Policy not issued after ful filling all requirments

Charges on savings account resulting into negative balance

Not received credit card since one month

II have applied for Moneyback HDFC credit card on 11/6/2015 & submitted all documentation to your agent JaiGanesh ([protected]) and acknowledged from your bank through SMS on 13/6/2015 vide credit card applnCC22270715under refr[protected].
