My DP ID is[protected]Bank A/c NO [protected]) which was opened with life time free offer but now i received messages regarding payment of annual charges for DMAT account. When i went to Rajouri garden branch to close my demat account, your employee named nirupama chauhan, rajouri garden branch she denied to close my demat account by saying that she is unable to close my demat account without paying my annual charges & advice me to contact gurgaon branch. Now i want to close my demat account as i don't know about this & i don't want to pay any annual charges as it is life time free. HDFC agent always commit false statement regarding demat account for their commission. pls suggest me how i closed my DEMAT ACCOUNT.

    HDFC Securities debited extra amount DMAT charges 342 rupees from my account actually 500 rupees for dmat account maintaince for year but they debited 842 rupees from my HDFC savings account .They are not responding please solve my problem

        Dear team i have applied for loan associate in NBFC and for that they checked my cibil score which is780, and they replied, hdfc bank has given remark of fraud application for credit card in my cibil but i have not applied for any credit card in hdfc bank since this year.kindly tell me if i have not applied in this year, so how could they say that i have applied for the same 3 month back, they have given me the ref. no.-[protected]N1, Plz revert asap otherwise i am gonna escalate this matter to the court as it showing someone from your bank using my data, and if i have applied i want to see that application that has been used and on that behal[censored] said this . plz look into this matter on top priority basis

          Hi My policy number is 17201218. Let me mention you people have extremely bad service once your product is sold. Dam you people. Last month you do a marketing call and sell HDFC Term Plan make me buy the plan for 1 crore and make me go for medical check up and till 1 month I get no update. And when I am calling your call center sounds like fish market with all the people shouting and in experience costumer executive takes my call and tells me I have not submitted my form 16 so pls contact the agent who had taken your documents. Damm you people you people should have sense that The person is sent by you to collect the documents. why and how will I have details about the person who collected my documents. Please check how many times I have called and call gets disconnect and listen to the recording if you can afford to have one. Why should I call and find out about what is the status cant you update me the status of my policy like the way you did to get me buy the policy. I would like to cancel my Term Plan. That I fooled and as you people are joker's and have no service sense. This is Term Plan money which is important after my death. Imagine my family going through all these bad service due to jokers.             Not Releasing MOD After the loan closure

            Respective Person, I have closed my home loan taken from HDFC on September 1st. While collecting my docs in the mid of September, HDFC executive told me that with in the next 10 days, we will register the release MOD and our agent will call you to intimate the date.             Dear Sir, I am Mr. Austin Dsouza Holder of the card I am using the card for last 5 years my outstandiing amount is 30, 0000/- last 5 years this bnank bank is charging more then 60% interest anually my amount has remained the same though i have been paying around 1500/- monthly when i checked the bill threre are chares of autopay retuned 450/- late payment 700/- service tax 250/- . when i called up the customer care to stop auto pay they told me we cant do that. their collection executive collects the money and still i have to autopay charges of 450 regularly. late payment charges 700/- after due date i have paid within 7 days to their executive 700/- charges everymonth on what amount they are charging and is this according the RBI guidelines all this amount they are charging. there is no reduction in my principle amount it is increasing day by day and their recovery dept is constantly calling and harassing for the payment. I have lost my job but still i mange to pay 1500/- monthly i want to stop this card and pay mininium interest on this amount as per existing rate of interest chargeable by banks which not more then 18% where as i know. I dont know wether RBI is doing any auditing on this pvt banking sector for whatever they are doing. or it has become mafia for cheating people of their hard earned money. Please look into this matter .

              I Firstly i received a call from Mr. Hariram Mehta ([protected]) to deactivate "Agent code" from policy. For this i deposited 15000 rs in HDFC bank ([protected]). After that I was not able to call to Hariram mehta. After almost 15-20 days Mr Vikram singh ([protected]) called me for verification. Then Mr S.K. Gaikwad called me and told me to deposit 21200 in city solution of Kotak mahindra account (a/c no [protected] ifsc code kkbk0000197). His personal no is [protected]. Then mehta ji ([protected]) called me and told me that your FTC code is activated. He gave me FTC code Then after 5-10 days he told me that i have to pay for NOC to transfer your fund.. For this i have paid 17000 in HDFC (a/c no [protected], ifsc code HDFC0000247) using NEFT. After these processes they called me to deposit 30000 for your policy settlement certificate. I was not having so much money. So i told them to pay my money back because i have borrowed this from my friends and i have to pay them. Please take action against them And please provide me my money back. Today i got call back from City value solution department manager and told me to register complaint against it.               This is common problem, faced by may and HDFC LIfe should come clear on bonus/commissions/agents issues.All application forms for the polices should be simplified so that applicant who is common man can understand and cannot be taken for Granted.
              I am also recieved a call through PNM finence Mr.Manish he told me talk with my manager Mr.Ramakant achrekar if you are not belive my words last three month his group follow me & also they send Executive to fill the form of life insurance through PNM service I pay ONE LAKH in three time first 50, 000 cheque o[censored]CO Bank fever of PNM SERVICE, SECOND 25, 000 also PNM service & third one 25, 000 is CITY VALUE account cash deposit & date i follow on phone they said me not any person in this name in there company so why city value solution & PNM finence is not take any action for this type of company which have a office in Connaught Place in delhi...pls take strong action bcoz they are not cheat more people like us...regd.Ravinder Singh

                I had opened a Salary Account with HDFC Bank. I have been unable to login with the Customer care ID and password provided. I have filed numerous complaints on your website. I had received a mail from your customer care executive which was useless say the least. Post this I sent them a step by step screen shot as was requested by them. This was about 7 days back and still have not received any response from them. Kindly let me know if I can expect this issue to ever get resolved or not.

                    My name is salman khan.one of the HDFc credit card assosiate force fully asked me to appply for credit credit card when I applied according to him on 2 august 2014.he taken all my crutial documnets.i got the CARD pin number on my address 3 times 3 diffrent pin number but i did not received a single time My credit card by Blue DART corrier services.i called more than ten times to Blue Dart corrier services they said that i have address Issue, But i Confirm more than 10 times my Home address and land mark also and i have given my Contact number also, but this is the 3rd time i have got the Massage from Blue dart that bcoz of addres issue my Card has been return to bank. i Really dont know why the HDFC has been given this such a important responsibility to rubish Blue Dart corrier services.i went 5 time to Blue dart office of Salt Lake branch i have found my card was also their I also confirm but its make no diffrence for HDFC bank and Blue Dart services.Im living in metro services im doing online shopping i ahve post office near my home i dont know why the Bank herrising me.Please take sum nessery action against Blue Dart and HDFC bank ASAP.                       I had bought LDFC Life click to protect plus policy on 8th Nov 2014, HDFC Life policy no. 17193722 and I submitted all my documents and medicals done on 17th Nov 2014. I called them to know about the policy on 28th they say give us 48 Hrs and we will get back to you. Again called on 2nd Dec but still same story. Today I called again 10th Dec 2014 and still they are telling me the same for time saying policy is in proposal state and give us 24 hours. On asking them for escalation procedure none of the agent is providing that. Request to check this and get this resolved. Thanks, Bhavesh

                        Dear Sir, Yesterday when I went to HDFC Life office to know the status of my policy, I was told that Your policy has been terminated and now you can not revive your policy. I asked them that why did you terminate my policy becayuse I want to continue it. Actually My father had taken this plan for me and he paid last premium in November 2011. After that he Expired on 28 january 2012 and I was unaware about the policy. but when I came to know about this I went to HDFC Life Karnal branch and they told me that your policy has been terminated.                             Hello sir,

                            I would like to bring this to your notice that from past 1 year, i have been going through lot
                            Of problems because of hdfc bank credit card.

                            I am carrying one the gold credit card of hdfc bank and the card number is 4346 xxxx xxxx 2933
                            Regarding which i would like to provide some more information.
                            In the month of july i made some transaction on this card worth 10, 725 and in that month
                            Statement i was charged around rs 900 extra. But in that month, before the generation of
                            The statement i called the customer care of hdfc and informed them that i would be paying
                            The minimum balance for that month so please do not apply the late fee charges in that
                            Month, but when i received the bank statement, i realised that the late fee of rs 500 was
                            Charged so i again called the customer care and asked for the waiver because i already
                            Informed that the reason so for this next month statement i paid rs 9900 through phone
                            Banking. From that day there way no one from the hdfc department who took the stand
                            And waived off the late fee which was charged for no reason because of which i kept on
                            Calling hdfc customer care and asked about the waiver after which i informed the hdfc
                            Customer care that i will no longer make a payment for the dues if that late fee will not
                            Be waived off.
                            The actual purchase made by me was of only rs 4062 afterwards till now on this credit card.
                            The reason why i could not clear off the complete amount for the month of june - - because
                            I was job less.
                            After this case, my account details was passed on to the collections department. One of
                            The collection guy came to my house and asked me to clear off the amount so i paid around
                            Rs 1500 (Approx.) in case to him and i got the receipt as well and he said that i would again be
                            Able to call the customer card and get the issue of this late fee matter sorted out. But when i called the credit card customer care, they said that they don't have my card details with them because its still with the collections department as they haven't processed the account from their end because after that only hdfc credit card customer care can do something in that matter.
                            After that i again paid rs 470 on 24 june 2014.

                            I have almost cleared all the amount but still in the current statement the total it says
                            Is rs 10, 080 which includes the late fees all together.
                            I have tried to call the collections department customer care but all those number
                            Mentioned to reach to the customer care of the collections department just give a busy
                            Tone or a dialer tone and no body picks up the call ever. Its a mental torture and i was
                            Mentally harassed by the hdfc credit card department till now because there was no one
                            To contact, when i called the credit card customer care, they asked me to call collections
                            Department, when i tried calling the collections department, no body picks up the call. I tried
                            Sending the email to grievance department and other departments and now to consumer
                            Court and still there is no solution to my problem.

                            I received one call from hdfc on 20 october from a lady (Nazia khan) who talked to me regarding my hdfc pending payment and when i asked her about from where she is calling, she said that she is calling from hdfc and said that i just need to pay 1000 against my hdfc credit card and then all the late fees and finance charges which are applied will be waived off so i paid rs 1000 more towards my card and as soon as i have made the payment, she stopped picking up my call and after that there was no further communication from hdfc department.

                            If this issue will not be resolved now then i will be contacting news agencies to report this exploitation which a customer is going through

                            Now my actual amount left with hdfc is only around rs 1000 (Approx.) but still hdfc is asking me for rs 11000 which was not my fault.

                            I am job less and i can't afford to pay this much amount.

                            I also enquired about settlement but still hdfc is asking me to pay rs 9000 (Approx) . I can not understand what kind of settlement is this.

                            I also have received calls from hdfc who are abusing on calls which i will never tolerate.


                            I am attaching all the proofs of payment and voice recording of the conversation which i had with nazia khan.

                            I can only pay rs 1000 at maximum because i am jobless and i don have money to pay further.

                              Hi Sir, I have HDFC Salary account from May 2012 with account number # I have following loans. Loan 1: Bank Name: HDFC Bank EMI Amount: 2769 EMI Deduction Date: 5th of every month Loan 2: Bank Name: CITI Bank EMI Amount: 3516 EMI Deduction Date: 5th of every month Every month the EMI money will be deducted from HDFC Bank account. Unfortunately I have not maintained the balance for the month of November. I paid 2769/- HDFC Bank loan EMI by cash on 28th November to HDFC Bank representative. I paid 8000/- CITI Bank Loan by NEFT Transfer on 6th December. (As the CITI Bank customer care executive told I paid 995/- additional as late fees) Following are the ECS Transactions happened from the respective bank for the month of November. HDFC Bank: 05/11/2014 - 1 Time 06/11/2014 - 1 Time CITI Bank: 03/11/2014 - 2 Times 13/11/2014 - 2 Times 01/12/2014 - 2 Times Following are the total deductions from my account: ECS DR Return Charges[protected].09 EMI DR Return Charges[protected].00 ECS DR Return Charges[protected].26 ECS DR Return Charges[protected].61 ECS DR Return Charges[protected].70 [protected][protected][protected]------- Total Deductions = 2373.63+ 995 (Late fee for CITI Bank) = 3368.63 Really should I bare these charges of rupees 3368/- for the total EMI of rupees 6285/- ? If I call HDFC Bank, they say these deductions are because of ECS fail and not ready to return any amount. How many times a bank can try for ECS in a month for one loan? What are RBI guidelines on Loan ECS and ECS Charges? If I contact bank ombudsman, should I need lawyer to take up the case? Attached the bank transactions details to this complaint.                                     Hi, Myself Amit Naik and I am belongs to pune my credit card no [protected] has lost so I hot listed old card and I have submitted application 2 times with your hingane khurd branch but it was not delivered to your Chennai office so I had sent an application by personal courier 2 times to your Chennai branch for reissue the new card but it got rejected due to signature mismatch. Since I have taken your card 4 years back I forgot the signature but Nobody is helping me about What is procedure to verify my old signature with your bank. And I was shocked when your phone banking executive advise me to apply for new card and nobody bother to resolve the dispute. And I have approx. 10000 points on my old card if you check my history with card I being loyal and good customers of yours for last 4 years, so please help me in this case

                                    My Name is M.Sandeep i want to close my credit card account i have submitted on 6th of august. When i call to customer care people they said it will close within 7 working hours . 7days has been finished and i called them they are saying request has not raised what a stupid thing it is and one is saying sign mismatch, one saying it will be done on 20th EOD, No supervisor was there to connect thay always busy. By seeing above questions u people wantedly say that signature mismatch right. i want the card should be closed immediately. Because of that my house Loan getting Pending It should be resolved on higher priority.

                                    Hi, Good Morning !

                                    I do have a same issue. My signature has changed with the time and my requested was rejected. I have tried reaching you guys but calls rotates only on IVR despite several attempts. I sent an email to customer care but getting replies in 5-10 days stating that I should contact bank. Bank says they are unable to verify my signature and don't have access, I should send you email. Overall I feel HDFC is no longer a private bank. Please resolve this or else i will be left with no choice except to through this card in dustbin.
