Dear Sir, I am Raghunathan.K from erode. I have salary account in your bank(Ac.no:[protected]). I Applied Two wheeler loan in your bank. they give me a quotation for that. in that quotation they mentioned 2965 rs*29 months. but after loan approval i received a message as 3138*30month. I asked the person Mr.Anand who gave me quotation he said now interst rate high for u. I am not satisfied for that. Please give me a quick reply, otherwise I will go for legal action. my mobile no is [protected]

    Sir, On 11th April I posted cheque no.118834 State bank of India Navanagar branch Rs.12500.00 toward the renewal of Policy No.10757056 Rupa Pramod Shedambi HIG 44 Navanagar Hubli on her behalf myself being Father In Law of Rupa and myself and my son Pramod shedambi having joined account we both attend payment Till date the cheque has not been come for realisation at SBI I am 85 residing in Navanagr and as both of them are not staying in other state I am handling the matter And as I feel problem to travel to Dharwad because of three major surgery I request your good offices to look into this matter if there is any problem in accepting the cheque or not I received SMS asking to remit cash yesterday 16th April 2015 I do not know the Agents name and his address and phone number I tried to contact Dharwad office over phone There is no response Please look into this matter guide me Purushottam shedambi [protected]@yahoo.co.in Rupa Pramod Shedambi [protected] Policy No.10757056 ID no51442071

      Dear Respected Sir, My Sel[censored]tsav Raval and I am from Ahmmedabad, Gujarat, I have credit Card of HDFC Bank and till last December I was paying my dues regularly with extra charges and late fees but in last December I lost my job as well as during this time some unfortunate medical expenses of my family so could not make payment of my credit card after jan-15. As per above mentioned subject, currently I and my family is going in tremendous mental pressure because last one month getting lots of threaten and harassment calls by HDFC bank recovery agents who seats in Mumbai office and their landline tata indicom number is[protected]/5 as well as Ahmedabad HDFC office at Drive-in Branch and their number is[protected]Ms.Goldy).i have provided them my sister number and mother number if I was not pick up the phone if Driving and client meet. But last 15 days collection agency (Mumbai) is calling to my neighbor’s landline number (I don’t know how they get the number)but daily she called 10-15 calls first 1-2 days my neighbor requested her that call on my number or my sister number but she told my neighbor that I have given this landline for contact( but fact is I have not mentioned or given my neighbor landline number).it’s really height of mental torch and harassment because when my neighbor refuse to call us or tell her collection lady to don’t call on this landline number because she stay alone with her father in law and daughter and her father in law health is also not well as he is heart patient but after that also she making daily several calls of abusive language, threatening and pressurizing to my neighbor by giving below statement. • Me to apko roj call karugi aur apko phone uthana padega or unke ghar se bulana padega. • Agar app nahi bulaya to me apko paresan kardu gi.. • App kese neighbor ke sath rahete hey.. • Ooo pagal Aurart tuje sumaj me nahi aaata bulake rakh me vapas call karti hu.. • Me tumari jagah hoti to 4-5 tamache marke ley aati… • Usko bolna paise jama kara de nahi to me tuje pagal kar dugi… • When I came to know after 2-3 days then I request collection/recovery agent lady that don’t call my neighbor then she replied “me to unhe roj paresan karugi…Jab tak tu paisa nahi bhare ga…” Same I informed to Ahmedabd, Driving Branch( Ms.Goldy) that kindly talk to recovery agent and tell them to stop calling to my neighbor then she also replied “ke wo to kabhi bhi aur kahi be call karegi “then I asked her and requested that give our Manager name & number, she has given his name Mr.Sandeep Pandey but number not given as well as I asked her to provide me Mumbai collection/recovery agent name and address for police complaint because of harassment calls but she haven’t provided the same and told me that calls will continue…just now collection agent called twice when I am writing this letter. It’s very painful, tremendous and extreme mental torcher from collection agent and bank employee and due to this pressure and harassment my mother health is not well. Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony. I am sure you are aware of the fact that in situation like this HDFC Bank should approach the honourable courts to legally recover money and obtain the necessary court directions for recovery of the payment due.Instead of collecting money legally and following the guidelines for recovery laid down by the Reserve bank of India, HDFC have resorted to illegal ways to recover money which is totally against the law. Hence I would kindly request your good self to please take appropriate action against the said collection agents of HDFC Credit card.           The Sales staff of HDFC Bank Ltd. Akola had approached me for C.C. limit for my Small Scale Industry a few months back. After submitting all the papers, they would approach me for some extra documents every day. I had asked them to demand all the documents at a time but every time they insisted that this was the last paper. After signing the final agreement on Stamp paper which they had got franked in Nagpur, they again demanded some extra security which they had not demanded earlier. I had got fed up with them so I asked them to cancel the Loan and refund the stamp duty. Even after 3 months, they have not even filled up the form to get the refund. Every time the concerned person i.e. Chetan Joshi tells that the site is not opening. I even complained to his boss and the branch manager. He had promised that he would follow up and get the work done. Even today when I complaine to his senior I got the same reply. When I tried opening the site, it opened in a second. The sales staff are only interested in completing their targets and when it comes to giving service they do not want to INVEST time in that as they can utilize the time to target another Consumer (with false promises of a good service) and then leave him high and dry. In this age of eBanking, if the person cannot download a form from the net (Which a 5 year can do), he does not deserve to work in a bank

            Dear Sir My car loan had been closed on 20.12.2012.on 29.10.2014 i approached bank for noc via customer request no.3581900 but bank official didn't submit the req and told he done it on mail.on 09.03.2015 i again approached bank via customer request no.4260428 again they did the same.when we talk to bank official sukhwinder at chd he told me to talk to mr khalinder as he's the concerned manager when we talked khalinder first he was in field and told he ll call back which he didn't second time when i called he said there no electricity in branch he cant check and will call back again he didn't third time when i called him he said it took his system he will call back in 5min which he didn't and when i called him after 10min he said my mails are not opening and will work when they open i told him at least satisfy the customer tell what is the problem when can i get my noc but he cuts the phone.I need to know the reason for such long delay in process.               See i have submitted my cheque leaves, photo copy and all signed off dockuments in coimbatore to the person who comes to my home and office...(saturday-20th)
              And i also received the sms stating that your verification is completed on monday-22nd but no response on that so i called to Dhana[protected], [protected]) c said my loan is rejected due to cibil for the loan purchased in 2007...
              I wanna know
              1.Whether any misses happend during verification of my laon from your side sine i havent took any personal loan
              2.I purchased many items post 2007 but not effected by cibil ( how come i arrested for you guys alone)
              3.What the hell is Dhana doing without informing me and not responsding my call( she called me many times before submitting the dockuments then no response infact she said call to her mobile number or landline for any queries)
              4.Who that lady called from [protected] for televerification to me and to my office on monday 22nd...Does you guys taught her about the way u speak to customers stupi c is speaking as she is HDFC ceo...she is speaking lethargically ...
              I don need a reply i need a proper call to all my details ...
              Hope u will respond properly with all the relevant details or else i will write the whole thing to Ombudsmen...

                Hello, A person named Avinav (ph. no: [protected]) called me up and mentioned that I had a lot of points in my credit card to be redeemed. Then he asked me to verify the credit card number and then he did some transaction by which I got an OTP from the HDFC bank and he asked me to type the same from my phone. Then he debited rs 7999 from my account in the name of gifts8home_payTM MUMBA. How come a person who can do an open online transaction from a site which has no registration. HDFC has no clues about this although it has been happening since long. I have sent a dispute form to hdfc and got a reply mail that some communication will be done in 24 hours. When I called the call centre, I discovered that no update is made. How can a bank making tall promises and not sticking to it provide me secured online transaction? I am skeptical about it.                   Auto loan A/c no. 3488312. I was contacted by HDFC Bank for remittance by Cheque for the March'15 EMI installment ( The representative referred to some technical problem owing to auto debit mandate) According a cheque was issued on 18.03.2015 for Rs 9458.It was subsequently observed that after the cheque was debited the auto EMI debit was also raised for the same amount. Thus the debit is made twice in March'15.

                    I have cancelled the policy 17418665 which was in proposal stage on 23-Feb-2015, but still I didnot received refund of 36000 rupees till date. This is really very bad service from HDFC life. Please help me to get my refund of 36000 rupees.

                      I would like to file fraud case against HDFC BANK Ltd, Kalyan Nagar. I opened Salary Acount with HDFC Bank in 2011 and when their executive approached me for opening Salary account, he did not give me any information regarding DEMAT account linked to it. They are deducting some amount annually as annual maintenance charges whereas I am never aware of that I have such account. I relived that company, because of bike accident & I lost all of cards like ATM/Credit card that time only, I blocked those account that time only, after my recovery I only got to know in 2014 that, that demat account is still running on my details, I mailed to HDFC regarding this. Frankly I even not having details of HDFC account number, to talk in HDFC branch, So I calm now I got another spam message from NSDL DEMAT ACCOUNT, they mentioned all of my HDFC details, So I am complaining now MADHU.MANALA DEMAT A/C Number: HDFC BANK LTD (IN301549), CLIENT ID 33644742 BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected] KALYANINAGAR ( PUNE) Kindly check all of my details & please close that account asap, Thanks

He committed me ROI of 14% but after taking the docuemnts denying the same, now when i said to cancel my deal he said he will tear all my docuemnts if i cancel the application, i have all the his conversations on watsapp. Please call me immediately or else will have to go to police and media.                           My name is Navajeeth and i had recently applied for a hdfc credit card and was provided with an application number [protected]S2. When I check the status of the card it is disapproved. I called hdfc customer service and they told me that I had hdfc card in the past its paid in full but the card is in active status. I asked them to activate the card so that I can use it and they said it's not an option. my question is when the card is paid...

My Agent No.[protected] Mrs. Chinna Kumar - Mobile.No.[protected] and Team Leader Mr.Siva, Mobile No.[protected]. Still I am not get the Policy from your end. I had made moret han 50 times to your agent and team leader. Both are not pickup my number. Both are very lethogic. Now, I have given below my address. New No.43/3, Old No.15/3, SSL Brindavan, Fourth Cross Street, Andal Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai - 600 088, Tamilnadu, Mobile No. [protected] But, your person had wrongly entered the ward number instead of door no. My ward Number is 153. Please verify my address proof documents. Last week I received the call from Blue dart for undeliver of My Policy, because of address. I have spoken to your person on[protected]. Today, I have received the message from HDFC with AWB .[protected] of Bluedart. I went to Bluedart, the person refuse to deliver to me because of wrongly given my address. Today, I made call to the above person more 10 times each. Both are not pickup my number How can I belive you, When I live, your persons are played. How can you settle after my life. I advise to you, Please quit the above person from your organisation. How I can recommand my friends and relative to you. What you do in my position. I expect your responsible reply from your end Please change my address and resend the policy at the earliest

                            Hi, I am completely surprised as I checked my HDFC account, My saving of 6206 rupees is not available in my HDFC account. Immediately I called to customer care executive to know about my saving and came to know that its deducted due to not having minimum balance while I upheld 6206 rupees in my account. I opened account as salaried in HDFC, then I quit the job due to my family reason, Right now I am not working anywhere. So I want highlight here that this is an unethical dedication from my account without any kind of notification or information while I registered my email account and Mobile number, even single time nobody informed about it, there is no written and oral communication with me. How I could be known about minimum balance and other information, Still I am not aware. So request to you please revert back my whole deducted amount ASAP so that I can continue my account with HDFC as right now I am facing family challenges as well.                                 Charges of interest on insurance value also 10.5%. I asked HDFC rep. who disbursed my Auto loan and he said this insurance will be totally null if you prepay before six months and there will also be no penalty on auto loan if you pay before six months. And regarding this Insurance I was totally blank as they had not told anything about this Insurance. Now I want to close this loan before six months, I am contacting both the HDFC Rep. as HDFC branch lady who is head of auto loan disbursement based at Kolkata, they both are not picking up my phone. Please help me.

                                    Credit Card Department - After multiple conversations with hdfc customer care I finally received an email on Feb 23 from Vijaylaxmi asking me contact Sujatha about the closure of my credit card. When contacted Sujatha, I was promised a response soon but there was no revert via email or phone calls but apart from these emails, there were numerous phone calls made to your customer care, Sujatha and Vijayalakshmi for the same but there was no proper follow up or info provided on how to proceed with the closure since early February, 2015. I have been ready to pay full outstanding until Feb but my biggest concern is that, I have been in talks with hdfc for closure since Feb start and the delay was completely from the bank's end to provide me with the necessary info. After the latest conversation with Tilak, I'm being told that I have to pay all the charges till May billing cycle. If required they will give a settlement but my name would be reported to CIBIL. Isn't this threatening for something that I'm not responsible for? All I need is the permission to pay my dues until the time I have contacting hdfc for closure. I have email trail mails as proof. Need justice.

                                    I have provided the email address as requested by you Anay but there is no response from you either.
                                    I spoke to HDFC customer care as per Tilak and they have raised another complaint against the same complaint that was taken earlier and they have asked me to wait for another 4 working days.
                                    In the meanwhile I have again received another bill of 37500 which I hope you understand is not because of my fault of delay but clearly your delay. Waiting for a quick response and resolution to this issue.

                                      I, Vivek Chopra, Hereby want to register a complaint against HDFC bank regarding verbal abuse, life treatment rather murder threat not even to me but to my wife and mother. I was using the HDFC credit card ([protected]), I wanted to pay the remaining amount to them, so I have asked their executive to collect the money, the executive came to me and I have handed over the amount agreed, then he has given me an offer that you pay me 7000 extra and your card will be adjusted and you then you don't have to pay anything. at that time it was around Rs. 20000 which I had to pay, but I have paid around Rs. 11000. Then I called up that guy after 2 days to ask about the NOC which he has agreed to provide me after 2 days, I found that the person is absconding and his no. is switched off. I called up several times for several days, but the no. was switched off. Then I called up the HDFC credit card helpline, they confirmed me that there is nothing as such happened, I still had to pay around Rs. 20, 000. This is a complete case of cheating or rather looting the customer. Due to this harassment I have suffered a lot. After certain period of time Mr. Gaurav from HDFC bank ( contact no. - [protected], [protected]) has given me a call, even after the above mentioned harassment, I wanted to explain him about the incident and was actually wanted to close it by any means, he told me that now I had to pay Rs. 51000. I was shocked and asked him that how you have come with this amount.After this question he started abusing me saying that " Ghar se uttha lunga behenchood, madarchood, maa baap ko utha lunga". This has scarred me a lot and told him that I will raise a complaint against you, he replied that "police wale rooj paessa lete hai, unko hum jaeeb mein rakhte hai, aur hdfc ne hi humme instruction diye hai". then I have disconnected the call and he started calling my life, "saying that tere pati ko bache le, paeese bar do jaldi varna tum gaye." and he used so abusive language which made my wife uncomfortable, it was so bad and ugly that I can not even mention it here. Then he started calling my father and mother. he given life treatment to my father and abusing him very badly. and to my mother he has misbehaved so badly and abusive, she has started crying as she is a patient of high sugar and blood pressure, she immediately felt ill and faint and the situation was so bad that we had admitted her for 2 days in hospital. No I want a strict action against this person and HDFC bank and I am ready to spend any amount on this. I am not ready to pay any single amount to HDFC now as you can figure out that how much we have suffered due to this. I have a good record in all the banks, I was using SBI credit card and Standard chartered credit card, two personal loans on my name. I have paid full amount to all of the above dues. now I don't have any loan on my name which I have fore closed it which means I have paid it before the due date or rather much before the due date. and I don't have any amount pending against any credit card. This shows I always pay my debt., but trust me this is the worse or never imagined thing I have faced from HDFC bank and I am not afraid of saying that I will not give any single peny to HDFC, and now they are liable to pay against the situation I have faced and suffered. Kindly please assist me on this, I am ready to spend my time and money on this. but I need to see that person behind the bars and punished what he has done to my family.
