    My Policy number is 17501075 and purchased from Mr. Vinay Rawat ([protected]) and paid Rs 25000/- against Halfyearly Premium, he said that you will be eligible for Loan of Rs 5, 00, 000/-. But now he saying that this scheme has been withdraw and we will not provide loan. Then I am applied for cancellation on 10th Apr 15 but your bank has denied for cancellation, bank is saying that your 15 days free look cancellation period has been lapsed so can't cancel. I am received documents on 25th Mar 15 and applied for cancellation on 10th Apr 15, total days are 16. So i am requesting to HDFC Life please cancel my policy and refund my amount. I am very old customer of HDFC so I could faith on HDFC for that bank will refund my amount. Thanks & Regards, Tripuraru Kumar ([protected])

    am Tripurari Kumar and purchased a Policy vide No. 17501075 on Halfyearly premium of Rs 25000/- from Mr. Vinay Rawat ([protected]/[protected]) against Loan. Your representative (Mr. Rawat) said that your loan will be sanction equal amount of policy (Rs 5, 00, 000/-). But after 16 days (on 10th Apr 2015) he says that scheme has been closed so bank will not provide loan and you can cancel the policy. I dropped a mail to HDFC Life for cancellation but they rejected my application and last 25 days I follow up to bank for cancellation but they are do not cancel my policy.
    Sir, I am from middle class family and facing financial problem due to some issue. I am just take Gold Loan (Vide No.[protected] from your bank on 1st May 15, so I am request to you kindly refund my amount of Rs 25000/-. It will be very fruitful for me.

      Policy Number 14282540 is currently in lapse even though I have made all payments including what was due last year. Mr. Praveen Singh who was the Manager at Gandhi Bazaar Bangalore branch last year confirmed that he withdrew the premium amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000 on[protected] and transferred it to policy - MC issued[protected]. I have been following up since February 2015 when I got to know about the issue. Mr. Abraham Binoy stated that missing DD was found and Praveen Singh will contact me but I have not heard back, also contacted Mr. Pradeep Hedge current manger at Gandhi Bazaar Bangalore. Investigate ASAP.

        This is regarding rampant fleecing by HDFC bank in the name of non-opertional DMAT account. I opened my account way back in 2004 and have been an active customer since then. HDFC representative opened DMAT account of mine despite my repeated pleas that I never dealt with shares etc. He persisted and convinced me by promising that no charges will be deducted.While going through my 2014-15 account statement I was shocked to see that HDFC bank has debited Rs. 561 from my account in the name of DEPOSITORY CHARGES. After careful perusal of my all previous years statements I found out that each year the same practice had been followed. I never transacted even a single penny in DMAT. 1) Your representative fooled me by claiming that DMAT account is free of charge. Now local HDFC bank authorities told me that it was only for the first year of account opening. 2) Secondly why can't bank guide me not to maintain DMAT if no transactions are being made for the last 11 years ? This amounts to trapping the gullible customers to extract money. I want all my DEPOSITORY CHARGES be revered with immediate effect otherwise I will be constrained to move all the possible forums.

          Rs 842.70 deducted as DEPOSITORY CHARGES which i am not aware of. i read the comaplints here at this happens if one uses demat account. i have not activated Demat acount and my account is salary savings account. HDFC bank also deducts amount rs 2 to 5 for money transactions. but now i am seriously concerned about my 842rs which is deducted with no proper explanations.

            Hi, I am Shibasish Nandi from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I am using HDFC Titanium edge Credit Card ending ****2138. One day I got a call from HDFC Bank sales executive whose Name is Mr. Sanjib Roy and he called from HDFC Bank West Bengal. Initially he told me the following  Your Credit card has a lot of offers.  You can get discount on every purchase of online sites (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) and top stores (e.g. Reliance Super Mall, Shopper Stop etc.).  The above is always with your card that means you will get discount life Time on your credit card.  The Credit card will be life time free. There is no, one time Charge will be taken from you per year.  To avail this you need to take a Health Insurance and a Life Insurance from HDFC ERGO.  The Premium (i.e. around Rs.527.00) will be deducted per month from your credit card for two years. After hearing the above, I told him, I don’t need any Insurance as I have everything. He told me, Sir don’t worry about the above premium, it just a security deposit kind of thing. If you will not claim anything in the coming two year the whole premium will be returned to your credit Card again. After much dilemma I finally agreed to take the above Insurance by thinking such discount offers etc. I also asked him please send me a written document which states that the above offer will be valid for my credit card life time. He ignore the above statement sometime but when I asked for written document frequently in the conversation, he told me it will take around three months to prepare the written document of the above offer. It will reach you in three months. After that they have deducted Rs. 11070.00 from my credit card. Now I am giving premium of Rs.527.33 per month. The Policy Number is [protected] 000. The sales executive also provide me his office Number[protected] and told me that I can reach him any time in office hour whenever I face any issues regarding any discount on my credit card. Now the Real Fact of the above things: Currently I am not getting any discount from my credit card on purchase from online sites or Big stores. And that person has given me false promises and now he is not picking the above phone number also. HDFC Bank and HDFC ERGO are cheating their customer and sale their product by giving false promises. In Short they are Fraud Company. Now I want my money back in my credit card and I don’t want any insurance from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited.

              People be aware that there will be a 2nd ECS redeposit done by HDFC in case if the first ECS bounce. NO customers are educated about this details and the customer end up paying fine charges twice for both HDFC and your bank as the ECS Return charges. When I called the customer care I was told to pay via Overdue payment option. But please do not do it, if your first ECS bounces. All you have to do is maintain the ECS+Charges amount in your account and the HDFC does a 2nd ECS. before the 2nd ECS, even if you make an online payment, ITS NOT VALID. and IT WILL NOT BE REFLECTED in your loan account that you have made the payment, So by this, you end up paying fine charges for HDFC twice and your Home Account twice (ECS return charges). I suggest you NOT to goto HDFC in any case. From what i suffered, i am going to pre-close my loan and goto a Govt. Bank. lesson learnt - be vigilent on all the terms and conditions when you avail the loan.

                    Dear Sir, This is in regards to my savings bank account with HDFC BANK, NEW FRIENDS COLONY, NEW DELHI branch with account, in the name of MANSI WADHWA where I am having locker facility of SMALL SIZE with locker no#468 and was also an ex employee of HDFC BANK in the same branch. Every year when I was part of the organization, the charges levied were Rs.1000 annually for the locker facility and on leaving the bank, these were revised to Rs.2000 annually. However on 2 April, contrary to earlier practice, my savings account was debited with RS.5000, which came as a big surprise, as I had got no letter, no intimation, message or email regarding any of such upward revision of charges, and without my consent this amount was debited. On cross checking this with my bank statement, I discovered, that aforesaid amount was relating to locking services for which I was earlier paying less than 50% of the revised amount.. I would like to further add, that I have not even got debit alert message for RS.5000 despite my insta alert facility is activated. This is something which I am not ready to suffer loss at all. I want your intervention and support and get my excess amount refunded I am no longer inclined to continue with such services which are not ethical on service standards. I have approached HDFC BANK NFC branch recently and was confirmed by Branch Operations Manager(BOM), that the charges were revised, however my only submission here is that if any revision of charges happens, there has to have notice, letter or any information to customers but no bank can levy any such unwanted charges without pre information to customer. I have also asked the concerned BOM to show me the relevant details or letters of communication, but was told that she doesn’t have any relevant proofs and also mentioned that these are lengthy procedures to get into detail. She also proposed me to surrender my locker and said only for this APRIL month charges will be levied and for rest amount debited this will be refunded back on pro rata basis to me, However, with reference to FAQ’s stated on the bank website, it is clearly mentioned that if lockers are surrendered during financial year then excess amount debited will not be refunded. I myself is a banker and know how our operations and things work so all those clarification given by the bank representative were of no use to as long as my financial loss is not repaired or reduced. Hence, in a nut shell, I would like to confirm that I will not be responsible for paying the additional charges revised, without my prior knowledge and consent and would request concerned authorities to help me with immediate resolution to this issue and credit my account with excess amount charged on priority basis in order to avoid any further escalation of this matter. Solicit your timely response on this issue so as to take next actions in accordance to the same. Kindly assist me in this regard. I look forward to hearing from your side at the earliest possible. Now last month I don’t get invoice and any information of my uses and bank don’t send any letter of invoice and reminder so how can I pay payment. i have pay complete payment o[censored]ses without proof with interest and late payment fee. So we request to you please revert interest and late fee so I can use feel free HDFC bank’s card otherwise I will pay and stop the card. Every time I have told on telephonic discuss please send hard copy of invoice. Don’t send email because I do not use it. Regards Mayur Mewada.

                              Dear Respected Sir, My Sel[censored]tsav Raval and I am from Ahmmedabad, Gujarat, I have credit Card of HDFC Bank and till last December I was paying my dues regularly with extra charges and late fees but in last December I lost my job as well as during this time some unfortunate medical expenses of my family so could not make payment of my credit card after jan-15. As per above mentioned subject, currently I and my family is going in tremendous mental pressure because last one month getting lots of threaten and harassment calls by HDFC bank recovery agents who seats in Mumbai office and their landline tata indicom number is[protected]/5 as well as Ahmedabad HDFC office at Drive-in Branch and their number is[protected]Ms.Goldy).i have provided them my sister number and mother number if I was not pick up the phone if Driving and client meet. But last 15 days collection agency (Mumbai) is calling to my neighbor’s landline number (I don’t know how they get the number)but daily she called 10-15 calls first 1-2 days my neighbor requested her that call on my number or my sister number but she told my neighbor that I have given this landline for contact( but fact is I have not mentioned or given my neighbor landline number).it’s really height of mental torch and harassment because when my neighbor refuse to call us or tell her collection lady to don’t call on this landline number because she stay alone with her father in law and daughter and her father in law health is also not well as he is heart patient but after that also she making daily several calls of abusive language, threatening and pressurizing to my neighbor by giving below statement. • Me to apko roj call karugi aur apko phone uthana padega or unke ghar se bulana padega. • Agar app nahi bulaya to me apko paresan kardu gi.. • App kese neighbor ke sath rahete hey.. • Ooo pagal Aurart tuje sumaj me nahi aaata bulake rakh me vapas call karti hu.. • Me tumari jagah hoti to 4-5 tamache marke ley aati… • Usko bolna paise jama kara de nahi to me tuje pagal kar dugi… • When I came to know after 2-3 days then I request collection/recovery agent lady that don’t call my neighbor then she replied “me to unhe roj paresan karugi…Jab tak tu paisa nahi bhare ga…” Same I informed to Ahmedabd, Driving Branch( Ms.Goldy) that kindly talk to recovery agent and tell them to stop calling to my neighbor then she also replied “ke wo to kabhi bhi aur kahi be call karegi “then I asked her and requested that give our Manager name & number, she has given his name Mr.Sandeep Pandey but number not given as well as I asked her to provide me Mumbai collection/recovery agent name and address for police complaint because of harassment calls but she haven’t provided the same and told me that calls will continue…just now collection agent called twice when I am writing this letter. It’s very painful, tremendous and extreme mental torcher from collection agent and bank employee and due to this pressure and harassment my mother health is not well. Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony. I am sure you are aware of the fact that in situation like this HDFC Bank should approach the honourable courts to legally recover money and obtain the necessary court directions for recovery of the payment due.Instead of collecting money legally and following the guidelines for recovery laid down by the Reserve bank of India, HDFC have resorted to illegal ways to recover money which is totally against the law. Hence I would kindly request your good self to please take appropriate action against the said collection agents of HDFC Credit card.                                 Dear Respected Sir, My Sel[censored]tsav Raval and I am from Ahmmedabad, Gujarat, I have credit Card of HDFC Bank and till last December I was paying my dues regularly with extra charges and late fees but in last December I lost my job as well as during this time some unfortunate medical expenses of my family so could not make payment of my credit card after jan-15. As per above mentioned subject, currently I and my family is going in tremendous mental pressure because last one month getting lots of threaten and harassment calls by HDFC bank recovery agents who seats in Mumbai office and their landline tata indicom number is[protected]/5 as well as Ahmedabad HDFC office at Drive-in Branch and their number is[protected]Ms.Goldy).i have provided them my sister number and mother number if I was not pick up the phone if Driving and client meet. But last 15 days collection agency (Mumbai) is calling to my neighbor’s landline number (I don’t know how they get the number)but daily she called 10-15 calls first 1-2 days my neighbor requested her that call on my number or my sister number but she told my neighbor that I have given this landline for contact( but fact is I have not mentioned or given my neighbor landline number).it’s really height of mental torch and harassment because when my neighbor refuse to call us or tell her collection lady to don’t call on this landline number because she stay alone with her father in law and daughter and her father in law health is also not well as he is heart patient but after that also she making daily several calls of abusive language, threatening and pressurizing to my neighbor by giving below statement. • Me to apko roj call karugi aur apko phone uthana padega or unke ghar se bulana padega. • Agar app nahi bulaya to me apko paresan kardu gi.. • App kese neighbor ke sath rahete hey.. • Ooo pagal Aurart tuje sumaj me nahi aaata bulake rakh me vapas call karti hu.. • Me tumari jagah hoti to 4-5 tamache marke ley aati… • Usko bolna paise jama kara de nahi to me tuje pagal kar dugi… • When I came to know after 2-3 days then I request collection/recovery agent lady that don’t call my neighbor then she replied “me to unhe roj paresan karugi…Jab tak tu paisa nahi bhare ga…” Same I informed to Ahmedabd, Driving Branch( Ms.Goldy) that kindly talk to recovery agent and tell them to stop calling to my neighbor then she also replied “ke wo to kabhi bhi aur kahi be call karegi “then I asked her and requested that give our Manager name & number, she has given his name Mr.Sandeep Pandey but number not given as well as I asked her to provide me Mumbai collection/recovery agent name and address for police complaint because of harassment calls but she haven’t provided the same and told me that calls will continue…just now collection agent called twice when I am writing this letter. It’s very painful, tremendous and extreme mental torcher from collection agent and bank employee and due to this pressure and harassment my mother health is not well. Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony.                                   The Sales staff of HDFC Bank Ltd. Akola had approached me for C.C. limit for my Small Scale Industry a few months back. After submitting all the papers, they would approach me for some extra documents every day. I had asked them to demand all the documents at a time but every time they insisted that this was the last paper. After signing the final agreement on Stamp paper which they had got franked in Nagpur, they again demanded some extra security which they had not demanded earlier. I had got fed up with them so I asked them to cancel the Loan and refund the stamp duty. Even after 3 months, they have not even filled up the form to get the refund. Every time the concerned person i.e. Chetan Joshi tells that the site is not opening. I even complained to his boss and the branch manager. He had promised that he would follow up and get the work done. Even today when I complaine to his senior I got the same reply. When I tried opening the site, it opened in a second. The sales staff are only interested in completing their targets and when it comes to giving service they do not want to INVEST time in that as they can utilize the time to target another Consumer (with false promises of a good service) and then leave him high and dry. In this age of eBanking, if the person cannot download a form from the net (Which a 5 year can do), he does not deserve to work in a bank

                                    Dear Sir My car loan had been closed on 20.12.2012.on 29.10.2014 i approached bank for noc via customer request no.3581900 but bank official didn't submit the req and told he done it on mail.on 09.03.2015 i again approached bank via customer request no.4260428 again they did the same.when we talk to bank official sukhwinder at chd he told me to talk to mr khalinder as he's the concerned manager when we talked khalinder first he was in field and told he ll call back which he didn't second time when i called he said there no electricity in branch he cant check and will call back again he didn't third time when i called him he said it took his system he will call back in 5min which he didn't and when i called him after 10min he said my mails are not opening and will work when they open i told him at least satisfy the customer tell what is the problem when can i get my noc but he cuts the phone.I need to know the reason for such long delay in process.                                       See i have submitted my cheque leaves, photo copy and all signed off dockuments in coimbatore to the person who comes to my home and office...(saturday-20th)
                                      And i also received the sms stating that your verification is completed on monday-22nd but no response on that so i called to Dhana[protected], [protected]) c said my loan is rejected due to cibil for the loan purchased in 2007...
                                      I wanna know
                                      1.Whether any misses happend during verification of my laon from your side sine i havent took any personal loan
                                      2.I purchased many items post 2007 but not effected by cibil ( how come i arrested for you guys alone)
                                      3.What the hell is Dhana doing without informing me and not responsding my call( she called me many times before submitting the dockuments then no response infact she said call to her mobile number or landline for any queries)
                                      4.Who that lady called from [protected] for televerification to me and to my office on monday 22nd...Does you guys taught her about the way u speak to customers stupi c is speaking as she is HDFC ceo...she is speaking lethargically ...
                                      I don need a reply i need a proper call to all my details ...

                                        Hello, A person named Avinav (ph. no: [protected]) called me up and mentioned that I had a lot of points in my credit card to be redeemed. Then he asked me to verify the credit card number and then he did some transaction by which I got an OTP from the HDFC bank and he asked me to type the same from my phone. Then he debited rs 7999 from my account in the name of gifts8home_payTM MUMBA. How come a person who can do an open online transaction from a site which has no registration. HDFC has no clues about this although it has been happening since long. I have sent a dispute form to hdfc and got a reply mail that some communication will be done in 24 hours. When I called the call centre, I discovered that no update is made. How can a bank making tall promises and not sticking to it provide me secured online transaction? I am skeptical about it.
