I had purchased HDFC life policy from HDFC Mulund east branch. Even after 2 months..I did not receive my policy. Despite several reminders and complaints nothing happened. After such a frustrating experience, I requested for cancellation of the policy and completed procedure for same. Its been more than a month but no refund yet. Escalated to various levels but nothing has helped. This is nothing but cheating !!! Policy number is 90148411

    We have Skoda Superb and we have been doing "zero dep" coverage since we bought the car. We renewed our insurance in February 2014. at the time of renewal we were told by the executive that online renewal is easier and safest.. accordingly we renewed our policy online. we met with an accident in August and we approached HDFC Ergo for claim.. we were shocked to know that the policy is not under Zero Dep. Since then we have been chasing HFDC Ergo.. some say that since we paid online it cannot be covered under zero dep and some say since the car is 5 year old it done not come under zero dep.. no where on their web site it is mentioned that after 5 years zero dep is not covered and no one told us at the time of renewal also that after 5 years zero dep is not possible. from last 25 days we have been chasing them and they are avoiding us. while doing online renewal when we feed car details we just get a premium value and we paid exactly the same amount. since our running policy was under zero dep it was presumed that renewal should also be under zero dep as there was no where it was mentioned that now our car will not be under zero dep they have cheated and fooled us we want to file a case against HDFC ergo and also move to the media for this fraud done against us Rahul Chopra [protected] [protected]@hotmail.com

      Phone come Rajiv aggarwall from Hdfc customer care. He take Rs.25000 Cheque behalf of Hdfc life insurance. He tell me your policy in discontinue i[censored] are want continue. Then he take another cheque Rs.41000 the fever of exide insurance company. He tell me this money is refendable. And another cheque is coming Rs.232000 in your address. But it is not come I have lost all money. Karan mishra from RBI Hyderabad call me for these transaction. Please help me.

        Hi,
        my name is sandeep kumar yadav my ac no. is [protected].

        i applied for loan in your bank and your bank representative mr. munfaid khan attend me, which is seating in behror and kotputli branch (rajasthan).

        when we talk about loan he never told me about processing fee.

        2nd thing, i have sign loan documents but your representative cheats me,
        he mix insurance documents with loan documents and take sign of my on those papers and said in these form one form is for credit card apply form.

        is this the working style of your bank and your bank representative.

        why your representative not say truth and actual policies of your bank.

        your bank and your bank representative harassing me and mis guide me.

        i thought your bank continue this practice for long.

        now i talk about your customer care after loan debit on my account i saw massage on my mobile i called your loan customer care on saturday he said that your account not update till the time. i said okay.
        on tuesday i called again on your loan customer care first time i didn't heard your representative name and he said call in branch for more clarification i said okay i called mr. munfaid but he was not picking my call

          I have followed all the process of insurance claim procedure and now they say that we haven't received the cause and treatment for the same. Which is already written by doctor on back of discharge form and when we clarified with him he even shown it to us and said that is what all you required for claim procedure. when I spoke to HDFC representative they said they will check the same and will get back to me, but there is no reply from them. Please help me on this. If you guys don't have issue providing insurance with same ID and now for reimbursement they have issue with my name in account, which is same in my ID used for insurance.

            Hi there! My name is Sreejith. I have applied for HDFC Credit Card on September 16th. While submitting the documents to the executive, I clearly asked him whether they need proof for the current residential address, since I did not have that at that time. He said since the communication address is office address, it would not be required. Immediately afterwards, office verification was done and the next day, a HDFC executive called me on my mobile to verify my house location. At that time I was in the office and I tried my best to direct him to my address. After a few days, when I checked my status online, I gott an error message DISAPPROVED Remarks A FORMAT OF THE COPY OF LETTER SENT TO YOU HAS BEEN ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. PLS FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT AND RESPOND TO US FOR PROCESSING THE APPLICATION FURTHER. THANK YOU In that letter, I was told to send my current residence proof to HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041. My problem, they never intimated me about this via SMS or Email. Anyways, I have sent my Rental agreement as well as the Bank Statement with current residence address to them. However, I see my status still as disapproved. When I tried to contact the executive who initiated my application, she told me her duty is only to forward those documents.               Credit Card No : [protected] received a call from HDFC to purchase credit card with no yearly fee if spent 10, 000 in 3 months and the personnel came to my office to collect all the documents, later after 15 days I received my Solitaire credit card.Even after a month I did not receive a pin to swipe the card.after wwhich I made efforts to call customer care and asked for pin to which they told me that I could create a T-pin and I received one time password on my registered phone no and they asked me to go to near by HDFC atm to change activate my pin .when I went to HDFC atm to set a pin for the credit card I received an error as invalid OTP.Immediately the next day I made a call to customer care and the executive told me that he will send another OTP in a while, which I did not receive .I made another call to them after 2 days saying I need a clarification as to why I haven't received a pin till date and the executive told that a complaint will be raised and team will get in touch with me. I have received a bill of INR 570 for nott swiping the card.I again made a call to HDFC they never bothered to give me a clarification as to why I am not provided with a PIN and still I am made to pay a sum of 570, for that the lady responded that I understand that you haven't received the Pin but as you haven't swiped the card you are liable to pay the yearly fee.I totally don't understand how can a person swipe a card without providing a pin and I have made numerous follow up with the bank to help me in this regard.

                I had applied for hdfc life sampooran samridhi plus policy premium of Rs 2000/- per month and agent collect Rs 6000/- against three month advance premium charges, agent gave me two separate receipt of policy (Rs.3093+Rs.3249) the thing is that policy amount of rs 1000/- deduct from my a/c instead of Rs.2000/- and second one is invalid as per your CC Executive and executive told me that you have two visit your nearest branch for more information with valid doc's, i visited several time (Bk Branch NIT Faridabad) and they said one is valid and second one is no record found i enclosed both receipt for your reference with valid stamp and please confirm the status and also i want to surrender both of policy due to no longer with HDFC bank pls revert ASAP.                   As perthe terms of the policy HDFC SLIC has to credit my SBA/C no.[protected] mantained with Indian Bank, Valasarawakkam, chennai.As the credit has not been received i have send a mail to them on13/02/15 informing themto credit the amount immediately.They have replied to me addressing me as Satyanarayna Singh whereas my name is K.Arunachalam. I pointed out the error and furnished my policy details to them as requested by them.I have send 9 mails to them upto03/06/15.They requested me to forward my bank account statement. from 18/01/15 till date.On 16/07/15 i have forwarded a certificat obtained from by banker certifying. that said credit has not been received in my account from 01/01/15 to 14/07/15.While forwarding the certificate i informed them my bank statement will contain all my financial transaction which i am not intrested in revealing to all so iam forwarding the bank certificate.After forwarding the bank certificat I have send. 2 more mails.I requested them to credit the amount with delayed period intrest.Untill today the credit not received.I have forwarded the complaint t .                       Dear sir/madam, Cancelled flight ticket refund amount not credited to my credit card account I have booked a flight ticket on 16/08/2015 from VTZ to DEL for Journey date 11/09/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Cleartrip Partner). Due to 2 hours delay by Airline i have cancelled the ticket on 11/09/2015 and the amount of Rs. 6042/- was refunded by airline as well as Cleartrip. I have confirmation e-mail from Cleartrip. But HDFC smart buy is not crediting the amount in my credit card. The HDFC smartbuy flight ticket booking reference no is -[protected] Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they have not even replied till now neither their call get connected to customer care if we keep on lone for 40+ minutes also. I would say, HDFC is a reliable organisation. But Smartbuy team spoiling HDFC's credibility. So requesting smart-buy team not to play with customer sentiment. Give correct information & refund the amount in time.

                        Misguided by the Agent of the HDFC for making same policy. my financial not so good. I am continuing payment ..but now i am not able to pay, My policy also lapsed . But they are claiming that the amount are taking from my credit card. Also giving threats.

My booking got failed on 10 Sep, But my money has not been refunded yet. COntinously i am dropping mails to HDFC Bank, But no one is responding, . Please request to check the issue, and provide me the solution, I booked smart buy to Goibibo and as per their reply the money has refunded back to HDFC but they are not refunding the money to me.                             I have submitted all required documents yesterday as per below attached information and i gave the check of full amount after calculating your cash executive in G-Block Noida (Loan branch) as per mentioned in the attached mail but we did not received any confirmation mail from your side, i know may be under process or further follow up. So kindly request after fulfill the cancellation procedure so plz send the confirmation mail for future reference. You will be the responsible if any making the payable liabilities because it was not delay from my side, your response was received after 21 days (15+6days). it was so more time to manage the customer.i have been done all liabilities from my side as per your mail so please check and cancelled immediately. no need any further excuse or clarification on the same. I would like to say thanks to all HDFC Team for taking the follow up on this disputed case and i want to share on thing to upper leadership team please manage the time for response to the customer in time. it was delay to provide the resolution on time so basically please manage the timeline for this type of probels of the customer resolution because it was delay due to your response.                               I applied for a credit card september last year, HDFC guy issued me a DINNERS Card saying that since its my first Credit Card with HDFC, its the primary card, which company will upgrade after a few days o[censored]se. since then that card is of no use. this card is accepted only where the swiping machine is of HDFC or City bank. otherwise its of no use. i tried to upgrade it 2 times but it got rejected from their chennai office. I really need upgradation of my card into any Master/VIsa card.

                                I have been a long term customer of HDFC bank credit card, and in march 2015, there was a delay in payment. So i spoke to HDFC representative to waive off the charges which they agreed and i made the payment however in my next bill only partial waiver was given. To ensure i was not cheated again, i stopped making payment and asked resolution of all the additional charges levied. My card was blocked in June but additional charges are still being levied. Now HDFC has started harassing my family, sending legal notices and harassing my parents.

MURALIDHARAN having Hdfc Master Credit Card (Platinum) 2007 ([protected]). for the last month due still not paid it crosses the exceeding credit limit.my credit limit is 1, 50000- it crosses credit limit. but for the past 3 years I am paying minimum due something 8000 but last month I cant able to pay the due because of I loose my job. so I could not able to pay the minimum amount.                                     1. Personal Loan EMI bounced on this 4-Sep-15 due to job change. 2. We promised HDFC bank that we will repay by this 30-Sep-15. 3. They still call us and our relatives multiple times in a day for repayment else they will put our case in recovery department. 4. We are arranged for a EMI in a form of cheque which we will deposit in our account on 28-Sep-15, and it will get cleared by Wednesday (30-Sep-15). 5. We are ready to give post dated cheque (dated 30-Sep-15) to HDFC bank, but they are refusing the cheque and will only accept cash, which we are only expecting by 30-Sep-15. 6. I am not sure if they do not have a policy to grant at least a month for repayment of a EMI.

                                      We already send card & request (card is cutting) to cancell our cedit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.

                                        I have booked a flight ticket on 10/09/2015 from Bangalore to Trivandrum for Journey date 22/09/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Goibibo Partner). The Air Peaguesus Airline cancelled the ticket on 19/09/2015 and the amount of Rs. 5914/- was refunded by airline as well as Goibibo. I have confirmation e-mail from Goibibo. But HDFC smart buy is not crediting the amount in my credit card.

                                        Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they have not even replied till now neither their call get connected to customer care if we keep on lone for 40+ minutes also.

                                        I would say, HDFC is a reliable organisation. But Smartbuy team spoiling HDFC's credibility. So requesting smart-buy team not to play with customer sentiment.
                                        Give correct information & refund the amount in time.

                                        If the the amount is not refunded in a day or 2, then I'll be forced to go to Consumer court.
