i want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank ltd.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank. employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office. Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that. i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri. HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered... HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00. specially in shani dev mandir branch pathankot punjab.this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting. honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

BUT AS PER YOUR STATEMENT MY CHEQUE WAS CLEARED ON 8TH NOVEMBER 2014, SO YOU HAVE CHARGED LATE FEE AND FINACE CHARGES FORM ME. SIR THIS IS NOT MY MISTAKE.       Dear Sir, I am writing this to you in the confidence of have a justness from you. I had written the same to all authorities of Grievance Cell of HDFC Life but they didn't even reply to my complaint. Thus forward the same to you for necessary action to be taken at your end. I am hereby furnishing relevant details:- Policy Holder's Name: Vivek Kumar Rajput Policy No. 14810407 Insurance Plan : HDFC SL YoungStar Super Premium Phone No. +91-[protected] Address: 2138, Janta Flats, GTB Enclave, Shahdara, Delhi-110093 Complaint:- This policy was sold to me with an offer of paying the premium in EMI through my credit card with 0% interest. I was informed that, this (YoungStar Super Premium) is the best fit for my needs and will provide me higher returns. I declared to agent that I was not married neither I had kids and I wanted to take this investment plan for my future savings. All the features of this plan is designed in such a way that it suits to the parents who take this plan for their children and make them beneficiary. In case of the unfortunate death of the parents, beneficiary gets the advantages of this plan. All your sales brochures call it a "Children Insurance Plan". The screen shot of your website detailing this service plan is attached herewith for your kind reference. Now I released that I was made fool and sold the wrong plan, which doesn't meet with my requirement. In this plan Father should keep his child as a beneficiary and pay the premium. But this is the contrary / opposite case, here I am paying the premium (son / child) and my father is beneficiary. This seems to be joke. Now if I continue paying the premium till it gets mature then as per the term & conditions of this plan, the entire maturity amount will go to my father (beneficiary). That time I will be married and will have my own family. I am the youngest in the family and post my marriage, all my siblings will be separated. All my father's property (heritage) will be distributed among all my siblings proportionally. And I will get only the part of of the amount, which I will be investing in this policy for next 10-15 years. Moreover I also would like to point out that your agent has not only cheated me by selling the wrong plan but also done the forgery by making my fake signature. On the last page of the proposal form, it is not my signature. Thus I request you to investigate on that aspect too. To help you out with the verification of the signature, I am also attaching herewith the following documents, 1) Copy of my PAN having my signature 2) Copy of Credit Card issued from HDFC (having my signature) 3) You may also verify my signature from the proposal form this policy (Signature on first three pages are mine but on the last page, it is signed by someone else) The above mentioned concern are very serious in nature and I anticipate appropriate resolution from your end.         Dear Sir/Madam, I am the credit card holder of hdfc titanium times card. I paid the some amount of minimum due and told the customer care executive that i will pay with interest as per next month statement as it is not possible to pay this month. Though he keeps harassing me and also calling on my fathers number and giving severe trouble to him who is a patient and dependant. I wrote a mail to credit card services, yet the person is keep calling and saying informal words. Is there anything you could help with this or this harassment's will continue. Please do help.

          Hi, I am a HDFC Bank Credit Card Holder... Whenever I book online ticket on ITRCTC i.e.India Railway website, there is an additional charges I have to bear every time. Lately, I have booked a ticket from IRCTC through credit card and it was charged 1042/-. But when I did the transaction and seen the statement of credit card, it was 1082/-. Why this extra charge is applicable and only for IRCTC website. Please do let me know at the earliest, else I had to escalate this issue.

              I am unable to pay to my Hdfc bank credit card dues Rs. 2lacs, please help me with the solution. I am the HDFC BANK Credit Card holder from last 6 years.This is the first time I have arround Rs.2 Lacs pending with the credit card, Iam asking to HDFC to convert it in to EMI from last 4 months, but HDFC bank CCEdenieng my request again and again, charging additional charges like processingfee, late fee, Etc. I had cheated by somebody 1.5 lacs, I have FIR copy. I amthe head of our family and also i have my entire family to support. I am in bigtrouble at this point of time. I am doing a BPO job right now & its very very tough forme to pay the amount directly, the amount is increasing day by day.                   HI, I have a credit card of HDFC bank. I applied for address change three times to the bank, but still the addrress was not changed.. My card got expired in the month of july. I do not have card since then. But still i have been chargeed for Rs 9073, just for late fees and interest. Collection people are calling me daily saying that they will get the reversal done. I have been talking to customer care people also, they just give me compalin numbers and says that they will get back to me. I have to close the card, I am ready to pay the amount that is being used by me. Please help me in solving the issue with the bank. I have to close the card since i will be leaving the town in next ten days.

                      Amount Rs 6.93 and more in a month gets deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account. I have not used my ATM Card more than 5 transactions in non HDFC Bank. Though the sum is very little, the bank should not charges unnecessarily.

                        Dear Sir, This is in reference to the complain of non-receipt of payment statement against my credit card numbering [protected] in the month of November 2014. I contacted your customer service about my outstanding and payment date this week and came to know that I have missed out a payment of Rs 2880 on 5th November but surprisingly I made my full payment of Rs 14374/ as per the last statement I received on 4th of November. Your customer service requested to make a payment of Rs 3450 as soon as possible to avoid extra charges on entire amount. Hence, I deposited Rs 3500/ in Delhi on 19/12/2014. After making the payment I received a call from your end requesting to make payment of Rs 40/again to the collection agent at residence. I made it Rs 100/ on 20/12/2014 and called up your customer care as per the advice of customer care executive who called up on 18/12/2014 for the payment of Rs 3450/ for the wave off the extra charges levied on my card due to delayed payment for the same. I would like to inform you that I have never been a defaulter of payment nor made a part payment so far. This time, if I was late in making payment on time, happened simply due to your fault by not sending any sms alert or mail. Hence, I would like to request you to wave off the extra charges levied on my card and let me inform the total outstanding to be paid without extra charges.I will also request you to send me a soft copy of the statement to be couriered at my residence as I have been settled in Delhi currently so that my family member can make my outstanding before the due date. This is to be noted that I cannot be hold responsible for the delay of payment this time and not going to make any extra payment except the genuine expenditure.                           I opened a saving account in the month of november 2014. I got cheque book & net banking password on 2nd December. But I am not able to access my account because they have not sent the Debit card & customer id till today. This is a very worst service from a MNC Bank. Is there any way if I can close the account with HDFC?

                            Dear Sir, As per the loan A/c as mentioned in the subject line. was taken by me under subvention scheme for flat in Bharal City Project Gaziabad. The bank disbursed the amount INR 23, 63, 746 as against the sanction of INR23, 16, 000. As per the requirement of the Builder - Bharat City - Bank disbursed the Amount and start the Instalment of the interest from Sep-14 end . I was thinking that my EMI has been started form sep-14 onward but when today (19/12/2014) I Visted the HDFC bank-Munirka than I come to know that it was only my Pre-EMI Interest which the bank is charging form me on my principal amount, it was so surprise for me, and bank reply me that the loan was not fully disbursed to builder & I also did not inform to Bank to start the EMI, so they are charging only pr-emi interest form me. The Bank Executive advice me to fill up the form to start the EMI form Dec-14 onward. and adjust my principal amount INR 2397 with interest portion of 19808 and make EMI of INR22601. I request him to start it form Sep-14 onward and I will bay the balance principal Amount. But he did not agree, I aslo told him that it is not my fault because neither HDFC nor Builder has intimate me about this EMI process… but its all in vain.. Now, requests you please understand my problem /case and adjust my EMI form Septembe-14 onward. And save your prestige’s good will in the competitive market.                               Hi, This is to bring to your notice that on 6th Dec 2014 I was in Karol Bagh where I required 30000 INR to make a purchase. I looked for a nearest ATM .On DB Gupta Road, Karol Bagh I found Kotak Mahindra ATM from where I made transactions of 10000 INR thrice but unfortunately in the third attempt the ATM machine gave out only 7000 instead of 10000 INR. I advised the person sitting inside the ATM cabin about this and he asked me to log this incident with my bank. I reported this to the customer service of HDFC (my bank) on 7/12/2014. They advised me that this issue will be sorted out in 7 business working days. They also gave me a complaint reference number i.e. 849812. On 18/12/2014 I received an SMS advising that the transaction I made was valid. This resolution given by HDFC back is incorrect. I request you to please help me in getting me my 3000 INR back from the bank as I never received the complete amount upon transaction. They have cameras installed in the ATM cabin which will clearly show that the I was only given 7000 instead of 10000 in my third attempt of transcting 10000 INR.                                 for my personal loan account number :[protected] and UCIC :[protected], i had prepaid my loan on 17/11/2014, without any dues left now. the bank was supposed to send me an NOC within 30 days at my home address, which was supposed to happen before 17/12/2014.
                                but still i have no information about the NOC in any form.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Rakesh Desai from mumbai. I have a saving account in HDFC bank with acc no [protected] which is my company salary account started in 2014. I am holding a credit card from past 5 years. The outstanding amount against credit card is around 28000/- Rs till date. Every month i used to pay current amount due regularly which is mentioned in bill also. Still bank people used to harass me everyday asking for the payment. On 10/12/2014 i deposited 50000/- rs in my account and next day my account got debited by 28000/- Rs. I called saving acc department for the same so they told that credit card department has debited it against your outstanding amount and credit department also agreed this. But my question is that i never linked my acc with credit card so they can deduct full amt without intimation? This is clearly a cheating. I lost my 28000/- unnecessary. So i request you to look into this on urgent basis as i have to give this amt so someone else.My no is [protected]. Thanking you.

                                    MY NAME IS GURVINDER SINGH.I HAVE PURCAHSE INSURANCE POLICY FROM THE H.D.F.C.BANK VIDE POLICY BUT THE NOT GIVE ME MY POLICY.AT THIS TIME MY INSURANCE POLICY HAS BEEN MATURED & I HAVE IN NEED OF MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTER MARRIAGE.I HAVE VISIT THE BANK BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE ME ANY RESPONSE FOR MY POLICY.I REQUEST TO YOU PL TAKE ACTION IMMITATELY & GIVE ME MY INSURANCE POLICY.

                                      I have an account in hdfc bank jabalpur main branch account no.[protected]. i also had a credit card of bank but i was settled all the dues of my credit card and close my credit card in august 2014. But after that settlements bank recovered 4500 from my account in the refference of credit card dues without any intimation and because of this deduction my other loan emi is dishonoured by the bank and my track record is being negative in other finance company i had paid a total amount of rs.84000 for the settlement of hdfc credit card. i enquired many times in bank and there call center but did not get any response from their side they are asking for 84000 again from me i am very helpless and in tension please suggest me now what can i do please help me and do the need full please. Me and my family is mentally torched by the bank because we are a middle class family and cannot afford to pay 84000 rs again. please help me they ceased my account also.

                                      My Name is Rachana A Bhatt. I am an account holder of HDFC Bank with account no:[protected]. I processed to withdraw amount of Rs.7000 with HDFC Debit Card on 03.07.2015 at UTI Bank ATM center at Ankur Cross Road. The transaction got failed in between and the amount got deducted from my Account. I logged a complain at HDFC Customer Care Center(Ref ID: 929187) at the same day itself.
                                      Its been more than 4 days the amount is still not credited to my Account. The Customer care Executives doesnt give satisfactory answer. Kindly help for the same.

                                        I have purchased this policy from hdfc standard life represented by its employee (Kapil Kumar ). He described to me the following about the policy: "You only need to pay the premium for first 3 years and after that you will have the insurance cover for the next 30 years with FULL SUM insured) i.e :25lacs". after paying three year premium I was told that the premium is to be paid till 30 years else the sum insured shall be reduced to 2.5 lacs only. I also tried to get the policy information through the customer care and the HDFC life branches as well but I haven't got any satisfactory information till date. So I feel misguided by HDFC standard life employee at the time of purchase of the policy and now I am completely confused about my policy . please direct the insurance company to either restore the sum insured at Rs. 25 Lac or refund my full money with 12% interest.
