Hi Sir/Madam,

This is Suyesha Mitra from Cognizant Bangalore. I applied for HDFC Food Plus Card around 28th Jan to 03rd Feb 2013.I'm supposed to get it in my office address as mentioned by

10-15 days..But I haven't got any intimation mail from them as of now.
I mailed Sangetha from HDFC regarding same..She has record of my submission which she mailed to her other staff members of HDFC to help me to get an update on same..But got no

upadte thereafter..
I mail them also for an update but no luck..
Please help me to get my HDFC Food Plus card..

    I have a HDFC corporate Savings bank account at M.G Road Bangalore branch. I have made the transaction on 18th Feb, 2013, which is the ICICI bank credit card bill payment through NEFT. The amount is not credited in ICICI credit card account. The payment amount Rs. 12,253.89/- had done successfully, and the amount is debited from my savings bank account. The reference number/ cheque No:[protected]. I have raised the same with the customer care people and got feedback like amount has successfully transferred to the beneficiary (ICICI credit card). Then I have reached ICICI credit card customer care, they are saying the amount has not received.And again I have escalated the same issue with HDFC bank customer one week back. Still I did not get any response from the either of the banks. I can not fight with two banks, and I don't understand the where was the mistake from the both of the banks. I raised this issue with two banks several times and did not get any response from both the banks. Please take this compliant as a high priority request and resolve the same ASAP.

      I had taken a loan of Rs.6,[protected]@ 7.75 (Floating) in year 2006.
      At present they are charging 13.75 % INTEREST RATE and monthly EMI as Rs. 7,189.
      In last financial year our PRINCIPAL COMPONENT was adjusted as Rs. 358 (Three Hundred & Fifty Eight)
      where as INTEREST COMPONENT was Rs. 85,910 (Eighty Five Thousand Nine Hundred & Ten)
      Now, we want to shift our Home loan a/c to State Bank of India and SBI is also ready to give us the service.
      But, HDFC is not allowing us to transfer our loan amount in any condition.
      They are not agreeing to receive our application which to be submitted to SBI for further process.
      Kindly, HELP US.

        Hi,

        My savings account was kept on hold for entire 27K in my account because of delay in creditcard payment. I have paid the creditcard bill and it is more than 4 days and still it is kept on hold.

        HDFC Creditcard customer care is least bothered about request (complaint number - [protected]) the customer care lady is so rude and they are not even transferring call to their manager and pretending as if they are their manager and asking me all the details. They tell to call collection department and the collection department number doesn't work[protected]/02 080, [protected].

        I have called Grievance redressal officer they said I will receive call within half day of complaint but still nothing has been done. Is this the service provided by HDFC for their clients.

        Can HDFC please act on it immediately?

        HDFC Bank - Credit Card — Without information My Saving Account kept in hold

        My Self KK

        I have saving account with HDFC Bank for more than six years. Two years back from HDFC credit card division voluntary issued Womens GOLD Credit Card.

        I use it and paid the amount in a month.

        Finally i close the card four month back.

        They come for settlement and i issued cheques.

        Later they did not contact.

        Two days back my saving account kept in hold without any information/intimation.

        i was informed that by customer care while i enquire about this, that hold was because of credit card non payment.





        if i will not get any explaination of the above said matter immediately and to my complete satisfaction, i shall:

        1) lodge a complaint against hdfc bank in the banking greviances forum.
        2) move to consumer court.
        3) lodge a police complaint against the related employees and hdfc bank, stating verbal and mental abuse.

        i believe i am a victim of fradualant credit card transactions and i know this is a very serious matter.

        Now at this present moment I am jobless, However I am still ready to pay the settlement amount of 10, 000, after consulting with my lawyer.

        HDFC Bank — holding account without

        Yes I'm a defaulter to repay loan on time. That's why my account has been on hold. There was no notice or rule as per my knowledge. Ok now I'm ready to pay. I have sufficient balance in account to repay the dues. But for this I have to go particular place and pay them. Complaint is that, if they can hold my account, why they are not taking dues amount and release hold to another transaction?
        mr santanu they will definately debit from your acount and also they can hold only up to your total outstanding thats also include late feee fine bouce charges and etc.so no need to panic about wat you feel like cleare dues and then u can be able to make transacitons .if your all fund is on hold it mean they still want more money

        HDFC Bank — ACCOUNT KEPT ON HOLD WITHOUT INFORMING

        I hold salary account with HDFC BANK bhandup branch .I had over due payable to bank .but bank has withdrawn my entire sammount from my account without informing me .their recovery agents are still calling me over the fhone and harrassing by using abusive lanuages.
        I have registered a written complaint to MD Mr Aditya Puri,Legal Manager,collection manager,grivience redressal cell.no one is bothered to respond my complaint.need valuable sugesstion shall i register complaint in consumer court or banking ombuds man.

        Please note that Credit Card has been offered by HDFC bank with no additional expense except Late fee for the amount used through credit card.

        However, for last few months they were unable to deliver the credit card bills to the said address and no one ever contacted me from HDFC credit card bank behalf.

        Later my office address changed and i requested online for address change with the Credit Card dept, they changed the address but with huge amount added which includes Late fee plus Finance Charge. by definition of Bank that Finance charge is the interest fee they charge on amount used from credit card if it is not payable on time.
        Issues:
        1. I have paid timely payments but if they are not able deliver the bills how would i come to know that how much i have to pay to the Credit Card company.
        2. However, i have paid all the payable amount some times including late fee
        3. As it not informed to me by the HDFC credit card representative, that the bank will apply FINANCE CHARGE on late payment amount, therefore i have not paid this finance charge.
        4. They keep calling and forcing me to pay this amount also..
        6. And now they keep on increasing the amount of Finance charge by adding further more late fees and finance charges .

        it is same like when villagers borrowed money from landlord and never able to return it because landlord keep on adding interest.

        Kindly help in this matter.

        WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HDFC. I seriously regret my idea of opening an account with HDFC 6 years back. My savings account has been kept on hold because of a credit card payment. I really dont understand, how is the credit card payment related to bank account ?? Nowhere in the terms and conditions was it mentioned that the bank has the right to keep the savings account on hold if the cc amount was not paid. However, i went ahead and paid the entire cc amount and the same is reflecting in my account. When i call the customer care, i received UNBELIEVABLE responses. Below are the responses i received from different customer reps:

        1. You need to go to Begumpet HDFC branch and need to speak to the manager about releasing of the funds
        2. The funds will be released automatically within 24 hours of credit card payment
        3. We cant do anything about release of funds.. You need to call collection department at 67278001/67278002
        4. I'll raise a call back request and the appropriate team will be contacting you.

        ******Worst thing is that HDFC doesn't work 24/7 to help the customers and everytime you call the customer service, you get unuseful, nowhere related responses which will cost you around Rs.50 for each call******

        Because of the HDFC keeping my funds on hold, my personal loan was not deducted ontime, and i need to pay the late fee charges. Why am i supposed to pay the charges when i paid the credit card bill immediately? Will HDFC not care about their customers after the credit card payment ? Is it not the HDFC's responsibility to release the funds after the payment ?

        I really hope someone looks into this and reply back with a resolution.

          Dear. Sir/Madam.

          I Mrs Pritichi Biswal had purchased a insurance policy No. 15646660. In the month of december. from Talcher branch(dist -angul).Orissa.
          After the policy reached to me. I decided to cancel the same due to my personal reason.
          I contacted my branch manager MR. NIKUNJA RATH. and conveyed my reason for cancellation. He was initially reluctant to cancel but after some days,He said to give my BOND to the agent ,who is also a Bank employee, miss MONALISA MALLICK. I gave her the bond and she said me to go to the ANGUL . In ANGUL branch SLIC OFFICE I was again asked the reason for cancellation. The person took the signature in the cancellation form and said that the agent has not submitted the bond yet. On calling Miss Monalisa mallick the agent,she said that she is a bit busy and that she will deposit the bond the next day.
          After 3 days when I inquired for the same she said that in one month, i will be receive my money. But she kept ignoring my calls there after.
          Today on 9/3/13, when I again called the branch manager mr NIKUNJA RATH he said that the MISS Monalisa is saying that the she returned the BOND to me and now that the bond is with me. But all these days they were playing with me that the cancellation will be done.
          Now that they have misplaced my bond or knowingly they have kept my BOND with them.
          I am completely helpless as to what is to be done now.Please do look into the matter. I will be highly grateful to you.

          This is my last option of contacting you. Failure of which I will take the help from consumer forum as well as from NGO and citizen journalist. PLEASE let them not cheat the hard earned money of innocent persons.

            My sister who is NRI residing in the UK visited india in January and made a Deposit of 40,000 Pounds in the HDFC bank Nabha branch, and the relationship manager Mr, H Kumar pushed us hard to take an insurance policy called Crest SL to avoid income tax, she signed the form just in case,as she had to leave for UK but told him not to make the policy without consulting us but he went ahead and withdrew 2 lakh Rs from her account and made the policy, my sister was furious and called him to cancel it immediately, he promised to get it cancelled but he kept delaying in spite of my repeated phone calls and reminders and never did so till now, My sister e mailed the bank on [protected]@hdfclife.com within the 'FREE LOOK IN PERIOD' of one month, several times from her registered e mail asking them to cancel the policy immediately and named me as her representative but again they never responded, now when finally some from Bangalore who doesn't understand any language properly, responded he told us you cannot cancel the policy as the 'FREE LOOK IN PERIOD' has gone. i visited the Patiala branch of hdfc life twice during the 'free look in' period with my sister's signature on the cancellation form and all the documents but they did not take back the policy.
            Such third class service was never expected from such a bank, there are a bunch of fraudsters sitting in these private banks eying ur money to meet their targets and pocket the commissions. Now my sister and i will withdraw all our money from the bank and we would have no option but to go through the consumer court to get our money back from these fraudsters and make them answerable for the mental harassment they have caused.                 Hi,

                I had applied for HDFC Bank credit card on 26th Feb 2013, but till date i had not received any communication from Bank's end.

                My entire set of documents was collected on 26th Feb 2012 by DSA 'Hitz Corporation', the executive's who has called me is Mr.Piyush of Hitz Corporation and his no is [protected].

                Inspite if calling end number of times at that number, he is not responding to my calls and when asked for the status the company is saying that "we will check and get back to you', but not one is calling back.

                There is possibility of getting misuse of my documents and hence i want my documents back.

                Is there any authority who can take some strict action against such DSA's / Agencies?

                  I am Getting every day continuous calls from a Agency for HDFC Credit cards... I have many a times informed them about not interested in opting for any card, still they call atleast 3 times a day for past 15 to 20 days.

                  I want to know is there any way other than DND to stop receiving calls...

                  Shameless people even after telling many times they keep calling and each time difference is only a new caller. How do they get numbers.

                    I have been observing that my money is debiting from my account as depository charges in hundreds.
                    In the month of Feb and march amount of rs 694.00 and 148.70 have been debited as Depository charges where as i have not used the demat account till now it is just used once for activation by the HDFC securities member 2yrs back after that i didnt used the account till now. More over this demat service was told that they are providing it freely but it seems they are charging and it is not intimated to customer it is clear exploitation of customer.

                      A month in my account balance was zero and the minimum limit of balance in account is 2500 but bankers done Unnecessary charges on account balance when i deposit cash .

                      I know some charges will be deducted from the bank account.

                      But they are much more charges deducted from my bank account and the amount of Rupees 3600.

                      I am complaint to bank manager but he gave negative response. That's why I fill this form.

                      So please sir and madam solve my problem .

                        When i opened my A/c few years back I had to maintain Rs5000 as minimun average A/c balance and that was calculated quarterly , but recently i noticed they have been charging me AMB( average monthly balance) cess every month since jan 2012 so i visited my branch and asked for the clarification then i learned that bank has changed its policy now i have to have minimum Rs10000 and that to every month . But i never got any intimation for this change never they have mail or call me to inform which they always do for every other silly reason . They have almost charged me around Rs4000 . Please help i want my refund otherwise i am going to close my a/c

[protected]. But 7 days has been gone I did not get any status of credit card. I dont know what I have to do.Please let me know what happened to my application.

                            HDFC Bank — Pin not received

                            Below is the copy of my complaint send to the HDFC Complain Dept. but nothing has happened. I think i have to close my account.

                            Dear Sir,

                            It has been 2 months that I have opened an account with you and till date I have not received my pin for the debit card and net banking. I received the checkbook within 10 days of opening the account. I have reminded several times (to Mr. Partho - sales rep.) and the branch manager out here about this but to no avail, my problem lies unsolved. They made me to fill up a form last month for re-applying for the pin of debit card and net banking, I did that too. But still I haven't received the pin. Could you kindly solve my problem.

                            I have accounts here in other banks but this is a thing that has never happened with me. Your bank people were at my service at the time of opening the account. But as soon as the account was opened, I was just left out. God I don't believe how people can be so careless in a bank which I thought had such a good reputation.

                            Please revert back asap, or else I would be compelled to close my account.

                            Received Upgraded card on 15th of last month ,did not receive the PIN since 15 days contacted customer care& emailed also , received reply to send a written application for New PIN, when I said that I want to discontinue the credit card, said that will see whether another Pin can be generated.

                              I have purchased a Bed from Evok on 05Jan 2013.
                              There was a scheme that 0% EMI for 6 months with 0% processing fee. I have confirmed it with Bank and EVOK as well. But still bank has charged 1895.68 + 227.48 (Service Tax) + 6.82 (Cess Tax) = 2129.98. Immediately I have called to HDFC Customer care (HDFC Bank CC Evok Purchase Ref No: [protected]) and ask for this extra charge. HDFC Customer Executive has said these charges will reversal in your next month bill.
                              I have called 3 times for the same issue. But still issue remains same; HDFC Bank has not reversed 2129.98 in this month bill (Mar 2013). They have been not reverse from my account. After 2 months HDFC Bank has said that this scheme is now not applicable. If so, why HDFC Bank keep us in dark for 2 months. And after 2 months said that scheme is not available I have to Pay this amount.
                              This is totally illegal. HDFC should have to aware the customer when heshe asked the information. After 2 months they cannot say like that you have to pay the amount, scheme is not available.
                              This amount is more so that HDFC Bank is doing so. I have purchased so many products from HDFC Bank card under the same scheme and every time bank has reversed my charges. But this time Amount is Big so they are behaving like this. It’s totally demoralizing and irresponsible behavior of HDFC.
                              I am totally frustrated with your this kind of behavior. I totally harass by you since last 2 months.
                              Please cancel my credit card, Anand Kumar Sinha ASAP. I do not want to use HDFC card and worst service.
                              And I am not going to pay single penny against your illegal charges.
                              If needed then I will go to Consumer Court also. I am going to hire an advocate regarding this illegal statements given by HDFC Bank.

                                AMB Charges Debited by HDFC Bank
                                My account has been debited twice with Rs.393 for "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS" for NOV2012 & DEC2012 without any prior intimation or alert.

                                I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

                                If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

                                Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with HDFC Bank forever.

                                I would like notice that, in last 09 months in my account Rs 280.90 debited for
                                AMB Charges without my knowledge.

                                But i could see recently deducting AMB charges even my balance is more than
                                10, 000. I want know the reason for deducting and it is not acceptable if one
                                month my account is below 10, 000. I am one of your valuable and genuine
                                customer i have completed my personnel loans perfectly without any issue. I
                                have disappointed for this deduction and it will be spoiled name of your bank.

                                I want request you to consider the mail and revert the such amount at the earliest
                                to stay and continue to using HDFC bank. otherwise I have to CLOSE my
                                account with HDFC Bank forever.

                                  Sir My Plolicy N o. 11548468 in HDFC Standard Life Insurance.I deposited the amount of Rs25000/- in HDFC Standard Life Insurance on dated 28/02/2013. But HDFC Standard Life Insurance neither alloted me the unit against it nor ready to refund the amount. As per their version they had deposited the amount in their suspense account and they will allotted the unit on my premium due date.i.e 12/03/2013.
                                  Sir, i want that if as such policy was having by HDFC Standard Life Insurance than why it has not been conveyed to the customer while depositing the amount.
                                  Sir, either they have not allot the unit.hence they should returned my amount with interest at least saving account interest.

                                  HDFC standard life insurance — Don't go for HDFC Insurance

                                  Please dont opt to pay your life insurance in HDFC. Initially they will give several promises to attract you but later you will come to know that it is a waste of time and money to invest in HDFC. Do not go for payment through ECS or credit card with 0% EMI. Then you will suffer a lot for your future payments.

                                    There have been 9 fraudulent transactions happened from my HDFC salary account on 4th of March, 2013 between 4:44 am to 4:56 am in SBIPG at Billdesk.com. I have lodged a complaint on the same with the HDFC phone banking.                                       On 14th Feb There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

                                      Rs. 421.28 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 03rd March morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing...

                                      Dear All,
                                      This is in regards for the calls from the HDFC Bank collections department for credit card for outstanding bills.
                                      My father, Mr.Asifali Nomani opened a current at HDFC Bank, Bhiwandi Branch, along with the same 21 savings accounts of all our family members.
                                      My father is 62 years old and he did not which documents were signed by him when the sales executive visited our residence for the savings and current formalities.
                                      But without requesting for any credit card he received one.
                                      In Jan’2012, on a family outing in a restaurant, my dad used the credit card instead of debit card by mistake. Unknowingly that he had received a credit card.
                                      My father did not receive any bills or emails for the bills generated until Feb’2013. He started receiving calls for the outstanding payments in the month Aug’2012. Wherein he repeatedly requested to send the bill copies on the email address or courier it on his billing address, but all in vain because he never received any bills on email as the email ID mentioned on the form was wrong.
                                      After several calls received with inappropriate language and indecent hours by both my parents my father asked me to call on the customer services. As the Bhiwandi Branch staff did not help him out, just asked to call on the call centre number.
                                      I rigorously followed up the case with the call centre people, and explained the story every time I called coz the calls were received by different executives. BUT NOBODY HELPED. THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP UNLESS MY DAD CALLED THEM.
                                      Whenever my dad called them on[protected], after a lot of inconvenience, he yet never received the details of his bills.
                                      Finally, my mother received a call once from Ms.Neeta, and she was very polite. She understood the entire episode from my mother and requested for my number. She called me instantly and asked for my address to deliver the bills. As my workplace is in Malad, she could only deliver it, being convenient to receive.
                                      I received the set of all the Bills from Jan’2012 till date on 12th Feb’2013. To my horror, HDFC Bank charged late payment charges month on month. The bill added to Rs.6248/- wherein the swipe made was of Rs.2536/-.
                                      Unwilling, whatever my dad understood from the situation he made the payment of Rs.600/-, Rs.2200/- and Rs.1100/- in Aug’2012, Oct’2012 and Feb’2013 respectively. In total of Rs.3900/-
                                      Yet till date whenever we are trying to resolve the matter calling in customer care, the executives listen to the entire story and when asked to raise a request for waiver, they DISCONNECT THE CALL.
                                      This nuisance is repeated several times. Yet the collection department continues to harass my father by using abusive language.
                                      We really are unable to understand cant the collection check the total amount his current account or check the savings account balance of the entire family???
                                      Cant they check the age of the customer to talk with respect with a 62 years old man????
                                      My dad never asked for a credit card neither he was informed about it.Why??
                                      And what is the use of the customer services helpline if they cant help the customer at all???
                                      Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest as now my dad is fed up of receiving the calls from the collection department and is also unwilling to pay the bills as he was never informed prior about the bill details!!!!
