    I was missold a policy by HDFC Standard life. I complained to the insurance ombudsman. Now I want to go to the consumer courts.

    I purchased the policy in Gurgaon but my residential address is that of West Bengal.

    I filed a case with insurance ombudsman Chandigarh but they transferred my case to Ombudsman Kolkata. They said as I reside in West Bengal and my residential address is that of West Bengal, my complaint would be handled by Kolkata Ombudsman.

    I want to know what is the right place to file complaint in the consumer courts. I purchased the policy in Gurgaon but my residential address is that of West Bengal. . Should it be West Bengal or Gurgaon ?

    Dear Sujeet Koomar,

    Whenever you sign an insurance application form, at the end you have to sign and mention the date and place of entering into the contract.

    If you have signed the application form in Gudgaon, then it should be rightly addressed in Gudgaon no matter what is your residential address.

    Please try to get a copy of application form signed by you. It will be helpful to put forth your point.

    In the application form, there is a section where you sign, enter date and place.

      I was worked for Hdfc Bank between Aug 2011 to Dec 2011 at Hingne Khurd,Pune branch and that timemy sales manager was Mr.Pawan Jha.He is supportive in nature but he has not enough knowledge about exit process in bank.

      I am complaining about concern person or Hr team is that i have been left bank more than a year ago and till the time i m not geting the relieving letter and my pf i have clear the full and final settlement, i have contact many time to my manager he just tell me go to nana peth branch and ask from there but this is also not an useful task.
      so i just want from you,look into the matter and solve it asap...

        Many time they dnt speak n just call n disconnect many times to harass u.Sorry state of affairs, i this Insurance of fish market.Is Mr. Aditya birla sleeping over all this in luxury with money earned by fooling customers like this ! Good company bad polices n employees.

          D/Sir,
          I had taken a home loan A/C :[protected] from Meerut city,HDFC Bank in year '[protected]@11.0% with floating ROI.
          Initially for 2.5 yrs bk float ROI towards increase itself, later on from Nov'2010 to March'2013 recover
          @13.75% (Peak value). The Current ROI is 10.15% by the same bk. I enquire from the bk why is recover
          at so high rate then bk ready to change with current rate onward for balance amount.
          Grievance is that if I did not ask then bk continue the same, Whether bk has its clear policy or not ? Loan was release
          with float rate, why bk did not revise itself in past as such rate is not decrease in a overnight ,who is responsible for the loose amount paid in past yrs ???.. I try to get the reply from branch bk & customer care/service also through mail but non of them is responding.
          Pl suggest me for the same.Awaiting your invaluable input.

          None of the responsible bank person is responding for such lapse. Such business seems only a have fraud & cheating to customers.

          I think bank had not well define its policy or team members are not following. Such type of cases should be highlighted to court & be punish

          who is responsible for that.

            This is in reference to e-mail: ref no [protected].I am not satisfied with the reply received.

            I am not responsible for below mention transaction as i never did that.


            My Case History

            I am availing your services using credit card (Gold) issued by you on my name bearing number [protected]. On 5.10.2012 I received an SMS regarding transaction of Rs.17130.58 along with currency conversion charges 599.57 showing transfer to Entropay London I was shocked as I never did such transfer nor was my card lost.
            In order to inform you I immediately made a call on your customer care and lodged my compliant whereby it was assured to me that the discrepancy will be removed at the earliest. Following the instructions of your customer care executives I also dropped a dispute Redressal form in drop box of HDFC Bank for which I also received a verification call.
            Thereafter I many time called your customer care for the follow up of my matter and I was always told that the matter is under investigation. But on 20.03.2013 I was again surprised as customer care executive told me that there is no such complaint in their records but again on the same day another customer care executive called me and told me that the matter is closed on 25/10/2012, therefore I am liable to make the payment of Rs.17130.58. This proves lack of service on your part as after 6 months of allotting complaint number and receiving Dispute Redressal Form your executives are saying that there is no such complaint.

            I therefore request you to look in to the matter and to remove the discrepancy so that I am not forced to any wrongful loss and harassment.

            HDFC Bank — FAKE TRANSACTION

            Dear

            On 3rd of novmber 2010 i have make a transcation of 600rs at munirka canara bank ATM.but i have not received the money because ATM having NO CASH. But 600rs is credited in my account ,i have tried to contact with customer care (PUJA,& ETC) but nobody give me proper soloution. already 10 days are left.
            same transaction is not showing in my account , i have all the slips .

            Kindly help to resolve the same.

              I filled up a form for Sampoorn Samridhi Plan.
              But the policy bond paper is for plan HDFCSL Classic Assure and not for Sampoorn Sanridhi.

              My signature has been duplicated without my concern in the bond paper I received. Also the date mentioned is wrong in bond paper.

              The no. of original form I filled up is different from the no. mentioned in the bond paper.

              The address mentioned in my original form has been changed in the bond paper.

              There is mismatch in my Nominee name spelling between the original form and bond paper.

                    Hi creditcard team,

                    I really got irritation with the credicard,credicard bills and with the customer care people.

                    When i got credit card that time i got 24 months emi policy.They told that i can cancel at any time. I will get only emi money not process charged money.In october-2012 for cancelling that ergo policy i called somany times. finally i got call from your cancellation team. They told that it will cancel with in 15days. After that i am out of station 3months. After i came when i saw that 3months bills emi has debitted. Again i called in march-2013. They told that it's cancelled and you will get that emi amount in april-2013 bill.
                    Now if i see in april bill it has been pre closed.And they were telling like we con't cancel that policy that's why we preclosed it.
                    I am telling i don't want policy.but you people pre closed it and telling to me to pay entire amount.
                    I don't know for what purpose you people are irritating customers like this.

                    Can you people cancel that ergo policy or else cancel my credit card.

                    Sir,

                    I am not able to pay HDFC CC yearly fee that's why i requested to cancel my CC on 19 Jan 2015 (Req- [protected]), also posted a written request with my CC in cut pieces.
                    Till then there was no dues on my account.

                    After some days i got a message from HDFC that my request could not be processed, i called on customer care and i came to know there is signature mismatch and they asked me drop a ID proof with signature again.

                    i again submit to HDFC as they said, then after 2-3 days i got a Statement of Rs.561 which is completely unfair.

                    i am surprise that after HDFC customer care confirmation on call they have released statement for the CC which in not with me (already submitted to bank in cut pieces).
                    I request to consumer court to look into this matter as HDFC is not closing my credit card account and also charging there annual fee.

                          DEAR SIR/MADAM,
                          I had purchased Samsung Galaxy grand after seeing th full page advertise on leading newspaper and on 29-03-13 on Deccan Herald where in they had annouced 0% Processing fee and 0%Intrest and 0% downpayment for 6 months if we go for HDFC creditcard. Since last date in 31-03-13, I had rushed to Vaishnavi Enterprises , Bellary an Authorised Dealer for SAMSUNG mobiles and used the HDFC Credit card . Pl note I had taken at 12.50 PM on 31-03-13 well within the offer last date.
                          On 03-04-13 when i checked at my HDFC web site, to my surprises I had found that Rs.935.21 PROCESSING FEE, Rs.3.36 EDU CESS AND Rs.112.22 AS SERVICE TAX LEVIED ON my credit card. I had trying to contact the HDFC call center and they are not giving proper answer. I had written several mails to "customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" but there in no reply.
                          I had checked with M/s Vaishnavi enterprises Bellary and they had confirmed that they had not charged any processing fee on my purchase. And this is wholy done by HDFC
                          Pl help me to get the amount back which is illigally charged sir

                            At the time of opening of account I was assured to get preferred account with zero minimum balance at chandigarh Sec 17 branch of HDFC.

                            But still they dducted 393+107 rs from my account and my account is showig regular status with 5000 minimum balance.

                            I discusssed this issue several time with branch manager and employees, they always assure me to fix this but still problem is same.

                            I think this is the strategy of HDFC employees to woo customer just to make commission and to loot thir money

                            I Neeraj Kuamr Holding an account with HDFC Bank Karol Bagh New Delhi ([protected]). They did a completely unethical practice and deducted my balance on 13th March 2013 under the narration DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB[protected]. While I called the customer care they said deduction is for D-Mat account usage and they can't help me. But the question is for which D-mat account they have charged me. I am not using any D-Mat from the starting, even I don't know my ID details as not received any details from the bank. then without any service how can they charge me? I am using this account from January 2012 and after 14 months suddenly they charged me. As I know every D-Mat is free for 1 year if customer is using and after 1 then bank should give an intimation to customer that they are going to charge for that service and if customer is agree then only they should deduct the amount. but that is a other part, here I don't have any D-Mat so I don't want to be charged for that. Kindly take a supportive action.

                              and HDFC bank deducting amount consistently from my account for what i dont know , they didnt inform me before .i maintain this account only for my credit card bill and personal loan.

                                I was a credit card holder with HDFC bank. Three months back I have received credit card bill with unknow transaction (international transaction paris) of 37000 ruppees and submitted the dispute form to correct the bill details. During this period my card was blocked and transaction amount was got setteled. And also I requested for not to issue any further card as I totally fedup with credit cards and now I am not holding any credit card from HDFC.

                                Today I found a mail from HDFC Credit card bill ((international transaction tokyo) mail with due amount details. when I called back to the customer care asked me to submit the dispute form!!. which is totally unbarable and I totally fed up with this.

                                Please let me know the details how to proceed to take a legal action against HDFC ?

                                For the security reasons I am not enclosing any of my credit card details.

                                I am Roli Sharma i am useing HDFC credit card . in the month of July 2014 i lost my credit card so i my self block it with useed amount about 2500,

                                i never recived any call by HDFC BANK why i block it . i because i on long leave from my office so i did not get bill to .

                                after 2 months i recived a call from HDFC regarding payment but till that date they made too much fine and ask me to pay 7000/- all most

                                then suddenly in jan 2015 they direct debit money about 7500/- from my saving A/C even with out informing me .


                                i have only one question if this is there right to direct take money from my saving a/c so why do't take it at right time .that very first month . why they wait four month make fine and fine

                                  HDFC LIFE have opened a new policy (Policy No.[protected] without my assurance and without filling any policy openening form which might be my duly signed and also debited RS.15000/-from my Credit Card Account (Card No.[protected]).I indirectly received one of HDFC LIFE Insurance Policy Kit on 25/3/2013 named by me and also cleverly attached scan copy of policy opening form which was filled by duplicate person . I did not understand that how one Policy can be opened without filling up by Customer Signature ?did not expect this type of case from Big Banner like HDFC LIFE and think positive action should be taken as early as possible in this matter. I did not required this Policy right now.

                                    I have paid the amount to the bank .. But after some days I was not getting my bill just because of that bank was putting the charges on my card. When I made a complaint regarding the same them I was commitrd by bank executive that i[censored] wud pa this much of amount then you need not to pay the charges , we will deduct the charges .. But on stead of that my charges increased. Now my bill is 25000.. Its a haresment by the bank ..

                                    HDFC — Miscommitment

                                    My name is Bharat Sharma A/C no - [protected] and I want to file a complaint against HDFC Bank employee named Mr. Deepak & her senior Manika , currently located at Ind. Area Phase- 1 Chandigarh. Acctually I want to change my address for that I summited my address change form on 27/10/2009. I was assured by Mr. Deepak the address ll be changed within 7 working days, to take his words for guranted I purchased 15000 Rs Shares from market and I commit my broker that I ll deposit my address proof before 06/11/09 to fulfill all formality to open D MAT ACCOUNT. But when checked out on 07/11/09 the case was still pending, when I visted to Bank no satisfactiory answer was given. My share price was quite down and Broker refused to hold my shares any further in his account as per norms ,due to their miscommitment I have to suffer 5000 Rs. loss. Plz do needful help.

                                      sir, i have 5 sb and 1 current a/c in hdfc since 2008 in santhome branch in chennai. from january they have started taking out rs 280.90 from all the a/c monthly . they never informed that the monthly minimum maintanace has been increased from 5000 to 10000. in current a/c again they have started squindling money in name of cash deposit . i had informed the branch office about the deposit before it self inspite of it they r taking charges.past so many years i have maintained the balance correctly but if they change without intimation how do we know. i have lost above 7000 rs, in charges .
