    I don't have any credit card even I don't have an account in HDFC Bank. But i got few mails from HDFC related to credit card. I complained them online, and they said "We ask our customer to give us correct mail " . But I got another mail 2days ago. Take an Action on this Issue. Thanking you

      Hi, My name is Shruti Mehan & I took a HDFC credit card in the year 2011 and I've never faltered in my payments. I've always paid my outstanding, at times, even more than that regularly for 5 years, after which circumstances were such that I could not pay for the last 1 month. I have been telling them that I'm willing to pay but in small amounts as I do not have a job & I'm looking for one. My intention is to settle the account. But the bank officials Anand etc from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have harassed me mentally!! They call me from different numbers.. [protected], [protected]. They have been troubling me by sending police at my house, obnoxious & cheap phone calls, calls to whoever relative and friends that they want etc etc., leaving me with ZERO CREDIBILITY in the society!! I really don't know what to do...no way to go, i honestly thought of committing suicide also as im super depressed & worked up because of the harassment, when my friend suggested that i should write to you directly...Please let me know if you if you can help me.       Today again (30th Apr 2015) they visited my house, where my retired & medically ill parents stay & harassed them mentally, shouting in the colony, threatening & abusing! If they die because of this shock, who will be responsible??????????????

      Can someone please take immediate action, before any mishap takes place?? Theres a person by the name of Vikas calling from +91 [protected] & has crossed all limits!!

        To, The DCP, Delhi. Sub: Misuse of my Credit card at Yamuna Vihar ATM. I Y.Chandrasekhar resident of sector -27, Noida (phone no:[protected]). I am holding an HDFC credit card with no: xxxx xxxx xxxx 2099. On[protected]:00:35:10 and[protected]:00:36:11 an amount of Rs 20, 000 (two transactions Rs.10, 000 each) had withdrawn from my credit card at YAMUNA VIHAR ATM. And then i called customer care and blocked the card, and raised a dispute complaint on the above transactions. At the time of transactions i was at my resident sector -27 noida and the card is also with me at that time. The bank team had asked to raise an FIR when i visited the nearest PS of sector 27 they asked to raise an FIR at where the transaction had happened. So i request you to please raise an FIR and send me the acknowledgement for submitting the photocopy to the bank. I will be waiting for the acknowledgement and trust in you for the justice. If i need to visit the PS to file an FIR please reply with the address of the PS which comes under YAMUNA VIHAR. Thanks for your support all the time. yours sincerely, Chandrasekhar, [protected].

          Proposalpossible17446604 It just happened like this. I was an old customer of HDFC LIFE endowment plus plan. Never faced any problem while making payment of my premiums. Just forgot that i was on the giving end all along. Overwhelmed by their service (all ), i purchased one term plan online. It was a new offer from their kitty. Quite intimidating. "Your policy is just clicks away". Going by this I clicked their website on February 2015. Till now, no policy document is in my hand. No prompt reply from customer service. Its pathetic. They will respond you only if, you mention the name IRDA in your mail. May be they have installed some filters. So friends, be careful. HDFC Life is not that what it used to be. Perhaps, they are not prepared to deal with this type of borrowed idea. And look ! who are the victims: its US. Just to update i have already forwarded my reminder to Mr. Amitabh Choudhury, MD of hdfc life just 3days back but no reply received since then.

            I live in Delhi. I received a call from Amit Agarwal and later Rahul in early March 2015 who told me that they were from HDFC Bank and would get me a loan of INR 300, 000 on 0% interest provided I agree to pay 30, 000 every year for ten years. I was foxed and asked how that was possible. I was told that there was lot of idle capital with the Bank which needed to be loaned out. But I would have to buy a life insurance from HDFC for the same amount to begin with and then I will be entitled to loan against it. I will have to forgo the benefits that would accrue to me after ten years. I would have to sign a bond with the bank for this and the bonus that would have come to me would flow into the Bank. I found it credible and signed a cheque of 30, 000 for HDFC Life ClassicAssure Plus. I was cautioned by the person contacting me not to divulge the loan plan to the agent who would come a pick up the cheque from me. I played according to the advice. I got the insurance policy papers within a week. I read that I could return the policy within 15 days. I was asked to scan the policy papers and send it to the cocnerned executive Mr Dev Malik through whatsapp. I was assured that very soon they would visit me and get the necessary bond papers signed for the loan to be activated. However, no body visited me. Rather after few days I received a call from some Aditya Oberoi that they could not send 300, 000 through NEFT because as per RBI provisions my account needed to have earlier record of such high value transaction. That is why, I needed to pay up another 25, 000 which would be refunded to me after my loan amount is credited to my account. This is when my sixth sense came to my rescue. I could easily feel that I was being duped and taken for granted. I cursed myself and withdrew myself from such exercise. Now I am left with a policy that I have to pay up for next ten years. These guy are rogues and must be taught a lesson. I now remember that Amit, Rahul, Aditya and Dev, all had similar voices. I presume they could be different names for the same fakester. Beware. I have Dev Malik's no with me: [protected]. Amit's no as given to me was [protected]. I am receiving calls from Dev today from yet another no - [protected]. I also receive calls from the following nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[pro... and many others starting with 401301. It seems there is a well organised gang operating in the capital in the nam eof HDFC Bank Loan Department and brining bad name to the Bank. I want it to be investigated and such rogues should be brought to justice.

              Hi, Im a salary account(Ac No: [protected]) and credit card(credit card no: [protected]) holder in HDFC bank. I received a call from HDFC bank person who marketed about ERGO plan in credit card and gave fake information(like Full amount i pay as premium will be refunded even if i cancel before the end term of the plan) just for the sake of selling the product. I accepted to take up the plan on november 2014 after long conversation believing that i will not incur any loss even if i cancel and trusted the bank(ERGO plan no:HN[protected]). Then i wanted to cancel the plan due to personal reason on february 2015. I called up customer service, the representative said he will initiate the cancellation request and i will get full amount in three months but i need to say no to ERGO people if they call for cancellation because if ERGO people cancel from their side i wont be getting the full amount. I trusted customer service representative and did as he said. After three months i found that my money was not credited back. So i called up again to find that there was no cancellation request taken and i wont get the amount i paid as premium so for(which is nearly 5000/-) and was redirected to ERGO team, they said that they are not responsible for any fake information given by HDFC bank team. I was so frustrated and called customer service again. This time, the representative said that she will raise a complaint against concerned marketing team who handled my plan and will make sure that i will get full amount refunded. I called to reconfirm but i came to know that complaint is still in pending status. This is really stressfull to call again and again and come to know that action was not taken. Worst customer service i ever faced. I cant continue holding salary account in this bank as the trust is in question now. Please revert back as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir, Greetings !! I am sending below complaint against HDFC Bank Management for the unfair, blind and non reasonable 300% hike to all the customers, who are holding HDFC Locker. Complaint From : ADAM MALIK Address : 30, West Street, Thittachery - 609703, Nagapattiname Dist, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact Number : [protected] Contact Email : [protected]@gmail.com Complaint against : HDFC BANK Contact Person: Mr. ADITYA PURI, CEO & MD of HDFC Contact number : 022 – 30966400 Email ID : [protected]@hdfcbank.com I have been associated with HDFC bank for the last five years with an NRE and NRO accounts. Also holding Locker with Karaikal Branch, Pondicherry State. But this Financial Year 2015-16, they have increased the locker rent by 300% in one shot. When I contacted the bank, their reply is as below: "Our locker rents were last revised in 2010. The increase in branch rentals along with related costs has necessitated a revision in our rents" I am not satisfied with the above reply since none of the commodities, rentals, salaries and other service charges increased 300% from 2010. Due to my complaint, HDFC is interested to give me 50% discount on my new rental for this year only and from next year onwards new rent will be applicable. Also HDFC bank, indirectly telling me to surrender my locker, which was not my intention. I agree, there could be some increase in their operational expenses from 2010. But that doesn't mean to increase 300% suddenly. An increase of 25% to 50% would be ideal, that too gradually. Requesting this Indian Consumer complaints forum to take this complaint seriously on behalf of HDFC customers, who are holding locker with them.

                Facing same issue. Rent increased by 100% in my case with no prior intimation about the rent change.
                Our money is not safe with the banks then.
                Tomorrow they will increase the rent equal to the money in your account (in lacs) and give the same reason.
                If then can rightfully increase the rent by 100-900% and we do nothing about it, what stops them to increase the rent to any number.

                I have read online reviews by people whose rent was increased by upto 900%.

                This is absolutely insane

                  I am Prabhu, today I have got a call from HDFC bank about my credit card due. They mentioned my credit card number as [protected] and my due amount is around 6700. I could not understand whole mess of things around credit card payment. Firstly, I had closed my account long ago(around 3 years back).I paid full amount at the time of closure. I had discussed with customer representative about my account closing and they asked me to pay due amount. Since I didn't have online access, I had requested the customer support to send representative my home ( Note : I was in Hyderabad). They sent the representative to my home & I paid due amount 4000 in hand. I also confirmed my payment by calling the customer support again. Customer support informed to me that there is no due in my account and also suggested to block the card online & destroy it. I followed the same.Since then I didn't have any mail/other communication with HDFC bank. But certainly today got a call about my due payment. I told everything to them, but they are not listening. I asked them to share the detailed report of my credit, but they are not ready. All they wanted is around 6700 bucks from my packet. One more things, At the time of credit card issueal, HDFC informed me that there is no annual charge, so i accepted the card, as expected they didn't put any charge for the first year. But they put around Rs.600 for second year. When i enquired about the amount, they said that the amount can be wavered if i do transaction for 10K(not remember exact amount). I did the trasaction, but they didn't waver the amount. At last, I frustrated & went for account closure. Could you please help get me out of this problem?

                      Amount 1000 is getting deducted with the description NWD LBAR008 event hough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                        My name is Monica Singh(Credit Card Holder), Credit Card No.-52XXXXXXXX1203, R/o B-3/118-A, Keshav Puram Lawrence Road, Delhi-35., DOB[protected]., Registered Email ID- [protected]@yahoo.com, & Mobile No. – [protected]. As I received my Credit Card on Dated –[protected] and after two or three days received the credit card Pin. On 26th April 2015, In Evening when I first time used the card then it was showing Decline. After that I Immediate the same concern discussed with Customer Care, but as per their confirmation the transaction amount of Rs.45000/- has been made on the same day @ 2:30-3:00pm. But I said to him I did not initiate & approve the transactions. And I didn’t get any message to my mobile or e-mail about that transaction & I said Block the card Right Now. I am writing to fraudulent transaction of my Credit Card in the amount of Rs.45000/-. Unless this is an error on your part, because. I have neither authorized nor participated in the above transactions. I confirm that the card is still in my possession. I will not make any payment for fraudulent/ Unknown transaction of my Credit Card amount of Rs.45000/-. Kindly find the details of Credit Card in the attachment of Transaction Dispute Form and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I am 29 years female. I was working in Indusind Bank & I left the job 3 years back due to some health reasons. I am now jobless. I had a credit card of HDFC bank & I was not able to clear its dues. Now I am getting so many recovery calls from Mumbai based e-nxt Financial Limited. They are calling not only me but also my neighbours & acquaintances. They misbehave, talk rudely & threaten me. I told them that I am not able to pay back the full amount because I am jobless & my health is not good. I can pay in easy emis but they are not ready to listen. I am very much disturbed with all this. I feel like killing myself. I have no money, I am undergoing treatment & now I have no option left other than suicide.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, First of I want to know whether there is system of Policy benefit or bonus is there for the Policy Holders. I have received call from one Lady Called Tisha Aggarwal from New Delhi Mobile No.[protected] & Rajeev Mobile No.[protected] informing me that your policy benefit of Rs.260, 000/ was pending in the department at Policy Bazar New Delhi. Your agent has put up claim for the same by taking your signature on the document while applying for the policy. We have blocked the benefit amount, since we have doubt in the name of the Policy Holder & claimiant name. Now you have to pay Rs.42, 000/- as security deposit in the name of Fund Value, New Delhi & the amount to be refundable once your benefits transfer to account. Both the persons are given me 100% guarantee. so, I sent the cheque in the name of Fund Value New Delhi. Once the cleared was cleared they inform me that, your benefit amount will be transferred within 20 days working days. Once the time period given by them was over, they were disappeared & even not picking of the phone. After wards one Lady called Kavita Singh Mobile No.[protected], she inform me that, they both are transferred & she is handling the work of Tisha Aggrawal, your file still pending in the department & they have cheated you for the amount for not doing anything. To claim the amount you have to fill three files & again you have to pay Rs.25, 000/- & they have filled only one form. When I refused topay the amount of Rs.25, 000/- & told her to refund my hard earned money of Rs.42, 000/- since they both told me as refundable. She told me that, the amount given as security deposit is not refundable & it is going to charity work & to cancel the file also you have to fill three forms also. I said to her, I don't want to fill any form & I don't want any policy benefits, I want my money back otherwise bring the cheater before me. Then she refused to do the work. Since I have kept all the records of the documents, their address, mobile numbers etc. Now I want to know how can I get my money back. I don't know for how many client they have cheated like this.                               Hi, I can not login into netbanking, if i try to generate OTP to change password I'm not at all receiving the OTP message. I'm not even receiving the transaction messages from bank know. It is been almost a 2 month since I'm facing this problem. Dont know how many times i called customer care to resolve this issue. they say that it is network service provider issue. I changed my service provider through number portability. But still it is the same issue. HDFC customer care is not at all responding properly on this issue. enough is enough please take action for the same.. KUNAL MEHTA [protected]

                                I have purchased HDFC ULIP plan of 60000 rupees on 3rd March 2015 by paying through on line sbi . Then a mail come to me regarding confirmation of payment and a link is send to filled up the personal details and revert to them but the linked is not opened properly.my application no is S[protected]. Since then I have called to resolve the problem several times to HDFC life customers care regarding this matter by several mails also neither they activate my plan nor they refund my money, I have mentally harashed by them, please resolve my issue, I will be great full to you.

                                  Dear sir/madam, This s umamaheswari regarding my credit card payment of 5500 rs towards card no[protected] which needs to be paid on 3rd april...unfortunately i could not pay ontime due to not having money...so after the due date having received calls many time fa payment...i told them that will pay as soon as possible as i dont have money...coz i resigned my job recently...but a girl/lady who spoken with me fa card payment very harshly...since i told i will pay the money also she s scolding me like anything...the words she used are very bad..so that i felt very bad...the num she spoken from are [protected] and[protected]..i will arrange n pay my card payment on or before monday...but please do some necessary action on her as this s not the first time she spoken like this...her words are very rude n heartbreaking...and the way she s treating the customer is very worst which s spoiling the bank name.. Note: all your banks lady officers/ representatives are worst in speech...

                                    I am a HDFC credit card holder with credit limit 20000. I should pay 13, 075 on feb 6th 2015 but was not paid as I got married on feb 7th. I used arround 19700 credit limit which was due to pay on march 7th but they added late fee, finance charges, overdue limit which costs me extra 2700 to pay on that card. I dont want to pay for what I have not used. HDFC cards going on adding late fee and service charges even though I am not using the card. I am using this card since 6+ years it never happenned before for me. please resolve this issue. I would be much thankful to you.

                                      I just got a Credit Card a month ago. As per the Executive, there was no membership charge on the card for the first year and from next year, membership charge of 500/- will be charged in case the transaction for that year is less than 30, 000/-. On complaining, the credit card department now says that the membership charge is applicable from 1st year and from next year the membership charge will be waived off if the total transaction is made more than 1, 50, 000/-. The credit card department first said that I have agreed for first year membership charge during the verification call which I do not recall. I asked them to let me hear the recording of verification call, then they said that the same is also mentioned in the application form that I signed. I then said to show me the proof of acceptance of first year membership charge by me either in the verification call or the application form. But they denied. Please let me know what to do.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, This is Madhan from Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. My wife's proposal number for HDFC Click 2 Protect is 17453720. I have paid the payment on February last week through HDFC life Insurance Employee Mr.Sathish. But after that I got very worst response from him. He don't know the entire process of HDFC life Insurance. Everyday I called him and ask for policy status. He told I will get asap. But just now I spoke with Customer care Executive regarding my Policy, he told due to nomination pending my Policy is on hold. I am shocked because I have paid on February last week and gave all documents to Mr.Sathish on Tanjore HDFC Life Insurance Branch. He never give me proper response. Anyway now I know due to nomination pending only Policy is delayed. Kindly mentioned me as a Nominee for my wife Vennila and process my Policy asap. Eagerly I joined in Click to protect and also refer my friends to join in this policy. But now i am so much upset due to very worst service from your Employee. At least can you reply for this mail?
