No third party (Payment) activation from last 2 months, sir after done all formalites in your branch but still we are not able to make govt payment. Everyone is assuring that you will able to make payment after 2 - 3 days from last 2 months, we have to make payment of Direct & indirect taxes, if within two days we are not able to make payment, we have to think about move to other bank.

      Hello Sir/Madam, This is Amogh Rajagopal. I have been told by a person namely Mr. Amit Arora that I have won an amount of Rs. 11 lakh from Bag It Today and told me that I have to pay 2% of that amount by taking a HDFC Life Insurance policy and after that the Phrize money will be released and he will send the withdrawal forms for cancelling the HDFC LIfe Insurance Policy as well. But now he is not answering my calls and his other number is switched off. His numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I got the policy to my address just two weeks back, so I believe it will be in the free look period. Please cancel the policy mentioned above and refund the amount back to me.         I have savings account in HDFC bank. In the emails that I am receiving from the HDFC bank my name is mentioned wrongly. My name is Mahesh Mahalingappa but it is mentioned as Magesh M. i have filled the name change form and submitted to HDFC bank but still name is mentioned wrongly

          Last month i got a new HDFC times card credit card, and two weeks back i bought new SONY TV it cost 76 thousand, planned for 6 month EMI option, everything is fine, after that HDFC customer care saying that you are not eligible for EMI like that. They are giving shock for me, I got so many calls from HDFC customer care regarding Credit card, please take credit card it will useful for you and we will give plenty of offers for you like that and brainwashed me. They said, u will get EMI option for everything, After purchased they are saying you are not eligible for anything like that, I need to pay bill 76 thousand in single payment. I called to customer care, now they saying, you are not eligible for EMI, Please take personal loan for 1 Lac with 14.5 Percent interest like that.             I Sukumar Karmakar issued one Cheque no 363985 dated 26/12/2014 drawn on SBI Dhaban Branch ( Branch Code No 09716) in favour of HDFC Life for an amount of Rs 20000/- which was cleared from my bank. An agent named Souvik Bannerjee ( Mobile No [protected], [protected])took the cheque from me but till date I have not received the policy nor any communications from your end. Please enquire the matter & let me know the status at the earliest.

                I have taken a forex card on 15th of april 2015 and when i used this card to withdraw money from a bank of america ATM the money have been deducted but i dint receive any cash. However it has been reflected in the bank statement that my balance is 683$ later but when i try to withdraw my money next week it shows only 83$ as balance and online statemnt shows that i have withdrawed money which i dint.

During my stay, I watched your channel putting out some fraud and cheating news based on your investigative journalism. I was impressed by your presentation.                   I have already done that since March, 2015. All I am getting are lies and fabrications from the HDFC Bank and hiding the evidence of forgery and cheating.
                  HDFC BANK does not provide customer service, nor does it resolve problems it creates. Its primary Motto and Vision is to cheat customers and pad its profits, so that it can cheat more and more customers.

                    Dear Dayanand,
                    With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your Central Bank of India savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

                    1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with Central Bank of India branch where you hold the savings bank account.
                    2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
                    3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

                        Dear Consumer Complaints Team, Following is my complaint I have transferred (through IMPS) Rs. 10, 000/- via my Account with HDFC Bank Ltd to a beneficiary of Punjab & Maharashtra Co-operative Bank (PMC) Ltd. There was time out (Ref No.[protected] and hence there wasn't successful Transfer of the Funds but the money got debited in my Account. I immediately raised complaint with HDFC Customer Service when the funds weren't credited back to my account in 3 working days (usual practice). I have been following up since then but to no avail. I have subsequently raised another complaint with the bank but still there is no fund refunded. Following are the complaint numbers I have raised with HDFC Bank: - MUMC[protected](COMPLAINT NO OF HDFC) MUMC[protected](COMPLAINT NO OF HDFC) Please take up my case with the Bank and provide me resolution to get out of this agony. The money transfer was through IMPS, needless to say how much important it was for the beneficiary.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a hdfc life insurance policy No. 17240633 on 15/12/2014. I was frequented by authorised hdfclife personnels for taking a policy. After having taken the policy some five months back i have still not received the hard copy of the policy certificate as of date. I have been frequently calling on No's [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] who used to frequent me for taking the polices. But after the policy has been materialised who cares for the customer. Till date i have been receiving only fake promises. I cannot expect such responses from an esteemed organisation of the standards of HDFC. These people took good 2 months to complete documentation... Now when its time to disburse amount they have new issues growing like mushrooms out of no where!!                                       Hi, My name is Shruti Mehan & I took a HDFC credit card in the year 2011 and I've never faltered in my payments. I've always paid my outstanding, at times, even more than that regularly for 5 years, after which circumstances were such that I could not pay for the last 1 month. I have been telling them that I'm willing to pay but in small amounts as I do not have a job & I'm looking for one. My intention is to settle the account. But the bank officials Anand etc from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have harassed me mentally!! They call me from different numbers.. [protected], [protected]. They have been troubling me by sending police at my house, obnoxious & cheap phone calls, calls to whoever relative and friends that they want etc etc., leaving me with ZERO CREDIBILITY in the society!! I really don't know what to do...no way to go, i honestly thought of committing suicide also as im super depressed & worked up because of the harassment, when my friend suggested that i should write to you directly...Please let me know if you if you can help me.                                       Today again (30th Apr 2015) they visited my house, where my retired & medically ill parents stay & harassed them mentally, shouting in the colony, threatening & abusing! If they die because of this shock, who will be responsible??????????????

                                      Can someone please take immediate action, before any mishap takes place?? Theres a person by the name of Vikas calling from +91 [protected] & has crossed all limits!!

                                        To, The DCP, Delhi. Sub: Misuse of my Credit card at Yamuna Vihar ATM. I Y.Chandrasekhar resident of sector -27, Noida (phone no:[protected]). I am holding an HDFC credit card with no: xxxx xxxx xxxx 2099. On[protected]:00:35:10 and[protected]:00:36:11 an amount of Rs 20, 000 (two transactions Rs.10, 000 each) had withdrawn from my credit card at YAMUNA VIHAR ATM. And then i called customer care and blocked the card, and raised a dispute complaint on the above transactions. At the time of transactions i was at my resident sector -27 noida and the card is also with me at that time. The bank team had asked to raise an FIR when i visited the nearest PS of sector 27 they asked to raise an FIR at where the transaction had happened. So i request you to please raise an FIR and send me the acknowledgement for submitting the photocopy to the bank. I will be waiting for the acknowledgement and trust in you for the justice.
