Hello, I have two HDFC accounts. One is salary and another I opened for additional investment. Now I do not understand why the AMB for one customer ID is different. If there is one customer ID why should we keep separate AMB in different accounts. This was never informed when we opened the account. Due to this there has been AMB charges that have been deducted continuously since October. We submitted an application to reduce the AMB but the application was lost and we were asked to submit again. (Surprisingly the application to close my husband bank account was processed which was submitted along with the same). We visited the bank 2 days back and submitted the request again. Now based on some logic Rs. 1250 were reversed but today Rs 337 have been deducted again when since 6 Apr I had 25K+ in the account. I do not understand how many times you want a customer to visit your branch and still the work will not be done??? Your customer care is helpless as always and want us to visit branch for everything. This is serious lack in services from your end and not acceptable. Please look into the same and fix the same. Regards, Shubham

    Hello I am Vishnu. I am processing my car loan from hdfc jankapuri B1 block new delhi branch. I gave all paper on 30 april and I got DO on today at 4 PM. i applied for loan at interest period 4 years but In DO interest period is for 5 years. Not only that, I had a discussion with Mr. Vinod and they didn't tell me anything about rs. 7000 for insurance for loan amount. while i asking to branch manager they told me you can cancel that loan and re process again but you will have to fine for 1000. This is a joke ...This one is very drastic experience of my life and i am going to tell every one that should not go for any application or loan processing in HDFC bank. I'll also going to share that on social medio.. Before that incident i had a respect for HDFC Bank and Has very good repo but now 0 customer satisfaction and 0 rating in private banks.

      After much deliberation and harassment I have finally decided to cancel my HDFCLife policy application with the proposal number 17524939 but still have not got any response from them yet!!! It seems for some reason there is a disconnect between the Seabird foundation and HDFCLife as my ECG was taken and accepted by Seabird foundation however, HDFCLife claims to have not received it. Having the most uninterested response from HDFCLife and after trying to follow up several times myself as mentioned below the issue has still not been resolved even though the policy payment, documents and check-ups were done well in time by me with over a month ago. Details of me trying to follow-up to close the issue - 1. 6th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Amit at 8:15PM 2. 11th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Deepak and his supervisor Priyanka at 11:42AM. Priyanka had assured to resolve the issue by Monday evening (13th April) 3. 14th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Pragnesh at 1:40PM 4. 28th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Priyanka at 10:14AM who has again assured to resolve the issue by Thursday (30th April) now! 5. 30th April, a represntative Harsh called me and assured to resolve the matter yet again in 10 days. 6. On 9th April again reported the issue to Milind (Complaint Number#[protected] What really concerns me, is that if this is how they harass the policy applicant, pity the harassment the nominees may have to go through to reap the benefits of the policy. Really shameful and disgusting!!!
      Well here is another update!!! They mess the reports from their side and now are deducting the refund basis that the medical tests were taken!!!
      Do you see the irony in their points.
      The policy issuance is delayed saying the tests have not been completed (not to forget due to the issues between Seabird foundation and HDFCLife)
      And on the other side for withdrawal the refund is deducted stating the medical tests were done hence that being deducted!!!

        Dear Sir, I want to apply my un expected policy which is activated at near about after 20th April. Actually one HDFC executive was miss guiding me to my policy for his own benefits and trying to deactivate my family policy (HDFC Ergo which I have taken for me and my wife worth Rs :- 13059/- This is my policy ). I want to go with my family policy which I have taken first ( taken near about month of march) but HDFC Executive was one more policy activated on my credit card and I was already asking and mailing so many time to deactivating this unwanted policy and its in provision period so I was asking so many time to deactivating this but anybody can't take any initiate regarding this and I also concern with customer care but they were asking me again to mailing for cancellations but from last One Week anybody cannot take any initiate or currently no any process running on my concern and if the time period was finished then policy were cannot able to deactivate and both policies are applied on me. Currently I was fully harassed.For the target Achievement they are activate our policy with in 48 hours and if they need to deactivate then they will take so many time I am suffering from last 5 to 10 days... First time I was using this credit card and suffering with a lot of problems and harassment... And second your all executive pulling own legs for the achievement of targets ???????? Both are your products and they are pulling own legs for the achievement of targets Sir Please do something, study my case and provide me a solution ASAP. Regards Gagandeep Singh

            Dear Sir I have deposited Acc payee Cheque no 601227 for Rs 64283 of Sbi in my Acc no [protected] Deluxe Mill Stores in drop box of HDFC Bank on 15Apr15 at around 8pm.This cheque is not deposited on 16 Apr in my Acc. I have contacted bank on 17Apr at that time all staff was busy in Audit. They told me to come at 5pm, I again came to bank but this time also they were busy in Audit. on 18th also busy in audit any how they search there report to see the above cheque but found nothing.they told to come on 19th to search in video recording in presence of Bank Manager. I came on said time and see the recording in presence of Manager and video shows that cheque was put in the drop box. Than Manager had shown me the report in presence of my Personnel banker of drop box in which the detail of above cheque was not there.Also showed clearing report. I told this is the mistake of bank.so pl give me letter that the Cheque is misplaced or lost by bank. Manager told me that he will not give letter. You tell your party to stop the payment and take new cheque. Any how I had given letter to my party which is a govt organisation NEPA LTD, Nepanagar for stop payment and reissue new cheque. After many follow up to Nepa Ltd yesterday(7th May) told me that the above cheque was cleared on 16 April15 fr there acc. Then I gone to nepa which is 20 kms fr Burhanpur (temp 46*C) to take the statement of SBI bank. After several request they have given me the statement( which is Attached). I showed this statement to Bank Manager and Personnel Banker in Evening around 5pm. than again they search there all records and voucher of 16th april for nearly 1 hr but found nothing. they again told me to come in mourning. Agian Today Mourning i contacted on phone still they were searching in clearing. Atlast today around 4pm my personal Banker called me and informed that your cheque was deposited in Gayatri Coating acc which is also having 56 acc no in last 2 digit. Than again I Visited in bank and told to give me the letter to show in nepa that the mistake was of the bank. they again deny to give me the letter. Although accepting there staff mistake. And when I visited bank, Manager gone out and not facing me. My Personnel Banker has Taken Cheque from Gayatri coating for Rs 64283 but not credited till now. what is going in this repoted bank? I am not understanding when this cheque was not there in there !6 apr report than how it is Credited in GAYATRI COATING Acc. I think Bank Staff is doing cheating with us. I request you to please look into the matter and give instruction to credit the cheque amount and give Letter of Mistake by HDFC bank. Thanks Deluxe Mill Stores Burhanpur [protected]

                I have received my credit card a few days back and since then I ve been trying to contact the customer care Number for delhi ncr but everytime i call i get to wait for 10-15 mins after which i disconnect the call coz the calls are not being connected to the executives. Anyway, the only thing I Need to know how and when i would get the PIN for the credit card. As it has not been delivered yet and the method i got was of green pin.. For which i have to contact the phone banking number and ur Phone banking number never responds! i need my customer id as well.. coz without it i cannot signup for the mobile banking and i am unable to see how mUch of the limit has been used up oR whatever. I expect a speedy response atleast here.

                  100 feet road Indira Nagar branch, Bangalore, has forcefully extracted INR 10, 000 from my savings account, towards annual rent for a small locker, without prior information, notice or any kind of intimation whatsoever. Please note that the rent of the same locker was INR 1, 000 only until last year, and i have been paying the same for the last 5 years. Apparently tons of HDFC account holders are facing the same threat, and many of them have opted to surrender their lockers and get their money back as the only viable option left to them. I approached the branch head, Vedantam Saikia, and he flatly refused to provide any relief or apology, and said a letter was sent to me that did not reach me, and that he has information of the letter not having reached me, and yet did not think it was important to inform me. His excuse was that the same info was published on the HDFC website for a few days for people to go there and take notice. He gave me two options, 1. To invest a large sum and thereby become a privileged customer and get a discount on the extracted amount 2. To forfeit the locker immediately and get a refund. Investing a large sum is not everyone's cup of tea on such short notice, and forfeiting locker means everything in it needs to be relocated safely somewhere, and in such short notice it is next to impossible to get another locker. So both the options given to me have left me helpless, and have further aggrevated my concern and stress. Also i realize that asking me to surrender my locker means that the branch intends to make some money with it. It will obviously be handed over to an affluent customer through whom the branch can have some lucrative investments, that they were unable to force me into, and that would lead to some incentives for people like Saikia. I have tried every possible avenue in HDFC grievance system to seek help and have failed miserably. It all looks like an amazingly self-sustained conspiracy that has been designed to suck your livelihood out of you and not provide you any help of benefit ever. As per my understanding, RBI should discourage such malpractices and blacklist branches practicing such procedures against customers. It shocked me that banks in our country have been provided so much power to loot us unconditionally, and that our lives and meagre possessions are so fragile that they can be shattered by any such bank any day.

                    Hello, I got my car loan from HDFC about 10 days ago. Two days prior to the day when I was supposed to get my car, agent who got the paper work done(Agent's name: Kapil Sharma) asked for INR 7000 as bribe which he never talked about before the loan was done. I told him there was no problem with any of my documents and eligibility. Also, I never even requested or pleaded to get the loan approved anyhow. I already had my pre-approved loan from ICICI but I did not go for that because they were restricting me to get the car registered within NCR whereas I wanted to register my car in Uttarakhand. Anyway, when I refused to pay INR 7000 to the agent he threatened to cancel my loan and disconnected my call. Immediately after that I called HDFC customer services and complained about the same. Customer service rep assured me that loan will not be cancelled and they will take appropriate action in regards to this inconvenience (Complaint numbers : DELR[protected], DELR[protected]). They also gave me the phone number for Regional Manager (Asha Sharma) to log my complaint. I called Ms. Asha Sharma right away. As soon as I started the conversation, she said she'll call back within 5 minutes but she did not. I called her back again after 40 minutes. She did not pick up and after that I called many times; she never picked up or called me back. Next day she called to address the complaint that I registered with customer services. I told her about the issue and said that I will call back after 10 minutes to give more details as I was having lunch in my office cafeteria. She asked me for the phone number for the agent (Kapil Sharma), I gave it to her. Then I called her after 10 minutes multiple times, she never picked up. Next day, when I was on my way to get my car, Sales agent from Volkswagen Showroom with whom I was dealing called me and said Regional Manager, Asha Sharma from HDFC called him up on his personal mobile phone and asked not to deliver the car. I believe she got his phone number from the same HDFC agent, Kapil Sharma as he and salesperson from Volkswagen are relatives and in the very beginning, Kapil Sharma had called my for this loan through his reference only. I called Ms Asha Sharma right then asked her why she is asking not to deliver the car. She said that she got to know from somewhere that I had cancelled the cheques that I gave with my papers while applying for the loan. I told her I had not cancelled any cheques and she should have verified it first with me and with ICICI bank before asking to stop the car delivery. She asked whether it would be fine if I could take my car next day. I said no and asked her to do all verifications within two hours as I was already on my way to the Car dealer. She never called after that and I got my car. Right before this blog I called HDFC Grievance Redressal Officer on[protected] but no one answered. Summary: Agent, Kapil Sharma asked for money after loan was approved, When denied, he blackmailed and threatened me of cancelling my loan when I had planned everything. Regional Manager, Asha Sharma, instead of helping me caused more problems and I firmly believe she was an accomplice or partner in this whole blackmailing and mental harassment. Funny enough, right in the middle of writing this complaint, I got a call from Ms, Asha Sharma now after four days to congratulate me and give me some loan details. When I told her that i was writing a complaint against her, she tried to justify what she did with some arguments that made no sense to me at all. In the end I said "you and that agent should not confuse politeness and respectful behaviour with weakness. I will follow up on this till the culprits get what they deserve." I am highly dissatisfied. This whole episode caused me a lot of mental stress. Regards, Vaibhav Sharma

Loan Approved in December 2013 and paying its EMI from last 16 months and my Two cheque were bounced ( November & December 2014) With receipt No;[protected] & 36612118 Respectively, For which i have repay it with penalty, but still name is present in C.I.B.I.L.                           I am new customer to HDFC bank .I have given my salary account in HDFC. But i am so regreted on see this activation of this plan.Kindly remove this plan from my account. In my current account 28 rupees is taken without any usage. Still i didnt have credit card also them how they took 28 rupees from current i dont know. Now my cuurent account balance is -28 rupees. Within 2 days its not cleared means sorry to say this I have to go for some other account for my salary.

                            My Proposal No.17563665, wherein I had paid premium of Rs.9000/- being three months subscription, on 29th March 2015. Being not satisfied with the services, I had requested to refund the premium to the credit of my account with HDFC Bank. I was proposer of the proposal in favour of my grandson NEEL, whose date of birth is[protected]. Inspite of repeated requested last such requested was made on 24th April, which was duly replied by Shravani Sakpal, on 3rd May 2015. Till date of writing no refund the given to my account.
                            HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              My customer id[protected] Acc no -[protected] Sorry for my words from here on..I am literally pissed off with your intelligent Customer care people, its been more than 15 days and I have not received the money back to my accocunt. Right from the very 7th day, I am calling these so called Intelligent Customer care officer of Great Bankk HDFC and they say please wait for 2 more even today the same thing. Are these so dumb or do you guys not care to pay somebody 1000 rs. even we could go ahead and create a complaint against you guys in the Ombuds forum on the Regulatory body asking for huge amount..                                 My name is Kanishka Mehta, card number is[protected].Total Outstanding was Rs.52613/-.I have already made payment of 55553/- Rest is late paymentcharges, finance charges, retail taxes.I have already paid more money than which I used.When i calculated whole of the purchased done and amount paid.I came to know about overcharging by HDFC bank.Well whenever we make any transactions at retail outlets we pay ample amount of tax there.When I saw my credit card statement I came to know apart from those taxes, I am paying retail taxes, finance charges, interest of 12.5% on top of it. So I am already on over payment status.Now atlast when i made payment there was some amount of 4500 Rs on my card, which I refused to pay since, I have already paid them amount which was necessary.Also I was never aware about these charges since without going through the staments I was making payments Regularly. Now they have imposed late payment and taxes again on this amount of 4500 rs which has now became amount of 16, 500 rs. Kindly waive such charges & provide me a NOC.Bank recovery agent harassing me & my family members.Kindly try stop those things & do needful.If these calls doesnt stop, i will take legal action against HDFC bank.

                                  Hi This is really shocking that a Bank like HDFC have hired agents who does not even know what are the basic etiquette's while speaking to customers. I received a call from no [protected] and was shocked to see this kind behaviour where a agent tells you buy this policy and on raising a query on the authenticity of the call the response was go to hell... Wake up HDFC BANK...whats this all about The call was from [protected]

Today we were not able to respond on mobile due to some network issue. Post this the executive called on landline no +[protected] The executve misbehaved to the core using abusive language. Executive's mobile no: +91-[protected] Call Time:[protected]:30 approx. Kindly investigate in this matter and let us know with the details of action taken against executive.                                       I am HDFC Bank account holder as well as credit card holder from the past 4 years, recently i am facing harassment calls from a girl named wahida who actually abuse and ask for hdfc credit card payments, i spoke customer care regarding my credit card details and she said that you have paid all the dues and the call you received might be a fake call, so thought of making a complain, please do the full investigation before placing any calls to the customer, and please
