaction on that day. I need justification why that amount has been deducted.

                          As per HDFC FAQ I have taken this question with the below answer.

                          1. Are there any charges for using InstaIPIN facility ?
                          No. Insta IPIN facility is FREE of cost.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was charged Rs:855 as depository charges for a demat account: 50326464 which I have never used or had knowledge on it.The reference number given is[protected].This has been done without any prior information and any acknowledgement.I came to know about this only when I checked my statement.Please do the needful to address my issue.I am no way interested in Demat account.Please deactivate my account and refund my money.

                                        I was not using my credit card number [protected].since jun15. i had my due payment also to be made. Due to some financial condition, i was unable to made the payment and my other bills as i was not working, so no mode of income. being thought of, when i will get my salary/ or anyother income i will make this payment first the minimum due amount. but on 16th sep, 2015. when my first salary credited, they debited first their payment, which including of so many fines somewhere 2000. they made their credit card payment of 31000 on 16thsep. i was planning to first, settled sown my other bills/ groseries, rent etc. but nothing i can do now. return my money which you debited and then i will do the due minimum amount i can. this is the not the way to recover the money. i went to bank, they have no status, card was blocked. i tried calling so many numbers/ departm they had no answer... now i want my money back.
