We bring to your notice that we are in construction business from last 25 years in this vicinity and we are one of the reputed builder. In the matter of housing loan of our customer MR. Rodney Periera . who has applied for housing loan at AGASHI branch . After having completed all the formalities and paper work, the disbursement was delayed by weeks.So, naturally as a builder, we had approached the manager and made inquires about the status of the loan application.But to our surprise, the manager replied very rudely and even told us that you can apply to any other housing loan institution. We are very sorry to state that for a reputed bank like you, we aspect customer friendly service.We hearby request you to make inquiry in the matter and take take necessary steps, so that in future such incidents are not repeated.We are having many saving and current accounts with your bank for last so many years.In case, we do not get any satisfactory reply, we will be forced to snap all relation with your bank.     I have been told by HDFC customer care that i can convert my transaction into EMI. now after making transaction they are saying that you are not eligible for this offer.However still i am getting five emails per that i can convert my transaction into EMI.       Hello, I enrolled for Smart Pay, so that my Internet bill and mobile bills are automatically paid. Even after enrolling for smart pay my Internet bills was not paid for 2 months (1411 *2 = 2822 plus 100 late fine) and because of that I had to pay fine to my Internet Service Provider. I accordingly called the Customer centre Team on 29th of Oct and asked them to cancel the smart pay as I didn’t want to go through any further complication. I paid my bills on my own on the same day for Rs-2922. After 2 days my card was again charged for 2922 amount. I called the Customer Service again and informed about the same. The representative assured me that there is no such charge. I just checked my Statement and figured out that I have been charged twice for 2922. I would like to inform that your Customer service is pathetic and agents are amateur without any product knowledge. There are number of instances wherein I was provided wrong information. The Supervisor to whom I spoke with Manju Singh on 29th of Nov was behaving as if she is doing a favour by talking to me and is good for nothing and she doesn’t deserve to be there at first place. I am frustrated to the level that I can no longer tolerate this Credit Card and your Customer Service. Regards, Saurabh Sinha

        Hello Sir, I am a Tata Consultancy Services Employee holding my salary account in HDFC bank. On 18th Nov, I applied for personal loan amounting 2.5lakhs for my marriage purpose. Till now HDFC is dragging my case by the verification department. Sorry to say but I am totally frustrated and irritated by the way this verification team is handling. I provided all the relevant documents that needed for a personal loan. the verification team came to verify to my house in the weekend without informing me and they asked some wrong person without asking my house owner and reported that owner did not indentify him. Atleast they should have informed me. I was not there as I went to market and some guy called me and he asked all the details. I answered and assumed that verification was done as I was not aware of the verification proceedure. After 3 days on asking the status I came to know that loan was rejected due to negative verification. On calling the same number just to ask how he can give negative as he himself went to wrong place I got the answer like "Kya Police Chor Ko Pakadne Jata He toh Kya Bolke Jata he" ... "Jo Mila Wohi Likha"..."Asey Hi Verification Hota he". So sir is this true that HDFC bank treat their customer as "CHOR/Thief". I belong to a reputed IT company and your bank is treating me in this manner. Again on request to Sales department yesterday reverification was done and verification was positive. I was there in my home as I was on sick leave. Today on enquiry I came to know that due to lack of office verification loan again got rejected. I don't know how they verified at office while I was on sick leave. And also no call came from their end. I don't know what's going on. Specially in Kolkata verification team thinks that they are some kind of CBI personnel dealing with fugitive/thief. I was having that trust factor on HDFC bank but now I have decided that this will be my 1st and last time I will never ever approach your bank for any thing as the result will be waste of my precious time that cannot be imagined and the tension I am carying in my head. Now I think that I should have approached some other bank for this. This is simply harassing your customer. Also I am having my HDFC bank salary account. What else these people expect from us. Who is going to repay my lost time. Your site says that withing 48hours preapproved personal loan. But I show the reality.People apply for personal loan because it's a speedy and faster way to get money and they must be having some problem thats why they are asking for loan. But here in my case verification team is playing. Writing all the crap in their report without even doing their job properly. It's quite a common sense that if I am not informed or called how can I provide my office verification. And they even don't try further once done means done. Let customer suffer. Requesting you to look into this matter and if possible take some action against this verification team.           I am using HDFC account since last 6-7 years and i was enjopying their services. Recentlty one of their representative "Mrs. JALPA UPADHYAY" from VATVA BRANCH branch did contact me and told me to convert my account to Classic later she continuously calling me to open a new account for my wife under classic account with Zero balance option. So one day i opened an account which she told me as classic account and it will take 1 month to convert to classic. Now it has been 2 months though it is not under classic so i called customer care they told me that my wife's account it not under classic and she opened as normal saving account with limit 25K which is ridiculous. At the time of opening account she told me that if i give 25K cheque then it will help her to earn some credit from the HDFC bank which is totally false. Now when i am trying to call her she is not receiving my call even not responding me. I would like to take good action against her. According to back rule she is my account CRM so if she is my account's CRN then i would like to close my all accounts from HDFC Bank. I hope to get response from hdfc bank soon. It is a case of cheating.

            Hello, This is Ramesh, I have applied for personal loan[protected] on 12th november 2014 and it got approved on 15th nov 2014.On 17th nov 2014 i have submitted 8-signed cheque's to your executive Mr.babu ([protected]) and he told me that amount will be credited to your account in within 48 hours.Today 29th november 2014 still my personal loan not disbursed. I have called so many times to my personal loan manager Mrs.Jyothi Alla([protected]) but she is not responding properly and one of your telicaller Anusha([protected]) called me and asked to provide previous company relieving letter, payslips and 10th class marks memo. Every thing i provided with patents but still the game is continue... please end this game i have no more energy ... If i am not eligible to get the personal plz reject but don't play games...                 I have applied for HDFC Life policy17139698 online, submitted all the documents and done the payment on 9th October'14. On 30 October 2014 I had my medical check up done, now its been like a month and I haven't heard anything from HDFC Life about my insurance. I called up many times at the customer service, however every time I get a new date and assurance from your team that I will be receiving a call back in 2 days about my insurance. Not sure how long is this 2 days. Till date there is no communication from your end. I wrote emails as well but they don't even bother to respond back. I called up today again, heard hell lot of excuses and they again asked me to wait until Tuesday as by then I will get a call for sure but I am quite confident that nothing is going to happen. Its almost 2 months I have done the payment for my insurance. If by Tuesday I don't hear anything from you people then I will go for cancellation and I am NOT going to pay for any cancellation charges or medical or anything. I am making it a point from now itself and if required I am going to escalate to the higher level as well.. This is disgusting and awful way to treat your customers. Your services are pathetic. LEARN SOME PROFESSIONALISM!

                  My self sarnavaz pathan and i am having hdfc bank credit card no [protected]. I am using card from more than 3years and payin on time. But from last few months m having financial problems so i am not able to pay my bill thats why i am paying minimum due. But currently i am not able to pay due and i need some time, i want to pay the bill but excutive Amit raval are not listening any thing and makin so much pressure, he is calling every 1 hour nd asking for payment. Even they r continuesly calling on my office also, sir if my company will take any action to me then how will i pay without job? Nd he is giving warning i[censored] not give the due i will send some unproffesional person to ur home and they will treat u very badly. How this? How a bank will send unproffesional person? And i told them to convert my entire amount in emi so they r not ready for that and forcing me fo settelment. How they are not understanding, i was having a loan also on that card, i cleared that loan also within 2 year. If i want to fraud so why i clear this all? And in hdfc bank i am having one more personal loan also, i am paying from last 27 month. Sir i am so frusted nd in very deep frustration plase stop harresment, i am havin high blood pressure, if any thing happen to me who will pay u and who will take care of my family? And finaly here by i am declaring that anything happen to my life so hdfc bank and Amit raval r responsible for that. Sir please stop harresment, i want to pay and i will pay suerly.

                    Subject:HDFC Lucknow Gomtinagar Branch harassment for Top up on loan a/c[protected] My chase started from July’14 when I asked for atop up loan for registry of my flat. I had to literally chase EVERYONE from Executive till the HDFC ltd asking the status till now. When I was literally feeling cheated and frustrated, I filed a phone complain ( # 3568787) via HDFC Ltd in Hazratganj Lko branch on 25th Nov’14. It’s a clear harassment case by HDFC where the Lucknow Gomtinagar branch is not only harassing me mentally but also responsible for interest/penalty payment that I have to make due to unavailability of funds. Lucknow, Gomtinagar branch of your bank has been delaying my TOP up loan forever. The loan application was started sometime in July’14 and so far, nothing has been done as it is still UNDER PROCESS. File #[protected] The file was generated in Aug'14 and the lady, Poonam Tiwari- [protected], called me in Oct'14 ( when I personally chased her regarding the progress), saying she needs fresh documents as she needs to reevaluate. As per her, my physical verification was rejected but she didn't bother to inform me. Also, she never pushed the file forward. Still it has been the same way. I have provided all the relevant docs again and still there is no progress. I am really fed up of this branch and their performance. It is clearly visible that they do not want to work. To add further, they came up with a new excuse ( Learnt this from the executive Vinay Yadav dealing my loan app), where PoonamTiwari says that the top up is unable to happen because no one in MetLife GOSC (has a loan).What a LIAR! Hope the bank will look into it deeply. Even the branch mgr. is not seeing it? I wonder if he ever attends to escalations. On the other side, my other home loan file no[protected] from Delhi HDFC has even sanctioned the loan in just 10 days and ready to disburse. I really feel cheated to have a corporate account with your bank as the services offered vary as per regions, which should not be the case. Also, I would be claiming the interest / late fees that I have to pay to LDA and I would definitely want to penalize you for not only late fees but also mentally harassing me without my fault and intentionally not processing my file.                       The agent Sourav Choudhury from HDFC Life New Alipore BranchKolkata sold me this policy 16436067 at premium of Rs. 25000 annually promisingthat from very next year that will be converted into monthly mode of payment.My policy premium date was on 21st November and since August 2014 I amfollowing him to convert my policy into monthly mode. He even took cancelledcheque and made me sign some forms on October2014 to convert this into monthlymode BUT all of a sudden i am hearing that this cannot be converted intomonthly mode as date is over. Kindly assist as this way they are just playing withtrust and money of the customers. Now agent is also stating that if I willclose down the policy No money will be refunded which I was not aware ofearlier. Hence wanted a solution even if the premium amount is more I do nothave any issue but I am unable to pay full amount in one shot. Also he enrolledme for a policy at 1500 per month in the month of August. Although he statedthat my policy will be e-generated and details will come in my email, I neverreceived any details for the same and no money is getting deducted from my bankaccount for said policy. Please help. I even tried to reach his manager bysending several SMS as he is not responding to my calls but to no avail.

                          I am working in Gulf and I have been to India 2 months back for a 15 days emergency leave. My friends advised me to take Term insurance, since I am flying countries frequently. Based on their suggestion, I have applied for HDFC online term insurance and I have my 1st premium onlie & produced all required documents transparently to HDFC. I told them clearly that I will be available only for 15 days and if I need to undergo any medical, please arrange for it immediately. But the representative misguided me stating that Since my policy value is only 50 Lac, I am not required to undergo Medical test. Later after I left India, I got an email stating that I need to undergo medical test immediately. When I asked the HDFC representative why didnt you inform while I was in India and I have told your representative several times that I will leave india in 15 days time. But then they said that I have no other choice that until I undergo medical test, my risk will not be covered and I wont be issued Policy. Then I told them If my risk is not covered, kindly refund my 1st premium which is paid online. Since then, I have sent 15 to 20 e-mail to the customer care and spoken to the HDFC representative, still now I didnt received even a single penny from HDFC Life. I wonder If they couldnt refund a small amount of 6000 INR, how will they settle massive claims of 50 Lacs. HDFC life is totally cheating. Sales Representatives will motivate and give false information to generate sales and he will be benefited with commission, but we as a customer end up with complete frustration and our life doesnt have any values to them.

When i try to renew online there is only option by hdfc net banking, Hdfc credit card/ debit card, when i talked to customer care they replied you can renew online only by hdfc net banking or credit/debit card.                                   I have been using an HDFC Credit Card for more than 3 years now. Recently, in the month of August-2014, my old card (which was about to expire) was replaced by a new Credit Card. I have received the new card quite sooner than expected. But the worst part is that till now I have not received the PIN no. for the same. It is more than 3 months now since I received the new Credit card & in the span of these 3 months, I have already called Customer Care at least 5-6 times & requested to send the PIN no. at my registered address. Every time I got the same response from the Customer Care executives that they have put the request & I can expect the PIN no. to be delivered within 7 working days. Those 7 working days have never come to an end. I have not received the PIN no. yet & this is causing much inconvenience to me. People should really have more than normal level of patience in order to just speak once to the Customer Care Executive. So, I would request the concerned individual to kindly resolve my issue & send me the PIN no. for the credit card at my registered address.

                                    Myself Biswa Ranjan Mahapatra and on 15/10/2014 when i was filling GATE 2015 form mistakenly my A/C No-[protected] has deducted of amount 1520/- because why i have made complaint on home branch also but till now it has not been refunded.

                                      I took a policy endowment insurance from HDFC life (it was big mistake to take a life insurance from HDFC life insurance) 9 years back. I paid promptly the insurance premium every year totalling 140000/- I found they were declaring only 2% or Rs. 10/- bonus where as LIC for same kind of policy declares Rs.50 to Rs. 55 bonus, after finding this, I thought there is no point in continuing this policy. I sent surrender request. Even surrender will not happen quickly, you need apply for quote wait for 10 days and then they will give u pea nut quote. They gave me only 69000 as surrender value. This is big cheat I believe. I had accumulated 89k as bonuses nothing has been added, they are saying upon surrender bonuses will not be added in surrender value. I believe they are just cheating customers. I am in total loss with this HDFC life policy. I HATE HDFC LIFE insurance, I will never recommend any HDFC products in my life. - Raj
