They are sending randomn debit cards to people and deactivating existing debit cards, They are not sending the pin for the debit card. Netbanking for pin generation does not work. I cannot withdraw any cash and phone banking said that because of security they ar sending new cards to account holders. This is really disgusting. HDFC was a good bank once upon a time. But now it is horrible. Horrible customer experience. Avoid HDFC....
