    Credit Card No.[protected]. I settled this card in September 2014 and paid all the amount as asked by the representative of HDFC Bank. However, still HDFC Bank is asking for whole amount. How can I pay? I am a salaried person and also paid the entire amount. I made a complaint to HDFC Bank. They are looking into it. But I want NOC from HDFC.

      Hi, I am here by to raise a complaint against hdfc bank, As previously I was employed and my salary account was with hdfc and now I changed my job and my salary is not being credited in HDFC, Therefore with out any notification they are charging me for non-maintenance of account, I had a worst experience with hdfc, Every month they are charging and I want to close the account but un-able to find out online closure submission, I am thankful to you if you would help me out in this situation.         I (Customer ID:[protected] have a savings account no.[protected] at HDFC Bank Ltd., SCO 144/145, Swastik Vihar, Sector 5, Panchkula( Branch code: 1321) since 28/4/2010. I want to close this account and visited the branch 3 times to submit my application, which was not accepted. After the third visit Ms.Pooja, Assistant branch manager, asked me to fill the account closing form, which I completed and submitted to her. Today, when I went to inquire about the pay order, she refused to answer any queries. I just want to close my saving account and want my pay order released. Please help! Rituraj Aggarwal

          Recently I have recently applied for a claim with HDFC life Insurance, for which I have taken a family life floater family with Policy no. 90078693 of HDFC Life Health Assure Plan and claim no.[protected]. Date of incident 23/09/2015, Corporate Office : Plot No. 577, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122016 Phone :[protected], Fax No :[protected] E-mail : [protected]@emeditek.com. The complaint is while doing the policy the problem of health was not a noticed a severe one, the cause which the company is telling that we have not disclosed the health problem, the problem was with my Daughter who is now in 7 th semester of B.E. in BVB college, Hubli. 7 th semester was started on 01/08/2015. During last one year it seems that she had some gynae problem, which her self and the hostel doctor also didn't consider as a major problem, thinking that it was a hormonal imbalance. My daughter never was hospitalized nor was absent continuously for more than one or two days to the college. Only in her holidays in july 2015 when she went to Hyderabad, along with our relatives casually went to a near by hospital and consulted a lady doctor. Up on examination and tests it was noticed that there is a cyst on left ovary, and confirmed that the presence of cyst (by CT scan, ) is the cause of polymenorreah which was diagnosed, and the doctor advised to go for surgery. Until that time neither of we knew that problem is that and needed a surgery. Because she is in holidays after consulting another doctor at NIMS hospital at Hyderabad, went for the required surgery. There is another hint given by the doctor that if neglected the size of the cyst may increase and problem will be severe. Hence we went for surgery on 01/08/2015 at Hyderabad NIMS hospital. After that we applied for the claim as per their procedures. But for our surprise the company wrote us telling that the claim is rejected and the policy is nulled because we did not follow certain procedures . In fact that all the application was filled by the development officer. As per their instruction only we applied the claim. So injustice is done to me in service by the company.               I have sent several mails to "customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com", "grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" and also called them over Customer Care. But yet I haven't received my Voucher. In past I have many times opted for credit card points redemption and also the courier at that also was Blue Dart only and the product got delivered on time. Also the address was same. Neither HDFC nor Blue Dart is ready to respond me for my queries regarding my voucher. These Blue Dart Guys not even trying to deliver the product and just making false comments that due to incorrect incomplete address the voucher has been return back to HDFC. And over HDFC I have even given Nearby location details and also requested them to tell Courier dept to call me the day he will reach nearby location. That also didn't have happened. HDFC is not ready to respond over my query. I am highly frustrated with HDFC bank and there Customer Care. Kindly help in screwing them. Here is the AirWayBill Number [protected] given by HDFC Customer Care representative and found that still the status which is visible under BlueDart is that it was shipped back to HDFC Chennai via AWB [protected] and has been received too by Robinson From HDFC Chennai. I have attached screenshot for the same.

              What story or false promises you are planning to provide me now. As you can see I have already dropped many mails to HDFC and to HDFC Grievance. And no one is even interested in responding over it. I just want my VOUCHER ASAP or the points to be credited back on my Credit Card and the 75Rs that got deducted for this Voucher.
              Seriously You guys have pissed me off now.
              Today again I called to HDFC customer care and again same thing they said that I need to wait for two more days as this is what is shown in there system.
              Seriously, HDFC needs to first educate those illiterate craps representative to atleast come up with new excuses rather than playing the same recorder everytime.

              Everytime Guys sitting over HDFC Credit Card Customer care department shows that how dumb and stupid they actually are.

              They have said that now they will try to use a different courier than Blue dart, but they don't even know the name of that courier also they are not sure that this time if the package will reach its destination or not.
              High on Lazziness, Unethical people are sitting over there.
              Today again I called to HDFC customer care department and all they have for me is false promises as usual.

                  HDFC securities fraudulently deducted money from my SB account, as account opening charges. Gave a complaint and it took them almost 20 days to find the cause and now its more than a month and they haven't called me back with a resolution. A person by name deepa was very rude and when I asked to close my trading account she very gladly provided me an option to even close my SB account. What an idiotic service they have got.

                      I recently opened a salaried account in HDFC Bank, and my name is recorded incorrectly . My name is Shebha Shree, However the bank account name is Shobha Shree Which is incorrect. Due to this my salary is got credited to my account number [protected]. The reason behind it is the Payroll team who handles my salary states that the bank name recorded is incorrect and because of this the salary is not credited twice. I raised this with the concerned Bank executive and provided all the Declaration form Once again to consider my account name as Shebha Shree.However I don't think I have any response.                         Hi, I have been facing issues with HDFC bank for a while now . I have a HDFC credit card that I used last year and when I had a credit limit of Rupees 26000. In the month of December I agreed to settle my account with the bank and I was given a customer copy of the settlement deal I had with the bank. The settlement amount was 25400 and I was asked to pay this amount in 8 installments starting from December and ending in the month of July . The agent used to come to my house and he used to collect the money from me every month. I used to get a call every month and I used to pay them the money in cash . This happened till the month of April and by then I had cleared 5 of the installments. I was not contacted thereafter and neither was I given any information regarding the settlement .I suddenly received a call in the month of August wherein the lady from the collection department said that I have a due of Rupees 44000 and I need to pay the money . I just told the lady that I already have a settlement with the bank and I only have around 9500 due . The lady checked the details and agreed to what I said . She further asked me to wait for a call from her the very next day and said that she would be taking an approval from Bangalore and will be contacting me to inform me when to pay the remaining amount .I was not contacted . I did not get any information from them. I then received a call from the bank again in the month of September and this time they spoke to one of my family members stating that I have an overdue amount of rupees 44000 and the minimum amount that I need to pay is 2900. My family member simply asked the agent to ring me later on as I was in office . Again the same thing happened as I was not contacted again. I checked my account balance in the month of October and I saw that the amount of rupees 44000 was debited from my salary account . A few days later I again checked the account and the amount has now gone up to 88376.

                          I have a credit card of HDFC Bank which no is 2092 in last four digit having over due payment from last 6 months. whenever received the call from bank the person every time tells me to pay the minimum amount and he will process to settle the card. but when i pay the will not respond again. last month a person received an amount of 10500/ from saying that after payment he will provide me a bank letter of clearance and the settlement amount of renaming 60000 after paying of 10500 and a re bet of 20000 i need to pay in 24 months EMI of 2500 and all will be written in the letter. But after receiving the amount of 10500 he never provide me anything and no confirmation too about the same. He also told me that he will clear my CIBIL NOC too but that is still same. now this month again bank person asking a payment of 10500 and i had told the issue he started abusing me badly saying that i will get all the amount from you anyhow and he told me he will he harass me too. He is not agree to settle my card too. My Name is Vinayendra Veeru. and i need rectification of my card issue ASAP cause of that i m in mentally pressure and suffering with mental harassment.

                              My hdfc bank customer id is 4747234, my name is hariprasad k v, i have 3 account with hdfc bank, 2 account n mumbai and one in kerala-palakkad, 2 years back i shifted permanantly to my home town palakkad from mumbai.so i thought close one account there at mumbai.so i went to palkkad branch and filled form and submited there on march last 2015, but there is no action taken after 1 month also, then again went there and asked about them, they told me they lost my form so i need to fll again, again i filled all ths form.this is my 3 in 1 account.i have to fill different form to close my demat and trading account.so filled that also.but again they dont take any action.then again i went there on may also again filled some other form but still no result yet, at my first visit on march they told me account will close within 15 days so transfer all the amount from this account to other account.i done this thing also, but the next day from i received daily emails and sms to me for warning me not maintaining minimum balance in account and also they deducted 830 each last 2 quartes and my account balance is now -3000 rs.i complained 4 times on customer service and talk to branch manager and all othetr employees in palakkad branch.still not taken any action yet.please give me needfull help .i lost money time and mental pressure.my account details given below a/c no.[protected] branch kamala mills compound, lower parel ifsc code-HDFC0000542 CUSTOMER ID 4747234

                                  I am in USA, and i used HDFC card 3 times here.. but from last three weeks my money is getting continuously deducted saying as DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected]. May i know why bank is deduction such money without any notifications.

                                  I am not using HDFC card/account anymore in USA. Please Refund my money and stop such deduction.

                                    I informed the bank regarding a wrong transaction(it was a user mistake) but for my surprise bank is just playing and buying time for resolving the issue.In terms of solution when i first visited the branch(sher-e-punjab, andheri), there relationship manager Mr. Amar Shah was totally non-supportive and just said ki "kuch nahi ho sakta".Present day status is i have a complaint id- 'HBL=[protected]' yipee. Who the hell says private banks are better? In-fact when it comes to caring for customers they are even worse.
