Hdfc bank located in khar west.Hdfc bank they have checked my eligibility and assure me that am eligible for credit card and collected all my documents(Xerox).Now after few days I have received letter from the bank that am not eligible for the credit card. Why this Hdfc Bank is cheating and I request them to give my document or else they may be misusing. Kindly look in this matter as soon as possible. Thanking You

Today 16 sept. I went to the Hdfc bank and that person was unable to give me proper reason .He told me that you will not get the documents. It is with Chennai Hdfc bank.

    Dear sir,
    I have buying HDFC term plan in 20 sep 2015.but due to some technical issue application was not generated but payment (amount of 3546 rs) was deducted in my icici account.i have already forwarded my request to cancellation my policy by mail in 24 sep 2015.but they are responding your policy in cancellation mode and pls wait 7 to 8 working days.
    sir today is 15 sep but no any revert mail found till date.

        HDFC Credit Card Sales person call me and offering a credit card, i said ok lets us do that next day they again call me and said sir our concern person will reach you for collecting the documents for credit card application process but no body came, next day the again call me and asking sir have you submit the documents to our authorized person, i said no body came here, next day same thing again happens till 4 day pass no body come the very next day some one calling me for collecting the documents for HDFC credit card, he visited my office filling application form verified my picture and all original documents and said sir in next 3 day you will receive the call from our office after 5-6 day call has been come to my mobile asking the verification like address name email mobile ...and said sir you bill received the final call son, , , now after that day every day the call me and asking the same bull i think 5-6 time but nothing will happens, , , , ..my question is that if you have physical visited my office checked all documents originally that why the hell is this verification take 20 days and asking same thing again & again...if i am not elgiable tell me yes or no... i will go for another bank.. please reply

          I had financed my two wheeler from HDFC..inspite of my 2-3 reminders they did not sent my NOC..n nobody from their side even told me that if i did not take it within 90 days I w'd be charged 500 Rs. Very pathetic cusomer care service as well..No. doesn't get connect easily..nd still they are not ready to accept their fault..I will never ever keep any relation with HDFC as I have suffered a lot bcz of their mistake..financially n mentally too..guys go to any other bank but HDFC not at all..             Dear Sir/Madam, MY HDFC Proposal No . 17763516. I was buy the online term insurance policy from HDFC life product name "HDFC Life Click2Protect " on 23.07.2015 and fulfill the all requirement by HDFC. My medical was done on dated 14.08.2015, i take all report copy from the said LAB. After my regular followup one email received from HDFC Life that due to your blood sugar premium amount increased by HDFC from Rs 9945.00 to 14071.00 as my blood sugar and all medical parameter as per normal slandered. I also requested to HDFC to re-fix my medical to any reputed lab & ask to share my medical report but sorry to say HDFC declined the same. I was gain forwarded the copy of same medical report to HDFC and ask where my medical condition below standard and why i pay extra premium amount as my blood sugar and medical parameter as per standard. But again HDFC was declined without any valid reason and not answered my questioned. I am enclosing all my email conversation and medical reports to your platform, kindly arrange to justice to me and ensure that HDFC or any other companies can't chit to any people.               Depository charges deducted from my account on 11 sep 2015 but I do not have any dmat account. While opening account in july 2013 they forcefully opened a Dmat account and said its free but I closed it in december 2013. But now on 11 sep 2015 they deducted 855 rupee for depository charges. I want my money back.

                  I have requested for change in Address on Urgent Basis and i wanted it by this 14/09/15, as i have to submit this as my address proof. because recently i have changed from old to new address. I am not holding new address proof and my hdfc account is used from last 6 to 7years and i never requested the bank authorities for anything and now i require it on urgent basis and asked them to help me. Even though u hdfcbank called me for opting credit card and i have submitted all my documents as per there requirement people rejected that without giving proper details even when contacted at Call centre to know the rejection details they have not given me. Now i want my address change to be done on priority and i need cheque book on priority by monday 14/09/15. Require govt authorities support on urgent basis and inform hdfc team to serve there customers who are using there network from last 6years and given 50sales leads to their bank.                       My sister is working for HDFC Business Enhancement Unit in Delhi. She is always asked to work extra hours in office. They do not give leaves on public holidays. Most of the time the employees are asked to come on Sundays. 2nd and 4th saturdays are supposed to be a holiday for the employees but they are also made to work on all Saturdays. Request strict action against the HDFC business enhancement unit Delhi, Gurgaon and Vikaspuri to treat their employees in an inhuman manner.

                          I am a retired employee of HDFC Bank ltd. The bank is crediting my benefits to my account with out giving any details of the amount and also not giving some of the retirement benefits. I had written to HR dept and also to MD of the bank regarding the clarification and benefits. now it is more than 2 months. No reply is given to my letters. So please give necessary instruction to the bank to give reply to my letters.. This is violation of the human rights that to to a retired employee and Sr citizen.If you are also keeping silent the matter will be taken to Human rights commission and you will be also a party to that

                            My Loan No[protected], Name- VIKRANT, Mobile No-[protected] I am facing ECS problem form the bank side. I have given filled ECS form 3 times, even though the problem was not solved. Every month they use to collect the cash from me. Now, they are charging cheque bounce charge of Rs.7, 500/-, (approx) which was not suppose to bear by me. All these issue are happened because of your HDFC Bank executive was not reverted the proper information and wrong commitment given by him.                                 I had applied for cancer care policy on 2/6/15 from b.K.Chowk faridabad branch and haven't recieved any hard copy of bond. On 17/08/15 i received sms saying bond no 90111333 has been despacted thru odinary mail on 26/06/15 but haven't received yet. Soft copy of bond was send on my mail on 22/08/15. Despite regularly follow up with branch and mail to service, service1 and service 2 i haven't got hard copy of bond. Not even anyone is bother to reply to my mail.
                                HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  My name is V.Anit Gipson. I ‘m a Govt. Medical practitioner. I availed a car loan from your HDFC bank, Loan acc:no:15819960 on 7/12/2009, to my Tavera car bearing no TN 74 AB 1000. I was prompt in paying the EMI and my car loan ended on 7/11/2014. Last 9 months we were requesting the HDFC bank (Nagercoil and tirunelveli branch)for give my NOC but manager was told, I will send in next week by post frequently, or whenever I go to bank he said come two days later or l week later like this continuously. So far no response from the bank. It’s been a great inconvenience for me. I’m planning to sell my car and purchase another one, but not able to do it. So I am totally disappointed about this issue.                                     This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                    An amount of Rs 855 has been debited on 11th Sep 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES AUG15 on demat account. I hve never used this account.

                                    I am aghast to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                                      Depository Charges which was not agreed by me at the point of signing up

                                      I just chaeked my balance. 57 rupees was withrawn as "depository charges 15th August" on 11th september 2015. I have a demat account with HDFC but the only charges for the demat account is the annual maintainance charges, which was waived off for the first year of opening. Why then should I be charged this amount?...

                                      i take only 28000 in my credit card but bank collect 88, 000 now nungambakam branch balaji some issues creating in my family. may month i was paid and mobile no, address updated, still bank cannot call my mobile number.2.
