I have applied for HDFC Life Click 2 Protect Plus online on 22-Aug-2015. They promised that with in 25 days the policy will be in force. But till date the policy is still in proposal state and there is no contact person for resolving any issues. I made the payment on 22-Aug-2015 and I completed my medicals on 19-Sep-2015. On 13-Oct-2015 I got a mail stating that the medicals were uploaded in the system. It took a total of 24 days to get the response. Whenever I call customer care people they have the standard answer of 3-4 working days, and if we call after 4 days some other customer care executive will pick up and again repeat the same sentence 3-4 days. Finally on 24-Oct-2015 they sent mail that medicals are received and 1 more medical test to undergo. I went and completed that test also and now its been 10 days that I have completed the test. They are again repeating the standard answers 3-4 days. When I ask them 3-4 days is already done then why are you again saying as 3-4 days? They don't have answer for this. It seems they are payed for giving only standard answers as 3-4 days, medicals not yet received. No one from HDFC Life will be available to call you back or report the issue. Its only the customer care executives we can contact and it's a waste of time contacting them.

    Hi, I have account in Hdfc bank and tried to withdraw cash from DCB bank ATM. Cash was not withdrawled at the time of transaction ATM was technically hang. Now bank is saying cash was dispensed and nothing can be done for this. Request your help and immediate action. Regards, Shwetank

          I have received calls from HDFC bank employee claiming to return the money charged on my card during last year. Since he just only asked for only last 4 digits of my card and no transaction can be made only by knowing last 4 digits then i got a message that this 6754 Rs transaction has been made through my card no ending with **** through PAYUPAISA47779 at Gurgaon on calling back that person i made call to his seniors and then they said money will be provided back with 16 days but i have not received, though they claim to be HDFC employeee i am uploading the call number from which i have received calls +91 [protected] +91 [protected] +91 [protected] I used to get call from these guys that money will be provided back, but till no return, moreover nowdays i used to make calls but nobody picks phone

              I'm one of your customers in Hyderabad who got harassed due to Unhealthy climate in customer care has been observed through the CSR.
              Certain aspects which are not allowed in customer care is being followed by HDFC Customer care. Being one of your loyal customer since 5 Years received such a pathetic experience where the associate (Sravani) didn't even showed interest to speak on resolving my simple query, started laughing on call by chit chating with her colleagues.

              I've made my self repeat for 7 times to transfer the call to escalation team due to such a response. The worst part is, even after telling her that i want to complain on her and hence i'm asking to transfer the call. She again asked the reason to transfer.

              My initial experience on Credit Card Banking gave me a delightful experience which provoked me only to speak to CC gave me a harassment on the call.

              Expecting some measures to be taken to arrest such an experience towards your customer through proper coaching and feedback

                This is in reference with the amount deducted from my salary account towards some useless Demat account which I never opted for. I think the Hdfc representative who came to my company while opening the salary account must have opted in everyone for this demat account without any knowledge to anyone. And the most funny thing is that they will come to your doorstep to provide u services and will ask to visit their branches for opting out of it. Hdfc bank doesn't seem to be trustworthy at all and there seems no transparency in their service. I will surely not use any of their services in future and advice others too. HDFC should refund the amount asap and close this demat account immediately from their end only.

                Same was sent by me to [protected]@hdfcbank.com previously however there was no reply from your end. Best thing was that even after emailing there was a deduction of Rs. 564.14 /- from my account towards the same demat account.
                But for now I have again sent the email with the above mentioned ref. id hoping to have some action from your end.

                  My name is nithish krishnan from kollam dist kerala.account no:[protected]F50878)this is to inform you that i had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 registrd no: kl 2 r 9367 0n 2004 in my father`s name on loan from centurion bank kollam.before completing my 2 wheeler loan i got a personal from centurion bank with 24 cheques started form[protected] ended in[protected]. the personal loan amount details are as follows loan amount :21000-centurion bank processing fee711=20289 24 emi with rs.1323 1323*24=31752 cheque no:508276 to 508299 interest = 11463 rate=23.3% FLAT i completed both loan. 2 wheeler loan ended in[protected] personal loan ended in[protected] From that day onwards i was asking for the noc from centurion bank.they told me it will come from Bombay office to my home.but i didn`t get it.After the takeover of centurion bank by hdfc bank we received 5-7 threatening call which was received by my mother.they are telling that 4 cheques were bounced.and i met Mr. Krishna kumar HDFC bank kollam branch kerala (i think he was the collection manager)i have all 24 cheque cleared statement, which i submitted to him. he understood it and assured me to get noc.but nothing happened.in my inquiry i came to know that Mr.Krishna kumar shifted from kollam to trivandrum or else.i met another manager in kollam hdfc.he also said4 cheques bounced and i have to pay more than Rs.15000 to get noc i gave the copy of bank statement to him and he said he has limitations and the centurion bank loan details is in bombay, so better pay the amount and get noc. i have all documents i am ready to submit any where.                       I'm opened new HDFC bank salary account but i did not received welcome kit, thats why my account was blocked . After 1 month i submitted new address with valid document but after 10 days my account not updated . i want to open new salary in other branch that's why i'm trying to unblocked my old account and then closed, but still no body solved my problem. i dont know how to resolved this issue. plz help me because i dont have any other solution .

                          Hi myself Ravi Kumar Suraj. I have a hdfc credit card endind 1694. Due date of my credit card payment is 23rd of every month. I dropped a cheque of due amount in the cheque drop box @NFC branch before due date on 21st October 2015. When I saw my statement on hdfc app, i saw 500 rs plus 70 ra service tax as late payment. I called up customer care and asked them abt this late payment. Executive informed that hdfc received cheque on 28th october. Its entirely hdfc fault because I dropped cheque before due date I would like to request you to please take strict action against hdfc so that they don't dare to do this with anyone.

                            my self rahul patil, resides in dehu road, today one of executive from hdfc bank called up me from number [protected] & using abusive language & also told me that he know where i lives & he using the words like " Rahul Patil you are chutiya & he found me & do whatever with me." i am very afraid because of his language & not able to come out from my home. If you take any action against that guy only i am able to come out from my home. If any mis happening done with me or my family then only HDFC bank credit card division & the person Mr Santosh [protected] is responsible.

                              Hello... i have applied for the credit card around 25 days back...i have the msg of OTP on my moblie as well..but whr d hell is card... 2 days back i received a call from blue dart and i was out of station that tym... and whn im calling them now call is not connecting since its a landline number...and u guys havent even provided the waybill no/reference no of blue dart so that atleast one can track the status of the same and whn i use to call ur customre care they say that card has not been dispatched ...just tell me one thing if card is not dispatched from ur end how came blue dart guy called...the services of HDFC are pathetic...and ur customer care agents... do they actually know that what is supposed to be told to any customer...I just want my credit card status and the waybill no/ref no of blue dart...

                                I booked three flight tickets on 28/10/2015 (2* srinar to delhi for 10th feb 2016 & 1 for Jammu to Srinagar 7th feb 2016). after transaction and successful debit from my credit card there is no reference number displayed on website and nether flight booking details send on email id. I am fed up with calling customer care number. all the time busy. tell me my flights are booed or not so that I will made alternative arrangement.

                                  Hi I, R.Ayyappanathan had a HDFC credit card from 2009 when i was working in a MNC and earning more than 50K monthly, i had a good transaction with the bank by seeing once they also increase my limit to 1.88L from 94K on 2010. But suddenly i lost my job in Aug 2012 which made me to non payment of credit card on Aug 2014 i got a job with 15K salary this is not even manageable to survive with my family (Father, Mother, Wife, 2 Child) in a rented house. Now they harass me daily from 2013 till date to pay it immediately by sending persons to my house and even to my relatives and friends house. Even they are exceeding by using worst languages, I think you might be knowing how they will treat. on Aug 2015 i asked for statement, in which i came to know i purchased for 4.7L, paid 4.7L and outstanding of 1.3L till Aug 2012 I dont know what to do i asked the agent and explained the details but they are not ready to hear after which they harass me more I know i have to pay some interest but they ask for 3.7L to pay, when i spoke for settlement they ask me to pay 1L within one week pressurize me which i can't I need some assistance for the following 1) I purchased for 4.7L totally from the start, and I have paid 4.7L at the end of the Aug 2012 (when I stopped the payment). what should i do now a) How much i need to pay b) I need time will they provide for me to arrange money since with my present salary i can't pay c) How to stop this harassment now d) What are other details you need

                                    This is to certify that my brother Somasundaram Thyagarajan is no longer staying with us – he went into a state of depression after my mother was admitted to hospital last month. He left the house one day and has not returned. Further it seems Somasundaram Thyagarajan has taken a personal loan and credit card from HDFC bank and there are some outstandings on the same. Myself and my family are being bothered by the collection agents of the bank – I would like to explicitly state that neither me nor my wife or any other family member have not stood as a guarantor / surety to any debts of Somasundaram Thyagarajan and we are not legally liable to pay anything to anybody for debts incurred by Somasundaram Thyagarajan in his personal capacity. If me and my family continue to be bothered by any collection agent for any loan or credit card taken by Somasundaram Thyagarajan I would be constrained to proceed legally against the said collection agency as well as HDFC Bank.                                       Hello All, Just now I had a conversation with the customer support executive (Mr.Karthik) regarding an Issue, but the call has ended up like taking an decision to cancel the card. Here follows the scenario, I have called up the bangalore customer care number and verified my card details, date of birth on IVRS, but again the executive has made me to tell my card number, date of birth, billing address, pin-code everything over the call. when i asked him why do he require the details over voice when i have authenticated them over IVRS. For this he has given me a blunt reply saying when the call is waiting for more than 10 mins i have to authenticate again, but when i have checked my call duration it is running around 3 mins. When i have asked him against the security of telling the secured information over the call, he simply answered me saying it is not a big issue and we can say. If it is not a big problem then why the IVRS is required, people can tell the card number over voice. When i was frustrated with his terrific and misguiding answers, he then asked me how can he help me, then i said i want to cancel my card, for this he did not ask me the reason behind, i have received a terrific answer saying, "take a white paper and write a letter to the head of cards section and post my card and it will be cancelled with in 4-5 days". Might be HDFC is vexed with its customers base and want to reduce the number of customers with this poor quality of customer support and misguiding answers. I am writing this review so that others know the pain before opting this card and will not be in soup.

                                        I booked a phone Motorola G3 phone from FLIPKART on 13th Sep 2015 worth Rs. 12999/- on EMI with HDFC bank Credit Card for 12 months. Since it was taking time to deliver I cancelled my order on 15 Sep 2015 by calling FLIPKART customer care and asked them to reverse my amount in source payment that is my HDFC credit card account. On the same day I got a message from HDFC BANK that my transaction of Rs.12999/- is reversed. When my statement for Sep-2015 got generated on 18th Sep 2015, they reversed my Rs. 12999/- with 18th Sep 2015 as reversal date and also charged 1st month EMI(1020.22(principal)+140.82(interest)+19.78(Service Tax)) in the same statement. In my next month's statement, they added 12999 minus (1'st month principal in EMI) equal to 11978.78/- as debit transaction. My concern is that when my transaction is reversed before the statement date, how can they charge interest+service tax to me. When I am calling on phonebanking they are saying that Interest+Service Tax cannot be reversed. Please help me out here.

                                        I have an existing ref. no. TTU[protected] already. Please solve the problem.
