Sir, I opened a bank account with HDFC years back with a condition that you need to maintain Rs.10, 000 all time in your account. But due to some exigencies my balance reduced to approx Rs.6000 and I was unaware about the fact. Today when I went to close my account, to my surprise I see that bank is demanding Rs.624 for close the account and argues that this is system generated procedure and cannot help. They say that they have deducted all my hard earned money by the name of charges every quarter and have not even once intimated me about my account's condition so that I would have timely regularized the same. Also, I was not informed about the charges while opening the account, I want to get my money back.

      Hello Sir/Madam, I am Neeraj Verma a resident of Santnagar, Delhi. I have an Account with HDFC Bank, Kalkaji Branch. Recently I withdrew a total of Rs. 39000/- from HDFC Bank ATM (Burari Branch) on 9th July around 7:30 PM and I was shocked to see that 1 of the 1000 rupee note was fake. I had complained regarding this to HDFC customer Care (Complaint No. - DELC[protected]) which was closed by them stating that they did not found any such discrepancy in their records. When I asked to see the video footage they talked harshly and refused to do the same. I again registered a complaint (Complaint No. - DELC[protected]) to provide me a video recording of the ATM which is still open & under process. Kindly suggest what do I do in this matter as this can happen to anybody. Reputed Bank such as HDFC has behaved in a very inappropriate manner & this has made me complain against them to higher authorities. Kindly check how this issue can be sorted out.         Myself harshkumar jain i am having complain against hdfc bank regardingy Form 16. I was working in hdfc bank ltd and want Form 16 from 2nd December 2014 TO 11 July 2015 (last date of my working) but were not providing me Form 16 so many mail was done but not a single reply from their side please help me regarding this problem. Do needful as soon as possible.

          I have HDFC Credit card with me as I am having other banks credit cards as well and it is only 3 months I have HDFC credit card and one of my payment got miss so I got a call back from one of the agent asking me why the payment was late, I was in office so at my office phone is not allowed so when I picked the calls I told him that within 5 days i will make the payment and the reason is someone was hospitalised so I was out of town but the other guy started in hindi- JAB BAS KI NAHI HAI TO KARJA LETE KYU HO BANK SE, APKI SALARY K HISAB SE ITNA LIMIT KAISE DE DIYA BANK NE - it is not hard to understand that within 5 days you will get the payment and still you are calling my mother and saying we will collect it by sending agents forcefully- i think this is appaling services, i will be paying whole amount in one go as CITI and ICICI are very good in terms of service as I never miss payment but still, they are understanding, i want to raise this further and If I am not getting any reply we will be reaching banking ombudsman for resolution .

            Hello sir, I got credit card jet previlage under lucky draw for women's day 2013. I don't know what the use of credit card is. Your executive explained me a premium policy 20000 approx and told me I just need to pay that in monthly installments. Without taxes. Via credit card. I worked very hard and saved that money. I have been paying the amount for 2.5 years. And the outstanding bill now is 60000. For the first year it was 19000 Approx and the amount I had paid reached premium policy, got mail for same. And I dint receive mail for the entire year. Next year it was 38000 approx. Am not understanding what fraud is done and the ultimate sufferer is me. Am married now and in abroad. My husband doesn't know about this. This would create me a problem if he knows. Please solve my problem and no body is responsible n responding if I call customer care. I am unable to contact them. For your executives mistake y should I pay 60000 now. I have trusted your executive as am totally unaware of credit card use even now. Ending in 5626 is my credit card number. Please solve this issue asap. This is my contact number. Kindly give yours or allot a person for me to talk about this. I haven't opened my email statements because I never knew this would be fraud like this. Please don't issue credit cards like this unless you educate them. From where I should pay. I don't have money now. But even though it is your fault.

              I applied for a personal loan of 1.5 lakes from HDFC bank. executive came and collected the cheques papers signed and did not inform anything about any deductions and the loan amount disbursed was 143583.00 after deducting for insurance, VAT, taxes some paper charges and processing fees. they did not infirm any thing before file processing. why they charged insurance what is use it for me. as per bank application process we have write every thing in application but here. just signed documents. i need more explanation in this issue.

                As per the policy of the of the M/s HDFC the major claim is settled in 30 days (given in FAQ’s), clearly given in FAQ’s which is the major tool to get understand about the Co. and their policy handling system which helps in attracting the surfer to buy the policy. From the very same day of the vehicle accident I am regular in touch with the persons related to M/s Hyundai/HDFC/IAR Insurance Surveyor & Loss to settle the claim timely, but none of them cared/bother for me (the sufferer).

                as per the norms of M/s HDFCergo the claim related to major loss given IN FAQ'S :
                How long will it take to process my claim?
                • If you take your vehicle to any one of the garages empanelled by us, you benefit from cashless repair service. You simply pay a small sum towards depreciation, consumable items billed by the repairer and compulsory excess. Once your vehicle is repaired, sign the satisfaction voucher acknowledging that you're satisfied with the repairs, and you can drive away without any further hassle. The garage will take care of all the other formalities.
                • Should you take your vehicle to a garage of your choice, you will have to first pay the repair cost and then submit the bills and cash memos to us for reimbursement. We will check the bills and repay you the amount spent on repairing the accident damages only, as per the terms and conditions of your policy.
                • However, if your vehicle meets with a major accident and the repair costs exceed 75% or more of the insured value; the claim settlement process may take up to 30 days.
                • If the entire vehicle is stolen and cannot be recovered, we would use the help of a specialist investigator to try and trace the vehicle, and obtain the necessary documents from the police. This could take up to 60 days and will depend on your co-operation in getting the necessary documents


                On 5th june 2015 mail received from the representative of M/s IAR Insurance Surveyor & Loss and more than 100 calls were made by me & informed (telephonically and via mail) him very well that I am utilizing Pvt. vehicle for my day to day jobs on chargeable basis for Rs. 3000/-(approx.) per day and supported him which is my responsibility being insured to help them in sorting out the case timely.

                On 9th July 2015 representative from M/s IAR Insurance Surveyor & Loss mailed me a consent letter to provide them scanned copy, till that date I do not have the number of any officer of M/s HDFC on 9/7/2015 I got the number of Mr. Baljinder from M/s HDFCERGO and discussed the matter with him but he also not replied satisfactorily regarding the failure in timely settlement and charges tobe borne by them regarding to parking/estimation and of pvt. vehicle, at last on 14/7/2015 he said sent the scanned copy of consent letter in the format as you wish, which I did on the very same day.

                After going through all of the above I made a complaint with [protected]@@HDFCERGO dtd. 13/7/15 and they provided a no. 11963346 for future tracking & corresponcence and in their revert mail promised to resolve the matter within 2-3 days but they did noting even not replied to my grievance.

                A complaint was lodged on 16/7/15 with grievance cell of M/s HDFCERGO with a copy to your goodself. In their reply dtd. 17/7/15 they also promised to make reply within 2 working days (two working days were 17/7/15 & 20/7/15) . Two working days lapse yesterday i.e. 20/7/15 but today in place of replying in a proper way you are demanding the signed documents from me. At the time of purchasing lot o[censored]nbelievable and huge promises were made by the insurer and the seller i.e. M/s Hyundai in their “HYUNDAI ASSURANCE NOTE” promising to support till end, but only on papers not in practical.

                On one side I have lodged complaint with GRIEVANCE CELL OF M/s HDFCERGO on the other hand Mr. Baljinder is pressurizing to sort out the case by sending the documents according to them through Mr. Ritesh Gupta of M/s IAR Insurance Surveyor & Loss, now by you. How they can do so? Through the act of insurer I am very much grieved.

                Vehicle no. UP13AL4336 is my first vehicle and I have emotional touch with it as it is proverbial naturally, after purchasing it I first went to the grave of my Grandfather for their blessings because he cares for me too much and then to home. But this EID-festival I was without my car with whom I want to salute my grandfather’s grave as per the tradition of Muslims to visit after “NAMAZ OF EID” due to negligence of insurer.

                Now it is requested to your goodself provide me for the grievance to settle the case:-
                a) As I am the sufferer due to negligence of the insurer hence kindly
                arrange to provide the amount which I have incurred for my day to day use by hiring pvt vehicle i.e 3000/- perday from the day accident.
                b) Vehicle is with M/s Vaso Arjun Hyundai, Moradabad, they demanding Rs. 250/- per day parking charge, due to your attitude of delay vehicle is still their kindly provide the charge to me from the date of accident till final settlement.
                c) My IDV value is 596183 and the vehicle purchased on 24/8/14, provide me full IDV WITH 18% interest accured on delay payment.


                It is also to inform you that for my and family day to day jobs I am regularly using pvt. vehicle, hence requested to kindly settlement the case on priority, because M/s HDFCERGO has not followed their words. Due to the irresponsibility nature of yours I am regularly suffering/harassed and suffering with mental agony for which I may claim if not settled soon.

But when they call for payment they always talk like gunda and cheap words, when i asked them for settlement they told me to pay full amount.I am not able to pay full amount so please tell me minimum % of settlement amount

                        I tried to book a Ticket on IBIBO on Friday 10/07/2015 through my HDFC Netbanking. after entering the OTP i got an error: Could not reach the destination but amount was deducted. Then i tried with the my friend's HDFC card and got the same error again. so total amount that me and my friend debited was 4494+4494=8988.I communicated the IBIBO and they have confirmed it is a fault at the bank's end. I called the customer care and the relationship manager that is assigned to us for our concerns. They were saying wait for 48 HRS your money will auto credited to your account. after 2 days i again called the HDFC customer care then their statement was 'Wait for 5 to 7 working days' only then we can take your complains. we waited for 5 days then again we called the customer care. She noted down our complain with reference id:#PUNC[protected] & #PUNC[protected] and again asked us for another 7 working days. According to their customer care they are giving a High Priority to this complain but still i didn't get any response from their side.Also i have mail chain with the HDFC who says in every mail we will revert you with in 7 days.you can check my balance and i really need this money urgently. It is a big amount 8988/-, and HDFC is not paying attention on it. I need to pay my bills.HDFC has 3rd class customer care, services and the most useless part is their relationship manager. May be it's not a big amount for your but for me it is.

                        Still it is a mystery 'Where the hell is this fault'. Now 4 providers comes in to picture HDFC, Payu Money, PayU Biz and IBIBO..

                        HDFC people saying.. Fault is at PayU Money's end and we have transferred this amount to PayU Money.So Contact the Merchant..
                        PayU Money Saying.. Fault is at Payu Biz so we are transferring this concern to PayU Biz..
                        PayU BIz... Please contact IBIBO we don't have anything pending at our end
                        IBIBO... no amount was charged for any transaction so please contact HDFC Bank...

                        most interesting part is, HDFC sent us a message and saying your problem is resolved with in a given time line(15Day)
                        STILL WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REFUND!!

                        Now my question is to HDFC: I complained to HDFC on the same day(10/07/2015) when this issue occurs then why HDFC transferred this amount to third party on 13/07/2015?

                        Does a customer's complaint really matters for HDFC????

                        issue is solved. but overall experience was not good.
                        they took 18 days to solve this issue and it's a very big deal!!!

The Governor, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai - Subject : Compalint against HDFC bank – Delay in decision of Home Loan sanction – Excess charge of Processing Fees, Non refund of Processing Fees on denial by HDFC bank, Confusing file numbers provided through 4 SMS mentioning 4 different reference file nos .[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] An Application for Home Loan, Take Over of existing Home loan and Top Up facility was applied to HDFC bank, Wadala Branch, Mumbai – 400 031 in the name of self and my Wife ( Mr. Siva Prakasam Pillai and Mrs. Aruna ) on 1st Dec 2014 and the necessary Processing Fee of Rs. 11, 236 /- was paid vide cheque No: 00 4455 o[censored]nion Bank of India, Matunga Branch, Mumbai on 1st dec 2014 Vide e mail from [protected]@hdfc bank – I got an e mail that I am not keen on the Housing Loan and hence the bank is refunding an amount of Rs. 809 and also retaining Rs. 2000 towards admin charges – The Document and discussion is happening between me and the bank officer Mr. Ravi Singh ( Mob No: [protected] ) and Mr. Bushan ( Contact N: [protected] ) My Complaints are as follows : •The E mail of Mr. Bhushan indicate that I was not interested in the loan – This is totally untrue statement – All along I have been patiently waiting for the positive revert from the HDFC bank – Even when I got this e mail and subsequently called Mr. Ravi singh – he took me on a conference call with Mr. Bhushan and I was given to understand that I should not deposit the refund cheque of Rs. 809 and that the bank officials will get back to me. •Even in the e mail I was informed about the refund of Rs. 809, and that the bank will retain Rs. 2000 as administrative charges, no mention about the balance amount of refund – My subsequent calls to the officials indicated that the money will not be refunded as the bank officials have targets of PF to meet and nothing will come out. •You may please note that myself and my wife are working as Teaching Professionals in respected educational institutions of repute and have credible CIBIL score and we are being given this kind of treatment – harassment over the last couple of months – completely throwing all our financial planning out of gear – We have 2 school going children and have to plan for their education and one key factor is loans for salaried couple and this approach of bank is totally creating confusion and fear in our mind. •We have busy schedule handling our profession with administration responsibilities involving student community and do not have the time to run around the branch for months together to get a loan processed – Please note that the mortgage being offered is my residence in a reputed housing society ( Dosti Acres, wadala ) – self occupied by me and my family for the last several years – The value of Collateral is approximate Rs. 200 lakhs and the total loan amount requested is only Rs. 50 lakhs. •Our Present Request : We have already suffered the delay of more than 5 months – Please ensure the loan application of total rs. 50 lac is sanctioned based on eligibility against a Self Occupied Residential Property of approx Value of Rs. 200 lac at the best possible ROI wihout any incremental PF as already I have made the PF payment on 1st Dec 2014 and waiting for the loan application

                              Hi, I am Ajay Kumar Banka from Kolkata WB. I am using HDFC Titanium edge Credit Card ending ****. One day I got a call from HDFC Bank sales executive whose Name is Mrs. Sangita Kesawani and he called from HDFC Bank West Bengal. Initially he told me the following  Your Credit card has a lot of offers.  You can get discount on every purchase of online sites (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) and top stores (e.g. Reliance Super Mall, Shopper Stop etc.).  The above is always with your card that means you will get discount life Time on your credit card.  The Credit card will be life time free. There is no, one time Charge will be taken from you per year.  To avail this you need to take a Health Insurance and a Life Insurance from HDFC ERGO.  The Premium (i.e. around Rs.527.00) will be deducted per month from your credit card for two years. After hearing the above, I told him, I don’t need any Insurance as I have everything. He told me, Sir don’t worry about the above premium, it just a security deposit kind of thing. If you will not claim anything in the coming two year the whole premium will be returned to your credit Card again. After much dilemma I finally agreed to take the above Insurance by thinking such discount offers etc. I also asked him please send me a written document which states that the above offer will be valid for my credit card life time. He ignore the above statement sometime but when I asked for written document frequently in the conversation, he told me it will take around three months to prepare the written document of the above offer. It will reach you in three months. After that they have deducted Rs. 11070.00 from my credit card. Now I am giving premium of Rs.527.33 per month. The Policy Number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The sales executive also provide me his office Number[protected] and told me that I can reach him any time in office hour whenever I face any issues regarding any discount on my credit card. Now the Real Fact of the above things: Currently I am not getting any discount from my credit card on purchase from online sites or Big stores. And that person has given me false promises and now he is not picking the above phone number also. HDFC Bank and HDFC ERGO are cheating their customer and sale their product by giving false promises. In Short they are Fraud Company. Now I want my money back in my credit card and I don’t want any insurance from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited.                                 Dear Sir, I, Sri Goutam Biswas, have applied a Personal Loan on HDFC Bank (Barrackpore Branch) 1st july 2015 the case is 5 lakhs rupees. But today is 21st july 2015 I don't get the amount. They said to me that please you open a savings a/c in rupees 11000. I submit the cheque on that day, after that they deducting the amount from my salary a/c but processing is very slow. They required from me any type of thing I completed, but today I am not get the loan amount. I am a aged person they are harassing me everyday. DEBASISH sir (Barrackpore Branch) ( contact no. - [protected]) said to me that the verification process is not correct but verifier call me and said to me that Sir your verification is correct. I am a Chief Accountant of CESC. My job is transferable in kolkata any circle you know that. My head office is in kolkata 2 no. Part Lane (near West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Office) ( Poschimbongo Madhya Siksha Parsad Office). The verifier go to my office and they call me and verify my office and talk with my Boss Malay Babu (Head of the Chief Accountant Manger). But now they said to me that the office verification is not correct. Now what do I do? please if you check this matter as early as possible I am obliged.                                   II have applied for Moneyback HDFC credit card on 11/6/2015 & submitted all documentation to your agent JaiGanesh ([protected]) and acknowledged from your bank through SMS on 13/6/2015 vide credit card applnCC22270715under refr[protected]. Till today I have not received Credit card eventhough several time enquiry to ur agent & Tool free no.
                                  If Rejected my application atleast send information by sms.

                                    Dear sir, i tushar nagadiya nagpur have purchased a policy of hdfc life policy no[protected] hdfc sl samooorn samridhi on date 01/07/2013 paid premium amt rs 12500/- by cheque o[censored]nion bank . Then after i have some financial problem so i did not pay the premium 2 years now after 3 years in july 2015 they are saying that you have to pay min 3 years then only you get any withdrawl otherwise your money will not be refund .
                                    I have done mail to co that please refund my money but today i call customer call centre they says your money will not refund unless you pay 3 years payment .
                                    Please guide us what to do.

                                      Dear Sir, HDFC Bank call me you have a lucky draw for personal loan 3.69 Lakh with 7.5% interest rate when I went to my HDFC Branch Hapur & ask him to the same then I asked to go to proceed.after some formalities approximate one Hour I got SMS Credit amount 3.63 with 15.5% interest, then i asked him they told me 15.5% equal cause this is reducing interest & Rs.5000 is our processing fees, I m unable to understand what is processing fees you have full staff permanenet, you will pay interest then what is processing fees.                                         Hello i M karthik this is complaint regarding credit card bill payment . as i had a credit card due bill payment, thought to clear all debt at single payment so i had called to hdfc customer care as per the person who spoke, where she was working in sadasivanagar branch told that i need to pay 28050 to clear all debt as per his manager's suggestion, later i paid due amount of rs 28050 in bangarpet hdfc bank. Later i Called them and asked for the cross confirmation of bill payment they told everything got cleared.and again after two months i got an mail of credit card statement to pay the due bill again, and i approached to customer care at the meantime they are telling that i have still due to pay. i had complained thrice but no response for this action. later they told that they will update but no updation done but due bill is getting increased. please do needful and one reference number who spoke to me all the way regarding bill payment [protected] Card Number: [protected] Card Holder: Karthik Reddy M S
